Description

TECHNOLOGY FIELD

[0001] The present invention relates to a nomad home (5). A conventional residential house is a non-movable component (i.e., a real estate) and includes walls, partitions, windows, and doors. The conventional house is disassembled into an outer shell (3) and an inner unit (4).

[0002] Then, the outer shell (3) and the inner unit (4) arm re-assembled to configure a nomad home (5) by a resident's preference and needs. As time goes by, resident's preference, needs, furniture wanted changes by life cycle.BACKGROUND OF INVENTION

[0003] Today, there are many types of household: 1-generation household (a couple of wife and husband, a coupled of domestic partners), 2-generation household (parents+children), 3-generation household (parents+children+grandparents), single-person household (a young person, a person working from home, etc.). The type of house type and living style people prefer vary depending on people: a house for a single, a group home, a house for urban farmers, a house for campers, etc.

[0004] In order to accommodate such diverse needs, various types of residential space, such as a house with a long lifespan (employing a variable partition method), have been proposed. In such a house, a large space is divided into small spaces by walls / partitions / windows / doors, etc. The small spaces are pre-fixed, non-movable. Thus, to change the space in response to change of the resident's preference, needs, and life-cycle, remodeling of the house is required by removing or relocating the walls / partitions / windows / doors. Alternatively, the resident has to find and move to another house.

[0005] It is a great time, economic and environmental loss not only to the resident but also to our community.

[0006] To save such loss, a residential space is necessary which can respond various resident's preference and needs which keep changing in the resident's life cycle, and can respond to changes in the residential environment.

[0007] The present invention proposes a nomad home in response to such needs. The nomad home (5) includes an outer shell (3) and one or more inner unit (4). The outer shell (3) and the inner unit (4) are not destroyed or abandoned. Rather, they can be replaced or recycled, thus minimizing the time, economic and environmental loss. Accordingly, the nomad home (5) can serve as a new form of residential house.

[0008] A conventional “nomadic life” may include (i) an outdoor camping, e.g., using camping cars, caravans, auto camping, tents, etc. and (ii) an indoor life using mobile building furniture. However, a nomad home using inner units (4), which can be freely and flexibly rearrangeable, has never been proposed before.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTIONProblems to be Solved

[0009] The present invention is proposed to solve the above-mentioned problems. According to the present invention, a nomad home includes an outer shell (3); and one or more inner unit (4) detachably attachable inside the outer shell (3). The outer shell (3) is a non-movable component and includes (i) an outer shell floor, (ii) an outer shell ceiling, (iii) an outer shell wall connecting the outer shell floor and the outer shell ceiling, and (iv) an empty space surrounded by the outer shell floor, the outer shell ceiling, the outer shell wall, The inner unit (4) is a movable component.
