[0005] In the field of toys, there is a need to imitate a beverage store. However, the toy according to Patent Literature 1 cannot imitate an operation of pouring a beverage such as juice into a cup or the like, and cannot imitate a beverage store. In this respect, there is room for improvement in the toy according to Patent Literature 1.
[0006] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a beverage store toy capable of imitating a beverage store with a simple configuration.
[0007] A beverage store toy according to one aspect in the present disclosure includes a beverage toy imitating a beverage, a filled portion configured to be filled with the beverage toy, a placement portion on which the filled portion is placed, a support portion configured to support the beverage toy filled in the filled portion, and an accommodation toy configured to accommodate the beverage toy. The filled portion is provided with, in a bottom surface thereof, a first hole portion through which the beverage toy passes. The placement portion includes a second hole portion that is disposed below the first hole portion and through which the beverage toy having passed through the first hole portion passes. At least a part of the support portion is provided between the first hole portion and the second hole portion. The accommodation toy is capable of pressing the support portion below the second hole portion. When the support portion is pressed by the accommodation toy in a state in which the support portion supports the beverage toy filled in the filled portion, a position of the support portion is changed, whereby a supported state of the beverage toy achieved by the support portion is released and the beverage toy is accommodated in the accommodation toy.

[0026] Hereinafter, a beverage store toy 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the description of the present embodiment, for convenience of description, a “left-right direction”, an “up-down direction”, and a “front-rear direction” may be appropriately referred to. These directions are relative directions set for the beverage store toy 100 shown in FIG. 1. Here, the “left-right direction” is a direction including “leftward” and “rightward”. The “up-down direction” includes “upward” and “downward”. The “front-rear direction” includes “forward” and “rearward”. In the drawings, a reference sign U indicates upward. A reference sign D indicates downward. A reference sign L indicates leftward. A reference sign R indicates rightward. A reference sign F indicates forward. [0030] Each beverage toy 2 is a cylindrical toy imitating a beverage such as juice. Each beverage toy 2 has a substantially circular shape in a plan view, and has a substantially oval shape partially having a flat surface in a front view. The diameter of the beverage toy 2 is, for example, 4.8 mm. In a state shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the beverage store toy 100 includes a first beverage toy 2A and a second beverage toy 2B filled in each filled portion 7 next to the first beverage toy 2A. That is, the beverage toys 2 provided in the beverage store toy 100 include the first beverage toys 2A and the second beverage toys 2B. However, the beverage store toy 100 may include other beverage toys 2 in addition to the first beverage toys 2A and the second beverage toys 2B, or may include only the first beverage toys 2A. As shown in FIG. 3, the beverage toy 2 includes a first end portion 21 and a second end portion 22 provided on a side opposite to the first end portion 21. In the present embodiment, the first end portion 21 corresponds to an upper end portion of the beverage toy 2, and the second end portion 22 corresponds to a lower end portion of the beverage toy 2. The first end portion 21 has a substantially arc shape in a front view. The second end portion 22 includes a first curved portion 221, a second curved portion 222, and a planar portion 223 provided between the first curved portion 221 and the second curved portion 222. The planar portion 223 is provided with a hole portion (not shown).
[0031] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the accommodation toy 3 is a toy imitating a cup. The accommodation toy 3 is hollow. The hollow portion has a substantially circular shape in a plan view. That is, the filled portion 7 can be filled with the beverage toy 2.
[0042] As shown in FIG. 10, the first hole portion 72 is provided in a bottom surface of the filled portion 7. The first hole portion 72 is provided in each of the plurality of filled portions 7. The diameter of the first hole portion 72 is, for example, 5.8 mm. That is, the diameter of the first hole portion 72 is larger than the diameter of the beverage toy 2. Therefore, the first hole portion 72 allows the beverage toy 2 to pass therethrough.

The placement portion 8 is disposed between the second member 42 of the base portion 4 and the filled portions 7. The first protrusion portion 122 extends forward from the upper end portion of the contact portion 121. [0062] The elastic portion 123 has a substantially U shape. The elastic portion 123 is disposed behind the contact portion 121. When the contact portion 121 is pressed by the accommodation toy 3 and a force from the front to the rear is applied, the elastic portion 123 is deformed to contract rearward. The elastic portion 123 returns to the original shape by an elastic force when the force applied to the elastic portion 123 is removed. [0065] Next, a method of playing the beverage store toy 100 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 14 to 17. FIG. 14 is a diagram showing the beverage store toy 100 in a state in which the insertion member 11 is not inserted into the passing portion 10. FIG. 15 is a diagram showing a state in which the filled portion 7 is filled with the first beverage toy 2A and the second beverage toy 2B, and the support portion 12 is not pressed by the accommodation toy 3. FIG. 16 is a diagram showing a state in which the support portion 12 is pressed by the accommodation toy 3. FIG. 17 is a diagram showing a state in which only the second beverage toy 2B is filled in the filled portion 7. The user can imitate a juicer and can imitate an operation of pouring juice into a cup by using the beverage store toy 100.
[0066] First, the imitation of the juicer will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, and 14. Here, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, it is assumed that the insertion member 11 is inserted into the passing portion 10. When the user removes the lid portion 62 and exposes the roof hole portion 61, the fruit toy 1 is put into the inlet portion 1122 of the insertion member 11. The fruit toy 1 put into the inlet portion 1122 moves to the passing portion 10. As shown in FIG. 2, when the fruit toy 1 moves to the passing portion 10, since the insertion member 11 is inserted into the passing portion 10, the fruit toy 1 passes through the passing portion 10 while being guided by the guide portion 102. Specifically, the fruit toy 1 passes through the passing portion 10 while spirally rotating inside the passing portion 10. The fruit toy 1 having passed through the passing portion 10 passes through the outlet hole 103, the circular hole portion 82, the cavity portion 422, and the hole portion 413, and is accommodated in the accommodation portion 13.
[0067] Incidentally, since the user of the beverage store toy 100 is mainly a child, an object other than the fruit toy 1 (hereinafter, referred to as a foreign matter) may be erroneously put into the inlet portion 1122. In this case, unlike the fruit toy 1, the foreign matter put into the inlet portion 1122 may be unable to pass through the passing portion 10. A beverage store toy, comprising:a beverage toy imitating a beverage;a filled portion configured to be filled with the beverage toy;a placement portion on which the filled portion is placed;a support portion configured to support the beverage toy filled in the filled portion; andan accommodation toy configured to accommodate the beverage toy, whereinthe filled portion is provided with, in a bottom surface thereof, a first hole portion through which the beverage toy passes,the placement portion includes a second hole portion that is disposed below the first hole portion and through which the beverage toy having passed through the first hole portion passes,at least a part of the support portion is provided between the first hole portion and the second hole portion,the accommodation toy is capable of pressing the support portion below the second hole portion, andwhen the support portion is pressed by the accommodation toy in a state in which the support portion supports the beverage toy filled in the filled portion, a position of the support portion is changed, whereby a supported state of the beverage toy achieved by the support portion is released and the beverage toy is accommodated in the accommodation toy.
2. The beverage store toy according to claim 1, whereinthe support portion is capable of coming into contact with an end portion of the beverage toy, andthe end portion includes a curved portion.

The beverage store toy according to claim 1, whereinthe beverage toy includes at least a first beverage toy and a second beverage toy to be filled in the filled portion next to the first beverage toy,the first beverage toy supports the second beverage toy in a state in which the support portion is pressed by the accommodation toy and the first beverage toy is accommodated in the accommodation toy, andthe accommodation toy is taken out in a state in which the first beverage toy is accommodated in the accommodation toy, and the support portion supports the second beverage toy in a state in which the pressing of the accommodation toy against the support portion is released.

The beverage store toy according to claim 1, comprising:a plurality of the filled portions, whereinthe plurality of filled portions are placed on the placement portion,the first hole portion is provided in the bottom surface of each of the plurality of filled portions,the placement portion includes one second hole portion, andonly one of the first hole portions is positioned directly above the second hole portion, and the one of the first hole portions is changed by moving the placement portion in a predetermined direction.

The beverage store toy according to claim 1, further comprising:a fruit toy;an inlet portion through which the fruit toy is put in;a passing portion through which the fruit toy put in from the inlet portion passes;an insertion member insertable into the passing portion; andan accommodation portion configured to accommodate the fruit toy having passed through the passing portion, whereina space of the passing portion in a state in which the insertion member is not inserted into the passing portion is wider than a space of the passing portion in a state in which the insertion member is inserted into the passing portion, andthe fruit toy passes through the passing portion in both the state in which the insertion member is not inserted into the passing portion and the state in which the insertion member is inserted into the passing portion.

The beverage store toy according to claim 5, whereinthe passing portion includes a guide portion that guides the fruit toy,when the insertion member is not inserted into the passing portion, the fruit toy passes through the passing portion without being guided by the guide portion, andwhen the insertion member is inserted into the passing portion, the fruit toy passes through the passing portion while being guided by the guide portion.
7. The beverage store toy according to claim 5, whereinthe insertion member includes a fixing portion that is used to fix the insertion member to the passing portion.

The beverage store toy according to claim 7, whereinthe fixing portion includes a first protruding portion and a second protruding portion separated from the first protruding portion, andthe passing portion includes a first insertion portion into which the first protruding portion is inserted and a second insertion portion into which the second protruding portion is inserted.
