Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a multi-layer packaging bag for storing, for example, powders and granules.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, in a multi-layer packaging bag, when taking out the contents, it was done by peeling off the cut tape of the decorative paper on one side of the bag (Patent Document 1).
[0003] Alternatively, in the above multi-layer packaging bag, when taking out the contents, it was done by peeling off the double-folded tape in the direction of arrow a (Patent Document 2).
[0004] Alternatively, the above multi-layer packaging bag is widely used by fish feed manufacturers. When opening the bag, for example, on a ship, the opener uses a gloved hand to peel off the cut tape or the double-folded tape and feeds the feed in the multi-layer packaging bag to the cultured fish.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0006] By the way, when opening the bag as described above, when the opener uses a gloved hand on a ship, it is difficult to grasp the cut tape, or there is strong resistance when peeling off the double-folded tape, resulting in bag breakage, which has been a problem.
[0007] Furthermore, the person who opened the package was wearing work gloves, and the cut tape was small and difficult to grasp. Also, when peeling off the double-folded tape, the person who opened the package faced considerable resistance, and the adhesive was thickly applied. As a result, pieces of the double-folded tape remained in the heavy packaging bag, or pieces of the double-folded tape ended up in the bait.
[0008] Thus, heavy-duty packaging bags require an adhesive that maintains its bonding strength to prevent tearing, peeling of the decorative paper, and leakage of contents during vibration and impact during transportation and handling. At the same time, it is necessary to use an adhesive that balances bonding strength and ease of opening, so that the decorative paper can be easily opened by the person opening the bag without tearing it.
[0009] This invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and provides a heavy-duty packaging bag that allows the person opening the package to easily grasp the decorative paper, has adhesive strength by devising the shape in which the adhesive is applied in addition to the type of adhesive, and also allows the decorative paper to be easily opened. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] To achieve the above objectives, the present invention Firstly, the heavy-duty packaging bag is provided with a folded portion, the decorative paper is folded from the horizontal fold of the decorative paper to the front and rear sides of the decorative paper, the fold of the decorative paper is aligned with the upper end of the heavy-duty packaging bag, the inside of the front side of the decorative paper is glued to the front side of the heavy-duty packaging bag at the folded portion and the lower part, and the inside of the rear side of the decorative paper is glued to the rear side of the heavy-duty packaging bag, the heavy-duty packaging bag is provided with an extension of the decorative paper on the left or right side, a slit is provided in the fold for the length of the extension of the decorative paper, and the top of the decorative paper is opened by the slit The extension portion is separated into an extension front side and an extension rear side. On the front side of the decorative paper, the adhesive is applied discontinuously and horizontally to the inside of the decorative paper, to the folded portion and the lower part of the heavy packaging bag. On the rear side of the decorative paper, the adhesive is applied continuously and horizontally to the inside of the decorative paper. Thus, the heavy packaging bag is characterized by the fact that by gripping the extension front side of the extension portion of the decorative paper and peeling only the front side of the decorative paper from the heavy packaging bag, the folded portion is exposed, and the folded portion is opened to release the contents.
[0011] The extension (8c) of the decorative paper (8) may be on either the left or right side of the decorative paper (8). Possible adhesives on the front side of the decorative paper include adhesives (14,15) (see Figure 4(a)), adhesives (16,17,18) (see Figure 4(b)), adhesives (19,20) (see Figure 6(a)), adhesives (21,22,23) (see Figure 6(b)), adhesives (24,25,26) (see Figure 7(a)), adhesives (27,28,29) (see Figure 7(b)), adhesives (30,31,32) (see Figure 8(a)), and adhesives (33,34,35) (see Figure 8(b)). With this configuration, the person opening the package can grasp the front of the extended portion of the decorative paper and peel off only the front side of the decorative paper to expose the folded portion, open the folded portion and take out the contents. The person opening the package can easily grasp the front of the extended portion of the decorative paper with, for example, a gloved hand, and by peeling off only the front side of the decorative paper, the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, so the package can be opened without feeling strong resistance when opening the front side of the decorative paper, thus improving the ease of opening the decorative paper.
[0012] Secondly, the heavy-duty packaging bag described in the first description is characterized in that the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a rectangular shape horizontally to the inside of the decorative paper and to the folded portion, and to the lower part of the folded portion, the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a rectangular shape horizontally to the inside of the decorative paper.
[0013] The folded portion (7) is coated with the adhesive (14, for example, a vertically elongated rectangular shape) (see Figure 4(a)) and the adhesive (19, for example, a vertically elongated rectangular shape) (see Figure 6(a)), and the lower part (7a) of the folded portion (7) is coated with the adhesive (15, for example, a vertically elongated rectangular shape) (see Figure 4(a)) and the adhesive (20, for example, a vertically elongated rectangular shape) (see Figure 6(a)). With this configuration, there is resistance only when the adhesives (14, 15) and (19, 20) are peeled off, and no resistance otherwise, so only the front side of the decorative paper is peeled off, improving the ease of opening the decorative paper.
[0014] Thirdly, the heavy-duty packaging bag described in the first description is characterized in that the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a rectangular shape horizontally to the inside of the decorative paper and to the folded portion, and the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a rectangular shape horizontally to the inside of the decorative paper in two layers to the lower part of the folded portion.
[0015] The folded portion (7) is coated with the adhesive (16, for example, a vertically elongated rectangular shape) (see Figure 4(b)), and the lower part (7a) of the folded portion (7) is coated with the adhesive (17, 18, for example, a vertically elongated rectangular shape) (see Figure 4(b)) in two layers. With this configuration, there is resistance only when the adhesive (16-18) is peeled off, and no resistance otherwise, so only the front side of the decorative paper is peeled off, improving the ease of opening the decorative paper.
[0016] Fourth, the heavy packaging bag described in the first description is characterized in that the decorative paper is applied discontinuously in a circular or oval shape horizontally to the inside of the decorative paper and to the folded portion, and to the lower part of the folded portion, the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a circular or oval shape horizontally to the inside of the decorative paper in two layers.
[0017] The folded portion (7) is coated with the adhesive (21, circular shape) (see Figure 6(b)) and the adhesive (27, for example, a vertically elongated ellipse shape) (see Figure 7(b)), and the lower part (7a) of the folded portion (7) is coated in two layers with the adhesive (22, 23, circular shape) (see Figure 6(b)) and the adhesive (28, 29, for example, a vertically elongated ellipse shape) (see Figure 7(b)). With this configuration, there is resistance only when the adhesive (21-23)(27-29) is peeled off, and no resistance otherwise, so only the front side of the decorative paper is peeled off, thus improving the ease of opening the decorative paper.
[0018] Fifth, the heavy-duty packaging bag described in the first description is characterized in that the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a triangular shape horizontally to the inside of the decorative paper and to the folded portion, and to the lower part of the folded portion, the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a triangular shape horizontally to the inside of the decorative paper in two layers.
[0019] The folded portion (7) is coated with the adhesive (24, for example, in the shape of a vertically elongated triangle) (see Figure 7(a)), and the lower part (7a) of the folded portion (7) is coated with the adhesive (25, 26, for example, in the shape of a vertically elongated triangle) (see Figure 7(a)) in two layers. With this configuration, there is resistance only when the adhesive (24-26) is peeled off, and no resistance otherwise, so only the front side of the decorative paper is peeled off, thereby improving the ease of opening the decorative paper.
[0020] Sixth, the heavy-duty packaging bag according to the first description is characterized in that the decorative paper is applied discontinuously in a parallelogram shape or a horizontal arrow shape to the inside of the decorative paper and to the folded portion, and to the lower part of the folded portion, the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a parallelogram shape or a horizontal arrow shape to the inside of the decorative paper in two layers.
[0021] The folded portion (7) is coated with the adhesive (30, for example, a vertically elongated parallelogram shape) (see Figure 8(a)) and the adhesive (33, for example, a vertically elongated arrow shape) (see Figure 8(b)). The lower part (7a) of the folded portion (7) is coated in two layers with the adhesive (31, 32, for example, a vertically elongated parallelogram shape) (see Figure 8(a)) and the adhesive (34, 35, for example, a vertically elongated arrow shape) (see Figure 8(b)). With this configuration, there is resistance only when the adhesive (30~32)(33~35) is peeled off, and no resistance otherwise, so only the front side of the decorative paper is peeled off, improving the ease of opening the decorative paper.
[0022] Seventh, a folding-back portion is provided on the double wrapping bag. The tissue paper is folded from the horizontal fold of the tissue paper to the front side and the rear side of the tissue paper. The fold of the tissue paper is aligned with the upper end of the double wrapping bag. The inner side of the front side of the tissue paper is pasted to the front side of the double wrapping bag at the folding-back portion and the lower part, and the inner side of the rear side of the tissue paper is pasted to the rear side of the double wrapping bag. A double wrapping bag is formed. An extension portion of the tissue paper is provided on the left side or the right side. A slit is provided at the fold by the length of the extension portion of the tissue paper. The extension portion of the tissue paper is separated into a front extension side and a rear extension side by the slit. The front side of the tissue paper is on the inner side of the tissue paper. On the folding-back portion of the double wrapping bag, the paste is applied discontinuously in a square shape in the horizontal direction. The front side of the tissue paper is on the inner side of the tissue paper. On the lower part of the folding-back portion of the double wrapping bag, the paste is applied continuously in a narrow width in a zigzag shape or a narrow width in an up-and-down convex shape in the horizontal direction. The rear side of the tissue paper is on the inner side of the tissue paper. The paste is applied continuously in the horizontal direction. Thereby, by gripping the front extension side of the extension portion of the tissue paper and peeling only the front side of the tissue paper from the double wrapping bag, the folding-back portion is exposed, and the folding-back portion is opened to take out the contents. It is composed of a double wrapping bag characterized by this.
[0023] On the folding-back portion (7), the paste (14, for example, a vertically long rectangular shape) (see Fig. 9(a)), the paste (14, for example, a vertically long rectangular shape) (see Fig. 9(b)) is applied. On the lower part (7a) of the folding-back portion (7), the paste (a zigzag-shaped paste 36 with a narrow width in the horizontal direction) (see Fig. 9(a)), the paste (a vertically and horizontally convex-shaped paste 37 with a narrow width in the horizontal direction) (see Fig. 9(b)) is applied. With this configuration, there is resistance only when the paste (14) (see Fig. 9(a)), the paste (14) (see Fig. 9(b)) is peeled off. Otherwise, the zigzag-shaped paste 36 with a narrow width in the horizontal direction and the vertically and horizontally convex-shaped paste 37 with a narrow width in the horizontal direction have no strong resistance. Therefore, only the front side of the tissue paper is peeled off, and the opening property of the tissue paper is improved.
[0024] Eighth, the adhesive is composed of the multi-packaging bag according to the first or seventh description above, which is a water-resistant adhesive, a fixing adhesive, or a peeling adhesive.
[0025] The water-resistant adhesive is used when an opener opens a tissue paper, for example, with hands that have been wet on a ship (used in an environment where it may get wet). The fixing adhesive is used when firmly adhering the tissue paper to the multi-packaging bag because of its strong adhesive strength. The peeling adhesive is used when peeling the tissue paper from the multi-packaging bag relatively weakly because of its weak adhesive strength.
Advantages of the Invention
[0026] According to the present invention, the opener can expose the folded portion and open the folded portion to take out the contents by gripping the front side of the extension of the tissue paper before extension and peeling only the front side of the tissue paper. The opener can easily grip the front side of the extension of the tissue paper, for example, with hands that have been wet, and by peeling only the front side of the tissue paper, since the adhesive is applied discontinuously and horizontally, the opener can open the tissue paper without feeling strong resistance to opening on the front side of the tissue paper, and the opening property of the tissue paper is improved. By peeling only the front side of the tissue paper from the slit through the crease in this way, since the slit and the crease are present, the front side of the tissue paper can be smoothly peeled from the crease.
[0027] Also, according to the present invention, the multi-packaging bag maintains the adhesive force so as not to burst, peel off the tissue paper, or leak the contents during transportation and handling vibrations and impacts, and at the time of opening, the opener can easily open the tissue paper, and the opening property of the tissue paper is improved.
[0028] Also, since there is resistance only when the adhesive peels off and there is no resistance otherwise, by peeling only the front side of the tissue paper, the opening property of the tissue paper is improved.
[0029] Furthermore, since there is resistance only when the adhesive is peeled off and no resistance at other times (see Figures 9(a) and 9(b)), there is no strong resistance when peeling off narrow zigzag-shaped adhesive or narrow top-and-bottom convex-shaped adhesive, so only the front side of the decorative paper is peeled off, thus improving the ease of opening the decorative paper.
[0030] The above-mentioned water-resistant adhesive is used when the person opening the package, for example, with gloved hands on a ship (in environments where it may get wet), the strong adhesive is used to firmly bond the decorative paper to the heavy packaging bag, and the weak adhesive is used to peel the decorative paper relatively gently from the heavy packaging bag. [0032] The heavy-duty packaging bag 1 according to the present invention will be described in detail below based on the attached drawings.
[0033] Figure 1(a) illustrates the structure of the opening 5 of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. The raw materials of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 are kraft paper 2, a resin material (e.g., resin film 3), or a composite material thereof, and it is composed of one or more layers. The layers of raw materials are bonded together by applying adhesive 4 in a circular pattern to the inside of the resin film 3, from the opening 5 towards the bottom end (at a distance T).
[0034] Since the adhesive 4 is applied, the top of the adhesive 4 can be folded over once or multiple times (folded portion 7) (see Figure 1(b)). The contents M may be, for example, feed for farmed fish (for example, feed pellets with a diameter of 5 mm to 10 mm). The upper end of the folded portion 7 of the heavy packaging bag 1 is designated as the upper end 5' (see Figure 1(b)).
[0035] Figure 2(a) illustrates the structure of the closure portion 9 of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. The raw materials of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 are kraft paper 2, resin material (e.g., resin film 3), or a composite material thereof. Adhesive 4 is applied in a circular pattern between the layers of the raw materials (e.g., resin film 3) right at the edge of the closure portion 9, thus bonding the raw materials together. Further below the adhesive 4, for example, sewing is done horizontally with sewing thread 10 (see Figure 2(b)), and the closure portion 9 is then glued and sealed with tape 11 (see Figure 2(c)). Other methods include sealing with sewing thread 10 only, or sealing by heat welding. Thus, the structure of the opening 5 (upper end portion 5') (see Figure 1(b)) and the closure portion 9 of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 are different (see Figure 2).
[0036] In the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 shown in Figure 3, decorative paper 8 is attached to the opening 5 (upper end 5') and tape 11 is attached to the closing part 9. The decorative paper 8 is folded from the lateral fold 12 to the rear side 8b of the decorative paper and to the rear side 1b of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. The front of the decorative paper 8 is folded from the lateral fold 12 to the front side 8a of the decorative paper and to the front side 1a of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 so as to cover the folded-over part 7 and its lower part 7a (lateral direction). Adhesive is applied to the inside of the rear side 8b of the decorative paper and the inside of the front side 8a of the decorative paper. The composition of the adhesive will be described later. Furthermore, an extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 is formed on the left (or right) side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, and a slit 8d is formed at the fold 12 for the distance of the extension 8c. As a result, the extended front side 8a' and extended rear side 8b' of the decorative paper 8 are separated, and only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 can be peeled off. The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 remains attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1.
[0037] The adhesives described above include: a fixing adhesive (which has strong adhesion) such as vinyl acetate, polyvinyl alcohol, or starch-based adhesives; a water-resistant adhesive (for example, for use outdoors or on a ship) such as a vinyl acetate-based adhesive with added ethylene-vinyl acetate polymer; and a release adhesive such as a vinyl acetate-based adhesive with added wax, paraffin, or acrylic-based adhesives. The fixing adhesive, water-resistant adhesive, and release adhesive are used depending on the situation. Water-resistant adhesive is used, for example, when opening decorative paper with gloved hands outdoors or on a ship; fixing adhesive is used to firmly adhere decorative paper to heavy packaging bags because of its strong adhesive strength; and release adhesive is used to peel decorative paper relatively gently from heavy packaging bags because of its weak adhesive strength. The following explanation will focus on the case of water-resistant adhesive, but fixing adhesive and release adhesive may also be used in situations other than outdoors or on a ship.
[0038] Furthermore, Figure 4 shows the opening 5 and decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1. In the drawing, a horizontal or straight line refers to the left-right direction, and a vertical or linear direction refers to the up-down direction (the same applies to other figures).
[0039] Figure 4(a) shows the decorative paper 8 and the heavy packaging bag 1 on the side of the opening 5 (the side of the upper end 5'). On the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 13 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied in a straight horizontal direction (adhesive 13 is applied horizontally), but no adhesive 13 is applied to the extension 8c. A slit 8d is formed in the fold 12 of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8, for the same length as the horizontal length of the extension 8c. As a result, the front side 8a' and the rear side 8b' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 are separated.
[0040] On the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 14 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied in a dot-like manner (square shape, for example, vertically elongated square shape) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction. The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 14 on the decorative paper 8 of the folded portion 7 is, for example, about 45 mm. Also, the adhesive 14 is applied in a horizontal manner, for example, in a dot-like manner of about 10.
[0041] On the lower part 7a (horizontally) of the folded portion 7 of the decorative paper 8 described above, adhesive 15 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied horizontally in a linear (rectangular, for example, vertically elongated rectangle) pattern in the vertical direction, discontinuously. The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 15 is, for example, about 20 mm. From the lower end 7b of the folded portion 7 to the lower end 8e of the decorative paper 8, the adhesive 15 is applied in a vertically elongated linear (rectangular, for example, vertically elongated rectangle) pattern. The adhesive 15 is applied at twice the density of the upper section (adhesive 14). The adhesive 15 is applied horizontally in a linear pattern, for example, 19 times. Note that adhesive 14 and 15 are not applied to the extended portion 8c of the decorative paper 8.
[0042] The decorative paper 8, configured in this manner, is folded so that its fold 12 (horizontal direction) aligns with the upper end 5' of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. The extension 8c protrudes from the left (or right) side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 (for example, by about 20 mm), and the right (or left) side is roughly aligned with the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is then folded to the rear side 1b of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, and the adhesive 13 is folded to the rear side 1b of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. As a result, the adhesive 13 adheres, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is glued to the rear side 1b of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1.
[0043] Furthermore, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is folded to the front side 1a of the heavy packaging bag 1, with the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) aligned with the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a. (See Figure 1(b)) This causes the adhesive 14 to adhere to the folded portion 7 and the adhesive 15 to adhere to the lower part 7a, thus creating a glued bond. The extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 protrudes on the left side of the heavy packaging bag 1, while the right side is roughly aligned with the heavy packaging bag 1. That is, it is in the state shown in Figure 3.
[0044] As shown in Figure 5(a), in order to open and tear the decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1 configured in this way, the person opening the bag, for example, on a ship, grasps the front extension 8a' of the left side (extension 8c) of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. Here, since the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 has the slit 8d, the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' are separated, making it easy to grasp the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand.
[0045] Then, the person opening the package pulls the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 to the right (in the direction of arrow A), opening the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 (see Figure 5(b)). The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 remains attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1.
[0046] Here, the adhesive 14 (square shape, for example, a vertically elongated rectangle) is applied to the folded portion 7 in a dot-like pattern (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 45 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction, and the adhesive 15 is applied to the lower part 7a in a linear pattern (rectangular shape, for example, a vertically elongated rectangle) (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 20 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the person opening the package can easily grasp the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 with, for example, a gloved hand. When opening, there is resistance only when the adhesive 14 and adhesive 15 peel off discontinuously in the direction of arrow A, and there is no resistance otherwise. Therefore, the person opening the package can open the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 without feeling strong resistance, and the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 does not tear midway. Consequently, because the adhesives 14 and 15 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved.
[0047] Since only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 peels off, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1 by the adhesive 13, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 separates smoothly from the fold 12.
[0048] Furthermore, since the adhesives 14 and 15 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, no paper fragments from the heavy packaging bag 1 or the decorative paper 8 are generated. Therefore, no paper fragments will get mixed into the contents M (for example, feed for aquaculture).
[0049] Furthermore, the shape of each portion of the adhesive 14 and 15 applied discontinuously can be any shape, such as a dot, circle, semicircle, square, rectangle, or triangle. However, comparing the lengths of the adhesive 14 and 15 in the vertical and horizontal directions, the longer the adhesive is in the vertical direction, the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8. Also, the longer the combined vertical length of the adhesive 14 and 15 (the length from the top of the adhesive 14 to the bottom of the adhesive 15), the more effectively the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8.
[0050] Furthermore, the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 is pulled to completely separate the decorative paper 8 from the heavy packaging bag 1 (see Figure 5(c)). Then, the folded portion 7 is pulled upward to remove the contents M (for example, feed for farmed fish) (see Figure 5(d)).
[0051] Figure 4(b) shows the decorative paper 8 and the heavy packaging bag 1 at the opening 5 (upper end portion 5'). The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is the same as in Figure 4(a), so no explanation is given. A slit 8d is formed in the fold 12 of the extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8, for the same length as the lateral length of the extension portion 8c. This separates the front extension portion 8a' and the rear extension portion 8b' of the extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8.
[0052] On the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 16 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied discontinuously in a dot-like pattern (square shape, for example, a vertically elongated rectangle) horizontally to the front of the folded portion 7, which is folded over twice (multiple times). The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 16 on the folded portion 7 is, for example, about 45 mm. Only in the central part, the horizontal spacing of the adhesive 16 is, for example, about 20 mm. The adhesive 16 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 11 times.
[0053] On the lower part 7a (horizontally) of the folded portion 7 of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 17 and 18 (although a dashed line (hidden line) would be more appropriate as it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, it is shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied in two layers. On the upper layer of the lower part 7a, the adhesive 17 is applied discontinuously in a dot-like pattern (square shape, for example, a vertically elongated square shape) in the horizontal direction. On the upper layer of the lower part 7a, the horizontal spacing of the adhesive 17 is, for example, about 45 mm. Only in the central part, the horizontal spacing of the adhesive 17 is, for example, about 20 mm. The adhesive 17 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 11 times.
[0054] In the lower section 7a of the decorative paper 8, the adhesive 18 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern (square shape, for example, vertically elongated square shape) in a discontinuous manner to the inside of the decorative paper 8, with the spacing between the adhesive dots 18 being, for example, about 20 mm, which is twice that of the upper section. The adhesive 18 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 19 dots. Note that the adhesive 16-18 is not applied to the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8.
[0055] The decorative paper 8, configured in this manner, is folded so that its fold 12 (horizontal direction) aligns with the upper end 5' of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. With the extension 8c protruding from the left (or right) side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 (for example, by about 20 mm), and the right (or left) side roughly aligned with the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is folded against the rear side 1b of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, and the adhesive 13 is folded against the rear side 1b of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. As a result, the adhesive 13 adheres, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper is glued to the rear side 1b.
[0056] Furthermore, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is folded to the front side 1a of the heavy packaging bag 1, aligning the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) with the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a. (See Figure 1(b)) The adhesives 16, 17, and 18 are then applied to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (to the front side 1a of the heavy packaging bag 1), thus gluing the front side 8a of the decorative paper. The extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 protrudes on the left side of the heavy packaging bag 1, while the right side is roughly aligned with the heavy packaging bag 1. That is, it is in the state shown in Figure 3.
[0057] As shown in Figure 5(a), in order to open and tear the decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1 configured in this way, the person opening the package, for example, on a ship, grasps the front extension 8a' of the left side (extension 8c) of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. Here, since the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 has the slit 8d, the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' are separated, making it easy to grasp the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c with a gloved hand. Then, the person opening the package grasps the front extension 8a' of the decorative paper 8 and pulls it to the right (in the direction of arrow A), opening the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 (see Figure 5(b)).
[0058] Here, the adhesive 16 (square shape, for example, vertically elongated square shape) (horizontal spacing is, for example, about 45 mm, horizontal spacing in the center is, for example, about 20 mm) is applied discontinuously horizontally to the folded portion 7, and below that, adhesive 17 (horizontal spacing is, for example, about 45 mm, horizontal spacing in the center is, for example, about 20 mm) and adhesive 18 (horizontal spacing is, for example, about 20 mm) are applied discontinuously in two layers in a square shape (for example, vertically elongated square shape) horizontally. Because the adhesives are applied in a horizontal direction, the person opening the package can easily grasp the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. When opening, there is resistance only when the adhesives 16, 17, and 18 peel off discontinuously in the direction of arrow A, and no resistance otherwise. Therefore, the person opening the package can open it without feeling strong resistance, and when pulling the front extension 8a of the decorative paper 8 to the right, the front extension 8a of the decorative paper 8 does not break midway. Thus, because the adhesives 16-18 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved.
[0059] By grasping the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8, only the front side 8a of the decorative paper peels off. Since the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1 by the adhesive 13, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is smoothly separated from the fold 12.
[0060] Furthermore, since the adhesives 16-18 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, no paper fragments from the heavy packaging bag 1 or the decorative paper 8 are generated. Therefore, no paper fragments will get mixed into the contents M (for example, feed for aquaculture).
[0061] Furthermore, the adhesives 16-18 are applied discontinuously, and the shape of each individual part can be any shape, such as a dot, circle, semicircle, square, rectangle, or triangle. However, when comparing the lengths of the adhesives 16-18 in the vertical and horizontal directions, the longer the adhesive is in the vertical direction, the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8. Also, the longer the combined vertical length of the adhesives 16-18 (the length from the top of adhesive 16 to the bottom of adhesive 18), the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8.
[0062] Furthermore, grasp the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 and pull it all the way to separate the decorative paper 8 from the heavy packaging bag 1 (see Figure 5(c)). Then, pull the folded portion 7 upward to remove the contents M (for example, feed for farmed fish) (see Figure 5(d)).
[0063] Figure 6(a) shows different sizes of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, and illustrates the decorative paper 8 and the opening 5 (upper end 5') of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. On the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 13 is applied horizontally in a straight line to the inside of the decorative paper 8 (the adhesive 13 is applied horizontally), while the adhesive 13 is not applied to the extension 8c. A slit 8d is formed at the fold 12 (horizontally) of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8, for the same length as the extension 8c. As a result, the extension 8c is separated into the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b'. The extension 8c may be on the left or right side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1.
[0064] On the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 19 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied horizontally in a dot-like (square shape, for example, a vertically elongated square shape) manner, discontinuously, to the folded portion 7 twice (multiple times). The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 19 on the folded portion 7 is, for example, about 20 mm. The adhesive 19 is applied horizontally in a dot-like manner, for example, 9 times.
[0065] On the lower part 7a (horizontally) of the folded portion 7 of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 20 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied horizontally in a linear (rectangular, for example, vertically elongated rectangle) pattern in the vertical direction, discontinuously. The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 20 is, for example, about 20 mm. The adhesive 20 is applied in a vertically elongated rectangle pattern from the lower end 7b of the folded portion 7 to the lower end 8e of the decorative paper 8. The adhesive 20 is applied horizontally in, for example, nine linear patterns. Note that the adhesive 19 and 20 are not applied to the extended portion 8c of the decorative paper 8.
[0066] The decorative paper 8 configured in this way is positioned so that the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) is aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy packaging bag 1, the extension 8c protrudes from the left (or right) side of the heavy packaging bag 1 (for example, by about 20 mm), and the right (or left) side is roughly aligned with the heavy packaging bag 1. The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is then folded to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1, and the adhesive 13 is folded to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1. As a result, the adhesive 13 adheres to the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 and glues it to the rear side 1b.
[0067] Furthermore, the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) of the decorative paper 8 is aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, and the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is folded to the front side 1a of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, with respect to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (see Figure 1(b)). As a result, the adhesive 19 adheres to the folded portion 7, and the adhesive 20 adheres to the lower part 7a, thus gluing the front side 8a of the decorative paper. The extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 protrudes from the left side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, while the right side is roughly aligned with the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. That is, it is in the state shown in Figure 3.
[0068] As shown in Figure 5(a), in order to open and tear the decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1 configured in this way, the person opening the bag, for example, on a ship, grasps the front extension 8a' of the left side (extension 8c) of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. Here, since the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 has a slit 8d, the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' are separated, and the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 is easy to grasp with a gloved hand.
[0069] Then, the person opening the package grasps the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 and pulls the front side 8a of the decorative paper to the right (in the direction of arrow A), thereby opening the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 (see Figure 5(b)). The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 remains attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1.
[0070] Here, the adhesive 19 (square shape, for example, a vertically elongated rectangle) is applied to the folded portion 7 in a dot-like pattern (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 20 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction, and the adhesive 20 is applied to the lower part 7a in a vertically elongated linear pattern (rectangular shape, for example, a vertically elongated rectangle) (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 20 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the person opening the package can easily grasp the extended front side 8a' of the extended portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 with, for example, a gloved hand. When opening, there is resistance only when the adhesive 19 and adhesive 20 peel off discontinuously in the direction of arrow A, and there is no resistance otherwise. Therefore, the person opening the package can open it without feeling strong resistance, and the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 does not tear. Consequently, because the adhesives 19 and 20 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved.
[0071] Since only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 peels off, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is stuck together with the adhesive 13, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 separates smoothly from the fold 12.
[0072] Furthermore, since the adhesives 19 and 20 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, no paper fragments from the heavy packaging bag 1 or the decorative paper 8 are generated. Therefore, no paper fragments will be mixed into the contents M (for example, feed for aquaculture).
[0073] Furthermore, the adhesives 19 and 20 are applied discontinuously, and the shape of each individual part can be any shape, such as a dot, circle, semicircle, square, rectangle, or triangle. However, when comparing the lengths of the adhesives 19 and 20 in the vertical and horizontal directions, the longer the adhesive is in the vertical direction, the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open. Also, the longer the combined vertical length of the adhesives 19 and 20 (the length from the top of the adhesive 19 to the bottom of the adhesive 20) is in the vertical direction, the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8.
[0074] Furthermore, the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 is pulled all the way to separate the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 from the heavy packaging bag 1 (see Figure 5(c)). Then, the folded portion 7 is pulled upwards twice (multiple times) to remove the contents M (for example, feed for farmed fish) (see Figure 5(d)).
[0075] Figure 6(b) shows different sizes of the heavy packaging bag 1, and shows the decorative paper 8 and the heavy packaging bag 1 on the side of the opening 5 (the side of the upper end 5'). The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is the same as in Figure 6(a), so its explanation is omitted. A slit 8d is formed in the fold 12 (lateral direction) of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8, for the same length as the lateral length of the extension 8c. As a result, the extension 8c is separated into the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b'. The extension 8c may be on the left or right side of the heavy packaging bag 1.
[0076] On the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, circular adhesive 21 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied in a discontinuous, dot-like (circular) pattern in a horizontal line to the folded portion 7, which is folded over twice (multiple times). The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 21 on the folded portion 7 is, for example, about 10 mm. The adhesive 21 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 16 times.
[0077] On the lower part 7a (horizontally) of the folded portion 7 of the decorative paper 8, circular adhesives 22 and 23 (officially dashed lines (hidden lines) are appropriate as they are on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but for convenience, they are shown as solid lines) are applied discontinuously and horizontally on the upper and lower sides of the decorative paper 8. The horizontal spacing between the adhesives 22 and 23 is, for example, about 10 mm. The vertical spacing between the adhesives 22 and 23 on the upper and lower sides is, for example, about 15 mm. The adhesives 22 and 23 are applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 17 dots (34 dots in total when the upper and lower sides are combined). Note that the circular adhesives 21-23 are not applied to the extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8. The extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 may be formed on the left or right side of the decorative paper 8.
[0078] The decorative paper 8, configured in this manner, is placed with its fold 12 (horizontal direction) aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy packaging bag 1. The extension 8c protrudes from the left side of the heavy packaging bag 1 (for example, by about 20 mm horizontally), and the right side is roughly aligned with the heavy packaging bag 1. The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is then folded to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1, and the adhesive 13 is folded to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1. As a result, the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is glued to the rear side 1b with the adhesive 13 attached.
[0079] Furthermore, the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) of the decorative paper 8 is aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, and the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is folded towards the front side 1a of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, along with the folded-over portion 7 and its lower part 7a (horizontal direction) (see Figure 1(b)). As a result, the adhesive 21 adheres to the folded-over portion 7, and the adhesives 22 and 23 adhere to the lower part 7a, so that the front side 8a of the decorative paper is glued to the front side 1a. The extension portion 8c is positioned so that on the left side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, the extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 protrudes, while the right side is roughly aligned with the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. That is, it is in the state shown in Figure 3.
[0080] As shown in Figure 5(a), in order to open and tear the decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1 configured in this way, the person opening the bag, for example, on a ship, grasps the front extension 8a' of the left side (extension 8c) of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. Here, since the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 has a slit 8d, the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' are separated, making it easy to grasp the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand.
[0081] Then, the person opening the package pulls the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 to the right (in the direction of arrow A), opening the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 (see Figure 5(b)). The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 remains attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1.
[0082] Here, the circular adhesive 21 is applied to the folded portion 7 in a dot-like pattern (with a horizontal spacing of, for example, about 10 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction, and the circular adhesives 22 and 23 are applied to the lower part 7a in a dot-like pattern (with a horizontal spacing of, for example, about 10 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the person opening the package can easily grasp the extended front side 8a' of the extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 with, for example, a gloved hand. When opening, there is resistance only when the adhesives 21, 22, and 23 peel off discontinuously in the direction of arrow A, and there is no resistance otherwise. Therefore, the person opening the package can open it without feeling strong resistance, and the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 does not tear. Consequently, because the adhesives 21, 23, and 23 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved.
[0083] Since only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 peels off, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is stuck together with the adhesive 13, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 separates smoothly from the fold 12.
[0084] Furthermore, since the adhesives 21-23 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, no paper fragments from the heavy packaging bag 1 or the decorative paper 8 are generated. Therefore, no paper fragments will be mixed into the contents M (for example, feed for aquaculture).
[0085] Furthermore, if the total length of the adhesives 21 to 23 in the vertical direction (the length from the top of adhesive 21 to the bottom of adhesive 23) is longer in the vertical direction, it will suppress tearing of the decorative paper 8 when opened, and the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 will be improved.
[0086] Furthermore, the extended front portion 8a' of the decorative paper 8 is pulled all the way to separate the decorative paper 8 from the heavy packaging bag 1 (see Figure 5(c)). Then, the folded portion 7 is pulled upward to remove the contents M (for example, feed for farmed fish) (see Figure 5(d)).
[0087] Figure 7(a) shows the decorative paper 8 and the heavy packaging bag 1 on the side of the opening 5 (the upper end 5' side), and its size is the same as in Figure 4(a). The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is the same as in Figure 4(a), so no explanation is given. A slit 8d is formed in the fold 12 of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8, for the same length as the lateral length of the extension 8c. As a result, the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 are separated.
[0088] On the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 24 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied discontinuously and horizontally in a dot-like manner (triangular shape, for example, a vertically elongated triangle, a vertically elongated triangle pointing to the right) to the folded portion 7 twice (multiple times) on the inside of the decorative paper 8. The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 24 on the folded portion 7 is, for example, about 45 mm. The adhesive 24 is applied horizontally in a dot-like manner, for example, 10 dots. The adhesive 24 may also be in the shape of a vertically elongated triangle pointing to the left.
[0089] On the lower part 7a (horizontally) of the folded portion 7 of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 25 and 26 (although a dashed line (hidden line) is the proper way to indicate this as it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, it is shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied in two layers. On the upper layer, the adhesive 25 is applied discontinuously in a dot-like pattern (triangular shape, for example, a vertically elongated triangle, a vertically elongated triangle pointing to the right) in the horizontal direction. On the upper layer of the lower part 7a, the horizontal spacing of the adhesive 25 is, for example, about 45 mm. The adhesive 25 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 10 dots. The adhesive 25 may also be in the shape of a vertically elongated triangle pointing to the left.
[0090] In the lower section 7a of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 26 is applied horizontally in a discontinuous manner in a dot-like pattern (triangular shape, for example, a vertically elongated triangle, a right-facing vertically elongated triangle) on the inside of the decorative paper 8. The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 26 is, for example, about 20 mm, which is twice that of the upper section. Note that adhesive 24-26 is not applied to the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8. The adhesive 26 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 19 times. The adhesive 26 may also be in the shape of a left-facing vertically elongated triangle. Furthermore, the extension 8c may be on the left or right side of the decorative paper 8.
[0091] The decorative paper 8 configured in this way is positioned so that the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) is aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy packaging bag 1, with the extension 8c protruding on the left side of the heavy packaging bag 1 (for example, by about 20 mm horizontally), and the right side roughly aligned with the heavy packaging bag 1, the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is folded towards the rear side 1b, and the adhesive 13 is folded towards the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1. As a result, the adhesive 13 adheres, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper is glued to the rear side 1b.
[0092] Furthermore, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is folded so that it aligns with the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a, and the upper end 5' of the heavy packaging bag 1 with the fold line 12 (horizontal direction). The front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is then folded so that it aligns with the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (see Figure 1(b)). As a result, the adhesives 24, 25, and 26 are applied to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (to the front side 1a of the heavy packaging bag 1), thus gluing the front side 8a of the decorative paper. The extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 protrudes on the left side of the heavy packaging bag 1, while the right side is roughly aligned with the heavy packaging bag 1. That is, it is in the state shown in Figure 3.
[0093] As shown in Figure 5(a), in order to open and tear the decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1 configured in this way, the person opening the bag, for example, on a ship, grasps the front extension 8a' of the left side (extension 8c) of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. Here, since the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 has a slit 8d, the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' are separated, making it easy to grasp the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c with a gloved hand.
[0094] Then, the person opening the package pulls the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 to the right (in the direction of arrow A) to open the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 (see Figure 5(b)).
[0095] Here, the adhesive 24 (triangular in shape, for example, a vertically elongated triangle pointing to the right) is applied to the folded portion 7 in a dot pattern (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 45 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction, and the adhesive 25 (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 45 mm) and the adhesive 26 (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 20 mm) are applied in two layers in a dot pattern (triangular in shape, for example, a vertically elongated triangle pointing to the right) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction, so the above opening The person sealing the package can easily grasp the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. When opening, there is resistance only when the adhesives 24, 25, and 26 peel off discontinuously in the direction of arrow A, and no resistance otherwise. Therefore, the person opening the package can open it without feeling strong resistance, and when pulling the front extension 8a of the decorative paper 8 to the right, the front extension 8a of the decorative paper 8 does not break midway. Thus, because the adhesives 24-26 are applied discontinuously in the lateral direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved.
[0096] Since only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 peels off, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1 by the adhesive 13, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 separates smoothly from the fold 12.
[0097] Furthermore, since the adhesives 24-26 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, no paper fragments from the heavy packaging bag 1 or the decorative paper 8 are generated. Therefore, no paper fragments will get mixed into the contents M (for example, feed for aquaculture).
[0098] Furthermore, the adhesives 24-26 are applied discontinuously, and the shape of each individual part can be any shape, such as a dot, circle, semicircle, square, or rectangle. However, when comparing the lengths of the adhesives 24-26 in the vertical and horizontal directions, the longer the adhesive is in the vertical direction, the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8. Also, the longer the combined vertical length of the adhesives 24-26 (the length from the top of the adhesive 24 to the bottom of the adhesive 26), the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8.
[0099] Furthermore, the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 is pulled all the way to separate the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 from the front side 1a of the heavy packaging bag 1 (see Figure 5(c)). Then, the folded portion 7 is pulled upward to remove the contents M (for example, feed for farmed fish) (see Figure 5(d)).
[0100] Figure 7(b) shows the decorative paper 8 and the heavy packaging bag 1 on the side of the opening 5 (upper end 5'), and its size is the same as in Figure 4(a). The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is the same as in Figure 4(a), so no explanation is given. A slit 8d is formed in the fold 12 of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8, for the same length as the lateral length of the extension 8c. This separates the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8.
[0101] On the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 27 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied in a dot-like manner (elliptical shape, for example, a vertically elongated ellipse) and discontinuously in the horizontal direction to two (multiple) folded-over sections 7. The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 27 on the folded-over sections 7 is, for example, about 45 mm. The adhesive 27 is applied horizontally in a dot-like manner, for example, 10 dots.
[0102] On the lower part 7a (horizontally) of the two folded portions 7 of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 28, 29 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied in two layers on the inside of the decorative paper 8. On the upper layer, the adhesive 28 is applied discontinuously in a dot shape (elliptical shape, for example, a vertically elongated ellipse) in the horizontal direction. On the upper layer of the lower part 7a, the horizontal spacing of the adhesive 28 is, for example, about 45 mm. The adhesive 28 is applied horizontally in a dot shape, for example, 10 dots.
[0103] In the lower section 7a of the decorative paper 8, the adhesive 29 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern (elliptical shape, for example, a vertically elongated ellipse) and discontinuously on the inside of the decorative paper 8. The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 29 is, for example, approximately 45 mm, which is the same as the spacing in the upper section. The adhesive 29 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 10 dots. Note that the adhesive 27-29 is not applied to the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8.
[0104] The decorative paper 8, configured in this manner, is folded with the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy packaging bag 1. The extension 8c protrudes from the left (or right) side of the heavy packaging bag 1 (for example, by about 20 mm), and the right (or left) side is roughly aligned with the heavy packaging bag 1. The rear side 8b of the decorative paper is then folded backward, and the adhesive 13 is folded to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1. As a result, the adhesive 13 adheres, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is glued to the rear side 1b.
[0105] Furthermore, the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) is aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy packaging bag 1, and the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is folded twice (multiple times) to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (horizontal direction) (see Figure 1(b)). As a result, the adhesives 27, 28, and 29 are applied and glued to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (to the front side 1a of the heavy packaging bag 1). The extension portion 8c is positioned so that on the left side of the heavy packaging bag 1, the extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 protrudes (for example, by about 20 mm horizontally), while the right side is roughly aligned with the heavy packaging bag 1. That is, it is in the state shown in Figure 3.
[0106] As shown in Figure 5(a), in order to open and tear the decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1 configured in this way, the person opening the bag, for example, on a ship, grasps the front extension 8a' of the left side (the extension 8c) of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. Here, since the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 has a slit 8d, the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' are separated, making the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c easy to grasp.
[0107] Then, grasp the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 and pull the extended front side 8a to the right (in the direction of arrow A) to open the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 (see Figure 5(b)).
[0108] Since only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 peels off, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1 by the adhesive 13, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 separates smoothly from the fold 12.
[0109] Here, the adhesive 27 (elliptical in shape, for example, a vertically elongated ellipse) is applied to the folded portion 7 in a dot-like pattern (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 45 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction, and the adhesive 28 (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 45 mm) and adhesive 29 (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 45 mm) are applied in two stages in a dot-like pattern (elliptical in shape, for example, a vertically elongated oval) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction. Therefore, when the person opening the package pulls the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 to the right with a gloved hand, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 does not tear. Consequently, because the adhesives 27-29 are applied discontinuously in the horizontal direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved. When opening, there is resistance only when the adhesives 27, 28, and 29 peel off discontinuously in the direction of arrow A, and there is no resistance otherwise. Therefore, the person opening the package can open it without feeling strong resistance, and when pulling the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 to the right, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 does not tear midway. Thus, because the adhesives 27-29 are applied discontinuously in the lateral direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved.
[0110] Furthermore, since the adhesives 27-29 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, no paper fragments from the heavy packaging bag 1 or the decorative paper 8 are generated. Therefore, no paper fragments will be mixed into the contents M (for example, feed for aquaculture).
[0111] Furthermore, the shape of each portion of the adhesive 27-29 that is applied discontinuously can be any shape, such as a dot, circle, semicircle, square, rectangle, or triangle. However, when comparing the lengths of the adhesive 27-29 in the vertical and horizontal directions, the longer the adhesive 27-29 is in the vertical direction, the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8. Also, the longer the combined vertical length of the adhesive 27-29 (the length from the top of the adhesive 27 to the bottom of the adhesive 29) is in the vertical direction, the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8.
[0112] Furthermore, grasp the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 and pull the front side 8a of the decorative paper all the way to separate the decorative paper 8 from the heavy packaging bag 1 (see Figure 5(c)). Then, pull the folded portion 7 upward to remove the contents M (for example, feed for farmed fish) (see Figure 5(d)).
[0113] Figure 8(a) shows the decorative paper 8 and the heavy packaging bag 1 on the side of the opening 5 (upper end 5'), and its size is the same as in Figure 4(a).
[0114] On the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, the adhesive 30 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied in a dot-like manner (parallelogram shape, for example, a vertically elongated parallelogram shape) and discontinuously in the horizontal direction to the folded portion 7 twice (multiple times). The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 30 on the folded portion 7 is, for example, about 45 mm. The adhesive 30 is applied horizontally in a dot-like manner, for example, 10 dots.
[0115] On the lower part 7a (horizontally) of the folded portion 7 of the decorative paper 8 described above, which is folded over twice (multiple times), adhesive 31 and 32 are applied in two layers on the inside of the decorative paper 8 (although a dashed line (hidden line) would be more appropriate since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, it is shown as a solid line for convenience). On the upper layer, the adhesive 31 is applied discontinuously in a dot-like pattern (parallelogram shape, for example, a vertically elongated parallelogram shape) in the horizontal direction. On the upper layer of the lower part 7a, the horizontal spacing of the adhesive 31 is, for example, about 20 mm. The adhesive 31 is applied in a dot-like pattern in the horizontal direction, for example, 19 times.
[0116] In the lower section 7a of the decorative paper 8, the adhesive 32 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern (parallelogram shape, for example, a vertically elongated parallelogram shape) in a discontinuous manner on the inside of the decorative paper 8, with the horizontal spacing of the adhesive 32 being, for example, approximately 20 mm, the same as the spacing in the upper section. The adhesive 32 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 19 times. Note that the adhesive 30-32 is not applied to the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8. The extension 8c may be on the left or right side of the decorative paper 8.
[0117] The decorative paper 8, configured in this manner, is folded with the fold line 12 (horizontally) aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy packaging bag 1. The extension 8c protrudes from the left (or right) side of the heavy packaging bag 1 (for example, by about 20 mm horizontally), and the right (or left) side is roughly aligned with the heavy packaging bag 1. The rear side 8b of the decorative paper is then folded backward, and the adhesive 13 is folded to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1. As a result, the adhesive 13 adheres to the rear side 1b, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is glued to the rear side 1b.
[0118] Furthermore, the fold line 12 (horizontally) is aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, and the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is folded to meet the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (see Figure 1(b)). As a result, the adhesives 30, 31, and 32 are applied to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (to the front side 1a of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1). The extension portion 8c is positioned so that on the left side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, the extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 protrudes (for example, by about 20 mm in the horizontal direction), while the right side is roughly aligned with the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. That is, it is in the state shown in Figure 3.
[0119] As shown in Figure 5(a), in order to open and tear the decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1 configured in this way, the person opening the bag, for example, on a ship, grasps the front extension 8a' of the left side (the extension 8c) of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. Here, since the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 has a slit 8d, the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' are separated, making the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c easy to grasp.
[0120] Then, grasp the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 and pull the front side 8a of the decorative paper to the right (in the direction of arrow A) to open the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 (see Figure 5(b)).
[0121] Since only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 peels off, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1 by the adhesive 13, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 separates smoothly from the fold 12.
[0122] Here, the adhesive 30 (parallelogram shape, for example, vertically elongated parallelogram shape) is applied to the folded portion 7 in a dot pattern (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 45 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction, and the adhesive 31 (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 20 mm) and adhesive 32 (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 20 mm) are applied in two stages in a dot pattern (parallelogram shape, for example, vertically elongated parallelogram shape) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction. Therefore, when the person opening the package pulls the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 to the right with a gloved hand, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 does not tear. Consequently, because the adhesives 30 to 32 are applied discontinuously in the horizontal direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved. When opening, there is resistance only when the adhesives 30, 31, and 32 peel off discontinuously in the direction of arrow A, and there is no resistance otherwise. Therefore, the person opening the package can open it without feeling strong resistance, and by pulling the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 to the right, the decorative paper 8 does not tear at the front side 8a. Thus, because the adhesives 30 to 32 are applied discontinuously in the lateral direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved.
[0123] Furthermore, since the adhesives 30-32 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, no paper fragments from the heavy packaging bag 1 or the decorative paper 8 are generated. Therefore, no paper fragments will get mixed into the contents M (for example, feed for aquaculture).
[0124] Furthermore, the shape of each portion of the adhesive 30-32 applied discontinuously can be any shape, such as a dot, circle, semicircle, square, rectangle, or triangle. However, when comparing the lengths of the adhesive 30-32 in the vertical and horizontal directions, the longer the adhesive is in the vertical direction, the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8. Also, the longer the combined vertical length of the adhesive 30-32 (the length from the top of the adhesive 30 to the bottom of the adhesive 32), the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8.
[0125] Furthermore, the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 is pulled all the way to separate the decorative paper 8 from the heavy packaging bag 1 at the front side 8a (see Figure 5(c)). Then, the folded portion 7 is pulled upward to remove the contents M (for example, feed for farmed fish) (see Figure 5(d)).
[0126] Figure 8(b) shows the decorative paper 8 and the heavy packaging bag 1 on the side of the opening 5 (upper end 5'), and its size is the same as in Figure 4(a).
[0127] On the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, the adhesive 33 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied discontinuously and horizontally in a dot-like manner (arrow shape, for example, a vertically elongated arrow shape, a rightward-pointing vertically elongated arrow shape) to the folded portion 7 twice (multiple times) on the inside of the decorative paper 8. The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 33 on the folded portion 7 is, for example, about 45 mm. The adhesive 33 is applied horizontally in a dot-like manner, for example, 10 dots. The adhesive 33 is arrow-shaped, but it may be pointing to the right or to the left.
[0128] On the lower part 7a (horizontally) of the two folded sections 7 of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 34 and 35 (although a dashed line (hidden line) would be more appropriate as it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, it is shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied in two layers. On the upper layer, the adhesive 34 is applied discontinuously in a dot-like pattern (arrow shape, for example, a vertically elongated arrow shape, a rightward-pointing vertically elongated arrow shape) in the horizontal direction. For example, the adhesive 34 is applied in a dot-like pattern of about 10 dots in the horizontal direction. On the upper layer of the lower part 7a, the horizontal spacing of the adhesive 34 is, for example, about 45 mm.
[0129] In the lower section 7a of the decorative paper 8, the adhesive 35 is applied discontinuously in a dot-like pattern (arrow shape, for example, a right-pointing vertical arrow shape) horizontally on the inside of the decorative paper 8. The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 35 is, for example, about 20 mm, which is twice that of the upper section. The arrow shapes of the adhesive 34 and 35 may be either right-pointing or left-pointing. The adhesive 35 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 19 times. Note that the adhesive 33-35 is not applied to the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8. The extension 8c may be on the left or right side of the decorative paper 8.
[0130] The decorative paper 8, configured in this manner, is folded with the fold line 12 (horizontally) aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy packaging bag 1.
[0131] Furthermore, the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) is aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, and the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is folded to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (see Figure 1(b)). As a result, the adhesives 33, 34, and 35 are applied and glued to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (to the front side 1a of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1). The extension portion 8c is positioned so that on the left side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, the extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 protrudes (for example, by about 20 mm horizontally), while the right side is roughly aligned with the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. That is, it is in the state shown in Figure 3.
[0132] As shown in Figure 5(a), in order to open and tear the decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1 configured in this way, the person opening the bag, for example, on a ship, grasps the front extension 8a' of the left side (the extension 8c) of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. Here, since the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 has a slit 8d, the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' are separated, making the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c easy to grasp.
[0133] Then, grasp the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 and pull the front side 8a of the decorative paper to the right (in the direction of arrow A) to open the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 (see Figure 5(b)).
[0134] Since only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 peels off, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1 by the adhesive 13, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 separates smoothly from the fold 12.
[0135] Here, the adhesive 33 (arrow-shaped, for example, a right-pointing vertical arrow shape) is applied to the folded portion 7 in a dot-like pattern (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 45 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction, and the adhesive 34 (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 45 mm) and adhesive 35 (with horizontal spacing of, for example, about 20 mm) are applied in two stages in a dot-like pattern (arrow-shaped, for example, a right-pointing vertical arrow shape) in a discontinuous manner to the lower part 7a. Therefore, when the person opening the package pulls the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 to the right with a gloved hand, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 does not tear. Consequently, because the adhesives 33 to 35 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved. When opening, there is resistance only when the adhesives 33, 34, and 35 peel off discontinuously in the direction of arrow A, and no resistance otherwise. Therefore, the person opening the package can open it without feeling strong resistance, and when pulling the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 to the right, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 does not tear midway. Thus, because the adhesives 33 to 35 are applied discontinuously in the lateral direction, the ease of opening the decorative paper 8 is improved.
[0136] Furthermore, since the adhesives 33-35 are applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, no paper fragments from the heavy packaging bag 1 or the decorative paper 8 are generated. Therefore, no paper fragments will get mixed into the contents M (for example, feed for aquaculture).
[0137] Furthermore, the shape of each portion of the adhesive 33-35 applied discontinuously can be any shape, such as a dot, circle, semicircle, square, rectangle, or triangle. However, when comparing the lengths of the adhesive 33-35 in the vertical and horizontal directions, the longer the adhesive is in the vertical direction, the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8. Also, the longer the combined vertical length of the adhesive 33-35 (the length from the top of the adhesive 33 to the bottom of the adhesive 35), the more effectively the decorative paper 8 will tear when opened, and the easier it is to open the decorative paper 8.
[0138] Furthermore, grasp the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 and pull the front side 8a of the decorative paper all the way to separate the decorative paper 8 from the heavy packaging bag 1 (see Figure 5(c)). Then, pull the folded portion 7 upward to remove the contents M (for example, feed for farmed fish) (see Figure 5(d)).
[0139] Figure 9(a) shows the decorative paper 8 and the heavy packaging bag 1 at the upper end 5'. The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is the same as in Figure 4(a), so its explanation is omitted. A slit 8d is formed in the fold 12 of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8, for the same length as the lateral length of the extension 8c. This separates the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8.
[0140] On the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, the adhesive 14 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied discontinuously in a dot-like pattern (square shape, for example, a vertically elongated square shape) horizontally to the folded portion 7 twice (multiple times). The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 14 on the folded portion 7 is, for example, about 45 mm. The adhesive 14 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 10 dots.
[0141] On the lower part 7a (horizontally) of the folded portion 7 of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 36 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is continuously applied in a zigzag pattern to the inside of the decorative paper 8. The width of one zigzag is, for example, about 50 mm. The height is, for example, about 30 mm. The upper central vertex a is located midway between the adhesive 14s, and the lower central vertex a' is located below the adhesive 14s. Under these rules, the adhesive 36 is applied in a zigzag pattern in the horizontal direction. The adhesive 36 is applied in a narrow zigzag pattern and continues in that zigzag pattern. The upper vertex a and lower vertex a' are applied in a zigzag pattern, for example, 19 times in the horizontal direction.
[0142] The decorative paper 8, configured in this manner, is folded so that its fold 12 (horizontally) aligns with the upper end 5' of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. With the extension 8c protruding from the left (or right) side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 (for example, by about 20 mm horizontally), and the right (or left) side roughly aligned with the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is folded backward, and the adhesive 13 is folded to the rear side 1b of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. As a result, the adhesive 13 adheres, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper is glued to the rear side 1b.
[0143] Furthermore, the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) is aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, and the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is folded to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (horizontal direction) (see Figure 1(b)). As a result, the adhesive 14 and the zigzag-shaped adhesive 36 adhere to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (to the front side 1a of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1), thereby gluing the front side 8a of the decorative paper. The extension portion 8c is positioned so that it protrudes on the left side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, while the right side is roughly aligned with the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. That is, it is in the state shown in Figure 3.
[0144] As shown in Figure 5(a), in order to open and tear the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1 configured in this way, the person opening the bag, for example, on a ship, grasps the front extension 8a' of the left side (the extension 8c) of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. Here, with a gloved hand, the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 has a slit 8d, so the front extension 8a' and the rear extension 8b' separate, making the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c easy to grasp.
[0145] Then, the person opening the package pulls the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 to the right (in the direction of arrow A), thereby opening the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 (see Figure 5(b)). The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 remains attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1.
[0146] Here, the adhesive 14 (square shape, for example, vertically elongated square shape) is applied to the folded portion 7 in a dot-like manner (the horizontal spacing is, for example, about 45 mm), discontinuously and horizontally. The person opening the package can easily grasp the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 with, for example, a gloved hand. When opening, there is resistance only when the adhesive 14 is peeled off discontinuously in the direction of arrow A, and there is no resistance otherwise. The adhesive 36 is applied in a narrow, zigzag pattern horizontally, allowing the person opening the package to do so without feeling strong resistance, and without tearing the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8. Therefore, because the adhesive 14 is applied discontinuously and horizontally, and the adhesive 36 is applied in a zigzag pattern, is narrow, and horizontally, the ease of opening the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is improved.
[0147] Since only the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 is peeled off, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is attached to the rear side 1b by the adhesive 13, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is smoothly separated from the fold 12.
[0148] Furthermore, since the adhesive 14 is applied discontinuously in a horizontal direction, and the adhesive 36 is applied in a narrow width in a zigzag pattern in a horizontal direction, no paper fragments from the heavy packaging bag 1 or the decorative paper 8 are generated. Therefore, no paper fragments will get mixed into the contents M (for example, feed for aquaculture).
[0149] Furthermore, the shape of each portion of the adhesive 14 applied discontinuously can be any shape, but when comparing the length of the adhesive 14 in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, a longer length in the vertical direction can suppress tearing of the decorative paper 8 when opened, and improve the ease of opening the decorative paper 8.
[0150] Furthermore, grasp the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 and pull the front side 8a of the decorative paper all the way to separate the decorative paper 8 from the heavy packaging bag 1 (see Figure 5(c)). Then, pull the folded portion 7 upward to remove the contents M (for example, feed for farmed fish) (see Figure 5(d)).
[0151] Figure 9(b) shows the decorative paper 8 and the heavy packaging bag 1 at the upper end 5'.
[0152] On the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, the adhesive 14 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is applied discontinuously in a dot-like pattern (square shape, for example, a vertically elongated square shape) horizontally to the folded portion 7 twice (multiple times). The horizontal spacing of the adhesive 14 on the folded portion 7 is, for example, about 45 mm. The adhesive 14 is applied horizontally in a dot-like pattern, for example, 10 dots.
[0153] On the lower part 7a (horizontally) of the folded portion 7 of the decorative paper 8, adhesive 37 (officially a dashed line (hidden line) since it is on the inside of the decorative paper 8, but shown as a solid line for convenience) is continuously applied in an up-and-down convex shape. The part that is convex upwards is the convex part 37a, and the part that is convex downwards is the convex part 37b. The width of the upper convex part 37a and the lower convex part 37b in the horizontal direction is, for example, about 20 mm. The intermediate part between the upper convex part 37a and the lower convex part 37b is the intermediate part between the adhesive 14 and the adhesive 14. Also, the adhesive 14 arrives at the left and right end ends of the upper convex part 37a and the lower convex part 37b. The adhesive 37 is applied horizontally in this regular, narrow, up-and-down convex shape. The upper convex part 37a and the lower convex part 37b are applied horizontally in an up-and-down convex shape, for example, 18 times.
[0154] The decorative paper 8, configured in this manner, is folded so that its fold 12 (horizontally) aligns with the upper end 5' of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. With the extension 8c protruding from the left (or right) side of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 (for example, by about 20 mm horizontally), and the right (or left) side roughly aligned with the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is folded backward, and the adhesive 13 is folded towards the rear side 1b of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. As a result, the adhesive 13 adheres, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper is glued to the rear side 1b of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1.
[0155] Furthermore, the fold line 12 (horizontal direction) is aligned with the upper end 5' of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, and the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is folded to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (see Figure 1(b)). As a result, the adhesive 14 and the upper and lower convex adhesive 37 are attached to the folded portion 7 and its lower part 7a (to the front side 1a of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1), and the front side 8a of the decorative paper is glued to the front side 1a. The extension portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 protrudes from the left side (or right side) of the heavy-duty packaging bag 1, while the right side (or left side) is roughly aligned with the heavy-duty packaging bag 1. That is, it becomes the state shown in Figure 3.
[0156] As shown in Figure 5(a), in order to open and tear the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 of the heavy packaging bag 1 configured in this way, the person opening the bag, for example, on a ship, grasps the front extension 8a' of the left side (the extension 8c) of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand. Here, with a gloved hand, the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c of the decorative paper 8 has a slit 8d, so the front extension 8a and the rear extension 8b' separate, making the front extension 8a' of the extension 8c easy to grasp.
[0157] Then, the person opening the package grasps the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 and pulls the front side 8a of the decorative paper to the right (in the direction of arrow A), thereby opening the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 (see Figure 5(b)). The rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 remains attached to the rear side 1b of the heavy packaging bag 1.
[0158] Here, the adhesive 14 (square shape, for example, a vertically elongated square shape) is applied to the folded portion 7 in a dot-like manner (the horizontal spacing is, for example, about 45 mm) in a discontinuous manner in the horizontal direction, and the person opening the package can easily grasp the extended front side 8a' of the decorative paper 8 with, for example, a gloved hand. When opening, there is resistance only when the adhesive 14 peels off discontinuously in the direction of arrow A, and there is no resistance otherwise. The adhesive 37 is applied in a narrow width, horizontal direction, and in an up-and-down convex shape, so the person opening the package can open it without feeling strong resistance and without tearing the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8. Therefore, because the adhesive 14 is applied discontinuously in the horizontal direction and the adhesive 37 is applied in an up-and-down convex shape, in a narrow width, and horizontal direction, the ease of opening the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is improved.
[0159] Since only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 peels off, and the rear side 8b of the decorative paper 8 is stuck together with the adhesive 13, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 separates smoothly from the fold 12.
[0160] Furthermore, since the adhesive 14 is applied discontinuously and horizontally, and is narrow in width, and the adhesive 37 is applied continuously horizontally in an up-and-down convex shape, no paper fragments of the heavy packaging bag 1 or the decorative paper 8 are generated. Therefore, no paper fragments will get mixed into the contents M (for example, feed for aquaculture).
[0161] Furthermore, while the shape of each individual adhesive 14 can be anything, if the adhesive 14 is longer in the vertical direction compared to the horizontal direction, it can suppress tearing of the decorative paper 8 when opened, and improve the ease of opening the decorative paper 8.
[0162] Furthermore, the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is pulled all the way to separate the decorative paper 8 from the heavy packaging bag 1 (see Figure 5(c)). Then, the folded portion 7 is pulled upward to remove the contents M (for example, feed for farmed fish) (see Figure 5(d)). [Examples]
[0163] For Figures 4(a)(b), 7(a)(b), 8(a)(b), and 9(a)(b), the "JIS Z 0217 Kraft Paper Bag Drop Test" was conducted.
[0164] The heavy-duty packaging bag 1 described above consists of a resin film (PE) as the innermost layer, and kraft paper as the middle and outermost layers (a total of 3 layers). For example, if the contents are feed pellets with a diameter of approximately 5-10 mm, and the total weight of the contents is, for example, 20 kg, and the paper bag is, for example, 495 mm wide and 762 mm long, it was dropped horizontally from a height of 1.2 m. The number of drops was 10.
[0165] In Figures 4(a)(b), 7(a)(b), 8(a)(b), and 9(a)(b), the decorative paper 8 remained attached, and there was no tearing of the opening 5 or the closing part 9, indicating that the situation was at an acceptable level.
[0166] Thus, the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 maintains its adhesive strength to prevent tearing, peeling of the decorative paper 8, and leakage of contents against vibrations and impacts during transportation and handling. Furthermore, when opening, the decorative paper 8 can be easily opened by the person opening it, and the decorative paper 8 does not tear when opened, thus improving the ease of opening the decorative paper 8.
[0167] According to the present invention, the person opening the package can grasp the extended front side 8a' of the extended portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 and peel off only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 to expose the folded portion 7, and open the folded portion 7 to take out the contents. For example, the person opening the package can easily grasp the extended front side 8a' of the extended portion 8c of the decorative paper 8 with a gloved hand, and by peeling off only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a lateral direction, so the package can be opened without feeling any resistance when opening the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8, thus improving the ease of opening the decorative paper 8.
[0168] In this way, by peeling only the front side 8a of the decorative paper through the fold 12 from the slit 8d, the front side 8a of the decorative paper peels off smoothly from the fold 12 because the slit 8d and the fold 12 are present.
[0169] In this way, the heavy-duty packaging bag 1 maintains its adhesive strength so that it does not tear, peel off the decorative paper 8, or leak its contents when subjected to vibration and impact during transportation and handling, and when opened, the decorative paper 8 can be easily opened by the person opening it, and the decorative paper 8 does not tear when opened, thus improving the ease of opening the decorative paper 8.
[0170] Furthermore, since there is resistance only when the adhesive is peeled off and no resistance otherwise, only the front side 8a of the decorative paper 8 is peeled off, thus improving the ease of opening the decorative paper 8.
[0171] Furthermore, there is resistance only when the adhesive 14 is peeled off (see Figures 9(a) and 9(b)), and there is no resistance otherwise. Therefore, when peeling off the narrow zigzag-shaped adhesive 36 and the narrow top-and-bottom convex-shaped adhesive 37, there is no strong resistance, and only the front side 8a of the decorative paper is peeled off, thus improving the ease of opening the decorative paper 8.
[0172] The above-mentioned water-resistant adhesive is used when the person opening the package, for example, with gloved hands on a ship (in environments where it may get wet), the fixing adhesive is used when the decorative paper 8 needs to be firmly attached to the heavy packaging bag because of its strong adhesive strength, and the release adhesive is used when the decorative paper 8 needs to be peeled off the heavy packaging bag relatively gently because of its weak adhesive strength.
[0173] The spacing of the adhesive strips, such as approximately 45 mm in width or approximately 20 mm in width, and the width of the extension section 8c being approximately 20 mm, is just one example; the spacing is not specified as long as both adhesive strength and ease of opening are achieved. However, if the spacing is too wide, it becomes difficult to adhere the adhesive to the decorative paper 8, so the examples shown in Figures 4, 6 to 9 aim to achieve both improved opening strength and ease of opening of the adhesive on the decorative paper 8.
[0174] If the extension 8c is provided on the right side of the decorative paper 8, the extension front side 8a' will be pulled from the right side to the left side (in the opposite direction to arrow A) along the decorative paper front side 8a. [Industrial applicability]
[0175] According to the heavy packaging bag of the present invention, the person opening the bag can easily grasp the extended front side of the decorative paper with a gloved hand, for example, and peel off only the front side of the decorative paper. Since the adhesive is applied discontinuously in a dotted pattern, the bag can be opened without feeling any resistance when opening the front side of the decorative paper, thus improving ease of opening.
