[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese invention patent application entitled “Data display method and related equipment” and application number 2023102653815, filed on March 14, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0002] The present disclosure relates to the field of computer technology, and in particular to a data display method and related devices. Background Art
[0003] In some scenarios, data statistics may be required, and statistical data is usually stored in the form of a data table (or table). When such a data table is displayed on a web page (web or desktop), because it is displayed in landscape mode and the computer display is relatively large, it is usually possible to display enough data in the data table on a single page.
[0004] However, the inventors of the present disclosure have found that due to the need to display data tables on mobile devices, the related art generally directly transplants the page layout of the web terminal to the mobile terminal in parallel. However, such parallel transplantation cannot effectively display the data table.
[0005] Summary of the Invention
[0006] The present disclosure proposes a data display method and related devices to solve or partially solve the above problems.
[0007] In a first aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a first page displaying a data table, the first page including at least one row of first target data displayed in a single row, the first target data including a plurality of fields;
[0008] In response to determining that the current display mode is the first mode, the first target data displayed in a single line is adjusted to the second target data displayed in multiple lines, and the second target data displayed in multiple lines includes data of multiple fields in the first target data, and the first target data corresponds one-to-one to the second target data.
[0009] In a second aspect of the present disclosure, a data display device is provided, comprising:
[0010] A display module is configured to: display a first page of a data table, wherein the first page includes at least one row of first target data displayed in a single row, and the first target data includes a plurality of fields;
[0011] The adjustment module is configured to: in response to determining that the current display mode is the first mode, adjust the first target data displayed in a single line to second target data displayed in multiple lines, wherein the second target data displayed in multiple lines includes data of multiple fields in the first target data, and the first target data corresponds one-to-one to the second target data.
[0012] In a third aspect of the present disclosure, a computer device is provided, comprising one or more processors, a memory; and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and executed by the one or more processors, and the programs include instructions for executing the method according to the first aspect.
[0013] According to a fourth aspect of the present disclosure, a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium containing a computer program is provided. When the computer program is executed by one or more processors, the processors are caused to execute the method described in the first aspect.
[0014] In a fifth aspect of the present disclosure, a computer program product is provided, comprising computer program instructions, which, when executed on a computer, cause the computer to execute the method described in the first aspect.
[0015] The data display method and related devices provided by the present disclosure display the second target data in multiple rows on the page in the first mode. Such a layout is more suitable for the display of data tables on mobile terminals and can enhance the user's browsing experience. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

When the absolute position of the described object changes, the relative position relationship may also change accordingly.
[0041] FIG1A shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary system 100 provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0042] As shown in FIG. 1A , the system 100 may include terminal devices 102A and 102B and a server 104 .
[0043] Terminal devices 102A and 102B may be terminals used by end users, and may be any terminal devices. For example, terminal devices 102A and 102B may be mobile terminals (e.g., mobile phones, tablet computers) or fixed terminals (e.g., personal computers (PCs) and laptop computers). Terminal devices 102A and 102B may run applications, and the applications may provide corresponding services to users.
[0044] The server 104 may be a single server or multiple servers. In a multiple-server scenario, these servers may adopt a distributed architecture and may form a server cluster.
[0045] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1A , the system 100 may further include a database server 106 for storing data, and the server 104 may retrieve required data, such as various data tables, from the database server 106 .
[0046] As an optional application scenario, the system 100 can be a data sharing and collaborative work service system, where terminal users can add, delete, modify, and query corresponding data tables by using terminal devices 102A and 102B running applications with collaborative work functions, and can upload the modified data tables to the server 104, which can be stored in the database server 106. As an optional embodiment, when one of the collaborative terminal devices (e.g., terminal device 102A) updates the data or the way the data is displayed, the other terminal devices (e.g., terminal device 102B) can also obtain the updated content of the other terminal devices from the server 104 and update the local data of the other terminal devices accordingly.
[0047] The inventors of the present disclosure have discovered that in the related art, the page layout of the Web side is usually directly transplanted to the mobile side in parallel, resulting in an inability to display the data table well.
[0048] FIG1B shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary mobile terminal displaying a data table.
[0049] The rounded rectangular area in FIG1B represents the visible area of the mobile terminal. As shown in FIG1B , when the page layout of the Web terminal is directly transplanted to the mobile terminal in parallel, the visible area of the mobile terminal can only display less data in the data table. If other data in the data table needs to be viewed, the page needs to be scrolled horizontally.
[0050] FIG1C shows another exemplary schematic diagram of a mobile terminal displaying a data table.
[0051] As shown in FIG1C , although the page after horizontal sliding can display other data in the data table, the data displayed in FIG1B will be hidden, and the visible area of the mobile terminal can still only display less data in the data table.
[0052] FIG1D shows another exemplary schematic diagram of a mobile terminal displaying a data table.
[0053] As shown in FIG1D , the user can display the data table in landscape mode on the mobile terminal to increase the amount of data that can be displayed. However, even in landscape mode, the data table cannot be fully displayed and the user still needs to slide the page horizontally to view other data.
[0054] It can be seen that in related technologies, the data presentation of online database products on mobile terminals is paralleled by the desktop terminal. However, the device characteristics of the mobile terminal are determined by two experience points: small amount of information and low efficiency of horizontal sliding reference, which cause serious bottlenecks in calling data in a short time.
[0055] In view of this, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a data display method, which displays the second target data in multiple rows on the page in a first mode. Such a layout is more suitable for displaying data tables on mobile terminals and can improve the user's browsing experience.
[0056] FIG2 shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary page 200 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0057] As shown in FIG2 , taking the example of a user using a database application (APP) on a terminal device 102A, in some embodiments, in the initial state, when the user opens the APP, they may enter page 200 shown in FIG2 . This page 200 may include options 202A to 202E corresponding to tables that the user can view. Optionally, the user may log in to the APP using their account. The server 104 may receive the user's login information to determine the user's permissions or the tables associated with the user, and then return information about the tables that the user can view to the user's terminal device 102A based on this information, thereby generating options 202A to 202E on page 200 of the terminal device 102A.
[0058] As shown in FIG. 2 , page 200 may further include options 204A and 204B for selecting a presentation mode. Option 204A may correspond to the first mode, and option 204B may correspond to the second mode.
[0059] The user can select corresponding options (e.g., option 202A and option 204A) on page 200 and then click the OK button 206 to send a viewing instruction to the terminal device 102A. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2 , in order to prompt the user of the currently selected option, the option clicked by the user can be highlighted.
[0060] It should be noted that page 200 shown in FIG2 is merely an example of how a user can select a table and display mode to view, and does not represent the only way to select a table and display mode to view. It is understood that when a user opens the app for the first time or not for the first time, they can directly open the default table and display it in the default display mode.
[0061] After receiving the viewing instruction, the terminal device 102A may display the data according to the data table selected by the user (eg, Table 1) or the default data table.
[0062] FIG3 shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary data table 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0063] As shown in FIG3 , the data table 300 includes a number of data (eg, 12 pieces of data), each of which may include multiple fields (eg, “order number”, “current stage”, “next stage”, etc.).
[0064] In some embodiments, since the user selected option 204B, after receiving the viewing instruction, the terminal device 102A, in response to determining that the current display mode is the second mode (or card display mode), can display at least one row of first target data in a single row, where the first target data includes multiple fields (for example, multiple fields in the data table 300 shown in Figure 3).
[0065] FIG4A shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary page 400 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0066] As shown in FIG. 4A , in some embodiments, after receiving the viewing instruction, the terminal device 102A may jump from page 200 to page 400 , and display at least one row of first target data in a single row on page 400 .
[0067] In some embodiments, data table 300 may include multiple pieces of data (e.g., 12 pieces of data). Therefore, page 400 may display multiple rows of first target data 302A-302L displayed in a single row. As shown in FIG4A , page 400 currently displays data table 300 in the second mode, in which each row of first target data 302A-302L corresponds to a row of data in data table 300. That is, each row of first target data may include multiple fields, each corresponding to multiple columns of data in data table 300. In this second mode, due to the page width limitation of terminal device 102A, only a portion of the first target data 302A-302L displayed in a single row can be displayed. To display more fields, the page must be scrolled horizontally (see FIG1C ), which is inconvenient to operate and view.
[0068] As an optional embodiment, as shown in Figure 4A, page 400 can also display a toolbar 404, which can provide various controls for the user to operate. Optionally, in order to prevent the toolbar from affecting the user's viewing of the data table 300, the toolbar 404 can be displayed at the bottom of the page 400.
[0069] As shown in Figure 4A, the toolbar 404 may include a layout control 4042. In response to a trigger instruction for the layout control 4042 (for example, clicking the layout control 4042), the terminal device 102A may display a window 408 for selecting a card layout in the page 400, as shown in Figure 4B.
[0070] 4B , window 408 may include options 4084A and 4084B for setting the presentation mode, with option 4084A corresponding to the second mode and option 4084B corresponding to the first mode. Since the current presentation mode is the second mode, option 4084A is displayed as being selected.
[0071] In some embodiments, when the user selects option 4084B, the current display mode may be switched to the first mode, i.e., the card mode, so that the user can view the data table 300 in the first mode. In response to determining that the current display mode is the first mode, the terminal device 102A may adjust the first target data displayed in a single row to second target data displayed in multiple rows, wherein the second target data displayed in multiple rows includes data from multiple fields in the first target data, and the first target data corresponds to the second target data in a one-to-one manner.
[0072] FIG4C shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary page 400 in the first mode according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0073] As shown in Figure 4C, in the first mode, page 400 can display multiple second target data 402A-402D displayed in multiple rows. In this way, the data displayed in a single row in the first mode is adjusted to be displayed in multiple rows. For a row of data in data table 300, more content can be displayed on mobile terminal 102A in the first mode, which can improve user reading efficiency.
[0074] In some embodiments, after switching from the second mode to the first mode, the anchor position of the fields and records in the second mode will not be remembered, that is, the first screen records are displayed by default in the card mode. In addition, after the layout is switched, the corresponding view layout type changes, and the layout switch will take effect in conjunction with the configuration, that is, it will also take effect simultaneously in the collaborative terminals (for example, the terminal device 102B in Figure 1A). It can be understood that when the current display mode is the first mode, the user can also switch the display mode to the second mode by selecting option 4084A. In response to determining that the current display mode is switched from the first mode to the second mode, the terminal device 102A can adjust the second target data displayed in multiple rows to the first target data displayed in a single row again, as shown in Figure 4A.
[0075] It is understandable that, whether in the first mode or the second mode, both display data in a table view, and their essence is still to display data in the style of data rows.
[0076] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG4C , taking the second target data 402A as an example, the second target data displayed in multiple rows may further include a first area 4022 and a second area 4024, wherein the first area 4022 and the second area 4024 correspond to different data columns of the data table 300. In this way, information of more fields in the data table 300 can be displayed in the second target data, further improving reading efficiency.
[0077] As shown in Figure 4C, as an optional embodiment, the data of the first field in the first target data can be displayed in the first area 4022. For example, the data corresponding to the "order number" and "source" fields in the data table 300. In some embodiments, as shown in Figure 4C, the data of the second field in the first target data is displayed in the second area 4024. For example, the data corresponding to the "current stage", "next stage" and "first contact time" fields in the data table 300. It can be seen that the second target data displayed in multiple rows can include information on more fields than the first target data displayed in a single row, which is more conducive to improving reading efficiency.
[0078] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG4C , first region 4022 displays data information for the first field. For example, data information 4022A corresponds to the data content of the "Order Number" field of the second target data, and data information 4022B corresponds to the data content of the "Source" field of the second target data. Displaying the field data content in first region 4022 allows for a more intuitive representation of the data content of the second target data. Furthermore, omitting field information (field names) reduces space usage and facilitates display of more data.
[0079] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG4C , the second area 4024 displays the data information and field information of the second field. Taking the field "stage" 4026 as an example, the second area 4024 may further include field information 4026A and data information 4026B for the field. In this way, the information of the second field in the second area 4024 can be displayed completely, allowing for more content to be displayed, which is beneficial for improving reading efficiency. As an optional embodiment, in order to allow for more content to be displayed in the second area 4024, the font size of the field information and data information corresponding to the second field in the second area 4024 can be smaller than that of the first field, as shown in FIG4C .
[0080] As an optional embodiment, to make page 400 more aesthetically pleasing, as shown in FIG4C , terminal device 102A may display the second target data 402A to 402D displayed in multiple rows in the form of cards, where each second target data corresponds to a card, and the card may further include the first area 4022 and the second area 4024. As shown in FIG4C , page 400 may display multiple cards corresponding to multiple rows of data (e.g., the first four rows of 12 rows of data) in data table 300. Optionally, clicking a card may open the details page of the corresponding data.
[0081] To accommodate the vertical display habits of mobile devices, in some embodiments, as shown in FIG4C , the terminal device 102A may sequentially display the plurality of cards along the first direction 400A of the page 400. Optionally, the arrangement order of the cards may be consistent with the arrangement order of the corresponding data in the data table 300, thereby making it easier for the user to view the cards in order.
[0082] As shown in FIG4C , when the visible area of page 400 is insufficient to display all the data in data table 300, cards for other data not currently displayed on page 400 can be viewed by sliding page 400. Therefore, in some embodiments, in response to a sliding operation on page 400 in the opposite direction of first direction 400A (upward in FIG4A ), terminal device 102A can slide and display other cards corresponding to multiple pieces of data in data table 300 on page 400. For example, cards for second target data 402E and 402F corresponding to data 005 and 006 are shown in FIG4D .
[0083] Since users generally do not need to perform more complex operations on page 400 while scrolling through cards, in some embodiments, the terminal device 102A can hide the toolbar 404 in response to a swipe operation on page 400 in the opposite direction of the first direction 400A, as shown in FIG4D . In this way, during the scrolling through cards, the visible area of the terminal device 102A is expanded, making it easier for the user to view the cards. In some embodiments, as shown in FIG4C , page 400 can also display a statistics control 406. Similarly, the terminal device 102A can hide the statistics control 406 in response to a swipe operation on page 400 in the opposite direction of the first direction 400A, as shown in FIG4D . In this way, during the scrolling through cards, the visible area of the terminal device 102A is further expanded, making it easier for the user to view the cards. In some embodiments, the terminal device 102A responds to a sliding operation along the first direction 400A (the downward direction in Figure 4A) on the page 400, indicating that the user may no longer need to view more card content, so the toolbar 404 and the statistics control 406 can be displayed again, as shown in Figure 4C.
[0084] Returning to Figure 4C , it can be seen that each card can include information about at least one of the multiple fields of corresponding data. Optionally, as shown in Figure 4A , the default height of each card can be the same, which can be more aesthetically pleasing; the width of the card can be the full width of the screen (substantially equal to the width of page 400 along the second direction), thereby ensuring that each card can display as much content as possible and the same amount. By displaying data in the form of cards on the page, this layout is more suitable for displaying data tables on mobile devices and can improve the user's browsing experience. In some embodiments, because the width of the card can be the full width of the screen, that is, the width of the card is consistent with the width of the screen's viewable area, terminal device 102A may not support sliding in the second direction (left and right sliding). In other words, in the first mode, the available operations on the card do not include the horizontal sliding operation in the second mode, thereby providing differentiated operation methods in the two modes, enriching user options. Therefore, in some embodiments, terminal device 102A does not perform the process of scrolling page 400 in the second direction in response to a sliding operation in the second direction 400B on page 400.
[0085] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG4C , the first area of each card can be located above the card, so that the first field in the first area can serve as the card's title. To enable users to more quickly identify the data corresponding to a card when viewing it, the title information is selected by default from the index field of the data (i.e., the field used for indexing, such as order numbers 001-012). As shown in FIG4C , taking the second target data 402A as an example, data information 4022A can optionally serve as the main title, and data information 4022B can serve as the subtitle. The main title and subtitle can be selected from different fields. Optionally, the main title can be selected from the main index field, and the subtitle can be selected from other index fields (to assist in indexing). In some embodiments, if the field of the data corresponding to a card that is intended to display the title does not contain any content, the card's title can display a placeholder (visually, no content is displayed). Optionally, the subtitle can be hidden by default, thereby saving card display space. If a subtitle is desired, the user can configure it accordingly. The style of the subtitle can be consistent with the main title, and visually weaker than the main title. For example, a lighter color and smaller font size can be used to show the difference between the main title and the subtitle, which has a better visual effect.
[0086] In some embodiments, index fields cannot be deleted, moved, or hidden.
[0087] As shown in FIG4C , in addition to the title, the card may also include text, that is, the second area 4024 may be a content display area, which may include information of at least one field (e.g., the second field 4026), and the specific display content may be field information 4026A + data information 4026B. Optionally, the display content supports original display in terms of style (the format of the data content in the data table 300 remains consistent in the card), such as options, personnel, associations, etc. However, some field types need to be adapted, such as web links and attachments. Web links need to be indicated by blue bold font when displayed, and attachment fields can add attachment tags to indicate that the field corresponds to an attachment.
[0088] As shown in FIG4C , the card may also have a corresponding layout. Therefore, as an optional embodiment, when the terminal device 102A displays data in the form of a card in page 400, in response to determining that the current card layout is the first layout (for example, 1 row and 3 columns), the information of the fields contained in the data may be displayed in the card according to the first layout. It is understandable that the first layout may also be selected by the user in page 200 shown in FIG2 (the corresponding optional options are not shown in FIG2 ). In some embodiments, it may also be a default, for example, when entering the first mode, the information of the fields contained in the data is displayed in the first layout (for example, 1 row and 3 columns) by default. At this time, records without content may be displayed as placeholders. The specific method can be set as needed and is not specifically limited here. Optionally, the fields, order, and quantity in the card layout can be adjusted.
[0089] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG4B , in response to a trigger instruction for the layout control 4042 (e.g., clicking the layout control 4042 ), the terminal device 102A may display a window 408 for selecting a card layout on the page 400 , wherein the window 408 may include multiple layout options 4082A to 4082C, each corresponding to a card layout, for example, 1 row and 3 columns, 1 row and 2 columns, 1 row and 1 column, and so on. It is understood that in addition to 1 row and 3 columns, 1 row and 2 columns, and 1 row and 1 column, the card layout may also include 1 row and 4 columns, 2 rows and 4 columns, 2 rows and 3 columns, 2 rows and 2 columns, 2 rows and 1 column, and so on. Optionally, since the current card layout is the first layout, the layout option 4082A corresponding to the first layout may be highlighted in the window 408 , thereby serving as a reminder. In some embodiments, as shown in reference figure 4B, each layout option may also have a thumbnail of the corresponding card layout, so that the user can know what kind of layout the card can have after selecting the layout option by observing the thumbnail, which is convenient for user operation.
[0090] In some embodiments, in response to a selection instruction (e.g., clicking on layout option 4082B) for a layout option corresponding to a second layout among the multiple layout options, terminal device 102A can display the field information of the data in cards 402A-402D according to the second layout, as shown in FIG4E . As can be seen, when the user switches the card layout, the layout of cards 402A and 402B on page 400 changes in real time (as do other currently invisible cards), and the user can observe the display effect of switching the card layout in real time. In this way, the interface configuration can take effect in real time, and the user can receive feedback on the effect of each operation, which is very low in educational costs and provides a good user experience. As shown in FIG4E , the number of fields displayed in the second area of the card in the second layout is different from the number of fields displayed in the second area of the card in the first layout. Therefore, by adjusting the card layout, the number of fields that can be displayed on page 400 can be adjusted. The user can select a layout mode that suits them by switching the card layout, which helps improve reading efficiency.
[0091] Similarly, as shown in FIG4E , since the current card layout is switched to the second layout, in window 408 , layout option 4082B corresponding to the second layout may be highlighted while layout option 4082A is no longer highlighted, thereby serving as a reminder.
[0092] As shown in FIG4E , when the card layout is switched so that the current card layout cannot fully display the information of the fields required to be displayed in the card, the information of the fields that cannot be displayed in the card can be hidden, and an expansion control can be generated at the bottom of the card.
[0093] Therefore, in some embodiments, when displaying data in the form of a card in page 400, the terminal device 102A, in response to determining that the number of fields included in the card is higher than the first number, displays information of the first number of fields in the card and displays expansion controls 4028A, 4028B at the bottom of the card. As an optional embodiment, in response to determining that the number of fields included in the card is higher than the first number, displaying information of the first number of fields in the card and displaying an expansion control at the bottom of the card may further include: in response to determining that the number of second fields included in the card is higher than the first number, displaying information of the first number of second fields (field information and data information) in the card and displaying an expansion control at the bottom of the card. It can be understood that since the card includes the first field and the second field, the setting of the first number and the aforementioned comparison relationship can be set according to actual numerical values, which is only an example here.
[0094] Depending on the actual situation, the value of the first number in this embodiment may be different.
[0095] For example, in the aforementioned embodiment, the value of the first number is 2, and the number of second fields contained in the card is 3. Therefore, the information of the third field "first contact time" is folded and hidden, and the user is prompted that there is folded and hidden information in the card by expanding controls 4028A and 4028B.
[0096] For another example, in the scenario shown in FIG4C , if the user adds new field information to the card, the first layout (1 row and 3 columns) cannot display the information of the fourth field (for example, “last contact time”), and the terminal device 102A still needs to display the expansion controls 4028A and 4028B at the bottom of the card.
[0097] In some embodiments, the terminal device 102A can expand the size of the card (e.g., card 402A) in response to a trigger instruction for the expansion control (e.g., expansion control 4028A) so that the card displays information of all fields included in the card, making it easier for the user to view information of all fields included in the card.
[0098] In some embodiments, terminal device 102A can also synchronize information that the current card layout has been switched to the second layout to a designated device (e.g., terminal device 102b), so that the cards on the page of the designated device display information of the at least one field of the data according to the second layout. In this way, each configuration of the page by the user can take effect in real time and be synchronized to all collaborators in the current view.
[0099] Continuing with FIG. 4C , window 408 may further include other options or controls for configuring other settings. However, as shown in FIG. 4E , as an alternative embodiment, window 408 may only cover the lower half of page 400. This allows the upper half of page 400 to still display content, allowing the user to observe changes in the upper half in real time after making configuration changes. It will be appreciated that the content that window 408 can display is limited in this case; for example, it currently only displays presentation mode options and card layout options.
[0100] Therefore, in order to display more options in window 408, as shown in FIG4E , a stretch control 4086 may be provided at the top of window 408. When the user drags stretch control 4086 in the opposite direction of first direction 400A (the upward direction of page 400), window 408 may be stretched upward to display more options. When window 408 is expanded, more content may be displayed, such as a cover control 4088, a title control 4090, and so on.
[0101] Continuing with FIG4E , in some embodiments, in order to display more content in window 408, the content in window 408 can also be scrolled by sliding. For example, by sliding in window 408 in the opposite direction of first direction 400A (the upward direction of page 400), the content below the layout options can be further displayed. As shown in FIG4F , after the sliding operation, a cover control 4088 is further displayed in window 408 for turning on or off the display of the cover in the card. Optionally, in order to keep the card concise, the cover can be not displayed by default.
[0102] In some embodiments, the terminal device 102A can display covers 4030A and 4030B in the card in response to an opening instruction for the cover control 4088, as shown in FIG4G . As an optional embodiment, as shown in FIG4G , after the cover is started, a cover source control 4088A can be added below the cover control 4088 for the user to select the source of the cover. Optionally, as shown in FIG4G , in the default state, the cover may not yet be specified, so the position of the cover layout in the card can be occupied by a picture logo to show the card layout after the cover is added. Optionally, the terminal device 102A can further display a window on the window 408 in response to a trigger instruction for the cover source control 4088A. Multiple cover options can be displayed in the window, and each cover option provides a field that can be used to display the cover.
[0103] As shown in Figure 3, the data in data table 300 may also include an attachment field. This attachment field may be associated with an attachment of various types. For example, if data table 300 is used to compile statistics related to car purchase orders, the attachment corresponding to each data item may be a manual describing the model of vehicle purchased in the order. For another example, if data table 300 is used for resource inventory, the attachment may be an image that best reflects the characteristics of a specific resource. For example, if the resources being inventoried include computer hardware, cleaning supplies, etc., the corresponding attachment image may be an image of a computer, a vacuum cleaner, etc. Therefore, as an optional embodiment, the cover page may be generated based on the attachment field. In this way, a corresponding image can be extracted from the attachments in the attachment field to serve as the cover page, and the cover page can use a relatively typical image (from the attachments of the data item) to reflect the characteristics of the data item. In some embodiments, if data table 300 includes multiple attachment fields, the multiple cover options in the window for displaying cover page options may correspond to the corresponding fields. By selecting a corresponding field, the image displayed on the cover page may be the image contained in the corresponding attachment field.
[0104] In some embodiments, after adding a cover, the terminal device 102A can synchronize the information of the newly added cover in the current card layout to a designated device (eg, the terminal device 102B) so that the cards in the page of the designated device can synchronize the newly added cover.
[0105] As shown in FIG4H , in some embodiments, the window 408 is further slid, and the window 408 may also display a title control 4090 . Optionally, the title control 4090 may further include a main title control 4090A and a subtitle control 4090B.
[0106] As shown in Figure 4I, in response to a trigger instruction for the title control (e.g., main title control 4090A), terminal device 102A may further display a window 412 for selecting a title on page 400. Window 412 may further include a plurality of first options 4122A-4122H for selecting a field, which correspond to fields that can be used as titles in data table 300. For example, because attachments are typically used to create cover pages, there is no attachment field in the options corresponding to the title.
[0107] In some embodiments, in response to a selection instruction for a first target option (e.g., option 4122E) among the plurality of first options 4122A-4122H, the terminal device 102A may replace the title information with the information of the first target field (e.g., "Last Reach Time") corresponding to the first target option. This completes the switching of the title. The setting of the subtitle is similar to that of the main title and will not be repeated here.
[0108] In some embodiments, the terminal device 102A may also synchronize information that the title of the current card layout has been replaced to a designated device (eg, the terminal device 102B), so that the title of the card in the page of the designated device is also synchronously replaced.
[0109] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG4H , window 408 may further list options 4092A to 4092C corresponding to the fields displayed in the current card, and the information of the fields included in the current card may be deleted from the card through a delete operation. Optionally, the terminal device 102A may delete the information of the field corresponding to the target option in the card (e.g., “first contact time”) in response to a trigger operation for the target option (e.g., option 4092C). After deleting the information of the field “first contact time”, since only two fields of content remain in the card, the expansion controls 4028A and 4028B may be removed, indicating that the current card is no longer in a folded state.
[0110] In some embodiments, further sliding window 408, as shown in FIG4J , window 408 may also include multiple second options 4094A to 4094C for selecting fields (more options are not shown in the figure). These second options may correspond to fields that are not displayed in the card but belong to data table 300. The user can select the corresponding fields to be displayed in the card.
[0111] In some embodiments, in response to a selection instruction for a second target option (e.g., option 4084B) among the plurality of second options 4094A-4094C, the terminal device 102A adds information about a second target field (e.g., "Follow-up period") corresponding to the second target option to the card. As shown in FIG4J , the newly added field can be displayed at the end of the card. Since the card is currently folded, the information about the newly added field is not displayed on page 400. When the card is expanded by triggering the expansion control 4028A or 4028B, the information can be displayed in the card.
[0112] In some embodiments, the terminal device 102A can synchronize the information of the newly added fields of the current card layout to a designated device (eg, the terminal device 102B) so that the cards in the page of the designated device synchronize the newly added fields.
[0113] 4C , in some embodiments, the page 400 includes a statistics control 406. In response to a trigger instruction for the statistics control 406, the terminal device 102A may display a window 414 on the page 400. The window 414 includes statistical information corresponding to the data table 300, as shown in FIG4K .
[0114] In some embodiments, the data table 300 may further include multiple groups, each of which includes at least one piece of data corresponding to the group. When the terminal device 102A displays a window 414 on the page, the window 414 may display multiple grouping controls 4142A-4142C corresponding to the multiple groups and the number of data items corresponding to each group. Optionally, the groups may be pre-defined for the data table 300 by the user or other users collaborating with the user, and the grouping criteria may be customized based on user needs. It is understood that a group may further include sub-groups, and sub-groups may further include sub-groups, and so on.
[0115] In some embodiments, the terminal device 102A may display statistical information of the group corresponding to the target group control in the window 414 in response to a trigger instruction for the target group control among the multiple group controls. The format of the statistical information is shown in FIG4K .
[0116] Considering that the data table 300 may have groups, in order to facilitate viewing of the groups, as an optional embodiment, the second target data in the page 400 of FIG. 4C may be classified according to the groups and then displayed in the page 400 .
[0117] Therefore, as an optional embodiment, if the data table 300 includes multiple groups, wherein each group includes at least one first target data corresponding to the group, the terminal device 102A may display group identifiers 420A and 420B on the page 400, and adjust the first target data displayed in a single row under the group identifiers 420A and 420B to second target data displayed in multiple rows, as shown in FIG4L.
[0118] Returning to FIG. 4A , in some embodiments, the page 400 may include an add control 416 .
[0119] In response to the trigger instruction for the add control 416 , the terminal device 102A may jump to the page 500 , which may include a window 502 for scanning the identification code.
[0120] In response to the identification code corresponding to the newly added data scanned through the window 502, the terminal device 102A adds the newly added data to the data table 300 and can generate a newly added card based on the newly added data. The newly added card can be placed at the end of all current cards on the page 400.
[0121] In this way, the data table 300 can be expanded by scanning the barcode, which is very convenient to use. In particular, in the scenario of resource inventory, the inventory staff can use this method to automatically inventory the resources by scanning the barcode or QR code on the resource, which is very convenient.
[0122] The disclosed embodiments solve the problem of how a mobile terminal can improve the efficiency of information display without losing the data integrity of the data table 300. In some embodiments, users can customize the layout and support different layout presentations for data with different amounts of information. In some embodiments, the interface configuration takes effect in real time, and the user can get feedback on the effect of each step, and the education cost is extremely low. In some embodiments, the grouping information is retained, the table layout is changed, and the grouping presentation in the card layout mode is still fully retained, and the data classification experience is not degraded. In some embodiments, the grouping statistical information is retained, and the presentation of all statistical values under the table layout is still fully retained, and the data consumption experience is not degraded. In some embodiments, a highly customized interface + all data are fully retained, and only an incremental cross-end experience is introduced.
[0123] The disclosed embodiments allow for freely customizable layouts for data tables presented in a card layout mode, while preserving the complete data logic and calculation results. This adapts the data table layout to the characteristics of mobile terminals, improving the user experience while laying the foundation for data table applications (e.g., more complex application-based user interfaces).
[0124] The embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a data display method.
[0125] Figure 6 shows a flow chart of an exemplary method 600 provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method 600 may be implemented by the terminal device 102A or 102B of Figure 1A. As shown in Figure 6, the method 600 may further include the following steps.
[0126] In step 602, a first page (e.g., page 400 of Figure 4A) of a data table (e.g., data table 300 of Figure 3) may be displayed, the first page including at least one row of first target data (e.g., data tables 302A to 302L of Figure 4A) displayed in a single row, the first target data including multiple fields.
[0127] In step 604, in response to determining that the current display mode is the first mode, the first target data displayed in a single row is adjusted to second target data displayed in multiple rows (for example, data tables 402A to 402D in Figure 4C), and the second target data displayed in multiple rows includes data of multiple fields in the first target data, and the first target data corresponds one-to-one to the second target data.
[0128] The data display method provided by the present disclosure displays the second target data in multiple rows on the page in the first mode. Such a layout is more suitable for displaying data tables on mobile terminals and can enhance the user's browsing experience.
[0129] In some embodiments, the second target data displayed in multiple rows includes a first region (e.g., first region 4022 in FIG. 4C ) and a second region (e.g., second region 4024 in FIG. 4C ), wherein the first region and the second region correspond to different data columns of the data table (e.g., different columns of data table 300 in FIG. 3 ). Thus, the second target data can display more field information of the data table, which is conducive to improving reading efficiency.
[0130] In some embodiments, the first area displays data from a first field in the first target data (e.g., fields "Order Number" and "Source"). The second area displays data from a second field in the first target data (e.g., data 4026 in FIG. 4C ). Displaying information from different fields in different areas improves the layout of field data and improves reading efficiency.
[0131] In some embodiments, the first area displays the data information of the first field (e.g., data information 4022A and 4022B in FIG. 4C ). Displaying the data content of the field in the first area can, on the one hand, intuitively reflect the data content of the second target data, and on the other hand, omitting the field information (field name) can reduce space usage and facilitate displaying more data.
[0132] In some embodiments, the second area displays data information (e.g., data information 4026B in FIG. 4C ) and field information (e.g., field information 4026A in FIG. 4C ) of the second field. Thus, the information of the second field in the second area can be displayed completely, allowing for more content to be displayed, thereby improving reading efficiency.
[0133] In some embodiments, after adjusting the first target data displayed in a single row to the second target data displayed in multiple rows, the method further includes: in response to determining that the current display mode has switched from the first mode to the second mode, adjusting the second target data displayed in multiple rows to the first target data displayed in a single row, as shown in FIG4A . In this way, the user can freely switch between the two display modes using the layout control, which is convenient to use.
[0134] In some embodiments, adjusting the first target data displayed in a single row to the second target data displayed in multiple rows includes: displaying the second target data displayed in multiple rows in the form of a card; wherein the card includes the first area and the second area, as shown in Figure 4C.
[0135] In some embodiments, the data table includes multiple rows of data, each row of the data corresponds to a card and corresponds one-to-one with the second target data; displaying the second target data displayed in multiple rows in the form of cards includes: displaying multiple cards corresponding to the multiple rows of data in sequence along the first direction of the first page (for example, the first direction 400A of Figure 4C), as shown in Figure 4C.
[0136] In some embodiments, displaying the second target data displayed in multiple lines in the form of a card includes: in response to determining that the current card layout is a first layout, displaying the second target data displayed in multiple lines in the card according to the first layout, as shown in Figure 4C.
[0137] In some embodiments, the first page includes a layout control (e.g., layout control 4042 in FIG. 4C ); the method 600 further includes: in response to a trigger instruction for the layout control, displaying a first window for selecting a card layout on the first page (e.g., window 408 in FIG. 4B ), the first window including a plurality of layout options (e.g., layout options 4082A to 4082C in FIG. 4B ); in response to a selection instruction for a layout option corresponding to a second layout among the plurality of layout options (e.g., layout option 4082B in FIG. 4B ), displaying the second target data displayed in multiple rows in the card according to the second layout; wherein the number of fields displayed in the second area of the card of the second layout is different from the number of fields displayed in the second area of the card of the first layout, as shown in FIG. 4E . In this way, the user can freely set the card layout as needed.
[0138] In some embodiments, the method 600 further includes synchronizing information that the current card layout has been switched to the second layout to a designated device (e.g., the terminal device 102B in FIG. 1A ), so that the cards on the page of the designated device display the second target data displayed in multiple rows according to the second layout. In this way, the switching of the card layout can be synchronized to related devices in real time, enabling collaborative operation.
[0139] In some embodiments, the data includes an attachment field, and the first window further includes a cover control (e.g., cover control 4088 in FIG. 4F ). In response to a selection instruction for a layout option corresponding to a second layout among the plurality of layout options, displaying the second target data displayed in multiple rows in the card according to the second layout includes: displaying a cover (e.g., covers 4030A and 4030B in FIG. 4G ) in the card in response to an opening instruction for the cover control, wherein the cover is generated based on the attachment field and can better reflect the characteristics of the data corresponding to the card.
[0140] In some embodiments, the first field corresponds to an index field of the first target data, which can better enable a user to index or view data.
[0141] In some embodiments, the method 600 also includes: in response to a trigger instruction for a preset control (for example, control 4090A in Figure 4H), displaying a second window for selecting a first field in the first page (for example, window 412 in Figure 4I), the second window including multiple first options for selecting fields (for example, options 4122A to 4122H in Figure 4I); in response to a selection instruction for a first target option among the multiple first options, replacing the first field with a first target field corresponding to the first target option. In this way, the user can freely set the card title as needed.
[0142] In some embodiments, the first window further includes multiple second options for selecting a field (e.g., options 4094A-4094C in FIG. 4H ). The method 600 further includes: in response to a selection instruction for a second target option among the multiple second options, adding data information and field information for a second target field corresponding to the second target option to the second area. In this way, the user can freely set the field content that can be displayed in the card as needed (e.g., increase or decrease), which helps improve reading efficiency.
[0143] In some embodiments, the toolbar is displayed at the bottom of the first page. The method 600 further includes: in response to a sliding operation on the first page in a direction opposite to the first direction, hiding the toolbar, as shown in FIG4D , so as to display more card content.
[0144] In some embodiments, the second target data displayed in multiple rows is displayed in the form of a card, including: in response to determining that the number of fields included in the card is higher than the first number, displaying information of the first number of fields in the card and displaying an expansion control at the bottom of the card (for example, the expansion controls 4028A and 4028B in Figure 4E), so that the card can occupy a smaller area and be more streamlined.
[0145] In some embodiments, the method 600 further includes: in response to a trigger instruction for the expansion control, expanding the size of the card so that the card displays information of all fields included in the card, so that the card information can be fully viewed.
[0146] In some embodiments, the first page includes a statistics control (e.g., statistics control 406 in FIG. 4C ). The method 600 further includes: in response to a trigger instruction for the statistics control, displaying a third window (e.g., window 414 in FIG. 4K ) in the first page, wherein the third window includes statistical information of data values of at least one field in the data table, so that a user can view the statistical information.
[0147] In some embodiments, if the data table includes multiple groups, each of which includes at least one piece of first target data corresponding to the group, then in response to determining that the current display mode is the first mode, adjusting the first target data displayed in a single row to the second target data displayed in multiple rows includes: displaying a group identifier (e.g., group identifiers 420A and 420B in FIG. 4L ) on the first page, and adjusting the first target data displayed in a single row under the group identifier to the second target data displayed in multiple rows, as shown in FIG. 4L . This allows the user to view the second target data in groups, improving reading efficiency.
[0148] In some embodiments, the first page includes an add control. The method 600 further includes: in response to a trigger instruction for the add control, jumping to a second page (e.g., page 500 in FIG. 5 ), the second page including a window for scanning an identification code (e.g., window 502 in FIG. 5 ); in response to the identification code scanned through the window corresponding to newly added data, adding the newly added data to the data table and generating a new card based on the newly added data, so that the user can conveniently add new data.
