Abstract
Disclosed herein are scientific instrument support systems, as well as related methods, computing devices, and computer-readable media. For example, in some embodiments, a scientific instrument support system includes a first logic for acquiring a chromatography data set from a chromatography system; a second logic for performing a first analysis of the one or more chromatography data sets to generate a first result and performing a second analysis of the one or more chromatography data sets to generate a second result; and a third logic for identifying differences between the first result and the second result and providing a user interface, the user interface configured to: indicate a data set in which the second result differs from the first result; display one or more chromatograms representing the indicated data sets and visually identify features on the chromatograms where the differences occur.
