Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND
[0001] Traditional pelvic floor trainers often fall short of providing a complete workout, as they primarily target adduction movements. This limited focus leaves many individuals searching for a more comprehensive solution to address their pelvic floor and core strength goals that do not require bulky equipment and / or having to visit standard gyms to gain access. There have been no products available as original equipment or as an aftermarket to address this problem.
[0002] An apparatus that individuals can use at home to train their pelvis floor in a more comprehensive easy to use manner is not being met by any known device or system at present. There have been no products available as original equipment or as an aftermarket to address this problem either.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The main purpose of the Pelvic Exercise Device is to provide unique fitness equipment that allows users to train and strengthen their pelvic floor and surrounding muscle groups in the comfort of their own homes.
[0004] A pelvic exercise device includes a cantilever “V” spring comprising a spring portion and a first cantilever free end and a second cantilever free end in compression in a proximal relation and in decompression in a distal relation. The disclosed pelvic exercise device also includes an elongate pillow disposed parallel to each free end of the first cantilever and the second cantilever and comprises a concave outer side in relation to the proximal compression and in relation to a facing inner side.
[0005] Embodiments of the disclosed pelvic exercise device include a spring constant for the spring portion relative to a weight of a user of the device and a length of the first cantilever and the second cantilever proportional to a height of a user of the device.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0006] FIG. 1 is a left perspective view of the Pelvic Exercise Device in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0007] Throughout the description, similar reference numbers may be used to identify similar elements depicted in multiple embodiments. Although specific embodiments of the invention have been described and illustrated, the invention is not to be limited to the specific forms or arrangements of parts so described and illustrated.
