Abstract
The application relates to a system for monitoring the health of a test subject comprising goggles designed to be placed on the head of the test subject, comprising a head-up display positioned in the test subject's field of view, adapted to enable simultaneous observation of the surroundings and display of pre-determined virtual augmented reality content at various depth levels; a processing unit connected to an internal memory; one or more sensors selected from a first group of sensors integrated with the goggles for monitoring physical and / or behavioral parameters of the test subject; and at least one communication interface. The system is characterized in that it further comprises one or more integrated sensors selected from a second group of sensors for monitoring physical and / or behavioral parameters of the subject, placed on or near the body of the subject, communicatively connected to the goggles via said at least one communication interface, the sensors of the second group being independent of the sensors of the first group. The goggles are, in particular, augmented reality (AR), mixed reality (MR), or virtual reality (VR) goggles and are configured to deliver predetermined instructions or stimuli to a test subject, to collect and store sensor signals from a first group of sensors and a second group of sensors in an internal memory reflecting the response to the instructions or stimuli, and to jointly process and analyze them multimodally using a processing unit to assess the health status of the test subject. The application further relates to a method for monitoring the health status of a test subject, which can be implemented in the system according to the application and includes jointly analyzing the sensor data recorded by the first and second groups of sensors.
