Abstract

A furrow assembly configured for use with similar furrow assemblies to form part of a mobile horticultural furrow system, the furrow assembly comprising: (a) elongated crop holders having spaced openings for receiving respective crops to be grown and harvested; and (b) channels through which water can flow over the roots of the spaced crops, the furrow assembly being configured to allow adjustment of the distance between the spaced openings so that crop density can be varied during the crop growing process.
