UTILITY MODEL FOR AUTOMATED EQUIPMENT FOR PROCESS TEMPERATURE CONTROL IN AN ARTISANAL MEZCAL DISTILLER

Abstract

The present invention relates to an automated process temperature control system in an artisanal distiller for mezcal production, of the type consisting of an evaporation vessel for heating the must, supported on a masonry structure that defines a heating oven; a cover cap of said evaporation vessel, configured to capture and collect the vapors and direct them through a duct arranged in its upper part towards a turban and this towards a condensation coil immersed in a volume of cold water from a cooling water tank, characterized by comprising a cooling water supply system from the cooling water tank to a water recirculation chamber defined by a double wall of the cap, through cooling water pumping and recirculation means;a system for cooling the hot water exiting the evaporator cap, which discharges and returns the cooled water to said cooling water tank; a system for monitoring the temperature inside the evaporator tank and the evaporator cap, as well as for the automated control of the switching on and off of said pumping means and a power supply source for the operation and automated control of the switching on and off of said pumping means and the operation of said temperature monitoring system.
