Abstract
To reciprocally send a solution while suppressing air bubbles in a flow path when performing a chemical reaction in the flow path.SOLUTION: A flow path device comprises: a flow path of a volume v; a first chamber having a volume V1 that is connected to a first side of the flow path; and a second chamber having a volume V2 that is connected to a second side of the flow path that is different from the first side. The flow path device satisfies expressions (1) and (2), where α, β represent the solubilities of the solution of gas into the solution at the temperature of the second chamber and the temperature of the flow path, respectively, P0 represents the pressure of a flow path device ambient environment, and ΔP represents an air bubble pressure rise value. The method comprises a disposition step of disposing a solution in the second chamber, a liquid feeding step of feeding the solution toward the flow path under pressure, and a flow path introduction step of introducing the solution into the flow path under pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
