Abstract
To accurately align a phase of normal state shape data (master data) with a phase of actual actuation shape data (measurement data) regardless of notch and accuracy of a flange part of a tool holder.SOLUTION: A tool holder fitting state detecting device comprises: a sensor 1 for measuring a shape of a flange part 11B; phase restricted correlation function calculating means 30 for separately performing discrete Fourier transformation on master data 31 and measurement data 32 based on normal state shape data which are measured in a normal fitting state in advance and extracting only a phase component, and then performing reverse discrete Fourier transformation on the acquired phase difference signal, to calculate a phase restricted correlation function; waveform position detecting means 36 for determining a phase deviation amount between the master data 31 and the measurement data 32 from the phase restricted correlation function; waveform position aligning means 37 for, on the basis of the phase deviation amount, performing phase alignment of the master data 31 and the measurement data 32; and fitting abnormality determining means 38 for determining fitting abnormality, after performing the phase alignment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
