The subject of the application is a natural cross-linking agent from light grapes, which contains L-phenylalanine, citric acid, epicatechin, catechin gallate, procyanidin B1, procyanidin B2, and procyanidin C1. The subject of the application is also a method for obtaining a natural cross-linking agent from a plant material, fruit, or pomace from light grapes, in which method the plant material is extracted in a 70% ethanol solution by subjecting it to ultrasound, and the obtained extract is separated from the solid residue and dried.
