AI Technical Summary
Existing bras do not effectively address excessive perspiration under the breasts, as they either lack direct absorption solutions or use bulky, unattractive apparatuses to capture sweat.
A bra system with flexible, absorbent material tubes installed in each cup to absorb perspiration, which can be made from moisture-wicking materials and optionally include scented odor masking or eating properties.
The bra system effectively captures and absorbs excessive perspiration under the breasts, preventing it from seeping through clothing and providing a comfortable, worry-free experience for the user, while also enhancing breast lift and potentially neutralizing odors.

Abstract
Description
CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION
[0001] This application claims the benefit of priority of U.S. provisional application No. 63 / 519,390, filed Aug. 14, 2023, the contents of which are herein incorporated by reference.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] The present invention relates to undergarments, and, more particularly, to a bra with absorbent inserts beneath each breast.
[0003] Most full breasted women suffer from excessive perspiration under their breasts. The perspiration may sometimes seep through their clothing and create embarrassing moments. Other bras have padding that does NOT directly address the problem of excessive perspiration. Currently, on the market, apparatuses exist to capture excessive perspiration. Not only are they bulky and unattractive, (they protrude outside of the bra) and can be seen under a halter top, a thin material blouse, or any item of clothing that is form fitting.
[0004] As can be seen, there is a need for a bra that captures excessive perspiration under the breasts without being bulky and unattractive.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0005] In one aspect of the present invention, a bra system is provided. The bra system can include a bra with a first flexible material tube installed in a first cup and a second flexible material tube installed in a second cup. The flexible material tubes can be installed at the time of assembly, or manufacture, by affixing each flexible material tube onto the material of the bra cup. The bra and the flexible material tubes can be made from absorbent material, to absorb perspiration. Additionally, the bra and / or the flexible material tubes can include scented, odor masking, and / or odor eating materials, which can be varied.
[0006] These and other features, aspects and advantages of the present invention will become better understood with reference to the following drawings, description, and claims.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0007] FIG. 1 is a front elevation view of a bra according to an embodiment of the present invention, shown in use;
[0008] FIG. 2 is a side elevation view thereof, shown in use;
[0009] FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof; and
[0010] FIG. 4 is a rear perspective exploded view thereof.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The following detailed description is of the best currently contemplated modes of carrying out exemplary embodiments of the invention. The description is not to be taken in a limiting sense but is made merely for the purpose of illustrating the general principles of the invention, since the scope of the invention is best defined by the appended claims.
[0012] The absorbent inserts may be provided in the form of a soft absorbent material tube affixed onto the bra. Each insert seats directly under the breast, lifting the breast and capturing excessive perspiration, and preventing it from seeping through the clothing, thus allowing the end user to continue their day worry free. The inserts can also enhance a breast lift.
[0013] In some embodiments, the bra may comprise a scented odor eater material that neutralizes odors.
[0014] In some embodiments, the inserts may contain a variety of scented essences.
[0015] To use the bra, the wearer may put the bra on and place the tubular inserts directly under their breasts. In some embodiments, the user may lift each breast and position the tubular insert beneath the breast.
[0016] In some embodiments, the inserts may be sewn in by a manufacturer so that they remain in place during use. In other embodiments, the inserts may be removably installed within a channel or compartment in the bra so that the inserts may be removed, e.g., for washing.
[0017] The bra and flexible material tubes can be resilient, moisture conducting tubular inserts manufactured from any known absorbent and / or moisture wicking material. Furthermore, the flexible material tubes can be made from a non-rigid polymer and / or foam to aid in comfort and absorption.
[0018] Broadly, an embodiment of the present invention provides a bra with flexible inserts that absorb the excessive perspiration that develops under the breasts.
[0019] Referring now to FIGS. 1-4, a bra 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown. As apparent in the Figures, the bra 10 can include a flexible material tube 12 installed horizontally at the bottom of each cup to collect perspiration at the inframammary fold of a user 14. Flexible material tube 12 can be seated directly under the breast 16, following the outline of an underwire, if applicable, or the underlying shape of the cup.
[0020] It should be understood, of course, that the foregoing relates to exemplary embodiments of the invention and that modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as set forth in the following claims.
