Abstract
The invention relates to agricultural machinery, and in particular to stone-collecting machines that enable the separation and collection of stones from the soil in agricultural areas. More specifically, the invention relates to a stone-collecting machine that is towed by a tractor and powered by the tractor's drive system. This machine is used to separate stones from the soil surface and subsurface in stony areas intended for agricultural purposes; to transfer stones above a certain size into a collection hopper within the machine; to accumulate these stones in the hopper; and, once the hopper is full, to transfer them to another transport vehicle. The invention specifically encompasses structural improvements aimed at reducing wear on parts of the machine that come into intensive contact with soil and stones during the stone collecting process, facilitating the easy replacement of worn parts, reducing mechanical failures in the screening system, protecting drive elements, preventing or reducing shaft-related failures that may occur during use with different tractors, and increasing the connection strength of the stone ejection mechanism. The primary aim of the invention is to create an improved stone-collecting machine that overcomes the problems mentioned above. One aim of the invention is to increase the service life of machine parts that come into direct contact with stone and soil and are subject to high wear by ensuring that these parts are made of materials with high wear resistance. Another objective of the invention is to enable the bolted, demountable attachment of wear-prone protective and working parts to the machine, allowing for the replacement of worn parts without the need for cutting or welding operations on the main body of the machine.
