Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] By the way, in the construction of such a foundation, it is difficult to form the upper surface of the foundation flat at a predetermined height.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0005] (1) The anchor support for solving the problem is an anchor support for supporting an anchor provided on a foundation, and includes a support plate having a support portion for supporting the anchor, a fixing portion fixed to a formwork of the foundation, and a connecting portion connecting the support portion and the fixing portion such that the support portion is disposed at a position at a predetermined height from the fixing portion in a state where the fixing portion is horizontally disposed.
[0006] (2) In the anchor support according to (1) above, the support portion has a mark portion for positioning the support portion with respect to a reference of the foundation.
[0007] (3) In the anchor support according to (1) above, the support plate has one support portion.
[0008] (4) In the anchor support described in (1) above, the support plate has two support parts.
[0009] (5) A method for using an anchor support to solve the problem, wherein the anchor support is the anchor support described in (4) above, and the anchor support is fixed to the formwork such that one of the two support parts is located at a diagonal position of the outside corner.
[0010] The following are some reference techniques. (1) The method for constructing the foundation is a method for constructing the foundation of a building, and includes a first step of creating a foundation ground, a second step of installing reinforcing bars on the foundation ground, a third step of installing formwork for creating the foundation which is to be provided on the foundation ground, a fourth step of arranging a plurality of anchors along the inner circumference of the formwork, and a fifth step of pouring concrete into the formwork, wherein in the fifth step, the concrete is leveled so that the upper surface of the concrete is at the same height as the upper end surface of the formwork.
[0011] This configuration allows the concrete to be leveled using the upper surface of the formwork as a reference, making the leveling process easier. As a result, the top surface of the foundation can be easily formed to a predetermined height and level.
[0012] (2) In the foundation construction method described in (1) above, the fourth step includes the work of installing the anchor support so that the anchor is supported by the anchor support having a support portion that supports the anchor, and in the work, the anchor support is fixed to the formwork so that the support portion is positioned higher than the upper end surface of the formwork.
[0013] With this configuration, the support portion of the anchor support is positioned higher than the upper surface of the formwork. This makes it easier to level the concrete so that its top surface is at the same height as the upper surface of the formwork.
[0014] (3) In the foundation construction method described in (2) above, the anchor support includes a first anchor support, the first anchor support comprises a support plate having the support portion, a fixing jig for fixing the support plate to the formwork, and a spacer disposed between the end of the support plate and the upper end surface of the formwork, the fourth step is to place the spacer on the upper end surface of the formwork and fix the support plate to the formwork with the fixing jig while the end of the support plate rests on the spacer. With this configuration, since the support plate is fixed to the formwork via the spacer, the support plate can be easily positioned at a predetermined height from the upper end surface of the formwork.
[0015] (4) In the method for constructing a foundation as described in (2) or (3) above, the anchor support includes a second anchor support, the second anchor support having a support portion, a fixing portion fixed to the formwork, and a connecting portion that connects the support portion and the fixing portion such that the support portion is positioned at a predetermined height from the fixing portion when the fixing portion is positioned horizontally, and in the fourth step, the fixing portion of the second anchor support is fixed to the upper end surface of the formwork. With this configuration, the support portion can be easily positioned at a predetermined height from the upper end surface of the formwork without using spacers.
[0016] (5) A method for constructing a foundation for a building, the method for constructing a foundation described in any one of (1) to (4) above, further comprising a sixth and a seventh step performed after the fifth step, wherein in the third step, an outer frame forming the outer surface of the foundation and an inner frame forming the footing in the center of the foundation are installed as the formwork; in the fourth step, a plurality of anchors are arranged along the inner circumference of the outer frame; in the fifth step, the concrete is poured into the space between the outer frame and the inner frame; in the sixth step, the anchors are placed at predetermined positions in the foundation hole formed by the inner frame; and in the seventh step, the concrete is poured into the foundation hole and the concrete is leveled so that the upper surface of the concrete is at the same height as the upper surface around the foundation hole.
[0017] With this configuration, it is difficult to level the concrete so that the top surface of the concrete poured into the foundation hole is at a predetermined height lower than the top surface surrounding the foundation hole. In contrast, with the above configuration, the concrete is leveled so that the top surface of the concrete is at the same height as the top surface surrounding the foundation hole. Therefore, the work of leveling the concrete is easier.
[0018] (6) In the method for constructing the foundation described in (5) above, the sixth step includes the work of installing the third anchor support so that the anchor is supported by the third anchor support, wherein the third anchor support has a support plate having a support portion for supporting the anchor, and in the work of the sixth step, the third anchor support is installed in the area surrounding the foundation hole so that the support plate is positioned higher than the upper surface around the foundation hole.
[0019] With this configuration, the support plate is positioned higher than the top surface of the foundation. This makes it easier to level the top surface of the concrete poured into the foundation hole so that it is at the same height as the top surface around the foundation hole.
[0020] (7) In the foundation construction method described in (6) above, in the sixth step, a reference anchor is driven into a predetermined position around the foundation hole, and the support plate is positioned with respect to the reference anchor. With this configuration, the support plate can be positioned in a predetermined position relative to the foundation hole, so that the anchor supported by the support plate can be positioned in an accurate position relative to the foundation hole.
[0021] (8) In the foundation construction method described in (6) above, in the sixth step, the support plate is positioned with reference to the anchors that are positioned along the inner circumference of the outer frame. With this configuration, the support plate can be positioned in a predetermined position relative to the anchors along the outer frame. This makes it possible to position the anchors supported by the support plate in an accurate position relative to the anchors along the outer frame.
[0022] (9) The basic anchor support is an anchor support for supporting an anchor provided in a foundation, and includes a support portion for supporting the anchor, a fixing portion fixed to the formwork of the foundation, and a connecting portion connecting the support portion and the fixing portion such that the support portion is disposed at a position at a predetermined height from the fixing portion in a state where the fixing portion is horizontally arranged. The support portion has a mark portion for positioning the support portion with respect to the reference of the foundation.
[0023] According to this configuration, when the fixing portion is fixed to the formwork of the foundation, the support portion is disposed at a position higher than the upper end surface of the formwork. Thereby, the concrete can be leveled so that the upper surface of the concrete becomes the same height as the upper end surface of the formwork. Since there is no portion hidden by the formwork on the upper surface of the concrete and the entire upper surface of the concrete can be visually observed, it is easy to perform the work of leveling the concrete. Therefore, it is possible to easily form the upper surface of the foundation flat at a predetermined height. Further, by aligning the mark portion with the reference of the foundation, the support portion can be accurately positioned with respect to the foundation.
Effect of the Invention
[0024] The above-described method for constructing the foundation and the anchor support are easy to form the upper surface of the foundation flat at a predetermined height.

[0026] Referring to Figures 1 to 21, the construction method for the foundation 1 of the building, the anchor support 20, and the formwork set 15 will be described. In this embodiment, the construction method for the foundation 1 can be applied to the construction of a raft foundation. The construction method for the foundation 1 is suitable for the construction of a foundation 1 that does not have a rising section (hereinafter simply referred to as "foundation 1").
[0027] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the foundation 1 has a base 4 and footings 5. The top surface of the base 4 is flat. Some footings 5 are provided at the bottom of the outer perimeter of the base 4. Other footings 5 are provided at the bottom of the central part of the base 4. Reinforcing bars 6 are placed inside the foundation 1. Anchors 7 are erected in the foundation 1.
[0028] The construction method for the building's foundation 1 will be explained with reference to Figures 3 to 9. Figures 3 to 9 are diagrams of each process in a cross-section along line XX in Figure 1. The construction method for foundation 1 includes at least steps 1 to 5. In this embodiment, the construction method for foundation 1 further includes steps 6 and 7. Steps 6 and 7 form the footing 5 in the central part of base 4.
[0029] As shown in Figure 3, in the first step, the foundation ground 2 on which the foundation 1 will be placed is created. The foundation ground 2 is formed by leveling the ground, excavating trenches 2a and holes 2b, and compaction. The foundation ground 2 is formed to match the shape of the foundation 1.
[0030] As shown in Figure 4, in the second step, reinforcing bars 6 are installed in the foundation ground 2. The reinforcing bars 6 are positioned along the groove 2a in the foundation ground 2. Reinforcing bars 6 are also placed in the part that will become the base 4 of the foundation 1. Two adjacent reinforcing bars 6 are connected with binding wire.
[0031] As shown in Figure 5, in the third step, formwork 10 for creating the foundation 1 to be provided in the foundation ground 2 is installed. The third step may be performed in parallel with the second step. In this embodiment, the formwork 10 comprises an outer frame 11 and an inner frame 12. The outer frame 11 is installed to form the outer circumferential surface of the foundation 1. The inner frame 12 is provided inside the outer frame 11. The inner frame 12 is installed to form the footing 5 in the central part of the foundation 1. Specifically, the inner frame 12 is installed along the inner circumference of the hole 2b in the foundation ground 2.
[0032] As shown in Figure 6, in the fourth step, multiple anchors 7 are positioned along the inner circumference of the formwork 10. Specifically, multiple anchors 7 are positioned along the inner circumference of the outer frame 11. The fourth step includes the work of installing anchor supports 20. In this work, the anchor supports 20 are fixed to the formwork 10 so that the support portion 34 of the anchor supports 20 is positioned higher than the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. Next, the anchors 7 are suspended from the anchor supports 20. The anchors 7 are supported by the anchor supports 20.
[0033] In the fourth step, a first anchor support 21 and a second anchor support 22 are used as anchor support fixtures 20. In one example, the first anchor support fixture 21 supports anchors 7 that are placed along a straight section of 2 feet or more in the formwork 10. The second anchor support fixture 22 supports anchors 7 where the first anchor support fixture 21 cannot be placed.
[0034] In this embodiment, the formwork 10 on which the anchor support 20 is provided is referred to as the "formwork set 15". The formwork set 15 includes the formwork 10 and one or more anchor support 20. The formwork 10 is composed of frame plates. The frame plates may be made of wood or metal.
[0035] As shown in Figure 7, in the fifth step, concrete 8 is poured into the formwork 10. Specifically, concrete 8 is poured into the space between the outer formwork 11 and the inner formwork 12. In the fifth step, the concrete 8 is leveled so that its upper surface is at the same height as the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. Leveling material may be used to level the upper surface of the concrete 8. For the concrete 8 poured into the formwork 10, the upper surface of the concrete 8 below the support plate 30 of the first anchor support 21 is leveled using a trowel. For the concrete 8 poured into the formwork 10, the upper surface of the concrete 8 below the support plate 30 of the second anchor support 22 is leveled using a trowel.
[0036] As shown in Figure 8, in the sixth step, the anchor 7 is placed at a predetermined position within the foundation hole 1a formed by the inner frame 12. Step 6 includes the work of installing the third anchor support 23. In this work, the third anchor support 23 is installed around the foundation hole 1a such that the support portion 34 of the third anchor support 23 is positioned higher than the upper surface around the foundation hole 1a.
[0037] Specifically, a reference anchor 9 is driven into a predetermined position around the foundation hole 1a, and the support plate 30 of the third anchor support 23 is positioned using the reference anchor 9 as a reference. In the sixth step, the support plate 30 of the third anchor support 23 may also be positioned using the anchor 7, which is positioned along the inner circumference of the outer frame 11, as a reference (see the dashed line in Figure 8). After the third anchor support 23 is installed, the anchor 7 is suspended from the third anchor support 23. The anchor 7 is supported by the third anchor support 23.
[0038] As shown in Figure 9, in the seventh step, concrete 8 is poured into the foundation hole 1a. At this time, the concrete 8 is leveled so that its upper surface is at the same height as the upper surface around the foundation hole 1a.
[0039] <Anchor support> The anchor support 20 will be described with reference to Figures 10 to 21. The anchor support 20 supports the anchor 7 installed in the foundation 1. Multiple types of anchor support 20 may be used in the construction of the foundation 1. The appropriate anchor support 20 is used depending on the location where the anchor 7 is installed. In this embodiment, the anchor support 20 includes a first anchor support 21 (see Figure 17), a second anchor support 22 (see Figures 19 and 20), and a third anchor support 23 (see Figure 8).
[0040] The first anchor support 21 is installed in the formwork 10 on a straight section that has a length equal to or greater than the length of the support plate 30 of the first anchor support 21. The second anchor support 22 is installed in the formwork 10 in a section where the first anchor support 21 cannot be installed. The third anchor support 23 is installed around the foundation hole 1a.
[0041] <First anchor support> As shown in Figure 17, the first anchor support 21 comprises a support plate 30, a spacer 31, and a fixing jig 33. The support plate 30 has a plurality of support parts 34. The support parts 34 are the parts that support the anchor 7. The support plate 30 is made of steel plate.
[0042] As shown in Figure 10, the support plate 30 has a reference position 40 of the support portion 34. The reference position 40 is the reference center point of the support portion 34. The support plate 30 has a plurality of screw holes 41. The plurality of screw holes 41 are provided at both ends of the width direction DW perpendicular to the longitudinal direction DL of the support plate 30. The plurality of screw holes 41 are arranged at equal intervals along the edge of the support plate 30 at each end of the width direction DW of the support plate 30. The screw holes 41 are provided with reference to the reference position 40. Screw holes 41 are provided at the same pitch at each end of the width direction DW of the support plate 30.
[0043] The support plate 30 is temporarily fixed to the formwork 10 by screws. The screws are driven into the formwork 10 through the screw holes 41 in the support plate 30 and the spacers 31. Temporary fixing refers to the state in which the support plate 30 is fixed to the formwork 10 before it is fixed with the fixing jig 33. In temporary fixing, one first end 30a in the width direction DW of the support plate 30 is fixed to the formwork 10 by screws. The other second end 30b in the width direction DW of the support plate 30 is a free end (see Figure 17).
[0044] As shown in Figure 11, the support plate 30 has a fastening portion 42 through which the arm portion 61 of the fixing jig 33 is fastened. The fastening portion 42 has a fastening hole 43 through which a bolt is inserted. In this embodiment, the support plate 30 is provided with four fastening holes 43. Two of the fastening holes 43 are located near one first end 30a in the width direction DW of the support plate 30. The other two fastening holes 43 are located near the other second end 30b in the width direction DW of the support plate 30.
[0045] As shown in Figure 10, the support plate 30 may be provided with a first positioning mark 46 for positioning an additional support plate 45. The first positioning mark 46 is configured to indicate an intermediate position between the two support portions 34. For example, the first positioning mark 46 is provided at the intersection of a midline LM, which is equidistant from the reference position 40 of the two support portions 34, and the edge of the support plate 30 in the width direction DW.
[0046] The support plate 30 may have an opening 47. The opening 47 is provided to reduce the weight of the support plate 30. The opening 47 is provided between two support parts 34 in the support plate 30. In one example, the opening 47 is configured to include the intermediate portion between the two support parts 34. This allows the anchor 7 to be inserted through the additional support plate 45 when an additional support plate 45 is placed in the intermediate portion between the two support parts 34 in the support plate 30.
[0047] The support plate 30 has a predetermined length. For example, the support plate 30 is configured to be 2 feet or longer. The first anchor support 21 may include multiple types of support plates 30 with different lengths. Each type of support plate 30 is provided with multiple support parts 34. In each type of support plate 30, the distance between the support parts 34 is set to a common predetermined distance DX. For example, the predetermined distance DX is 2 feet.
[0048] As shown in Figure 12, in the formwork 10, multiple types of support plates 30 or identical support plates 30 are arranged so that their respective support portions 34 overlap. As a result, the distance between the support portions 34 across multiple support plates 30 arranged in a continuous manner is set to a common predetermined distance DX.
[0049] As shown in Figure 11, the support portion 34 has at least one anchor hole 49 through which the anchor 7 is inserted. In the support portion 34, the anchor hole 49 is positioned at a predetermined position relative to the reference position 40 of the support portion 34. In one example, the support portion 34 has four anchor holes 49. The four anchor holes 49 are positioned at the vertices of a square with the reference position 40 as the center point.
[0050] The support portion 34 has a viewing hole 50. The viewing hole 50 is configured to allow the anchor 7 to be viewed when the anchor 7 is inserted through the anchor hole 49. The viewing hole 50 is located near the anchor hole 49.
[0051] The support portion 34 has a mark portion 51 for positioning the support portion 34 with respect to a reference point on the foundation 1. The mark portion 51 is provided with respect to the reference position 40 of the support portion 34. In one example, the mark portion 51 is configured as a notch on the edge of the support plate 30. The mark portion 51 may also be configured on the support plate 30 as a groove, recess or protrusion.
[0052] The reference point for foundation 1 is set by a reference string (also called a guide string) stretched across the foundation ground 2. When positioning the first anchor support 21, the position of the support plate 30 is adjusted so that the marked portion 51 of the support portion 34 of the support plate 30 is aligned with the reference string. After positioning the support plate 30 in the predetermined location, the support plate 30 is temporarily fixed to the formwork 10 with screws.
[0053] The support portion 34 is common to all types of anchor support devices 20. Specifically, the first anchor support device 21, the second anchor support device 22, and the third anchor support device 23 all have a support portion 34 with a common structure.
[0054] As shown in Figure 13, the first anchor support 21 may include an additional support plate 45. The additional support plate 45 is used when an additional support portion 34 is added to the support plate 30. The additional support plate 45 has a support portion 34 with the same structure as the support portion 34 of the support plate 30. Specifically, the additional support plate 45 has a support portion 34 with the same structure as the support portion 34 of the support plate 30 with respect to the arrangement relationship between the reference position 40 and the anchor hole 49.
[0055] The additional support plate 45 has screw holes 41. The pitch of the screw holes 41 is equal to the pitch of the screw holes 41 of the support plate 30. The screw holes 41 are provided with reference to the reference position 40 of the support portion 34. The additional support plate 45 is provided with a second positioning mark 53. The second positioning mark 53 is provided at the intersection of a line extending in the width direction DW through the reference position 40 of the support portion 34 and the edge of the support plate 30 in the width direction DW.
[0056] As shown in Figure 14, when an additional support plate 45 is provided on the support plate 30, the additional support plate 45 is positioned relative to the support plate 30 by aligning the second positioning mark 53 of the additional support plate 45 with the first positioning mark 46 of the support plate 30. After the additional support plate 45 is positioned relative to the support plate 30, it is fixed to the formwork 10 with screws. In this way, an additional support portion 34 can be provided at an intermediate position between the two support portions 34 of the support plate 30.
[0057] The fixing jig 33 will be described with reference to Figure 15. The fixing jig 33 fixes the support plate 30 to the formwork 10. The fixing jig 33 supports the support plate 30 with spacers 31 in place on the formwork 10 (see Figure 17).
[0058] The fixing jig 33 has a main body 60 and an arm 61. The main body 60 and the arm 61 are made of iron. The main body 60 and the arm 61 may be made of aluminum alloy. The arm 61 is fixed to the main body 60 by welding or fastening.
[0059] The main body 60 is positioned along the outer surface 11a of the formwork 10 and fixed to the formwork 10 (see Figure 17). The main body 60 has a plate portion 60a that contacts the outer surface 11a of the formwork 10 and a reinforcing portion 60b that reinforces the plate portion 60a. With the fixing jig 33 fixed to the formwork 10, the plate portion 60a extends in the vertical direction. The reinforcing portion 60b is provided at each end of the plate portion 60a in the width direction intersecting the vertical direction. The reinforcing portion 60b protrudes in the direction opposite to the direction in which the arm portion 61 protrudes. The reinforcing portion 60b extends in the vertical direction along the edge of the plate portion 60a. The plate portion 60a and the reinforcing portion 60b are integrally constructed.
[0060] The arm portion 61 supports the support plate 30. The arm portion 61 extends from the main body portion 60. The arm portion 61 extends from the main body portion 60 in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction. The arm portion 61 has a base portion 62 connected to the main body portion 60 and a tip portion 63 on the opposite side of the base portion 62. The arm portion 61 is configured in a plate shape. The arm portion 61 may be supported by a reinforcing support portion 64. The reinforcing support portion 64 connects the upper surface of the base portion 62 of the arm portion 61 to the upper part of the main body portion 60. The upper part of the main body portion 60 refers to the portion of the main body portion 60 above the portion to which the arm portion 61 is connected.
[0061] The arm portion 61 has a fastening portion 65 to which the support plate 30 is fastened. The fastening portion 65 has a fastening hole 66 through which a bolt is inserted. In this embodiment, four fastening holes 66 are provided in the arm portion 61. Two of the fastening holes 66 are provided near the base portion 62 of the arm portion 61. The other two fastening holes 66 are provided near the tip portion 63 of the arm portion 61.
[0062] As shown in Figure 18, the arm portion 61 is positioned along the width direction DW of the support plate 30. The base portion 62 of the arm portion 61 supports one first end portion 30a of the support plate 30 in the width direction DW. The tip portion 63 of the arm portion 61 supports the other second end portion 30b of the support plate 30 in the width direction DW. The structure in which the base portion 62 of the arm portion 61 supports the first end portion 30a of the support plate 30 may be omitted.
[0063] As shown in Figure 17, the spacer 31 is positioned between the end of the support plate 30 and the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. The spacer 31 positions the support plate 30 in the height direction relative to the formwork 10 of the foundation 1. The spacer 31 has a predetermined thickness. The spacer 31 is configured to be large enough to be placed on top of the formwork 10. In one example, the width of the spacer 31 is equal to the width of the formwork 10. In one example, the spacer 31 is configured as a rectangular parallelepiped or a cube. The spacer 31 is made of a member into which screws can be driven. In one example, the spacer 31 is made of wood or resin. As shown in the modifications described later, the spacer 31 may be made of sheet metal.
[0064] In the temporary fixing of the support plate 30, the spacers 31 are placed at intervals on the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. The spacers 31 may be fixed to the formwork 10 with adhesive. The support plate 30 is positioned such that one first end 30a in the width direction DW of the support plate 30 rests on the multiple spacers 31. In this way, the support plate 30 is positioned in the height direction with respect to the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10.
[0065] The anchors 7 in the construction method of foundation 1 are arranged as follows: Spacers 31 are placed on the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. The support plate 30 is positioned so that its first end 30a rests on the multiple spacers 31, and the support plate 30 is temporarily fixed to the formwork 10 with screws.
[0066] As shown in Figure 16, the support plates 30 are positioned along the inner circumference of the formwork 10. Adjacent support plates 30 are positioned so that their support portions 34 overlap. After positioning the support plates 30, with one first end portion 30a in the width direction DW of the support plate 30 resting on the spacer 31, the support plates 30 are fixed to the formwork 10 by the fixing jig 33. Specifically, the main body 60 of the fixing jig 33 is in contact with the outer surface 11a of the formwork 10, and the arm portion 61 is in contact with the upper surface of the support plate 30, and the main body 60 is fixed to the formwork 10, and then the arm portion 61 and the support plate 30 are fastened together with bolts. The support plate 30 of the first anchor support 21 is positioned at a predetermined height from the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. The anchor 7 is attached to the support plate 30 fixed in this manner.
[0067] <Second anchor support> The second anchor support 22 will be described with reference to Figures 19 and 20. The second anchor support 22 supports the anchor 7 provided in the foundation 1. The second anchor support 22 has a support portion 34, a fixing portion 70 fixed to the formwork 10, and a connecting portion 71 that connects the support portion 34 and the fixing portion 70. The connecting portion 71 connects the support portion 34 and the fixing portion 70 such that, when the fixing portion 70 is positioned horizontally, the support portion 34 is positioned at a predetermined height from the fixing portion 70. The distance between the lower surface of the support portion 34 and the lower surface of the fixing portion 70 is equal to the thickness of the spacer 31 of the first anchor support 21.
[0068] The fixing portion 70 of the second anchor support 22 is fixed to the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. The second anchor support 22 is used when the anchor 7 is to be placed in a place where the first anchor support 21 cannot be installed in the formwork 10.
[0069] The second anchor support 22 has two forms depending on the location where it is installed. Specifically, the second anchor support 22 includes a fourth anchor support 24 and a fifth anchor support 25. The fifth anchor support 25 has a structure in which two fourth anchor support 24s are connected.
[0070] As shown in Figure 19, the fourth anchor support 24 includes a support plate 30 having one support portion 34, a fixing portion 70 fixed to the formwork 10, and a connecting portion 71 connecting the support portion 34 and the fixing portion 70.
[0071] As shown in Figure 21, the fourth anchor support 24 is installed in the formwork 10 in a portion where the straight-line distance is less than 2 feet. Two or more fourth anchor supports 24 may be arranged in a continuous manner.
[0072] As shown in Figure 20, the fifth anchor support 25 includes a support plate 30 having two support parts 34, a fixing part 70 fixed to the formwork 10, and a connecting part 71 connecting the support parts 34 and the fixing part 70.
[0073] As shown in Figure 21, the fifth anchor support 25 is installed at the outer corner of the formwork 10. The fifth anchor support 25 is fixed to the formwork 10 such that one of the two support parts 34 is located at the diagonal position of the outer corner.
[0074] In the construction method of foundation 1, the arrangement of anchors 7 is used as follows: In the fourth step, the fixing portion 70 of the fourth anchor support 24 is fixed to the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. As a result, the support plate 30 of the fourth anchor support 24 is fixed at a predetermined height from the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. The anchors 7 are attached to the support plate 30.
[0075] Half of the fixing portion 70 of the fifth anchor support 25 is positioned at the outer corner of the formwork 10, and the fixing portion 70 is fixed to the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. As a result, the support plate 30 of the fifth anchor support 25 is fixed at a predetermined height from the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10, with one of the two support portions 34 positioned diagonally opposite the outer corner. The anchor 7 is attached to the support plate 30.
[0076] <Third anchor support> The third anchor support 23 supports the anchor 7 provided in the foundation hole 1a. The third anchor support 23 comprises a support plate 30 having one or more support portions 34, a reference anchor 9, and a spacer 75. The reference anchor 9 is installed in the foundation 1 having a foundation hole 1a, in the portion surrounding the foundation hole 1a. The reference anchor 9 is installed in a predetermined position relative to the foundation hole 1a. The spacer 75 is positioned in the foundation 1 in the portion surrounding the foundation hole 1a (see Figure 8). The spacer 75 may have a hole through which the reference anchor 9 is inserted. The thickness of the spacer 75 of the third anchor support 23 is equal to the thickness of the spacer 31 of the first anchor support 21. The support plate 30 is positioned to engage with the reference anchor 9 while resting on the spacer 75.
[0077] In the construction method of foundation 1, the third anchor support 23 is used as follows in the placement of anchor 7. In the sixth step, a reference anchor 9 is driven into a predetermined position around the foundation hole 1a. A spacer 75 is placed on the foundation 1 so as to engage with the reference anchor 9. The support plate 30 is placed with the reference anchor 9 as a reference. Specifically, the support plate 30 is placed on the foundation 1 so as to be inserted through the other anchor holes 49 of the support plate 30. The other anchor holes 49 refer to anchor holes 49 other than the anchor holes 49 used to support the anchor 7 placed in the foundation hole 1a. The support plate 30 is placed on top of the spacer 75. As a result, the support plate 30 is placed at a predetermined height from the top surface of the foundation 1 (see Figure 8). The anchor 7 is attached to the support plate 30 placed in this manner. The anchor 7 attached to the support plate 30 is placed at a predetermined position relative to the foundation hole 1a.
[0078] The operation of this embodiment will now be explained. Conventionally, in the construction of foundation 1, foundation 1 is formed such that the top surface of foundation 1 is lower than the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. In the case of foundation 1 without a rising section, the top surface of foundation 1 is wide, making it difficult to confirm that the height of the top surface in areas far from the formwork 10 is at a predetermined height. In this embodiment, when pouring, the concrete 8 is leveled so that the top surface of the concrete 8 is at the same height as the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. By setting the line of sight to the height of the formwork 10 in order to match the height of the top surface of the concrete 8 to the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10, it is easy to confirm whether the height of the top surface in areas far from the formwork 10 and the height of the top surface in areas close to the formwork 10 coincide with the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10.
[0079] The effects of the construction method for the foundation 1 of the building in this embodiment will be explained. (1) In the construction method of the foundation 1 of the building, when pouring the concrete, the top surface of the concrete 8 is leveled so that it is at the same height as the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10.
[0080] With this configuration, the concrete 8 can be leveled using the upper surface of the formwork 10 as a reference, making the leveling work of the concrete 8 easier. Therefore, the upper surface of the foundation 1 can be easily formed flat at a predetermined height.
[0081] (2) In the construction method of the building foundation 1, the anchor support 20 is fixed to the formwork 10 such that the support portion 34 of the anchor support 20 is positioned higher than the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. The anchor 7 is supported by the anchor support 20 fixed in this manner.
[0082] With this configuration, the support portion 34 is positioned higher than the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. This makes it easier to level the concrete 8 so that its upper surface is at the same height as the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10.
[0083] (3) In the construction method for the foundation 1 of the building, the spacer 31 is placed on the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10, and the end of the support plate 30 is placed on the spacer 31 and the support plate 30 is fixed to the formwork 10 with a fixing jig 33. With this configuration, since the support plate 30 is fixed to the formwork 10 via the spacer 31, the support plate 30 can be easily positioned at a predetermined height from the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10.
[0084] (4) In the construction method of the building foundation 1, the fixing part 70 of the second anchor support 22 is fixed to the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. With this configuration, the support part 34 can be easily positioned at a predetermined height from the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10 without using spacers 31.
[0085] (5) In the construction method of the foundation 1 of the building, concrete 8 is poured into the foundation hole 1a, and the concrete 8 is leveled so that the upper surface of the concrete 8 is at the same height as the upper surface around the foundation hole 1a.
[0086] With this configuration, it is difficult to level the concrete 8 so that the upper surface of the concrete 8 poured into the foundation hole 1a is at a predetermined height lower than the upper surface surrounding the foundation hole 1a. In contrast, with the above configuration, the concrete 8 is leveled so that its upper surface is at the same height as the upper surface surrounding the foundation hole 1a. Therefore, the work of leveling the concrete 8 is easier.
[0087] (6) In the construction method of the foundation 1 of the building, when the anchor 7 is placed at a predetermined position in the foundation hole 1a, the support plate 30 is positioned so that it is positioned higher than the upper surface of the foundation 1. With this configuration, the support plate 30 is positioned higher than the upper surface of the foundation 1. This makes it easier to level the upper surface of the concrete 8 poured into the foundation hole 1a so that it is at the same height as the upper surface around the foundation hole 1a.
[0088] (7) In the construction method of the foundation 1 of a building, when placing an anchor 7 at a predetermined position in the foundation hole 1a, a reference anchor 9 is driven into a predetermined position around the foundation hole 1a, and the support plate 30 is placed with the reference anchor 9 as a reference. With this configuration, the support plate 30 can be placed at a predetermined position relative to the foundation hole 1a, so that the anchor 7 supported by the support plate 30 can be placed at an accurate position relative to the foundation hole 1a.
[0089] (8) In the construction method of the building foundation 1, the support plate 30 may be positioned based on the anchor 7 which is positioned along the inner circumference of the outer frame 11 (see the dashed line in Figure 8). With this configuration, the support plate 30 can be positioned in a predetermined position relative to the anchor 7 which is along the outer frame 11. This makes it possible to position the anchor 7 supported by the support plate 30 in an accurate position relative to the anchor 7 which is along the outer frame 11.
[0090] The effects of the first anchor support 21 and formwork set 15 of this embodiment will be explained. (1) The anchor support 20 comprises a support plate 30, a spacer 31 for positioning the support plate 30 in the height direction relative to the formwork 10 of the foundation 1, and a fixing jig 33 for fixing the support plate 30 to the formwork 10. The fixing jig 33 supports the support plate 30 with the spacer 31 in place on the formwork 10.
[0091] If the support plate 30 is fixed to the formwork 10 only with screws, attaching anchors 7 to the support plate 30 may cause the support plate 30 to flex due to the weight of the anchors 7, reducing the positional accuracy of the anchors 7. In this case, the support plate 30 is supported by a fixing jig 33 and fixed to the formwork 10. When anchors 7 are attached to the support plate 30, the load of the anchors 7 is applied to the fixing jig 33, thus suppressing the flexing of the support plate 30. In this way, the positional accuracy of the anchors 7 can be improved in the foundation 1.
[0092] (2) The fixing jig 33 has a main body portion 60 that is positioned along the outer surface 11a of the formwork 10 and fixed to the formwork 10, and an arm portion 61 that extends from the main body portion 60 and supports the support plate 30.
[0093] In this configuration, the support plate 30 is supported by arm portions 61 extending from the main body portion 60, which is fixed to the formwork 10. Since the support plate 30 is supported at a point away from the formwork 10 by the arm portions 61, deflection of the support plate 30 in a direction perpendicular to the inner surface 11b of the formwork 10 can be suppressed. This improves the positional accuracy of the anchor 7.
[0094] The support plate 30 may be supported by a plurality of fixing jigs 33. For example, the plurality of fixing jigs 33 are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction DL of the support plate 30 (see Figure 16). Since the support plate 30 is supported by a plurality of fixing jigs 33, deflection along the longitudinal direction DL is suppressed. Furthermore, the support plate 30 is supported by the arms 61 of the fixing jigs 33. Therefore, even when a plurality of anchors 7 are attached to the support plate 30, deflection along the width direction DW can be suppressed.
[0095] (3) The arm portion 61 of the fixing jig 33 has a fastening portion 65 to which the support plate 30 is fastened. With this configuration, the support plate 30 is firmly fixed to the arm portion 61. This prevents the support plate 30 from coming off the arm portion 61 due to shaking of the foundation ground 2.
[0096] (4) The support portion 34 of the support plate 30 has at least one anchor hole 49 through which the anchor 7 is inserted. In the support portion 34, the anchor hole 49 is positioned at a predetermined position relative to the reference position 40 of the support portion 34. With this configuration, the anchor 7 can be positioned at a predetermined position in the support plate 30. For this reason, the anchor 7 can be positioned at a predetermined position relative to the foundation ground 2 simply by positioning the support plate 30 at a predetermined position relative to the foundation ground 2 and inserting the anchor 7 into the anchor hole 49.
[0097] (5) The support plate 30 has a plurality of support parts 34. The plurality of support parts 34 in the support plate 30 are arranged with a predetermined distance DX between them. With this configuration, a single support plate 30 can position a plurality of anchors 7 in predetermined positions on the foundation ground 2.
[0098] The first anchor support 21 may include multiple types of support plates 30 with different lengths. This increases the variety of locations where the first anchor support 21 can be installed. In the various types of support plates 30, the distance between the support parts 34 is set to a common predetermined distance DX.
[0099] In the various types of support plates 30, each support plate 30 has a common support portion 34. With this configuration, when combining multiple types of support plates 30 or multiple support plates 30 of the same type, the distance between the support portions 34 of two adjacent support plates 30 can be set to a common predetermined distance DX across multiple consecutive support plates 30 by overlapping the support portions 34 of each other. In this way, the anchors 7 can be placed at a predetermined pitch. The support plate 30 functions like a ruler, allowing the anchors 7 to be placed at a predetermined pitch. Therefore, by using such a support plate 30, the anchors 7 can be easily placed in the predetermined position.
[0100] (6) The anchor support 20 may include an additional support plate 45. The additional support plate 45 has a support portion 34 having the same structure as the support portion 34 of the support plate 30. With this configuration, the number of anchors 7 that can be supported by one support plate 30 can be increased as needed.
[0101] (7) In the first anchor support 21, the support portion 34 may have a mark portion 51 for positioning the support portion 34 with respect to the reference of the foundation 1. With this configuration, by aligning the mark portion 51 with the reference of the foundation 1, the support portion 34 can be positioned precisely with respect to the reference of the foundation 1.
[0102] (8) The formwork set 15 is equipped with an anchor support 20. Because the formwork set 15 is equipped with the anchor support 20, deflection of the support plate 30 can be suppressed. In this way, the positional accuracy of the anchor 7 can be improved in the foundation 1.
[0103] The effects of the second anchor support 22 of this embodiment will be explained. (1) The second anchor support 22 comprises a support portion 34 that supports the anchor 7, a fixing portion 70 that is fixed to the formwork 10 of the foundation 1, and a connecting portion 71. The connecting portion 71 connects the support portion 34 and the fixing portion 70 such that the support portion 34 is positioned at a predetermined height from the fixing portion 70 when the fixing portion 70 is positioned horizontally.
[0104] With this configuration, when the fixing part 70 is fixed to the formwork 10 of the foundation 1, the support part 34 is positioned higher than the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. This allows the concrete 8 to be leveled so that its upper surface is at the same height as the upper end surface 13 of the formwork 10. Since the entire upper surface of the concrete 8 is visible and not hidden by the formwork 10, leveling the concrete 8 is easy. Therefore, it is easy to form the upper surface of the foundation 1 flat at a predetermined height.
[0105] (2) In the second anchor support 22, the support portion 34 has a mark portion 51 for positioning the support portion 34 with respect to the reference of the foundation 1. With this configuration, by aligning the mark portion 51 with the reference of the foundation 1, the support portion 34 can be positioned precisely with respect to the reference of the foundation 1.
[0106] The effects of the third anchor support 23 of this embodiment will be explained. The third anchor support 23 comprises a support plate 30 having a support portion 34 and a spacer 75. The spacer 75 is positioned in the foundation 1 around the foundation hole 1a. The support plate 30 is placed on top of the spacer 75 and positioned to span the foundation hole 1a. Furthermore, the support plate 30 is positioned by a reference anchor 9 or other anchor 7. The other anchor 7 refers to the anchor 7 of the foundation 1 in which the foundation hole 1a is provided. With this configuration, the support plate 30 of the third anchor support 23 can be positioned at a predetermined height from the upper surface around the foundation hole 1a. This allows the concrete 8 to be leveled so that the upper surface of the concrete 8 to be filled in the foundation hole 1a is at the same height as the upper surface around the foundation hole 1a.
[0107] <Variation> The above embodiment is an example of possible forms of the anchor support 20, formwork set 15, and foundation 1 construction method, and is not intended to limit their forms. The anchor support 20, formwork set 15, and foundation 1 construction method may take forms different from those exemplified in the embodiment. One example is a form in which some of the configurations of the embodiment are replaced, modified, or omitted, or a form in which new configurations are added to the embodiment. An example of a modified embodiment is shown below. In the modified embodiment, the same reference numerals are used for the same components as in the embodiment, and their description is omitted.
[0108] A first modified example of the fixing jig 33 will be described with reference to Figures 22 and 23. The connection structure between the arm portion 61 of the fixing jig 33A and the support plate 30 can be modified as follows. In this embodiment, the support plate 30 is fixed to the arm portion 61 by fastening the fastening portion 65 of the arm portion 61 with the fastening portion 42 of the support plate 30. In contrast, in this modified example, the tip portion 63 of the arm portion 61 of the fixing jig 33A is configured to engage with the second end portion 30b of the support plate 30, which is opposite to the first end portion 30a that is fixed to the formwork 10.
[0109] The arm portion 61 is configured such that its tip portion 63 is positioned lower than its base portion 62. Specifically, the arm portion 61 has a stepped portion 80 between its base portion 62 and its tip portion 63. The stepped portion 80 is configured such that the tip portion 63 is positioned lower than its base portion 62. The stepped portion 80 is configured such that the distance between the lower surface of the base portion 62 and the upper surface of the tip portion 63 of the arm portion 61 is equal to the thickness of the support plate 30. When the support plate 30 is attached to the arm portion 61, the base portion 62 of the arm portion 61 is positioned to contact the upper surface of the support plate 30, and the tip portion 63 of the arm portion 61 is positioned to contact the lower surface of the support plate 30. One first end portion 30a in the width direction DW of the support plate 30 is supported by the formwork 10, and the other second end portion 30b in the width direction DW of the support plate 30 is supported from below by the tip portion 63 of the arm portion 61. To prevent the second end 30b of the support plate 30 from shifting away from the tip 63 of the arm 61, the second end 30b of the support plate 30 may be secured to the tip 63 of the arm 61 with a clip 81.
[0110] The structure for fastening the second end portion 30b of the support plate 30 to the tip portion 63 of the arm portion 61 is not limited. As shown in Figure 24, the second end 30b of the support plate 30 may be fastened to the tip 63 of the arm 61 by a bolted clip 82. By tightening the bolt, the second end 30b of the support plate 30 can be firmly fixed to the tip 63 of the arm 61.
[0111] As shown in Figure 25, the bolted clip 82 may include a threaded portion 83 that supports the bolt. The threaded portion 83 is connected to the clip body 82a. The threaded portion maintains the tightening force of the bolt.
[0112] A second modified example of the fixing jig 33 will be described with reference to Figures 26, 27, and 28. The coupling structure between the arm portion 61 and the support plate 30 of the fixing jig 33B can be modified as follows. The structure of the arm portion 61 of the fixing jig 33B remains unchanged from the structure of the arm portion 61 of the embodiment. In the above embodiment, the support plate 30 is fixed to the arm portion 61 by fastening the fastening portion 65 of the arm portion 61 with the fastening portion 42 of the support plate 30.
[0113] In contrast, in this modified example, the fastening portion 65 of the arm portion 61 is fastened at a portion of the support plate 30 other than the fastening portion 42. Specifically, the tip portion 63 of the arm portion 61 of the fixing jig 33B is secured by the engaging member 90 to the second end portion 30b on the support plate 30 opposite to the first end portion 30a which is fixed to the formwork 10.
[0114] The engaging member 90 includes a bolt 91, a spacer 92 positioned in the opening 47 of the support plate 30, and a plate 93 having a fastening hole 93a. The spacer 92 has a recess 92a. When the support plate 30 is fixed to the arm portion 61 of the fixing jig 33B, the arm portion 61 is positioned on top of the support plate 30 so as to overlap the opening 47 of the support plate 30. The plate 93 is positioned below the arm portion 61 via the support plate 30. The support plate 30 is sandwiched between the arm portion 61 and the plate 93. The thickness of the spacer 92 is equal to the thickness of the support plate 30. The spacer 92 is positioned in the portion of the support plate 30 that is sandwiched between the arm portion 61 and the plate 93 in the opening 47. With the bolt 91 inserted through the fastening hole 66 of the arm portion 61, the fastening hole 93a of the plate 93, and the recess 92a of the spacer 92, the nut that engages with the bolt 91 is tightened, thereby fixing the support plate 30 to the arm portion 61 (see Figure 28).
[0115] A third modified example of the fixing jig 33 will be described with reference to Figure 29. As shown in Figure 29, the fixing jig 33C has a metal fitting 95 at its tip 63. The metal fitting 95 fixes the second end 30b of the support plate 30 to the tip 63 of the arm 61. The metal fitting 95 is rotatably mounted on the arm 61. The metal fitting 95 comprises a main metal fitting 96 and a lever 97 for rotating the main metal fitting 96. The main metal fitting 96 has a shaft portion 96a and a hook portion 96b perpendicular to the shaft portion 96a. With the main metal fitting 96 rotated so that the hook portion 96b does not catch on the second end 30b of the support plate 30, the main metal fitting 96 is inserted through the opening 47 of the support plate 30, and the support plate 30 is positioned below the arm 61. With the support plate 30 positioned below the arm 61, the metal fitting 95 is rotated to engage the hook portion 96b with the second end 30b of the support plate 30. In this way, the second end portion 30b of the support plate 30 can be fixed to the tip portion 63 of the arm portion 61.
[0116] With this configuration, when the support plate 30 is supported by the fixing jig 33C, the fixing jig 33C can be easily engaged with the support plate 30 by the engaging member 90. This makes it possible to efficiently place the support plate 30 on the formwork 10.
[0117] A modified example of the spacer 31 will be described with reference to Figures 30 and 31. As shown in Figures 30 and 31, the spacer 100 may be configured to be detachable from the formwork 10. For example, the spacer 100 comprises a spacer body 101 and two legs 102 extending from the spacer body 101. The two legs 102 extend downward from the lower surface of the spacer body 101. The distance between the two legs 102 is equal to the width of the formwork 10. The spacer body 101 is provided with through holes 103 through which screws pass. Such a spacer 100 is made of, for example, sheet metal. With this configuration, the spacer 100 is detachable from the formwork 10, and because it has through holes 103 through which screws pass, deformation of the spacer 100 due to driving in screws is small, so the spacer 100 can be used repeatedly.
