PROCESS FOR PRODUCING CLEAN SOIL FOR PLANTING FROM WASTE SLUDGE

Abstract

The invention relates to a process for producing clean soil for planting from heavy metal-containing sludge, including the following steps: (i) Pre-treatment to remove large impurities from the sludge to obtain pre-treated sludge; (ii) Separation of heavy metals from the pre-treated sludge; (iii) Dehumidification and sterilization of harmful microorganisms in the sludge after heavy metal separation by high temperature; (iv) Mixing the sludge obtained from step (iii) with straw / rice husk, organic fertilizer, and microbial preparations containing Trichoderma spp. and Bacillus spp. to obtain clean soil for planting. The process described in the invention is environmentally friendly, low-cost, and easily applicable at the local level. The resulting clean soil meets agricultural soil standards, helps regenerate resources, and reduces pollution.
