Abstract

The subject of the invention is a station mounted in the grips of a testing machine for testing the strength of a screw connection between an implant and a bone, comprising a gripping assembly for fastening the said implant screw-connected to the bone constituting the tested sample, characterized in that the gripping assembly consists of an upper part connected to the upper grip of the testing machine and a lower part connected to the lower grip of the testing machine, where the upper part is an articulated shaft (1), which is mounted at one end in the upper grip of the testing machine and at the other end is fastened by a conical sleeve to a system of two blocks (3), each of which has first through holes in which adjustable pressure screws (5) are placed, connecting the blocks (3) as one whole, and second through holes in which fastening screws (2) are placed for adjusted fastening of the tested sample to the upper part of the gripping assembly, while the lower part of the gripping assembly consists of a pin (12), a rail profile (11), gripping parts (10a, 10b) and adjustment screws (9), where one end of the pin (12) is mounted in the lower holder of the testing machine and its other end is connected by a thread to the rail profile (11) located between the upper (10a) and lower gripping parts (10b), which are connected to each other by adjustment screws (9). Another subject of the invention is a method of mounting an implant screw-connected to a bone in a station according to the invention.
