[0035] See FIG1 , which is a schematic diagram of an exemplary system architecture applying an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0036] As shown in FIG1 , system architecture 100 may include terminal devices 101 and 102, a network 103, and a server 104. It should be understood that the number or types of terminal devices, networks, and servers in FIG1 are merely illustrative. Any number or type of terminal devices, networks, and servers may be used as needed.

[0037] The network 103 is used to provide a medium for communication links between terminal devices and servers. The network 103 can include various connection types, such as wired or wireless communication links or optical fiber cables.

[0038] The terminal devices 101 and 102 can interact with the server via the network 103 to receive or send requests or information, etc. The terminal devices 101 and 102 can be various electronic devices, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, smart wearable devices, and personal digital assistants, etc.

[0039] The server 104 can store, analyze, and process the received data, and can also send control commands or requests to terminal devices or other servers. The server can provide services in response to user service requests. It is understood that a server can provide one or more services, and the same service can be provided by multiple servers.

[0040] Based on the system architecture shown in FIG1 , in an embodiment of the present disclosure, after a user triggers a data query request in a conversation interface, terminal device 101 or terminal device 102 may send a data query request to server 104 via network 103. After receiving the data query request, server 104 may obtain feedback information corresponding to the data query request and return the feedback information to terminal device 101 or terminal device 102, causing terminal device 101 or terminal device 102 to output a response message including an interactive control in the target conversation based on the feedback information, allowing the user to adjust the query scope through the interactive control.

[0041] The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

[0042] Figure 2 is a flow chart of an information query method according to an exemplary embodiment. The execution subject of this method can be implemented as any terminal device, platform, server or device cluster with computing and processing capabilities. The method includes the following steps:

[0043] As shown in FIG2 , in step 201 , a data query request triggered by a user through a session interface of a target session is received.

[0044] In this embodiment, the target session can be a window in an instant messaging client for transmitting messages between users. The target session can be a one-on-one chat session between two users or a group session between multiple users. After logging into the instant messaging client, the user can send messages to friends / group members in the target session. The user who triggers the data query request is a session member of the target session. This user can be the administrator of the target session, a member designated by the administrator, or any ordinary member of the target session. It will be understood that this embodiment does not limit the specific identity of the target user.

[0045] In one implementation, the data query request triggered by a user in the conversation interface of the target conversation can be a conversation message sent by the user in the target conversation containing preset characters. The conversation message can also include information such as keywords used for the query. For example, the preset characters can include characters that refer to a chatbot, and the conversation message can include the characters that refer to the chatbot followed by information such as keywords used for the query.

[0046] In another implementation, the data query request triggered by the user in the session interface of the target session may also be a data query request entered on a page associated with a preset control after the preset control is triggered in the target session. For example, the preset control may be a control for querying data in a session. The user may trigger the preset control in the target session, causing the instant messaging client to display the page associated with the preset control. The user may enter a data query request including keywords on the page associated with the preset control.

[0047] In step 202, feedback information corresponding to the data query request is obtained.

[0048] In some embodiments, data queries can be managed by the instant messaging server corresponding to the instant messaging client, or by other servers connected to the instant messaging server. The server for managing data queries can access a designated database, which stores at least one information set (for example, the information set can be an online data table), and each information set corresponds to a corresponding object (for example, each online data table can correspond to a chatbot, or a preset control). The target information set is an information set bound to the corresponding object corresponding to the target session (for example, a chatbot added in the target session, or a preset control added in the target session). The target information set includes a first information set (for example, the first information set can be at least a portion of a subtable in an online data table, or the first information set can be information in some rows or columns of at least a portion of a subtable in the first online data table), and the first information set has an association relationship with the target session.

[0049] In step 203, based on the feedback information, a response message is output in the target session, and the response message includes an interactive control for the user to adjust the query scope through the interactive control.

[0050] In this embodiment, the feedback information may be obtained based on a data query request and may include query results and the data source of the queried data. A response message may be output in the target session based on the feedback information. The response message may include an interactive control through which the user can adjust the query scope. After the user adjusts the query scope through the interactive control, a target query result may be obtained based on the adjusted query scope and displayed to the user.

[0051] This disclosure provides a data query method that, upon a user triggering a data query request in a target session, obtains feedback information corresponding to the data query request. Based on the feedback information, the method outputs a response message in the target session, including interactive controls, allowing the user to adjust the query scope through the interactive controls. This provides data query functionality within the session, increases data query flexibility, and enables the query scope to be adjusted based on user needs, improving data query efficiency and user experience.

[0052] Figure 3 is a flow chart of another information query method according to an exemplary embodiment. This embodiment describes the process of obtaining feedback information. The execution subject of this method can be implemented as any terminal device, platform, server or device cluster with computing and processing capabilities. The method includes the following steps:

[0053] As shown in FIG3 , in step 301 , after the chatbot is added as a member of the target session, a conversation message sent by the user through the target session and mentioning the chatbot is received as a data query request.

[0054] In this embodiment, the data query request may be triggered by a user in the target session's conversation interface after the chatbot has been added as a member of the target conversation. Specifically, the data query request may be a conversation message sent by the user in the target conversation that mentions the chatbot and includes information such as the query keyword. For example, the conversation message may include the characters that mention the chatbot followed by the query keyword.

[0055] In step 302, query information is sent to a server, and in step 303, feedback information for the query information is received from the server.

[0056] In this embodiment, data queries can be managed by a server. The server stores at least one information set (e.g., an online data table), each of which can be associated with a chatbot. The chatbot added to a target session is associated with a target information set, which includes a first information set associated with the target session.

[0057] In this embodiment, the instant messaging client may send query information to the server. The query information may include a keyword for querying data, and the query information may also include an identifier of the chatbot and / or an identifier of the target session.

[0058] In one implementation, the server can search for a target information set bound to the chat robot from a stored information set based on the identifier of the chat robot included in the query information, obtain feedback information based on the target information set, and then return the feedback information to the instant messaging client.

[0059] In another implementation, the server may also search for an information set associated with the identifier of the target session from a stored information set based on the identifier of the target session included in the query information, obtain feedback information based on the information set, and then return the feedback information to the instant messaging client.

[0060] In another implementation, the server may also search for a target information set associated with the chatbot from stored information sets based on the chatbot identifier included in the query information. The server then searches the target information set for a first information set associated with the target session identifier. Feedback information is obtained based on the first information set and returned to the instant messaging client.

[0061] In step 304, based on the feedback information, a response message is output in the target session, and the response message includes an interactive control for the user to adjust the query scope through the interactive control.

[0062] In this embodiment, the feedback information may be obtained from a data set associated with the chatbot and / or the target session. The feedback information may include query results and the data source of the queried data. Based on the feedback information, the chatbot may send a response message including an interactive control in the target session via a conversation message, allowing the user to adjust the query scope using the interactive control.

[0063] Since this embodiment performs data query through the chat robot after adding the chat robot as a member of the target session, the flexibility of data query is further increased, which helps to improve the efficiency of data query and user experience.

[0064] FIG4A is a flowchart of another data query method according to an exemplary embodiment. This embodiment describes a process of outputting a response message. The execution subject of this method can be implemented as any terminal device, platform, server, or device cluster with computing and processing capabilities, and includes the following steps:

[0065] As shown in FIG4A , in step 401 , a data query request triggered by a user through a session interface of a target session is received, and in step 402 , feedback information corresponding to the data query request is obtained.

[0066] In this embodiment, based on a data query request triggered by a user through a session interface of a target session, keywords for the query may be obtained, a query scope may be determined, and feedback information may be obtained based on the query scope and the keywords.

[0067] In step 403, based on the feedback information, a response message including an interactive control is output in the target session, and in step 404, a target query result is obtained according to the user's operation of adjusting the query range through the interactive control.

[0068] In one scenario, if the feedback information includes multiple data sources, the interactive control output by the target session may include multiple data source options. These multiple data sources may be multiple different information sets, such as multiple different online data tables, or multiple different sub-tables within a single online data table. It will be appreciated that this embodiment does not limit the specific form of the data source. Specifically, multiple data source options may be provided in the interactive control output by the target session. The user may select a target data source from the multiple data source options, for example, by using a drop-down menu or by checking a box, thereby narrowing the query scope. After the user selects the target data source, the target query results may be obtained from the target data source based on the keywords included in the data query request, and the target query results may be output in the target session.

[0069] As shown in Figure 4B, user a can send a data query request in the conversation of group A. The data query request is the message "@chatbot r technology", where the chatbot r in the message has been added as a conversation member of group A, and "technology" in the message is the query keyword. After the instant messaging client receives feedback information for the data query request, it can output an interactive control 401 in the form of a message sent by the chatbot r in the conversation of group A. If the feedback information includes multiple data sources, the multiple data sources can be displayed in the drop-down menu 402 in the interactive control 401 for the user to select. For example, as shown in Figure 4B, the multiple data sources are a data table named "Customer Relationship Management" and a data table named "Sales Personnel Management".

[0070] In another case, if the feedback information includes multiple query results, for example, the number of query results is less than or equal to a preset number, the interactive control output by the target session may include multiple options corresponding to the multiple query results, so that the user can select a target query result for displaying details from the multiple options. Each query result corresponds to an option, and the content displayed in the interactive control for the option corresponding to any query result may include part of the content in the query result. For example, if the query result is obtained from a data record, the content displayed in the interactive control for the option corresponding to the query result may include the field values of some fields in the data record (such as a field representing a name, a field representing a category, or a field representing an area, etc.) of the query result. The user can select a target query result from the multiple options through the interactive control, and the details of the target query result selected by the user can be displayed in the interactive control.

[0071] As shown in FIG. 4C, also taking the data query request with the content of "@Chatbot r Technology" sent by user a in the conversation of group A as an example, after the instant messaging client receives the feedback information for this data query request, the interactive control 401 is output in the conversation of group A in the form of a message sent by Chatbot r. If the feedback information includes multiple query results, partial contents of the multiple query results (such as the field values of the field for customer name) can be listed in the drop-down menu 403 in the interactive control 401 for the user to select.

[0072] In another case, if the feedback information includes multiple query results, for example, the number of the query results is greater than a preset number (such as 8), one or more filter condition setting controls can be included in the interactive control output in the target conversation. The user can further filter the query results from the feedback information through the filter condition setting control. For example, if the query results are obtained from data records, the filter conditions corresponding to the filter condition setting control can include but are not limited to the creator of the data record, the creation time of the data record, and the field values of one or more fields in the data record (such as the field representing the name, or the field representing the category, or the field representing the region, etc.). The user can set the filter conditions for the data through the filter condition setting control in the interactive control, further filter from the multiple query results according to the filter conditions set by the user to obtain the target query results, and display the target query result details information in the interactive control.

[0073] As shown in FIG. 4D, also taking the data query request with the content of "@Chatbot r Technology" sent by user a in the conversation of group A as an example, after the instant messaging client receives the feedback information for this data query request, the interactive control 401 is output in the conversation of group A in the form of a message sent by Chatbot r. If the feedback information includes multiple query results, the filter condition setting control 404 can be included in the interactive control 401. The user can set the filter conditions for the query data through the filter condition setting control 404 to narrow the query scope based on the filter conditions. As shown in FIG. 4, the filter condition setting control 404 can be used to set filter conditions such as the creation time of the data record and the creator of the data record.

[0074] In this embodiment, since the user can narrow the query scope through the interactive control, the query results can be filtered according to the user's wishes and needs, avoiding searching for data from the query scope that the user is not interested in. This not only improves the efficiency of data query but also improves the user experience.

[0075] It should be noted that although the operations of the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure are described in a specific order in the above embodiments, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this specific order, or that all of the operations shown must be performed to achieve the desired results. On the contrary, the steps depicted in the flowcharts may be performed in a different order. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps may be combined into one step, and / or one step may be broken down into multiple steps.

[0076] Corresponding to the aforementioned data query method embodiment, the present disclosure also provides an embodiment of a data query device.
