Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a technical field of SPC flooring, specifically a floor weight-reducing structure with honeycomb-arranged grooves on the bottom.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] Conventional known types of flooring mainly include solid wood flooring, composite flooring, and plastic flooring, among others. Solid wood flooring absorbs moisture, is easily damaged by insects, and is expensive. Composite flooring is not environmentally friendly, has poor wear resistance, and is difficult to repair. Plastic flooring has poor texture, low durability, and is prone to deformation at high temperatures. Furthermore, when the bottom of the known SPC flooring material is exposed to moisture for long periods or when the surface is heated, the board is prone to warping and deformation.

[0003] Additionally, when transporting large quantities of these known floorings, they have a certain weight. When the weight limit is reached, no more flooring can be added even if there is enough space, resulting in wasted space. In particular, the high density of SPC flooring material (2000 kg / m3) directly increases the cost of building load-bearing structures. Therefore, there is a need for improvement.

[0004] The present invention intends to provide a floor weight-reducing structure to eliminate the shortcomings mentioned above.SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] The present invention relates to a floor weight-reducing structure, and comprises a board, and the bottom of the board includes multiple honeycomb-shaped grooves.

[0006] Preferably, the material of the board is SPC (Stone Plastic Composite).

[0007] Preferably, the grooves in the board have a depth.

[0008] Preferably, the depth of the grooves is set to be ½ to ¾ of the board thickness.

[0009] Preferably, two ends of the board includes a joining protrusion and a joining recess respectively. The joining protrusion and the joining recess are interlocked with each other for fixation.

[0010] The advantages of the present invention are that, by designing the grooves on the board in a neatly arranged honeycomb pattern, with the depth of the grooves being approximately ½ to ¾ of the board thickness without penetrating through, achieves overall compressive strength for the board. By retaining about 1 to 2 cm of the SPC flooring material's edges without the grooved structure, it avoids compromising the strength of the joining protrusion and recess. The board simultaneously achieves the purpose of overall weight reduction.

[0011] By having multiple grooves on the board, requires less material during manufacturing compared to a solid board, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.

[0012] By making the overall weight of the board lighter than other board materials, allows for a greater quantity of boards to be loaded into containers for transportation at the same weight, thereby reducing shipping energy consumption.

[0013] The present invention will become more obvious from the following description when taken in connection with the accompanying drawings which show, for purposes of illustration only, a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0014] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the floor weight-reducing structure of the present invention;

[0015] FIG. 2 is another angle perspective view of the floor weight-reducing structure of the present invention;

[0016] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the floor weight-reducing structure of the present invention;

[0017] FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of the present invention implemented on the ground;

[0018] FIG. 5 is an embodiment of the floor weight-reducing structure of the present invention, and

[0019] FIG. 6 is another embodiment of the floor weight-reducing structure of the present invention.DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0020] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 2, the floor weight-reducing structure comprises a board 1. The board 1 includes multiple grooves 11 arranged neatly, and these grooves 11 are in a honeycomb pattern. The board 1 is made of SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) material. The grooves 11 have a depth “H”, and the depth “H” is ½ to ¾ of the board thickness, approximately 2 mm to 8 mm. The edges of the board 1 are preserved without these grooves 11 for about 1 to 2 cm.

[0021] Therefore, the present invention provides a preferred embodiment of a floor weight-reducing structure. As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the floor weight-reducing structure “A” with board 1 is placed on a ground surface 5 and arranged neatly. When users walk on top of the present invention, the grooves 11 of the board 1 can distribute the weight. At the same time, the design of these grooves 11 further reduces the weight of the board 1, making it easy to install and reducing shipping space, allowing more of these floor weight-reducing structures “A” to be transported at once to various locations.

[0022] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, the board 1 of the floor weight-reducing structure “A” has a joining recess 13 and a joining protrusion 14 on its two ends respectively. The joining protrusion 14 and the joining recess 13 interlock with each other for fixation, allowing these floor weight-reducing structures “A” to be connected piece by piece. Additionally, two ends of the board 1 have the joining protrusion 14, while the other two ends have the joining recess 13, allowing for interchangeable positioning.

[0023] While we have shown and described the embodiment in accordance with the present invention, it should be clear to those skilled in the art that further embodiments may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
