[0036] Refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 12. A folding chair frame in the present invention includes a support base 2 and a plurality of connection components 1. An outer side surface of the support base 2 is provided with a plurality of installation grooves 20 distributed along a circumferential direction thereof in a one-to-one correspondence with the connection components 1. Each connection component 1 includes a first connection base 10 connected to a support rod 3 and a second connection base 11 connected to a foot rod 4. The first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11 are rotatably connected to corresponding installation grooves 20, so that the connection component 1 can be folded or unfolded. When the connection component 1 is unfolded, each support rod 3 tilts upward and each foot rod 4 tilts downward.

[0037] As shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the installation groove 20 is provided with a limiting part 21, the first connection base 10 is provided with a first fitting part, and the second connection base 11 is provided with a second fitting part. When the connection component 1 is unfolded, as shown in FIG. 7, the first fitting part abuts against the limiting part 21 to limit upward rotation of the first connection base 10 relative to the support base 2. As shown in FIG. 8, the second fitting part abuts against the limiting part 21 to limit upward rotation of the second connection base 11 relative to the support base 2.

[0038] In this embodiment, all connection components 1 can be individually limited in the installation groove 20 to ensure that all connection components 1 do not affect each other, thereby smoothly implementing the unfolding and folding of the folding chair frame. The first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11 can be limited simultaneously. A limiting structure for the first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11 to respectively abut against to be matched with the limiting part 21 of the support base 2 is simple and ingenious with low manufacturing costs.

[0039] As shown in FIG. 6, the installation groove 20 includes two installation boards 22 arranged opposite each other on a left side and a right side. As shown in FIG. 5, the first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11 are hinged between the two installation boards 22, and the limiting part 21 is disposed between tops of the two installation boards 22.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 12, the first connection base 10 includes a first installation part 101 with a rotating surface and a first connection part 102 fixed on the rotating surface of the first installation part 101 and connected to the support rod 3. As shown in FIG. 11, the second connection base 11 includes a second installation part 111 with a rotating surface and a second connection part 112 fixed on the rotating surface of the second installation part111 and connected to the foot rod 4. As shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the first installation part 101 and the second installation part 111 are respectively rotatably connected to the installation groove 20. As shown in FIG. 12, the first fitting part is a limiting surface 1021 located on a side surface of the first connection part 102 and close to the first installation part 101. As shown in FIG. 11, the second fitting part is a limiting tooth 1111 protruding from the rotating surface of the second installation part 111.

[0041] Refer to FIG. 9 and FIG. 10. A rotation axis of the first connection base 10 coincides with a rotation axis of the second connection base 11. Therefore, the first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11 can be rotatably connected to the installation groove 20 using a same rotating shaft, or can be rotatably connected to the installation groove 20 through two rotating shaft respectively, and the two rotating shafts are on a same axis. Specifically, in this embodiment, screws are threaded onto the two installation boards 22 of the installation groove 20, and the two screws are on a same axis. The two screws form the two rotating shafts and are respectively threaded through a shaft hole provided in the middle of the first connection part 102 and a shaft hole provided in the middle of the second connection part 112.

[0042] Refer to FIG. 9 to FIG. 12. An angle limiting structure is matched between the first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11, so that the first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11 can be relatively fixed, and the folding chair frame is more stable in an unfolded state.

[0043] Refer to FIG. 11 and FIG. 12. The angle limiting structure includes a limiting groove 1011 and a limiting column 1112. The limiting groove 1011 is disposed in one of the first installation part 101 and the second installation part 111, and the limiting column 1112 is disposed in the other of the first installation part 101 and the second installation part 111. The limiting groove 1011 is in the shape of a long strip arc and is disposed around the rotation axis. The limiting column 1112 is adapted to slide in the limiting groove 1011. When the second connection base 11 is unfolded, the limiting column 1112 is clamped at one end of the limiting groove 1011, so that the second connection base 11 moves in an unfolding direction following the first connection base 10.

[0044] The limiting groove 1011 is specifically disposed on the first installation part 101, and the limiting column 1112 is specifically disposed on the second installation part 111, which are not limited thereto. A quantity of the limiting grooves 1011 can be set corresponding to a quantity of the limiting columns 1112, which can be one or more. In this embodiment, there may be two limiting grooves 1011 and two limiting columns 1112, the two limiting grooves 1011 are arranged relative to each other, and the two limiting columns 1112 are also arranged relative to each other.

[0045] As shown in FIG. 12, the first connection part 102 is provided with an allowance groove 1022. When the connection component 1 is unfolded, the limiting tooth 1111 is clamped in the allowance groove 1022, as shown in FIG. 9. When the connection component 1 is folded, the support rods 3 connected by the first connection part 102 and the foot rods 4 connected by the second connection part 112 are stacked and attached to each other, so that the support rods 3 and the foot rods 4 can be simultaneously stressed and rotated downward, providing a more compact structure.

[0046] As shown in FIG. 1, in a plurality of connection components 1, some support rods 3 of the connection component 1 are base rods 31, remaining support rods 3 of the connection component 1 are back rods 32, the back rods 32 are located behind the base rods 31, and a length of the back rod 32 is greater than a length of the base rod 31.

[0047] In this embodiment, there are four connection components 1, the four connection components 1 are arranged in pairs. Further, the four connection components 1 include two base rods 31 and two back rods 32.

[0048] The support rods 3 and / or the foot rods 4 are tubular-shaped, and a free end of the foot rod 4 is provided with a foot sleeve 5 to stabilize the support structure.

[0049] The support rods 3 are telescopic rods with a self-locking function, which can be extended or shortened.

[0050] Refer to FIG. 1. Each base rod 31 is a sleeved structure, including a first base tube and a second base tube that are sleeved sequentially, and the two base tubes can slide relatively and be connected at a limit through a limiting ball and a limiting hole. Each back rod 32 is also a sleeved structure, including a first back tube, a second back tube, and a third back tube that are sleeved sequentially, and adjacent back tubes can also slide relatively and be connected at a limit through a limiting ball and a limiting hole.

[0051] Specifically, a lower end of a base tube or a back tube is welded and fixed with a plunger installed with a limiting ball, an upper end of an upper end of another adjacent base tube or back tube is provided with a limiting hole, a spring is also installed in the plunger, the spring is fixedly connected to the limiting ball, the limiting ball abuts against an inner wall of the base tube or the back tube, and the spring is compressed and deformed by an extrusion force of the inner wall of the base tube or the back tube, so that the limiting ball can be embedded or separated from the limiting hole, and the length of each base rod 31 and back rod 32 can be extended or shortened.

[0052] As shown in FIG. 13, the folding chair of the present invention includes a flexible base surface 6 and a folding chair frame. One end, of the support rod 3, away from the first connection base 10 of each connection component 1, is connected to the flexible base surface 6, so that the first connection base 10 for restrictively connecting the flexible base surface 6 to the support rod 3 is rotated downward relative to the support base 2 when the folding chair frame is in the unfolded state. The first connection base 10 restricts downward rotation of the second connection base 11 through the above angular limiting structure, and the limiting surface 1021, on the first connection base 10, connected to the support rod 3 abuts against and is matched with the limiting part 21 in the installation groove 20, and the limiting tooth 1111 on the second connection base 11 abuts against and is matched with the limiting part 21 in the installation groove 20, so that upward rotation of the first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11 is limited, and the support structure of the folding chair after unfolded is more stable with a stronger support force and better use safety.

[0053] During unfolding, as shown in FIG. 3, the folding chair frame is in a folded state. First, the support rod 3 is pulled up to rotate, and the support rod 3 is extended to the limiting column 1112 to be clamped at one end of the limiting groove 1011. In this case, the second connection base 11 follows the first connection base 10 to move in an unfolding direction, that is, the support rod 3 drives the foot rod 4 to rotate upward, until the limiting surface 1021 and the limiting tooth 1111 simultaneously abut against the limiting part 21; and then the support rod 3 is extended to a maximum length, implementing rapid unfolding.

[0054] During folding, as shown in FIG. 1, the folding chair frame is in an unfolded state. First, the length of the support rod 3 is shortened to the shortest, then the support rod 3 is rotated downward to fit the foot rod 4, as shown in FIG. 3, and then is continuously rotated downward, so that each foot rod 4 is attached in a bundle to a center position of the support base 2 and, implementing rapid folding.

[0055] During unfolding or folding, all connection components 1 can be individually limited in the installation groove 20 to ensure that all connection components 1 do not affect each other, thereby smoothly implementing the unfolding and folding of the folding chair frame. A rotating connection in each connection component 1 can be simultaneously limited by the first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11 in the support base 2. A structure for the limiting surface 1021 of the first connection base 10 and the limiting tooth 1111 of the second connection base 11 to respectively abut against and be matched with the limiting part 21 of the support base 2 is simple and ingenious, with lower manufacturing costs; In addition, an angle limiting structure is matched between the first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11, so that the first connection base 10 and the second connection base 11 can be relatively fixed, and the folding chair frame is more stable in the unfolded state. During the unfolding of the second connection base 11, the limiting column 1112 is clamped at one end of the limiting groove 1011, so that the second connection base 11 moves in an unfolding direction following the first connection base 10, making the operation simpler and eliminating the need for additionally operating the foot rod 4, thus providing a simpler product for people to use outdoors.

[0056] In combination with the folding chair shown in FIG. 13, when the folding chair frame is unfolded, the length of the support rod 3 is first extended to the longest, and then the flexible base surface 6 is connected to one end, of the support rod 3 of each connection component 1, away from the first connection base 10, so that the flexible connection surface 6 that is restrictively connected to the first connection base 10 of the support rod 3 is rotated downward relative to the support base 2, thereby fixing the first connection base 10. During folding, the length of the support rod 3 is shortened to the shortest, so that the support rod 3 cannot support the flexible base surface 6, and the flexible base surface 6 also loses a tension force for the support rod 3. The support rods 3 can be rotated downward until the support rods are in contact with the foot rods 4. Finally, the foot rods 4 can be attached in a bundle toward the center position of the support base 2 to implement rapid folding.

[0057] For the folding chair frame and the folding chair thereof in the present invention, unrelated parts are the same as related parts in the prior art or can be implemented by using the prior art.

[0058] The above embodiments are only used to further illustrate the folding chair frame and folding chair thereof in the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments, and any simple modifications, equivalent changes, and modifications made to the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention fall within the protection scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
