Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a hair dye composition that exhibits excellent hair dyeing properties and suppression of skin staining. [Background technology]

[0002] In the field of hair dyes, including permanent and temporary hair dyes, various compositions of hair dyes and their additives have been developed to improve dyeing properties and usability. For example, Patent Document 1 proposes an acidic hair dye composition for the scalp comprising glycolic acid and / or pyrrolidone carboxylic acid and / or salts thereof, and a specific dye. Patent Document 2 proposes an acidic hair dye composition for the scalp containing a carboxyvinyl polymer, alcohols selected from monohydric alcohols such as ethyl alcohol, butyl alcohol, cyclohexanol, benzyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, and polyhydric alcohols, and a dye. Patent Document 3 proposes a hair dye comprising a first agent adjusted to pH 1.5 to 4 and a second agent adjusted to pH 1.5 to 4 containing an acidic dye, with at least one of the first and second agents containing a thickening agent. Patent Document 4 proposes a hair dye composition in which an acidic dye is dissolved in an aqueous solvent, and hydrogel particles containing aromatic alcohols are dispersed in the aqueous solvent. Patent Document 5 proposes a hair dye composition comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of n-hexylglyceryl ether, cyclohexylglyceryl ether, and 1,2-hexanediol, and at least one selected from the group consisting of acid dyes, basic dyes, and HC dyes, with a pH of 4.5 to 12.5.

[0003] However, with these hair dye compositions, while high hair dyeing ability was desirable, there was a problem in that they also dyed the scalp and other skin, which was undesirable for users. Therefore, there was a market demand for the development of a hair dye composition that had high hair dyeing ability while also being excellent in suppressing skin staining. [0005] Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a hair dye composition that is excellent in hair dyeing ability and suppression of skin staining. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] Therefore, the inventors diligently conducted research and found that a hair dye composition containing a specific compound exhibits excellent hair dyeing properties and suppression of skin staining, leading to the present invention. Specifically, the present invention is a hair dye composition comprising (a) a compound represented by the following general formula (1) as component, (b) benzyl alcohol, benzyl glycol, or a mixture thereof as component, and (c) an acid dye as component, wherein the mass ratio of the content of component (a) to component (b) in the hair dye composition is 10:90 to 90:10.

[0007] [ka]

[0008] (In the formula, R 1 (This represents a hydrocarbon group with 6 to 8 carbon atoms.) [Effects of the Invention]

[0009] The hair dye composition of the present invention is excellent in hair dyeing property and can significantly suppress skin staining.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0010] The hair dye composition of the present invention contains, as component (a), a compound represented by the following general formula (1).

[0011]

Chemical formula

[0012] (In the formula, R 1 represents a hydrocarbon group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms)

[0013] In general formula (1), R 1 represents a hydrocarbon group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms. Examples of such groups include a linear alkyl group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms, a branched alkyl group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms, an aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms, and the like. In the present invention, by containing such a compound as component (a), not only an excellent hair dyeing property but also a hair dye composition excellent in skin staining inhibitory property can be obtained. Furthermore, since the above component (a) also acts as an antibacterial agent, a hair dye composition having antibacterial properties and excellent storage stability can be obtained. In the present invention, from the viewpoints of the hair dyeing property and skin staining inhibitory property of the hair dye composition, it is preferable that component (a) contains at least one compound in which R 1 is a linear alkyl group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms, a branched alkyl group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms, or an alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms (for example, cyclohexyl group, cycloheptyl group, cyclooctyl group), and it is more preferable to contain at least one compound in which R 1 is a linear alkyl group having 6 to 8 carbon atoms or an alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 6 carbon atoms (for example, cyclohexyl group), and it is even more preferable to contain at least one compound in which R 1 is a linear alkyl group having 6 carbon atoms or an alicyclic hydrocarbon group having 6 carbon atoms (particularly, cyclohexyl group).

[0014] The content of component (a) in the hair dye composition of the present invention is not particularly limited. However, from the viewpoints of the hair dyeing property and the inhibition of skin staining of the hair dye composition, the content of component (a) in the hair dye composition is preferably 0.01% by mass to 20% by mass based on the total amount of the hair dye composition. In the present invention, when the content of component (a) in the hair dye composition is within such a range, due to the synergistic effect with component (b), component (c) can easily penetrate into the surface and inside of hair and the like, thereby enhancing the hair dyeing property, and at the same time, a hair dye composition excellent in the inhibition of skin staining can be obtained. From the viewpoints of the hair dyeing property and the inhibition of skin staining of the hair dye composition, the content of component (a) in the hair dye composition is more preferably 0.02% by mass to 15% by mass, even more preferably 0.02% by mass to 10% by mass, and most preferably 0.05% by mass to 5% by mass based on the total amount of the hair dye composition.

[0015] The hair dye composition of the present invention contains, as component (b), benzyl alcohol, benzyl glycol or a mixture thereof. Examples

[0050] Hereinafter, the details of the present invention will be described with reference to Examples and Comparative Examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In the following Examples, etc., % is based on mass unless otherwise specified.

[0051] <Preparation 1 of Hair Dye Composition> The component (a), component (b), component (c) and other components of the present invention were mixed as shown in Table 1, and the hair dye compositions (hair care) of Examples 1 to 7 and Comparative Examples 1 to 4 having each pH were prepared by known methods, respectively. The numerical values of each component in the table represent the mass % concentration of each component with respect to the total amount of the hair dye composition.

[0052] <Evaluation of Hair Dyeing Property> 1.5 g of each prepared hair dye composition was applied to 1 g of a white hair bundle (human white hair 100% manufactured by Bureau Lux Co., Ltd.). After standing for 10 minutes, it was rinsed with warm water at 40°C for 1 minute and dried with warm air from a dryer to perform hair dyeing treatment. The color tone of the hair after each hair dyeing treatment was measured by a spectrophotometer (Ultraviolet-Visible-Near-Infrared Spectrophotometer V-770 manufactured by JASCO Corporation) using the CIE color system (L * , a * , b *) is measured, and the difference (ΔL) between each value before and after processing is measured. * Δa * Δb * Using ), ΔE is calculated using the following formula. * ΔE was calculated. * A larger value indicates that the hair dye composition has superior hair dyeing properties. * The dyeing properties of each hair dye composition were evaluated using the following evaluation criteria. The evaluation results for the dyeing properties of each hair dye composition are shown in Table 1.

[0055] <Evaluation of skin stain suppression> Each of the three panelists applied 0.05g of each prepared hair dye composition to the inner side of their forearm, left it to stand at 25°C for 10 minutes, rinsed it with 40°C water, and dried it at room temperature to perform the skin dyeing treatment. After treatment, each panelist visually observed their skin and evaluated the skin staining inhibition of each hair dye composition on a scale of 1 to 5 points (higher scores indicate less skin staining) based on the evaluation criteria below. If the average score of the three panelists was 3.0 points or higher, the skin staining inhibition evaluation was marked as ○; if the average score was less than 3.0 points, the skin staining inhibition evaluation was marked as ×. The evaluation results for the skin staining inhibition of each hair dye composition are shown in Table 1.

[0056] [Evaluation Criteria for Skin Stain Inhibition] ○: Excellent resistance to skin staining (less likely to stain the skin) ×: Poor ability to prevent skin staining (easily stains skin)

[0057] [Table 1]

[0058] <Preparation of hair dye composition 2> As described in Tables 2 and 3, components (a), (b), (c) and other components of the present invention were mixed to prepare hair dye compositions (hair manicures) for Examples 8-13 and Comparative Examples 5-11, each having a different pH, using known methods. The numerical values for each component in the table represent the mass % concentration of each component relative to the total amount of the hair dye composition.

[0059] Each of the hair dye compositions prepared in Examples 8-13 and Comparative Examples 5-11 was evaluated for its hair dyeing ability and its ability to suppress skin staining using the same method as described above. The evaluation results for the ability to suppress skin staining of each hair dye composition are shown in Tables 2 and 3, respectively.

[0060] [Table 2]

[0061] [Table 3]

[0062] From the above results, it can be seen that the hair dye composition of the present invention, unlike the comparative hair dye compositions containing only component (a) or component (b), was superior in both hair dyeing ability and skin stain suppression. Therefore, it has been shown that the hair dye composition of the present invention not only has significantly superior hair dyeing ability due to the synergistic effect of component (a) and component (b), but also significantly superior skin stain suppression compared to the hair dye composition containing only component (b).
