DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] (Embodiment) Hereinafter, the fixture and the system ceiling according to the embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. Each of the drawings described in the following embodiments is a schematic diagram, and the ratio of the size and thickness of each component does not necessarily reflect the actual dimensional ratio. Further, the configurations described in the following embodiments are merely examples of the present disclosure. The present disclosure is not limited to the following embodiments, and various modifications can be made according to the design and the like as long as the effects of the present disclosure can be achieved.
[0012] 1. First Embodiment (1) System Ceiling The outline of the system ceiling 100 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
[0013] The system ceiling 100 is provided, for example, as a ceiling in an office building. The system ceiling 100 includes a plurality of first T-bars 101 and second T-bars 102 as a grid-type support frame, and a plurality of ceiling face members 103.
[0014] The plurality of first T-bars 101 and the plurality of second T-bars 102 are coupled to each other so as to be arranged in a grid pattern, that is, in the vertical and horizontal directions. The first T-bars 101 and the second T-bars are suspended from a ceiling slab (not shown) of the building and are arranged such that their longitudinal directions are along the horizontal direction. A plurality of rectangular openings are formed by the plurality of first T-bars 101 and the plurality of second T-bars 102.
[0015] The ceiling face member 103 is a quadrilateral flat plate member, and each of the four sides is supported from below by the first T-bars 101 and the second T-bars 102. Thereby, the ceiling face member 103 fills the plurality of openings described above.
[0016] The system ceiling 100 further has a wiring duct 104 (described later) and a lighting device 105 (described later).
[0017] (2) First T-bar, Second T-bar The first T-bar 101 is a main bar member and is fixed to two or more suspension bolts (not shown) hanging from a ceiling slab (not shown). The second T-bar 102 is a crossbar member and is supported between the two first T-bars 101.
[0018] In detail, the multiple first T-bars 101 are arranged so that their longitudinal direction is along the horizontal direction and they are parallel to each other at a certain interval (distance between centers). The multiple second T-bars 102 are arranged so that they intersect (orthogonal to) the multiple first T-bars 101 and are parallel to each other at a predetermined interval. The first T-bars 101 and the second T-bars 102 are joined together by appropriate joiners (not shown).
[0019] The first T-bar 101 will be described in detail using Figures 4 to 6. Note that the structure of the second T-bar 102 is the same as that of the first T-bar 101, so its explanation will be omitted. Furthermore, in the following explanation, the direction in which the first T-bar 101 extends horizontally will be referred to as the longitudinal direction of the first T-bar 101 (arrow X), and the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction will be referred to as the short direction of the first T-bar 101 (arrow Y).
[0020] The first T-bar 101 is formed from a core material made of metal such as iron or aluminum. The first T-bar 101 has a basic structure consisting of a main body 108, a suspension attachment portion 107 provided at the upper end of the main body 108, and a bottom portion 109 provided at the lower end of the main body 108.
[0021] The main body 108 is formed in the shape of a long, flat plate. The main body 108 is the middle part of the first T-bar 101 and connects the suspension attachment part 107 and the bottom part 109.
[0022] The suspension mounting portion 107 is provided above the space by being attached to a suspension device (not shown). The suspension mounting portion 107 is formed in the shape of a hollow rectangular prism with both ends in the longitudinal direction open. The suspension mounting portion 107 is connected to the upper end of the main body 108 at the center of the shorter side of the lower surface.
[0023] The bottom portion 109 is a lip channel steel, formed as a hollow rectangular prism, and connected to the lower end of the main body 108 at the center of the shorter side of the upper surface. The bottom portion 109 has a top plate portion 111, a pair of side plate portions 112, 112, and a bottom plate portion 113. An opening 114 is formed in the center of the shorter side of the bottom plate portion 113, extending along the longitudinal direction of the bottom portion 109.
[0024] (3) Ceiling surface material Each ceiling panel 103 is a plate-like structure with a quadrangular (square) shape when viewed from the front. Each of the multiple ceiling panels 103 is a so-called ceiling panel made of, for example, a rock wool decorative sound-absorbing board that has aesthetic appeal, fire resistance, sound absorption, and heat insulation properties. The ceiling panel 103 is supported on the upper surface of four bar members (two first T-bars 101 and two second T-bars 102) so as to close off a rectangular opening surrounded by these bar members. More specifically, stepped portions 110 (see Figure 4) are formed on the four sides of the ceiling panel 103. The ceiling panel 103 is then supported by the four bar members by placing the stepped portions 110 on the four sides of the ceiling panel 103 on the upper surface of the four bar members that form the opening. In this way, the ceiling panel 103 is detachably attached to the first T-bars 101 and 2 T-bars 102.
[0025] (4) Wiring duct The wiring duct 104 is attached to the first T-bar 101 by the mounting fixture 1 (described later).
[0026] The wiring duct 104 is formed in a shape that is elongated in one direction. The wiring duct 104 is attached to the underside of the first T-bar 101 such that the longitudinal direction of the wiring duct 104 is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the first T-bar 101. The wiring duct 104 is also attached to the underside of the first T-bar 101 such that the center of the wiring duct 104 in the width direction coincides with the center of the first T-bar 101 in the short direction.
[0027] As shown in Figure 4, the wiring duct 104 is made by covering a metal plate bent into a C shape with an insulating material such as resin. The wiring duct 104 comprises a pair of side plate portions 122, 122 and a top plate portion 121 connecting the upper ends of the pair of side plate portions 122, 122, and is formed in a C-shape in cross-section. In addition, a pair of lip portions 124, 124 protrude from the lower end of each side plate portion 122 in a direction facing each other (inward). An opening 133 is formed between the pair of lip portions 124, 124, extending along the longitudinal direction of the wiring duct 104. The width of the wiring duct 104 is smaller than the width of the first T-bar 101.
[0028] Each side plate portion 122 has an electrode holding portion 125 formed on its inner surface, projecting inwards in directions opposite to each other. The tip surface of the electrode holding portion 125 has a groove formed along the longitudinal direction of the wiring duct 104.
[0029] A power supply rail 132 (shown only in Figure 4) is positioned in the groove of the electrode holding portion 125. The pair of power supply rails 132, 132 are connected to an external AC power source such as a commercial power supply.
[0030] A lighting fixture 105, designed for the wiring duct 104, is electrically connected to a pair of power supply rails 132 while being held in the wiring duct 104. The lighting fixture 105 is supplied with AC power via the wiring duct 104 (the pair of power supply rails 132).
[0031] In addition, other electrical equipment may be attached to the wiring duct 104 instead of the lighting equipment. For example, suitable other electrical equipment includes outlets (such as hanging outlets) and imaging devices (surveillance cameras).
[0032] (5) Mounting hardware (5-1) Overview The mounting bracket 1 is a component for attaching the wiring duct 104 to the first T-bar 101 of the system ceiling 100. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the mounting bracket 1 fixes the wiring duct 104 to the first T-bar 101 at two points.
[0033] The mounting fixture 1 has a mounting portion 2 and a holding portion 3. The mounting portion 2 is a member that is attached to the first T-bar 101. The holding portion 3 is a member that holds the wiring duct 104 between itself and the mounting portion 2, and is detachable from the mounting portion 2 along the ceiling surface (specifically, the horizontal plane). Therefore, the operability when attaching and detaching the holding portion 3 to the mounting portion 2 is improved. In other words, the operation of moving the holding portion 3 between a holding position that holds the wiring duct 104 and a non-holding position that does not hold it becomes easier.
[0034] Furthermore, as described above, since the wiring duct 104 is attached to the first T-bar 101 via the mounting part 2, the degree of freedom in the placement of the wiring duct 104 in the system ceiling 100 can be increased. In addition, there is no need to provide holes in the wiring duct 104 for attachment to the first T-bar 101, or to position the wiring duct 104 on the first T-bar 101.
[0035] In this embodiment, the mounting portion 2 and the holding portion 3 are made of metal such as iron or aluminum.
[0036] The retaining portion 3, when attached to the mounting portion 2, forms a space surrounding the wiring duct 104. This space is closed in the vertical and detachment directions, and open in the direction perpendicular to the detachment direction. In this embodiment, the detachment direction of the mounting portion 2 and the retaining portion 3 in the mounting fixture 1 coincides with the short side direction (arrow Y) of the first T-bar 101, and the opening of the mounting fixture 1 faces the longitudinal direction (arrow X) of the first T-bar.
[0037] (5-2) Mounting part As shown in Figure 13, the mounting portion 2 includes a first top plate portion 11 fixed to the first T-bar 101, a first side plate portion 12 extending downward from one end of the first top plate portion 11, and a first support portion 13 extending from the first side plate portion 12 in the attachment / detachment direction (towards the side on the same side as the first top plate portion 11).
[0038] The first top plate portion 11 is a generally rectangular plate and is located above the wiring duct 104. The first side plate portion 12 is a generally rectangular member and is located on one side in the shorter direction of the wiring duct 104. The wiring duct 104 is placed on the first support portion 13. The first support portion 13 has a base portion 14 and an extension portion 15. The base portion 14 has the same width as the first side plate portion 12. The extension portion 15 extends from the base portion 14 with a narrower width than the base portion 14, and its tip extends to near the tip of the first top plate portion 11. A screw hole 47 is formed in the extension portion 15, penetrating in the vertical direction.
[0039] (5-3) Fixed part The mounting fixture 1 further includes a fixing part 4. The fixing part 4 is attached to the first top plate portion 11 and fixes the first top plate portion 11 to the first T-bar 101. The fixing part 4 includes a screw member 21 and a locking member 22. The screw member 21 has a head 41 (see Figure 10) positioned on the underside of the first top plate portion 11, and a threaded portion 42 extending upward through a through hole 44 formed in the first top plate portion 11. The head 41 is flat and housed in the through hole 44, and therefore does not protrude downward from the underside of the first top plate portion 11. The locking member 22 is positioned on the upper side of the first top plate portion 11 and has a screw hole 43 into which the threaded portion 42 of the screw member 21 is screwed. The locking member 22 is generally cross-shaped and has four arms 51. As shown in Figure 13, the tips of the arms 51 have a curved top portion 52 and straight portions 53 on both sides. The locking member 22 rests on the bottom plate portion 113 of the bottom 109 of the first T-bar 101, and as shown in Figure 9, it is movable along the first T-bar 101 between the pair of side plate portions 112, 112, but its rotation is restricted relative to the pair of side plate portions 112, 112. Specifically, the straight portion 53 of the arm 51 of the locking member 22 is close to the inner surface of the pair of side plate portions 112, 112. Therefore, by turning the screw member 21 and tightening the bottom plate portion 113 of the first T-bar 101 between the locking member 22 and the first top plate portion 11, the mounting portion 2 is firmly fixed to the first T-bar 101 in the desired position.
[0040] (5-4) Holding part As shown in Figure 15, the holding part 3 has a second top plate portion 25, a second side plate portion 26 extending downward from one end of the second top plate portion 25, and a second support portion 27 extending from the lower end of the second side plate portion 26 in the attachment / detachment direction (towards the side on the same side as the second top plate portion 25, i.e., toward the first side plate portion 12). The second top plate portion 25 extends to the side on the same side as the second support portion 27 and is positioned close to the first top plate portion 11. The second top plate portion 25 is located above the wiring duct 104. The presence of the second top plate portion 25 increases the overall strength of the holding part 3. The second side plate portion 126 is a generally rectangular member and is located on one side in the shorter direction of the wiring duct 104. The second support portion 27 is positioned overlapping the lower side of the first support portion 13. The second support portion 27 has a through hole 34 (see Figure 4) at a position corresponding to the screw hole 47. The through hole 34 is an elongated hole that is longer in the attachment / detachment direction than the screw hole 47.
[0041] The second top plate section 25 has a base section 28 and a pair of arm-shaped extension sections 29, 29 that extend from the base section 28 in the width direction (arrow X) at a distance from each other. The gap between the pair of extension sections 29, 29 in the width direction is set to be longer than the width of the first top plate section 11. As shown in Figure 15, when the mounting section 2 and the holding section 3 are assembled, the pair of extension sections 29, 29 are positioned on both sides of the first top plate section 11 in the width direction, restricting the movement of the mounting section 2 and the holding section 3 in the width direction. In other words, the first top plate section 11 functions as the first interlocking section, and the second top plate section 25 functions as the second interlocking section. As shown in Figure 4, the upper surfaces of the first top plate section 11 and the second top plate section 25 are in contact with the lower surface of the bottom plate section 113 of the bottom section 109, and further in contact with or close to the lower surface of the ceiling surface material 103.
[0042] (5-5) Connecting member The mounting fixture 1 further comprises a connecting member 5. The connecting member 5 is a member that connects the first support portion 13 and the second support portion 27. The connecting member 5 is screwed into the threaded hole 47 of the first support portion 13 from below the second support portion 27 through the through hole 34.
[0043] (5) Positioning member The mounting fixture 1 further comprises a positioning member 6. The positioning member 6 is a member that positions the wiring duct 104 between the first side plate portion 12 and the second side plate portion 26. The positioning member 6 is a screw member that is screwed into a screw hole 35 provided in the second side plate portion 26. The positioning member 6 has a head 45 on the outside of the second side plate portion 26 and a screw portion 46 that is screwed into the screw hole. The tip of the screw portion 46 of the positioning member 6 is in contact with one side plate portion 122 of the wiring duct 104. Specifically, the positioning member 6 biases the lower half of the area of the second side plate portion 26.
[0044] (6) Duct installation work Figures 7 to 12 illustrate the process of attaching the wiring duct 104 to the first T-bar 101. In Figure 7, only the first T-bar 101 and the ceiling panel 103 are shown.
[0045] First, the mounting part 2 is attached to the first T-bar 101. As shown in Figure 8, with the mounting part 2 and the fixing part 4 combined, the locking member 22 (solid line) is inserted from bottom to top into the notch 115 where the openings of the bottom plate part 113 intersect on the lower surface of the joint portion of the first T-bar 101. Next, the locking member 22 is rotated by approximately 90 degrees, and the locking member 22 (dashed line) is moved along the bottom plate part 113 of the first T-bar 101 to the predetermined position (see Figure 9). In this way, the mounting part 2 can be freely moved along the first T-bar 101 while being held on the first T-bar 101, resulting in good workability. Then, the screw member 21 is turned to fix the first top plate part 11 to the first T-bar 101. As shown in Figures 9 and 10, in this embodiment, the width direction of the mounting part 2 coincides with the short side direction (arrow Y) of the first T-bar 101. As a result of the above steps, the state changes from that shown in Figure 7 to that shown in Figure 10. Note that the above steps are performed for both mounting parts 2.
[0046] Next, the wiring duct 104 is placed and supported on the two mounting parts 2. Specifically, the wiring duct 104 is slid horizontally along the short side of the first T-bar towards the space between the first top plate 11 and the first support part 13, thereby placing the wiring duct 104 on the first support part 13. In this state, since the wiring duct 104 is supported by the two mounting parts 2, there is no problem even if the worker lets go of the wiring duct 104, meaning that workability is improved. As a result of the above, the state changes from the state in Figure 10 to the state in Figure 11.
[0047] Next, the holding part 3 is attached to the mounting part 2 and the fixing part 4. Specifically, the holding part 3 is brought horizontally closer to the mounting part 2 along the short side direction of the first T-bar 101 and the wiring duct 104. At this time, the second top plate part 25 of the holding part 3 is guided by the first top plate part 11 of the mounting part 2, making the assembly work of the mounting part 2 and the holding part 3 easy. As a result of the above, the state changes from the state in Figure 11 to the state in Figure 12.
[0048] Next, the holding part 3 is fixed to the mounting part 2 using the connecting member 5. Specifically, the first support part 13 and the second support part 27 are joined by screwing the connecting member 5 into the screw hole 47 of the first support part 13. In this case, since the first support part 13 and the second support part 27 are joined, the worker can operate it from below, resulting in good workability.
[0049] Finally, the positioning member 6 is used to position the wiring duct 104 and the mounting fixture 1 in the direction of attachment and detachment. Specifically, the positioning member 6 is rotated to position the wiring duct 104 between the first side plate portion 12 and the second side plate portion 26. As a result, the position and orientation of the wiring duct 104 are stabilized.
[0050] (7) Duct removal work Next, Figures 7 to 12 will be used to explain the process of removing the wiring duct 104 from the first T-bar 101. Note that the removal process is performed in the reverse order of the installation process.
[0051] First, from the state shown in Figure 12, the positioning member 6 is used to release the positioning of the wiring duct 104 and the mounting fixture 1 in the attachment / detachment direction. Specifically, the positioning member 6 is rotated to move it away from the wiring duct 104.
[0052] Next, the connecting member 5 is used to release the fixation between the holding part 3 and the mounting part 2. Specifically, the connecting member 5 is rotated to remove it from the screw hole 47 of the first support part 13.
[0053] Next, remove the retaining part 3 from the mounting part 2 and the fixing part 4. Specifically, remove the retaining part 3 by moving it away from the mounting part 2 along the attachment / detachment direction. As a result, the state changes from that shown in Figure 12 to that shown in Figure 11.
[0054] Next, the wiring duct 104 is removed from the mounting part 2. Specifically, the wiring duct 104 is slid horizontally along the short side of the first T-bar 101 and the wiring duct 104 so that it comes out from between the first top plate part 11 and the first support part 13, thereby removing the wiring duct 104 from above the first support part 13. As a result, the state changes from that in Figure 11 to that in Figure 10.
[0055] Finally, the mounting part 2 is removed from the first T-bar 101. Specifically, the screw member 21 is turned to release the fixation between the first top plate 11 and the first T-bar 101. Then, with the mounting part 2 and the fixing part 4 assembled, the locking member 22 (dashed line) is moved along the bottom plate 113 of the first T-bar 101, as shown in Figure 8, until it reaches the notched portion 115 of the joint between the first T-bar 101 and the second T-bar 102. Then, the locking member 22 is rotated 90 degrees and removed from top to bottom. As a result, the state changes from Figure 10 to Figure 7. The above operation is performed for both mounting parts 2.
[0056] (modified version) The embodiments described above are only a few of the various embodiments of this disclosure. The embodiments described above can be modified in various ways depending on the design, etc., as long as the objectives of this disclosure are achieved. The following lists some modifications of the embodiments described above. The modifications described below can be combined and applied as appropriate.
[0057] (1) Modified examples of mounting fixtures The mounting bracket may be attached to the second T-bar. In that case, the wiring duct may also be mounted along the second T-bar.
[0058] The holding part and the mounting part may be integrated. For example, the holding part and the mounting part may be connected by a deformable connector, and the holding part may be movable between a holding position that holds the duct and a non-holding position that allows the duct to be attached and detached.
[0059] The mounting and holding parts may be made of materials other than metal, such as plastic.
[0060] The direction in which the retaining part can be attached to and detached from the mounting part is not particularly limited. For example, the retaining part may be detachable from the mounting part in the vertical direction.
[0061] The second top plate portion of the holding section may be omitted.
[0062] The engaging member does not have to be cross-shaped. The engaging member may also be straight.
[0063] The engaging member may be provided with a retaining washer.
[0064] The number of mounting fixtures used to install a single wiring duct may be three or more.
[0065] (2) Modified form of the bar member The structure of the bar member is not limited to T-bars; it may also be L-bars or other types commonly used in system ceilings.
[0066] The shape of the grid formed by the bar members is not limited to a rectangular shape; it may also be a triangular shape or other shapes.
[0067] The bar member does not have to be straight, and may include a curve in at least part of it. For example, the bar member may have a meandering shape along a horizontal plane (e.g., sinusoidal).
[0068] (3) Modified duct The wiring duct does not have to be straight in plan view, and may include curves in at least part of it.
[0069] This embodiment can also be applied to ducts that house wires other than conductive wires.
[0070] 2. Second Embodiment In the first embodiment described above, the wiring duct was arranged along the T-bar, but the wiring duct may also be arranged to span across two T-bars. This is possible because the opening direction of the mounting fixture can be oriented not only along the longitudinal direction of the T-bar, as in the first embodiment, but also along the short direction of the T-bar, so that the wiring duct can be held by two mounting fixtures fixed to each of the two T-bars.
[0071] An example of such an embodiment will be described as the second embodiment using Figures 16 and 17. Note that the basic configuration of the system ceiling 100 in the second embodiment is the same as that of the system ceiling 100 in the first embodiment; therefore, the following description will focus on the differences.
[0072] (1) Wiring duct As shown in Figure 16, the wiring duct 104 of the system ceiling 100 is attached to the second T-bar 102 by a mounting fixture 1A. Specifically, the wiring duct 104 is attached to the underside of the two second T-bars 102 such that the longitudinal direction of the wiring duct 104 is aligned with the longitudinal direction of the first T-bar 101. In other words, the wiring duct 104 is positioned to span across the two second T-bars 102. In this embodiment, two other second T-bars 102 are positioned between the two second T-bars 102 to which the mounting fixture 1A is attached, and the wiring duct 104 is positioned to intersect these other two second T-bars 102 in a plan view, on the underside.
[0073] (2) Mounting hardware The mounting bracket 1A is a component for attaching the wiring duct 104 to the first T-bar 101 of the system ceiling 100. As shown in Figure 16, the mounting bracket 1A is fixed to the two second T-bars 102 at two points on the wiring duct 104.
[0074] The mounting fixture 1A has a mounting portion 2 and a holding portion 3. The mounting portion 2 is a member that is attached to the second T-bar 102. The holding portion 3 is a member that holds the wiring duct 104 between itself and the mounting portion 2.
[0075] As described above, the wiring duct 104 is attached to the second T-bar 102 via the mounting part 2, which increases the degree of freedom in the placement of the wiring duct 104 in the system ceiling 100. In addition, it becomes unnecessary to provide holes in the wiring duct 104 for attachment to the second T-bar 102 or to position the wiring duct 104 on the second T-bar 102.
[0076] When the retaining part 3 is attached to the mounting part 2, it forms a space between the retaining part 3 and the wiring duct 104 that surrounds the wiring duct 104. This space is closed in the vertical direction and the attachment / detachment direction, and is open in the direction perpendicular to the attachment / detachment direction. In this embodiment, in the mounting fixture 1, the attachment / detachment direction of the mounting part 2 and the retaining part 3 coincides with the longitudinal direction (arrow Y) of the second T-bar 102, and the opening of the mounting fixture 1 faces the short direction (arrow X) of the second T-bar 102.
[0077] In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 16, the two mounting fixtures 1A are fixed to the two second T-bars 102, respectively, and are positioned at the same location along the longitudinal direction of the second T-bars 102.
[0078] As is clear from the above, the wiring duct 104 does not need to be positioned along the first T-bars 101, but can be positioned at any position between the first T-bars 101.
[0079] As one variation, the wiring duct 104 may be stretched diagonally (non-parallel to the first T-bar 101) between the two second T-bars 102.
[0080] In another variation, the wiring duct 104 may be stretched between two first T-bars 101.
[0081] As another variation, there does not have to be another second T-bar 102 positioned between the two second T-bars 102 to which the mounting portion 2 is attached, and if there is one, the number is not limited.
[0082] 3. Third Embodiment In the first embodiment described above, a positioning member 6 made of a screw member was used to position the wiring duct 104 and the mounting fixture 1, but the configuration for positioning is not particularly limited, and other members may be used.
[0083] Using Figure 18, such an embodiment will be described as the third embodiment. Note that the basic configuration of the system ceiling 100 in the third embodiment is the same as the basic configuration of the system ceiling 100 in the first embodiment, so the following description will focus on the differences.
[0084] The mounting fixture 1B has a positioning member 6B. The positioning member 6B is a member that positions the wiring duct 104 between the first side plate portion 12 and the second side plate portion 26. The positioning member 6B is a plate member that is arranged or fixed to the inner surface of the second side plate portion 26. The positioning member 6B is made of, for example, resin or rubber and is elastically deformable. With the mounting portion 2 and the holding portion 3 connected, the positioning member 6B is compressed between one side plate portion 122 of the wiring duct 104 and the second side plate portion 26 of the holding portion 3, biasing the wiring duct 104 toward the first side plate portion 12. As a result, the wiring duct 104 is positioned between the first side plate portion 12 and the second side plate portion 26.
[0085] The number, shape, and position of the plate-shaped positioning members are not particularly limited.
[0086] 4. Fourth Embodiment In the first embodiment described above, the mounting portion and the holding portion were connected by a screw member, but the configuration for connecting the two members may be in other forms.
[0087] Using Figure 19, such an embodiment will be described as the fourth embodiment. Note that the basic configuration of the system ceiling 100 in the fourth embodiment is the same as the basic configuration of the system ceiling 100 in the first embodiment, so the following description will focus on the differences.
[0088] (1) Overview of the mounting hardware The mounting fixture 1C has a mounting portion 2C and a holding portion 3C. The mounting portion 2C is a member that is attached to the first T-bar 101. The holding portion 3C is a member that holds the wiring duct 104 between itself and the mounting portion 2C, and is detachably attached to and detached from the mounting portion 2 along the ceiling surface (specifically, the horizontal plane). Therefore, the operability when attaching and detaching the holding portion 3C to and from the mounting portion 2C is improved.
[0089] Furthermore, as described above, since the wiring duct 104 is attached to the first T-bar 101 via the mounting portion 2C, the degree of freedom in the placement of the wiring duct 104 in the system ceiling 100 can be increased. In addition, there is no need to provide holes in the wiring duct 104 for attachment to the first T-bar 101, nor is there a need to position the wiring duct 104 on the first T-bar 101.
[0090] When the retaining portion 3C is attached to the mounting portion 2C, it forms a space surrounding the wiring duct 104. This space is closed in the vertical and detachment directions, and open in the direction perpendicular to the detachment direction.
[0091] (2) Mounting part As shown in Figure 19, the mounting portion 2C has a first top plate portion 71 fixed to the first T-bar 101, a first side plate portion 72 extending downward from one end of the first top plate portion 71, and a second side plate portion 73 extending downward from the other end of the first top plate portion 71.
[0092] The first top plate portion 71 is a generally rectangular plate and is located above the wiring duct 104. The first side plate portion 72 is a generally rectangular member and is located on one side in the shorter direction of the wiring duct 104. The second side plate portion 73 is a generally rectangular member and is located on one side in the shorter direction of the wiring duct 104.
[0093] (3) Holding part As shown in Figure 19, the holding portion 3C mainly consists of a bottom plate portion 76. The bottom plate portion 76 is flat and positioned below the wiring duct 104, supporting the wiring duct 104 from below. The bottom plate portion 76 is a member that is shorter in width than the mounting portion 2C. A projection 77 is formed at one end of the bottom plate portion 76, which is bent downward from the main body and extends further, and the projection 77 is inserted into a slit 74 of the first side plate portion 72. The other end of the bottom plate portion 76 is inserted into a slit 75 of the second side plate portion 73 and protrudes, with a bent portion 78 extending downward and in contact with the outer surface of the second side plate portion 73. Furthermore, the bent portion 78 is fixed to the lower end of the second side plate portion 73 by a screw member 79.
[0094] As described above, the wiring duct 104 is attached to the first T-bar 101 via the mounting part 2C, which increases the degree of freedom in the placement of the wiring duct 104 in the system ceiling 100.
[0095] The mounting fixture 1C has a first positioning member 6C1. The first positioning member 6C1 is a member that positions the wiring duct 104 between the first side plate portion 12 and the second side plate portion 26. The first positioning member 6C1 is a plate member that is arranged or fixed to the inner surface of the second side plate portion 26. The first positioning member 6C1 is made of, for example, resin or rubber and is elastically deformable.
[0096] The mounting fixture 1B has a second positioning member 6C2. The second positioning member 6C2 is a member that positions the wiring duct 104 between the first top plate portion 71 and the bottom plate portion 76. The second positioning member 6C2 is a plate member that is arranged or fixed to the inner surface of the first top plate portion 71. The second positioning member 6C2 is made of, for example, resin or rubber and is elastically deformable.
[0097] The presence or absence of plate-shaped positioning members, and if present, their number, shape, and position, are not limited.
