Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a curtain wall mounting structure for mounting a curtain wall to a building skeleton. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, a curtain wall mounting structure has been known in which brackets fixed to vertical frames of multiple curtain wall units that make up the curtain wall are attached to fasteners fixed to the building skeleton (see Patent Document 1). The fasteners have a plate-shaped fixing portion aligned with the projection direction of the curtain wall and a plate-shaped mounting portion aligned in the vertical direction, and the fixing portion is fixed to the building skeleton with bolts and nuts. The brackets have a fixing portion fixed to the vertical frame, an opposing portion that faces and is connected to the mounting portion of the fastener, and a support portion that is supported from below by the mounting portion of the fixing fastener. The fixing portions of the bracket are formed above and below the opposing portion. The opposing portion is positioned so as to protrude toward the mounting portion relative to the fixing portion of the bracket. The support portion protrudes from an upper portion of the fixing portion of the bracket toward the mounting portion and is positioned above the mounting portion, and a bolt aligned in the vertical direction that abuts the mounting portion is screwed into this support portion. A groove extending in the left-right direction is formed between the opposing part of the bracket and the vertical frame of the curtain wall unit, and a mounting member (back plate) with a screw hole is placed in this groove. Furthermore, a long hole extending in the up-down direction is formed in the mounting part of the fastener, and an insertion hole is formed in the opposing part of the bracket. A bolt is inserted into this long hole and insertion hole, and when this bolt screws into the screw hole of the mounting member placed in the groove, the bracket is attached to the fastener, thereby completing the curtain wall mounting structure. [0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2020-133365 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In the curtain wall mounting structure described in Patent Document 1, the bracket groove extends in the left-right direction, so if the mounting member placed in this groove is not threaded with the bolt, the mounting member may fall out of the groove in the left-right direction. For this reason, it is conceivable to prevent the mounting member from falling out by passing a cable tie or the like through the insertion hole in the bracket and the threaded hole in the mounting member to bind the opposing part and the mounting member. However, in this case, since the cable ties are passed through the insertion holes and the screw holes, the cable ties get in the way when inserting the bolts through the insertion holes and screwing them into the screw holes of the mounting member. As a result, the cable ties have to be cut and removed before the bolts are screwed into the mounting member, which creates a risk of the mounting member falling out of the grooves in the left-right direction.
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a curtain wall mounting structure that can prevent the back panel from falling off the groove. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The curtain wall mounting structure of the present invention is a curtain wall mounting structure in which a bracket fixed to the curtain wall is attached to a fastener fixed to the building structure, wherein the bracket has a connecting piece portion in which an insertion hole is formed through which a bolt fixed to the fastener is inserted, the connecting piece portion forms a groove portion extending in the left-right direction, a back plate having a threaded hole that threads onto the bolt is arranged in the groove portion so that it can move in the left-right direction, and the mounting structure is characterized in that a regulating member is configured to regulate the back plate from moving in the left-right direction relative to the groove portion by more than a predetermined amount. [Effects of the Invention]
[0007] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a curtain wall mounting structure that can prevent the back panel from falling off from the groove portion. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0009] [First embodiment] A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In Figures 1 and 2, the curtain wall mounting structure 10 (hereinafter referred to as the mounting structure) of the first embodiment is configured to attach a bracket 4 fixed to a curtain wall 3 that forms the exterior wall surface of the building to a fastener 2 fixed to a building skeleton 1. As shown in Figure 2, the building framework includes a floor slab 1A and a suspended ceiling 1B. As shown in Figure 1, the curtain wall 3 is composed of curtain wall units 30 arranged side by side, vertically and horizontally. The curtain wall unit 30 includes a frame 31, panels 32, and fireproof boards 33 (panels) arranged within the frame 31. The frame 31 is composed of an upper frame 34, a lower frame 35, a lattice 36, and left and right vertical frames 37 made of extruded aluminum. The panels 32 are arranged within a frame defined by the lower frame 35, the lattice 36, and the left and right vertical frames 37, and within a frame defined by the upper frame 34, the lattice 36, and the left and right vertical frames 37. The fireproof boards 33 are arranged on the interior side of the panels 32 within the frame defined by the upper frame 34, the lattice 36, and the left and right vertical frames 37. The curtain wall units 30 have brackets 4 fixed to their vertical frames 37, and are attached to the building framework 1 via the brackets 4 and fasteners 2. In the following description, the left-right direction of the mounting structure 10 is the X-axis direction, the up-down direction of the mounting structure 10 is the Y-axis direction, and the projection direction of the mounting structure 10 is the Z-axis direction. The X, Y, and Z-axis directions are perpendicular to each other. The building skeleton 1 is placed on the indoor side, and the curtain wall 3 is placed on the outdoor side.
[0010] As shown in Figures 3 to 5, the mounting structure 10 is composed of a fastener 2, brackets 4 (4A, 4B), a back plate 5, and a panel fall prevention member 6 (restraining member). Two brackets 4 are fastened to one fastener 2. One bracket, 4A, is bolted to one of two curtain wall units 30 adjacent in the X-axis direction, and is movable in the X-axis direction relative to the fasteners 2 when installed. The other bracket, 4B, is bolted to the other of two curtain wall units 30 adjacent in the X-axis direction, and is immovable in the X-axis direction relative to the fasteners 2 when installed.
[0011] The fastener 2 has a plate-shaped fixing portion 21 that is bolted to the building skeleton 1, and a plate-shaped mounting portion 22 to which the bracket 4 is attached. The fixing portion 21 is aligned along the Z-axis direction, and the mounting portion 22 is formed continuously at its outdoor end portion with a generally L-shaped cross section. A long hole 23 extending along the Z-axis direction is formed in the fixing part 21. The fixing part 21 is bolted to the building skeleton 1 by inserting a bolt 91 that passes through the long hole 23 and also passes through a long hole 1C that is formed in the building skeleton 1 and extends along the X-axis direction, and threading the bolt into a nut. Note that, because the long holes 23 and 1C are formed, the fixing position at which the fixing part 21 is fixed to the building skeleton 1 can be adjusted in the X- and Z-axis directions. The mounting portion 22 is formed to extend upward from the outdoor end of the fixing portion 21. A long hole 24 is formed in the mounting portion 22 along the Y-axis direction, and a bolt 91 that fastens the fastener 2 and the bracket 4 is inserted into this long hole 24 so that its position can be adjusted in the Y-axis direction.
[0012] The bracket 4A has an upper fixing piece 41 fixed to the vertical frame 37, a lower fixing piece 42 fixed to the vertical frame 37 at a position lower than the position of the upper fixing piece 41, a connecting piece 43 connecting the upper fixing piece 41 and the lower fixing piece 42, and a support portion 44 supported by the mounting portion 22. The upper fixing piece 41 and the lower fixing piece 42 are formed in a plate shape along the Y-axis direction, and each has a hole formed therein through which a bolt 92 is inserted. The bolt 92 passes through the holes in the upper fixing piece 41 and the lower fixing piece 42 and the vertical frame 37, and is screwed and fixed to the back plate material 38 arranged inside the vertical frame 37. In this way, the upper fixing piece 41 and the lower fixing piece 42 are fixed to the vertical frame 37 by the bolt 92. The connecting piece 43 protrudes toward the indoor side (toward the building skeleton 1) relative to the upper fixing piece 41 and the lower fixing piece 42. The connecting piece 43 has an insertion hole 45 through which the bolt 91 is inserted, and a groove 46 on its outdoor side. The insertion hole 45 is formed in a horizontally elongated oval shape that is spaced apart from the bolt 91 in the Y-axis direction. The groove 46 is formed by an outdoor surface 431 along the Y-axis direction that constitutes the indoor side surface of the connecting piece 43, and a pair of side surfaces 432, 433 along the Z-axis direction that are continuous with the upper and lower edges of the outdoor surface 431. The lower end of the upper fixing piece 41 protrudes downward beyond the side surface 432, and the upper end of the lower fixing piece 42 protrudes upward beyond the side surface 433. The connecting piece 43 has a generally U-shaped cross section, and both ends of the groove 46 in the X-axis direction are open. The support portion 44 has a support piece portion 441 that protrudes from the upper end of the upper fixing piece portion 41 toward the interior of the room and has a hole formed therein through which a bolt 93 (described later) is inserted, a back plate material 442 that is held by the support piece portion 441, and a bolt 93 that is inserted into the support piece portion 441 from above and threaded into the back plate material 442. The support portion 44 is supported by the fastener 2 when the tip of the bolt 93 abuts against the upper edge of the mounting portion 22. The vertical position of the bracket 4 relative to the fastener 2 can be adjusted by rotating the bolt 93. A nut 9A that is positioned above the support piece portion 441 is threadedly engaged with the bolt 93. The bracket 4B is configured in a similar manner to the bracket 4A, but differs from the bracket 4A in that instead of the elliptical insertion hole 45, a circular insertion hole 45B is formed.
[0013] Back plate 5 is formed in a rectangular plate shape, and is formed with threaded holes 51 into which bolts 91 are threaded. Back plate 5 has a vertical dimension equal to the vertical dimension of groove 46, a width dimension smaller than the width dimension of groove 46 in the X-axis direction, and a projected dimension smaller than the projected dimension of groove 46 in the Z-axis direction, and is disposed in groove 46 so as to be slidable in the X-axis direction.
[0014] As shown in Figure 6, the panel fall prevention material 6 is formed in a plate shape extending in the X-axis direction, and has a base end 61 that is bolted to the fire-resistant board 33, a fixing portion 62 through which a bolt 91 is inserted between the connecting piece portion 43 and the back plate 5, a continuing portion 63 that connects the base end 61 and the fixing portion 62, and a tip end 64 that connects to the fixing portion 62. The base end 61 is formed with a hole 611 through which a bolt 94 is inserted. The panel fall prevention material 6 is attached to the fire-resistant board 33 by inserting the bolt 94 into the hole 611 and screwing it into the fire-resistant board 33. The continuous portion 63 is bent toward the interior of the room relative to the base end portion 61 and toward the exterior of the room (toward the curtain wall 3) relative to the fixed portion 62, and as shown in Figure 5, at least a portion of it is arranged facing the back plate 5 in the X-axis direction. The distance in the X-axis direction between the facing portion of the continuous portion 63 and the back plate 5 in the installed state is smaller than the width dimension of the back plate 5. Therefore, when the back plate 5 is not installed, even if the back plate 5 slides in the X-axis direction, the continuous portion 63 abuts against the back plate 5, so that the overlapping margin in the X-axis direction with the groove portion 46 of the back plate 5 can be maintained, and the back plate 5 can be prevented from falling off from the groove portion 46 toward the continuous portion 63. The fixing portion 62 is sandwiched in the Z-axis direction between the connecting piece portion 43 and the back plate 5, and has a hole 621 through which the bolt 91 is inserted. When the panel fall prevention member 6 is attached to the bracket 4A, the hole 621 is formed in an elliptical shape to match the shape of the insertion hole 45. When the panel fall prevention member 6 is attached to the bracket 4B, the hole 621 may be formed in a perfect circular shape to match the shape of the insertion hole 45B, or may be formed in the elliptical shape described above. The panel fall prevention member 6 is fastened together with the fastener 2, the bracket 4, and the back plate 5 by screwing the bolt 91 and the back plate 5 together. Therefore, the panel fall prevention member 6 connects the fireproof board 33 to the bracket 4 and the fastener 2, reducing the risk of the fireproof board 33 coming off the frame body 31 and falling. Tip portion 64 is bent toward the exterior with respect to fixing portion 62, and at least a portion of it is positioned opposite back plate 5 in the X-axis direction. Back plate 5 is positioned between tip portion 64 and continuous portion 63 in the X-axis direction. The distance in the X-axis direction between tip portion 64 and back plate 5 in the attached state is smaller than the width dimension of back plate 5. Therefore, when back plate 5 is not attached, even if back plate 5 slides in the X-axis direction, tip portion 64 abuts back plate 5, thereby maintaining an overlap in the X-axis direction with groove portion 46 of back plate 5 and preventing back plate 5 from falling off groove portion 46 toward tip portion 64. This panel drop prevention member 6 has the aforementioned continuous portion 63 and tip portion 64, and is configured as a restricting member that restricts movement of the back plate 5 relative to the groove portion 46 by more than a predetermined amount.
[0015] The procedure for attaching the curtain wall 3 to the building skeleton 1 using the above-described attachment structure 10 is as follows. First, the upper fixing piece 41 and the lower fixing piece 42 of the bracket 4 are bolted to the vertical frame 37 of the curtain wall unit, and the panel fall prevention material 6 is bolted to the fireproof board 33. Meanwhile, the fixing part 21 of the fastener 2 is bolted to the building skeleton 1. Next, the curtain wall unit 30 is placed in a predetermined position relative to the building skeleton 1, and the mounting portion 22 of the fastener 2, the connecting piece portion 43 of the bracket 4, the fixing portion 62 of the panel fall prevention member 6, and the back plate 5 are fastened together with bolts 91. Here, the back plate 5 can slide a predetermined amount in the X-axis direction due to the inclination of the bracket 4, but sliding movement of the back plate 5 beyond the predetermined amount can be restricted by the continuous portion 63 or tip portion 64 of the panel fall prevention member 6 abutting against the back plate 5, thereby preventing the back plate 5 from falling out of the groove portion 46. Furthermore, when the bracket 4 is attached to the fastener 2 , the bolt 93 of the support portion 44 abuts against the upper edge of the attachment portion 22 , whereby the bracket 4 is supported by the fastener 2 . In the mounting structure 10, the bracket 4B is attached immovably in the X-axis direction relative to the fastener 2, but the bracket 4A is attached movably in the X-axis direction relative to the fastener 2, so that the bracket 4A can move in the X-axis direction in response to thermal expansion in the X-axis direction that may occur in the frame body 31.
[0016] [Second embodiment] A second embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings. In Figures 7 and 8, the curtain wall mounting structure 10B of the second embodiment is configured in a manner generally similar to the mounting structure 10 of the first embodiment, but differs from the mounting structure 10 in that the tip of the panel fall prevention material 6 is not bent, but a screw 7 as an axial member is threaded into the connecting piece portion 43 and is positioned protruding from the exterior surface 431 to the outside of the room (towards the back plate 5), and the back plate 5 and the panel fall prevention material 6 have a recess 52 formed therein in which the tip of the screw 7 is positioned. The upper part of the connecting piece portion 43 along the Y-axis direction is countersunk from the inside of the room, and a screw 7 is passed through the countersunk portion in the Z-axis direction. The recess 52 of the back plate 5 has a pair of side surfaces 521 facing each other in the X-axis direction and a bottom surface 522 along the X-axis direction, and is open at one end in the Z-axis direction. The side surfaces 521 are aligned along the Y-axis direction. The dimension of the pair of side surfaces 521 in the X-axis direction minus the diameter of the screws 7 corresponds to the distance that allows the back plate 5 to slide in the X-axis direction. Note that a similar recess 52 is also formed in the fixing portion 62 of the panel fall prevention member 6. In this mounting structure 10B, the screw 7 is configured as a regulating member, and when the back plate 5 slides in the X-axis direction, the tip of the screw 7 abuts against the side surface 521 of the recess 52 of the back plate 5, thereby restricting the sliding movement of the back plate 5 from exceeding a predetermined amount, thereby preventing the back plate 5 from falling off from the groove portion 46.
[0017] [Third embodiment] A third embodiment of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings. 9 and 10, the mounting structure 10C of the curtain wall relating to the third embodiment is configured in a manner generally similar to the mounting structure 10 relating to the first embodiment, but differs from the mounting structure 10 in that the tip of the panel fall prevention material 6 is not configured to be bent, and a first regulating device 8 and a second regulating device 9 are attached to a pair of side surfaces 401, 402 of the bracket 4 that form the left and right openings of the groove portion 46. The first stopper 8 has a screw 83 with a head 81 and a shaft 82, and a washer 84 inserted into the shaft 82, and is detachably attached to the bracket 4 by threading the shaft 82 into a hole 403 formed in the side surface 401. The hole 403 is formed in a position where minimal force is applied to the bracket 4 from the curtain wall 3, and in this embodiment, it is formed at the lower end of the upper fixing piece 41. The upper fixing piece 41 is bolted to the vertical frame 37 at a position above the hole 403. The washer 84 has a diameter larger than the diameter of the head 81. The head 81 and washer 84 of the screw 83 are arranged in positions where at least a portion of each overlaps with the back plate 5 in the X-axis direction. The second regulating device 9 is configured in the same manner as the first regulating device 8 and is attached to the side surface 402 of the bracket 4, and is positioned so that at least a portion of the head 81 and washer 84 of the second regulating device 9 overlaps with the back plate 5 in the X-axis direction. In this mounting structure 10C, the regulating member is formed by the first regulating device 8 and the second regulating device 9, and when the back plate 5 slides in the X-axis direction, one of the washers 84 of the first regulating device 8 and the second regulating device 9 abuts against the back plate 5, thereby restricting the sliding movement of the back plate 5 beyond a predetermined amount and preventing the back plate 5 from falling off the groove portion 46.
[0018] [Variations] In the first, second and third embodiments, two brackets 4A, 4B are attached to one fastener 2, but only one of the brackets 4A, 4B may be attached, or an elliptical insertion hole 45 may be formed in both the brackets 4A, 4B, or if thermal expansion of the curtain wall 3 in the X-axis direction does not need to be taken into consideration, a circular insertion hole 45B may be formed in both the brackets 4A, 4B. In the second and third embodiments, the panel drop prevention members 6 are attached, but this configuration may be omitted. In the third embodiment, the first and second stoppers 8 and 9 each have a screw 83 and a washer 84, but the washer 84 may be omitted. In this case, the head 81 of the screw 83 is arranged to abut against the sliding back plate 5 in the X-axis direction.
[0019] [Summary of the invention] The curtain wall mounting structure of the present invention is a curtain wall mounting structure in which a bracket fixed to the curtain wall is attached to a fastener fixed to the building structure, wherein the bracket has a connecting piece portion in which an insertion hole is formed through which a bolt fixed to the fastener is inserted, the connecting piece portion forms a groove portion extending in the left-right direction, a back plate having a threaded hole that threads onto the bolt is arranged in the groove portion so that it can move in the left-right direction, and the mounting structure is characterized in that a regulating member is configured to regulate the back plate from moving in the left-right direction relative to the groove portion by more than a predetermined amount. According to the curtain wall mounting structure of the present invention, the aforementioned restricting member is configured, so that the back plate can be maintained in a position positioned in the groove even when there are no cable ties that are passed through the insertion holes of the bracket and the screw holes of the back plate to fasten the back plate to the bracket, thereby preventing the back plate from falling out of the groove.
[0020] In the curtain wall mounting structure of the present invention, the curtain wall has a curtain wall unit having a frame body and a panel arranged within the frame body, and a panel fall prevention material extending in the left-right direction is attached to the panel, and the panel fall prevention material has a base end fixed to the panel and a fixing portion through which the bolt is inserted between the connecting piece portion and the back plate, and at least a portion of the panel fall prevention material is arranged in a position opposite the back plate in the left-right direction, and the panel fall prevention material may be configured as the regulating member. With this configuration, even if the back plate moves left and right along the groove, the back plate can be restrained from moving left and right by abutting against at least a portion of the panel fall prevention member. Furthermore, since the panel fall prevention member is configured as the restraining member, there is no need to provide a separate restraining member in addition to the panel fall prevention member, which simplifies the configuration. Furthermore, there is no need to process the back plate to form the restraining member.
[0021] In the curtain wall mounting structure of the present invention, the back plate has a pair of side surfaces facing each other in the left-right direction and a recess that opens on the connecting piece portion side, and the connecting piece portion has an axial member that protrudes toward the back plate, the tip of the axial member is positioned in the recess, and the regulating member may be composed of the axial member. With this configuration, even if the back plate moves left and right along the groove portion, the side of the recess in the back plate abuts against the axial member of the connecting piece portion in the left and right direction, thereby restricting the left and right movement of the back plate.
[0022] In the curtain wall mounting structure of the present invention, the bracket has a pair of side surfaces on which openings in the left-right direction of the groove portion are formed, a first regulating device is attached to one of the pair of side surfaces, and a second regulating device is attached to the other of the pair of side surfaces, the first regulating device is positioned in a position where at least a portion of it overlaps with the back plate in the left-right direction, and the second regulating device is positioned in a position where at least a portion of it overlaps with the back plate in the left-right direction, and the regulating member may be composed of the first regulating device and the second regulating device. With this configuration, even if the back plate moves left and right along the groove, one of the first and second restricting devices abuts against the back plate in the left and right direction, thereby restricting the left and right movement of the back plate. Also, there is no need to process the back plate to form a restricting member.
[0023] In the curtain wall mounting structure of the present invention, the curtain wall has two curtain wall units adjacent to each other in the left-right direction, two brackets are attached to one fastener, one of the two brackets is configured as a bracket described in any one of claims 1 to 4 and its insertion hole is shaped to be spaced apart in the left-right direction from the bolt, the one bracket is attached so as to be movable in the left-right direction relative to the fastener, and the other of the two brackets is attached so as to be immovable in the left-right direction relative to the fastener. With this configuration, the insertion hole of one of the brackets is shaped to be spaced apart in the left-right direction from the bolt, and the back plate into which this bolt screws is positioned so that it can move left-right relative to the groove described above, so even if the curtain wall becomes misaligned left-right relative to the building frame due to thermal expansion, etc., the bracket displaces relative to the fastener, making it possible to tolerate thermal expansion of the curtain wall, etc. In a curtain wall mounting structure configured in this way, one of the brackets has the aforementioned restricting portion, so it is possible to prevent the back plate from falling off left-right from the groove, as described above.
