Abstract
Disclosed is a method for forming a superconducting circuitry device, comprising providing at least one Josephson junction formed on a substrate between a first electrical node and a second electrical node, and annealing the at least one Josephson junction by applying an optical beam to the Josephson junction and applying a voltage across the at least one Josephson junction.
