The compound comprises 0.5 to 50% by mass of dialkyl carbonate (A) having 8 carbon atoms in the alkyl group, 0.3 to 30% by mass of higher alcohol (B) having 10 to 28 carbon atoms, 0.03 to 10% by mass of at least one emulsifier (C) selected from the group consisting of anionic thickeners, nonionic thickeners, and nonionic surfactants, water (D), 0.5 to 20% by mass of dimer dilinoleate ester (E), and 2 to 10% by mass of almond oil as a liquid oil (F) at 25°C. A hair cosmetic product that is substantially free of cationic surfactants.
2. The hair cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the dialkyl carbonate (A) having eight carbon atoms in the alkyl group is at least one selected from the group consisting of dicaprylyl carbonate and diethylhexyl carbonate.
3. The hair cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the carbon-10 to carbon-28 higher alcohol (B) is at least one selected from the group consisting of myristyl alcohol, lauryl alcohol, and cetanol.
4. The hair cosmetic composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the emulsifier (C) is at least one selected from the group consisting of (acryloyldimethyltaurate ammonium / VP) copolymer, carboxyvinyl polymer, hydroxyethylcellulose, and glyceryl stearate.
5. A hair cosmetic according to any one of claims 1 to 4, which is a leave-in treatment.
