Abstract
To suppress the increase in dead time.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes a substrate, a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, and a fourth transistor that are provided on and in contact with a first surface of the substrate, a first light-emitting element and a second light-emitting element provided over the first surface of the substrate, a first light-receiving element that is provided between the first surface of the substrate and the first light-emitting element and turns on or off the first transistor and the second transistor depending on a light-emitting state of the first light-emitting element, and a second light-receiving element that is provided above between the first surface of the substrate and the second light-emitting element and turns on or off the third transistor and the fourth transistor depending on a light-emitting state of the second light-emitting element. The first light-emitting element and the second light-emitting element are configured to turn on one of the first light-emitting element and the second light-emitting element when the other is turned off.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
