Abstract

A method of integrating a sensor in a structural element manufactured by additive technology, consisting in feeding a printing material into a chamber of a three-dimensional printing head connected to known three-dimensional printing systems, which material is then printed in layers, characterized in that a linear sensor is introduced into the chamber of the three-dimensional printing head through an insertion channel, wherein the position of the insertion channel or linear sensor inside the printed layer is determined by means of stabilizing elements located inside the chamber of the three-dimensional printing head, and the speed of introducing the linear sensor into the printed layer is selected so as to maintain the bending radius required for the linear sensor during the integration process, without leading to micro-bends and local pressures of the linear sensor.
