Abstract
Description
DEVICE AND METHOD OF COMBINED MINEFIELD CLEARANCEBACKGROUND ART
[0001] Minefield’s pose a significant threat to both civilians and military personnel. Existing demining methods often involve dangerous manual demining operations or the use of expensive mechanical systems. The present invention proposes a new technology that combines irrigation, increased electrical conductivity and controlled electric discharge to activate and neutralize mines on a minefield, ensuring safety and efficiency of demining. In an offensive battle, parts will have to overcome remotely installed obstacles in the initial area and on the way of advancement to the line of attack, as well as all types of obstacles in front of the front edge and in the depth of the enemy’s defense. The basis of such obstacles are anti-tank, anti-personnel and mixed minefields, installed using artillery, missile, aircraft and helicopter mining systems. The responsible task is to make passages in the obstacles in front of the front edge of the enemy’s defense. The number of passages should ensure the simultaneity of the attack by tank and motorized rifle units. The passages should be 6-8m wide and marked with one-sided signs on both sides of the passage every 15-20 m before or at the beginning of the attack. Depending on the situation, the general commander determines: place, time, number of passages, ways of making them. There are three ways to make passages: manually; explosive (by blasting charges on a minefield); mechanical (by trawls). Passages in their minefields are usually made manually for one - two nights before the attack, usually by those units of engineering troops that installed the obstacles.
[0002] It should be noted here that it was quite difficult to find an analogue of the proposed technology. However, we will try to draw parallels with the most advanced and applied technological methods. One of such methods is a demining system - Zmey Gorynych (Russian Federation) www.ru.wikipedia.org / wiki / yP-77
[0003] This is a self-propelled reactive demining installation, which is based on a self- propelled howitzer called “Carnation”. It replaced the one that was produced in 1978 and had the marking UR-77. The installation is designed to demine anti-personnel mines and clear minefields. Advantages of the Zmey Gorynych demining system: The ability to create a corridor of possibility among the minefield. Effectiveness in combating American pressuretype mines. Creating a shock wave from the explosion of the charge, which affects the mine detonator Disadvantages of the Zmey Gorynych demining system: Complete demining isnot guaranteed. Mines may remain completely intact. The shock wave does not affect magnetic, seismic or infrared detonators. www.ru.wikipedia.org / wiki / yP-77
[0004] The American analogue is more technologically advanced and effective, due to the structural feature, namely a nylon mesh, at the intersections of which cumulative charges are installed. The demining system was named Mongoose (USA) and received two designations. In some documents, it appears under the name ESMC (Explosive Standoff Minefield Clearer - “Explosive Minefield Clearing System”), while in others it uses the designation ESMB (Explosive Standoff Minefield Breacher - “Explosive System for Making Passages in Minefields”). The enemy’s mines are destroyed using the ENS product - Explosive Neutralization System. It is a network of nylon tape. The length of the net is 82 m, the width is 5 m. The cell of the net has dimensions of 170 x 170 mm. At the intersection of individual tapes, light cumulative charges weighing about 100 g are placed. There are 16354 such devices on one ENS network. The detonation is controlled by an electric signal. The total weight of one ENS product is 2346 kg.
[0005] A cumulative charge from the ENS composition forms a jet that penetrates the soil when detonated. The cumulative jet reaches a depth of 120 mm and can hit objects in the soil. This is the basis of the ENS and the entire “Mongoose” system. According to available data, the reactive demining system ESMC I ESMB has not yet been adopted and retains the status of a promising sample undergoing military tests. Apparently, “Mongoose” will not be adopted and will not be put into production. The existing samples will work out their resource and will be written off in the foreseeable future as unnecessary. There is no longer any question of replacing other demining systems.
[0006] The reasons for this result are well known. Even at the stage of the first tests, problems arose that, apparently, could not be solved in the further development of the project. The ESMC I ESMB system has two characteristic drawbacks, directly related to the design of the ENS network. Without their elimination, obtaining the desired characteristics is simply impossible.
[0007] The first problem is the extreme difficulty of correctly laying a soft net with charges. If this product does not unfold correctly in flight and does not lie flat on the surface of the soil - the size of the cleared area will be less than necessary. In addition, bends and unnecessary bends of the mesh are possible, interfering with the correct laying of cumulative ammunition, www.globalsecurity.org / military / systems / ground / mongoose-pics.htm
[0008] A method of influencing a soil layer with pulses of electric current (discharge) is known, with the aim of increasing the productivity of wells. This method has been testedand provides an increase in efficiency and simplification of the process of increasing the yield of various oil-productive soil layers. This method includes, exposure to electric charge (current) on the productive layer and near-wellbore zone of two adjacent wells, while exposure is carried out by a combination of different pulses of the following options: alternating current pulse, rectified current pulse, shock pulse of the same polarity as rectified current, rectified current pulse of reverse polarity and shock pulse of reverse polarity. This method is essentially similar to the presented method of demining and is accepted as an analogue (prototype) of the invention. www.yandex.ru / patents / doc / RU2317409C1_20080220SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The device contains at least two electrodes 5,6 located in the zone of the minefield section, power source 1 and voltage converter. As this voltage converter, an autotransformer 2 is used, on the incoming phase of which a thyristor switch 3 is located. It consists of two counter-parallel connected power thyristors, also connected to the output terminals of the block 4 for forming and controlling pulses, the input contacts of which are connected in the power source 1 circuit. The pulse control node 4, made with the possibilityof continuous observation of the shape and intensity of pulses, is located in this block and connected to the electrodes 5,6 installed on the processed section of the minefield.

In this case, cameras 19, 20 of drones 12, 13 record changes in the landscape of the processed section of the minefield 8.
[0026] Picture 5 shows drone 12, taking pictures with camera 20 of the minefield section 8 and sending pictures to the control panel 21 of the demining platoon operator.
[0027] Picture 6 shows a schematic of a variant of demining, in which two drones 12, 13, one of which is connected to an insulated conductive hose 15, which in turn is connected by its output terminals of the conductive shell to the secondary winding of the step-down transformer 22, the neutral of which is grounded 18, and the output terminal of the primary winding of the step-down transformer with the core 16 of the high-voltage power line, by means of a carabiner 17, in turn connected to the source of liquid, on one side and the second drone, connected by conductor 5, by means of a carabiner-clip 17 to the core 16 of the power line and source of liquid, on the other side irrigate (water) the minefield section 8, thereby causing detonation (structural destruction) of mines 7.
[0028] Picture 7 shows a schematic of a variant of demining, in which two drones 12, 13, both of which are connected to insulated conductive hoses 10, 15, which in turn areconnected by their output terminals of the conductive shells to the secondary windings of step-down transformers 22, 23 neutral of which are grounded 18, and the output terminals of the primary windings of step-down transformers 22, 23 with the core 16 of the high-voltage power line, by means of carabiners 17 perform irrigation (watering) of the minefield section 8, thereby closing the circuit in the zone common for two streams 9 and causing detonation (structural destruction) of mines 7.
[0029] Figure 8 shows a scheme of a demining option, in which two drones 12, 13, both of which are connected to insulated conductive hoses 10, 15, which in turn are connected by clamps of conductive shells to the secondary windings of step-down transformers 22, 23, the neutral of which is grounded 18, and the outputs of the clamps of the primary windings of the step-down transformers 22, 23 are connected to different wires (phases) 16 of the high-voltage power line, by means of carabiners 17 and perform watering (irrigation) of the minefield section 8, which in turn close the circuit by a short circuit (high- energy pulses are formed by short-circuit currents), in the area common for two streams 9, which cause detonation (structural destruction) of mines 7.
[0030] The method includes the following stages:
[0031] Stage 1 . Selection of a demining site. Includes searching for sources of water and electric current (charge). Assessment of weather conditions, location of nearby power lines and reservoirs or water pipes. Then, according to the input data, they make a decision on which strategy (implementation option) to use for demining.
[0032] Stage 2: Irrigation The territory selected minefield site is abundantly irrigated with water coming from a drain. Water rises to a small height (up to ten-fifteen meters), using a quadcopter. Such irrigation serves two purposes: shooting (deactivation by blasting) antitank mines with various detonators, as well as - increasing soil conductivity for greater damage from electric discharge.
[0033] Stage 3: Increasing conductivity, as a result of irrigation minefield moisture content in the soil increases significantly, which leads to an increase in electrical conductivity. This ensures effective transmission of electric current through the soil. Moreover, as one of the options for increasing soil conductivity.
[0034] Step 4: Installing Electrodes, two electrodes, preferably made of conductive material, such as copper or aluminum, are inserted into the soil at certain places of the minefield. The electrodes are arranged so as to provide optimal coverage and contact with the soil.
[0035] Step 5: Electric discharge Liquids with a high degree of ionization, such as brackish water, conduct electric current (charge), similar to metals. Water itself does not conduct electric current very well, because it weakly ionizes. However, if you add other substances that can ionize to the water, the water becomes a good conductor. This is due to the fact that positive and negative ions are formed in the water, which can carry electric charge. Such liquids are called electrolytes. For example, if you add salt (NaCI) to the water, it decomposes into ions Na+ and CI-, which can move under the action of an electric field. Here, it should be noted that using certain parameters of current, you can achieve the desired result, using ordinary water. Ultimately, the use of this technology implies different climatic conditions and different types of soil, soil, sand so you can use brackish water by adding chlorine salt to the source (water tank) in order to achieve the desired result, increase electrical conductivity and, as a result - destruction of mines. When connecting two or more electrodes to a high-voltage power source, a powerful electric discharge is created, which passes through the moist soil. The discharge activates all existing mines in the irrigation area (irrigation), blowing them up or making them safe. When colliding (hitting) with (on) the surface of moistened soil, sand, surface electric charge closes the electrical circuit, there is an electric effect on the body of mines. Under electric influence possible as destruction, so and damage mines, with subsequent detonation. Also, under influence on mines, equipped with electric elements can occur; rupture of thin oxide films in semiconductor devices as a result of dielectric breakdown; melting of conductors and metallization areas as a result of overheating when exposed to high voltage; locking of CMOS devices as a result of formation of parasitic p-n-p-n structures; deterioration of parameters or hidden defects in the structure of components, not leading to immediate failure of the device, but making the system unstable and provoking operational failures in harsh conditions; induction of powerful electric fields, leading to interference and malfunctions in nearby electronic devices, provides the possibility of electric impact on mines in order to disable them.
[0036] The exact strength of the electric charge for destroying an anti-tank mine is difficult to name, as it depends on many factors, such as type and model of mine, its condition and age, type and characteristics of power source, length and cross-section of wires, environmental conditions etc. But with confidence we can say that for blasting most anti-tank mines will require voltage not less than 1000 V and current not less than 10 A. This means that you need to use a power source with a power not less than 10 kW.
[0037] Step 6: Demining individual areas, as one of the options; quadcopters (drones) together with performing the task of irrigation (irrigation) section minefield, able andhit pressure jet (streams conductive liquid) water cannon mine pressure action, causing thereby detonation and / or structural destruction, with some probability and near located (laid) mines, with different fuses. To activate the charge of an anti-tank mine pressure action requires from 8-10 kg. Weight, which corresponds approximately 0.7-1.5 atmospheres pressure water from water supply with sprinkler copter (drone), falling from height flight copter (drone).
[0038] Next, the minefield should be mentally and programmatically divided into sections, and the selected sections should be flooded with water or water-based solutions to increase the conductivity of the soil and sand. Once a certain level of conductivity is achieved, a high-voltage current generator is brought to the section, and through wires and cone-shaped electrodes, which can be dropped from drones, a larger area of the minefield can be affected. Then, by using the current generator, an electric charge is applied to the electrodes placed in the moist environment (puddle) and moist soil, thereby causing an instantaneous discharge to the bodies of the mines installed in the moistened soil of that section, resulting in the detonation of mines with different effects. These procedures are then repeated on the next section adjacent to the already cleared area of the minefield, ensuring a certain (necessary) width of passage.
[0039] According to character conducting a first method, which I call "rice fields", involves intentionally flooding a specific section of the minefield using water cannons, potentially utilizing police special equipment to disperse demonstrators. However, this method only allows for shallow flooding (up to 20 meters) of the minefield. For minefields with greater depth (up to 1 kilometer or more), quadcopters (drones) with long hoses attached to a water source would be required.
[0040] The second, so-called by me, strategy - “Electric rain”. It consists in the fact that drones (in this case, at least two) carry out irrigation (irrigate) section 8 location of mines 7 and at the same time, through jets (streams) of water-throwing means (hoses with metal tips 14, connected by contacts with the outer conductive shell of insulated hose 10, 15 with outputs (outputs) from the output auto-transformer I transformer 2, on one side and, drone 13 with insulated conductive hose, conductive shell which, contacts connected to another output transformer 2, on the other hand, fall into the common (for two streams) zone of irrigation 9, which through water and wet soil close the circuit on a short circuit. Moreover, in addition to different modes of current supply charge-a (s), providing different degree of intensity of irrigation 9, as well as proximity of jets of two drones 12, 13 carrying streams of liquid / water, electro-conductive bipolar variable / constant currents in the zone ofsimultaneous irrigation (irrigation) 9 will cause different fluctuations of electromagnetic field and changes of direction and intensity of current (charge), in different directions, sufficient for structural destruction of devices (mines 7). (See Pic. 1 , 2)
[0041] Such interaction between irrigation means (in this case, drones) and source and electric charge (current) in real combat mode gives high rate of demining territory mine- oh fields. Next, in order third, so-called by me - “natural”, or natural strategy. Consisting in the fact that there is no artificial irrigation (irrigation) section minefield 8, due to natural phenomena, in the form of rain, providing sufficient moisture surface soil (to achieve sufficient level of electrical conductivity), land, sand for detonation mines 7, by means of drones 12, 13 deliver electric charge to moistened surface 9 selected, mined section 8. In case of application this method should take care about safety their soldiers and means, due to the fact that in this case difficult operationally assess boundaries defeat electric charge. Also, application this strategy implies use drones with conductive hoses, without procedure preliminary irrigation, however, apply grounding 18, as ensuring safety measures.
[0042] Fourth, so-called by me - “urban” strategy. In this case, for demining urban areas and areas settlements we use firehose (similar used for dispersal demonstrators), for example Wasserwerfer 10000. Conditionally speaking, at entrance to settlement and, insuring themselves from “surprises” we abundantly irrigate (shoot) jets water, with fire hose, under pressure (high pressure) all places possible mining. Mainly, in settlements, in most cases will be installed anti-personnel mines, pressure action, as option - “petal”, which enough quickly will be activated directed jet water and detonate. Also, along with use fire hoses can be used quadcopters (drones), equipped with “water gun”. www.youtu.be / afjUIM19UBs?si=rKHMCYkzh47K_HVt
[0043] Taking into account the fact that between settlements pass power lines will be appropriate adapt presented method to conditions real combat, with absence time and logistics means for delivery in zone demining generator current (power source).
[0044] The fifth, so-called by me, strategy - “Power Grids”. Consisting in the fact that drones 12, 13 are additionally equipped and hardware integrated with carbines / clips 17, allowing to attach to the wires 16, which in turn allows to carry out dynamic irrigation and defeat zones of potential location 8- mines 7 without spending time on delivery of generator 1 and devices 2, 3, 4, in the area of deployment 8 mines 7. As an example of one of the possible means of delivery of electric charge, in the deactivation zone 9 can be applied connection of contacts of conductive shell of insulated hoses 10, 15 drones 12, 13 with conductor 5, 6 and core 16 high-voltage power line.
[0045] Moreover, the insulated hose 10 drone 12, which is the first connected to the core 16 power lines, in the direction of current flow will be “source”, and the insulated hose 15 drone 13, connected further, along the high-voltage power line, in the direction of current flow will be “consumer”. And, connecting to the water source 11 drones 12, 13 irrigate the designated section of minefield 8, simultaneously through jets of liquid (water) closing the circuit, along the long contour, with a conditional load, thereby causing detonation I deactivation of mines 7, in the designated section of minefield 8. For insurance against possible breakdown of electric discharge through the jet contacts of conductive shells of insulated hoses 10, 15 are connected to grounding 18, approximately, at the junction (connection) hose and water source (liquid) 11 , in a section of dry soil. (See Pic. 3)
[0046] Moreover, in all variants of implementation of the proposed method, after each shot (launch) electric current (charge) is fixed (photographed) by camera 19 drone-ov 12, 13 picture of processed place (section), that is carried out photo I video shooting section 8, after which these images are transmitted from drone-ov 12, 13 to control panel-21 operator (commander of demining platoon), where using software (application I neural network) and computer processing is performed obtained images (scans) surface processed section and operator, or programmatically command sends back to drone-y 12, 13 coordinates new points irrigation next section surface assumed location mines 8 and, if detonation 7 mines 7 does not occur, procedure is repeated, according to instructions operator (commander), or programmatically (according to instructions software I neural network). (Pic. 4,5 ) It should also be noted that in power transmission networks there is a strong current under high voltage and, in order not to increase the conductive shell hoses (cross-section conductor and current, Ohm’s law) we use transformer 22, which is delivered to power lines on any jeep and connect terminals outputs primary winding lowering transformer 22 with conductor 6 and output secondary winding terminals connect with output (output terminal) conductive shell insulated hoses 10, 15 and third output neutral grounded 18 (See Pic.6), providing thereby safe operation drones.
[0047] For this, as a software (software), we use the software complex DroneDeploy. DroneDeploy (hereinafter DD) - DD is a cloud platform, or cloud service, which is used in the presented method specifically for mapping and analysis of images obtained by camera- mi 19, 20 from drones 12, 13. DroneDeploy software solutions based on the cloud platform allow and perform automatic flight safety checks, control workflows and display them on the control panel screens 21 in real time, as well as, of course, process the images obtained by cameras 19, 20 drones 12, 13. (www.dronedeploy.com) DroneDeploy has several differentplatforms for processing the created aerial photographs at three levels. Flight planning the actual planning of the flight mission and represents the very first level of work with images from cameras 19, 20 obtained from Drones 12, 13. At the first level we use an application called Flight from DroneDeploy. It is designed for Android and iOS. Its purpose is quite obvious: planning missions for data collection, automation of flights and, ultimately, fixing the results of shooting (launches of electric discharges and fixation by camera 19 zones of defeat 9 mines 7. Planning the flight zone and setting up objects of interest in the program DroneDeploy. The intelligent flight planning program allows you to easily plan and execute complex flight missions. This can be done by just a few touches or clicks to automate the entire flight, including takeoff and landing. The application allows you to lift the drone 12, 13 with payload 10, 15, 14, 19 in the air and return it to base in optimal time. The functionality allows you to share an individual flight plan with the entire team (sappers) - a demining platoon, to increase the consistency of actions and reliability of the data obtained. The DroneDeploy Flight app also allows you to easily create any materials from the drone, including photos, videos and panoramas. Flight route planning DJI Inspire 1 in DroneDeploy Flight program Another unique feature of the DroneDeploy Flight app is the ability to create a map in real time. This feature gives you the opportunity to evaluate the data obtained right in flight. And it will not require either a SD card or an Internet connection. DroneDeploy - data analysis and maps after processing the information obtained. DroneDeploy also offers a special solution for these purposes. It contains the ability to store and study data, functionality for collaboration with privates and officers of the demining platoon, as well as special features for measurements and report creation. The program provides automated analysis that allows you to detect and count objects or measure volume and area of impact. Data processing drone After receiving data using the DroneDeploy Flight app or another flight planning program, we upload images obtained by cameras 19, 20 to the data processing platform DroneDeploy (the so-called “second layer”)- This is necessary for reconstructing accurate two-dimensional maps, three-dimensional models, circular panoramas and other results. At the same time uploading up to 10,000 images with data is fast and simple. It will not require special hardware or software. Just upload and get started. DroneDeploy has a Live Map feature that allows you to instantly get information from cameras 19, 20 drones 12, 13 in real time, even when the drone 12, 13 is still in flight. The operator of demining platoon, using DroneDeploy software controls drones-i (UAV) 12, 13, as well as creates images and maps. And all this happens right during the flight of drones- ov 12, 13. To generate a high-quality map from Drone Deploy application will require connection to Internet.
[0048] This contains at least two drones 12, 13, with insulated conductive hoses 10, 15, with metal tips (sprayers) 14, connected by a conductor 5, 6, each with its own output of the transformer 2, and a power source 1 with a voltage of 380 V, frequency of 50 Hz, autotransformer 2, thyristor switch 3, connected to the incoming phase of the autotransformer 2, the control inputs of which are connected to the control outputs of the block 4 for forming and controlling pulses. The inputs of block 4 are connected to the power source before the thyristor switch 3 and autotransformer 2, as well as to the conductive hoses 10, 15 installed on the drones and, respectively, to the conductor and electrodes 5 and 6, camera 19 for shooting objects of the demined area. It should be noted that in different weather conditions and soil structure, it is possible to use more powerful power sources, and in order to increase the pressure in the hoses, a pump is used at the junction with the source of liquid, e.g. water (in the diagram it will be implied and denoted as a source of liquid 11 ). The technical result of the method of combined demining of minefields and other objects using increased soil conductivity is achieved as follows. At least two drones, each of which is structurally equipped with an insulated hose, with a conductive shell, contacts connected on one side, with a metal tip (sprayer), with outputs of transformer 2 and, with grounding 18 and a source of water (liquid) 11 , on the other hand provides (produce) irrigation (watering) of the selected section of the minefield and when the power source 1 is turned on, voltage is applied to the autotransformer 2 through block 4 for forming and controlling pulses. At the same time, when both thyristors of the thyristor switch 3 simultaneously receive a control signal, the first variant of pulses - an alternating current pulse - is applied to the autotransform er 2. When one of the control signals is turned off, the second variant of pulses - a rectified current pulse - is formed. Simultaneous disconnection of control signals locks the thyristor switch 3, which provides obtaining the third variant of pulses - a shock pulse. If then apply a control signal to another thyristor of the thyristor switch 3, then the fourth variant of pulses - a rectified current pulse of reverse polarity - is formed. Further switching on both thyristors of switch 3 results in a fifth variant of pulses - a shock pulse of reverse polarity. The height of fall of the flow (jet), pressure of liquid (water) in water pipes (insulated hoses 10, 15), determine continuity of liquid flows and accordingly provide contact closure (closed electric circuit), in zone common for two flows 9, which in turn causes directed movement currents (high-energy charges, pulses) in zone sufficient electrification soil, ground, sand 9, which (they) at same time reach metal cases located in ground 8 mines 7, than cause detonation I structural destruction these mines 7. The shape and intensity obtained pulses are registered by node control block 4, performed with possibility continuous implementation outlined procedures and observation for them.
[0049] For this, as software (software) we use the software complex DroneDeploy. DroneDeploy (hereinafter DD) - DD is a cloud platform, or cloud service, which is used in the presented method specifically for mapping and analysis of images obtained by camera- s 19, 20 from drones 12, 13. Software solutions DroneDeploy based on the cloud platform allow and perform automatic verification of flight safety, control work processes and display them on the screens of the control panel 21 in real time, and also, of course, process the images obtained by cameras 19, 20 drones 12, 13. (www.dronedeploy.com / ) DroneDeploy has several different platforms for processing aerial photographs created at three levels. Flight planning Actually planning a flight mission and represents the very first level of work with images from cameras 19, 20, obtained from Drones 12, 13. At the first level we use an application called Flight from DroneDeploy. It is designed for Android and iOS. Its purpose is quite obvious: planning missions for data collection, automation of flights and, ultimately, fixing the results of shooting (launching electric discharges and fixing by camera 19 zones of defeat 9 mines 7. Planning the flight area and setting up objects of interest for shooting in the DroneDeploy program. The intelligent flight planning program allows you to easily plan and execute complex flight missions. This can be done by just a few touches or clicks to automate the entire flight, including takeoff and landing. The application allows you to lift the drone 12, 13 with payload 10, 15, 14, 19 into the air and return it to base in optimal time. The functionality allows you to share an individual flight plan with the entire team (sappers) - a demining platoon, to increase the consistency of actions and reliability of the data obtained. The DroneDeploy Flight app also allows you to easily create any materials from the drone, including photos, videos and panoramas. Planning the flight route DJI Inspire 1 in the DroneDeploy Flight program Another unique feature of the DroneDeploy Flight app is the ability to create a map in real time. This feature gives you the opportunity to evaluate the data obtained right in flight. At the same time, neither an SD card nor an Internet connection will be required. DroneDeploy - this is data analysis and maps after completing processing of the information received. DroneDeploy also offers a special solution.
[0050] Devices implementing the proposed method contain: at least two drones 12, 13, with insulated conductive hoses 10, 15, with metal tips (sprayers) 14, connected by a conductor 5, 6, each with its own output of the transformer 2, and a power source 1 with a voltage of 380 V, frequency of 50 Hz, autotransformer 2, thyristor switch 3, connected to the incoming phase of the autotransformer 2, the control inputs of which are connected to the control outputs of the block 4 for forming and controlling pulses. The inputs of block 4 are connected to the power source before the thyristor switch 3 and autotransformer 2, as well as to the conductive hoses 10, 15 installed on the drones and, respectively, to the conductorand electrodes 5 and 6, camera 19 for shooting objects of the demined area. [0051] The technical result of the method of combined demining of minefields and other objects using increased soil conductivity is achieved as follows. The height of fall of the flow (jet), pressure of liquid (water) in water pipes (insulated hoses 10.15), determine continuity of liquid flows and accordingly provide contact (closure (close) electric circuit)), in zone common for two flows 9, which in turn causes directed movement currents (high-energy charges, pulses) in zone sufficient electrification soil, ground, sand 9, which (they) at same time reach (s) metal cases located in ground 8 mines 7, than causes (s) detonation I structural destruction these mines 7. The shape and intensity obtained pulses are registered by node control block 4, performed with possibility continuous implementation outlined procedures and observation for them. It should be noted that in territories remote from Middle East and equatorial locations have sufficient duration periods off-season, characterized by abundant precipitation. In such cases there is no need for operations on preliminary abundant watering (moistening) sand, soil, ground. Also technical result obtained when implementing presented group inventions, consists in that in process work creates possibility obtaining in wide range values voltage, current strength, frequency and polarity optimal parameters electro-impulses, sufficient for structural destruction mines, regardless constructive features mines (explosive devices) anddiverse compositions soil (soil) and also weather conditions.
[0052] Also, the technical result for the method of combined demining is achieved by the fact that drones 12, 13 are additionally equipped and hardware integrated with a conductor (metallic) 5, 6 with carabiners / clips 17, allowing them to attach to the veins of wires 16 on one side and to the primary winding(s) of each of the two mobile step-down transformer(s) 22, 23, ensuring safety and stability of operation. The secondary winding(s) of the transformer(s) are then connected to the outputs of the insulated hose conductive sheath 10, 15, allowing for dynamic irrigation and neutralization of potential minefield zones 8-7 without the need to transport a generator 1 and devices 2, 3, 4 to the dislocation zone 8-7. As an example of one possible means of delivering an electrical charge to the deactivation zone 9, the connections of the contacts of the insulated hose conductive sheath10, 15 of drones 12, 13 with the conductor 5, 6 and the output of the step-down transformer 22, 23 with the vein 16 of the high-voltage power transmission line can be used. The insulated hose 10 of drone 12, which is connected to the vein 16 of the power line through the first step-down transformer, will act as a "source" in the direction of current flow, while the insulated hose 15 of drone 13, connected through the further step-down transformer, will act as a "consumer" in the direction of current flow. By connecting to the water source11 , drones 12, 13 irrigate the designated minefield area 8 and simultaneously conduct an electrical impulse (charge, current) through the liquid (water), creating a circuit along the long contour (with a conditional load) and causing detonation / deactivation of mines 7 in the designated minefield area 8 with sufficient soil moisture (electrification). To protect against possible breakdown of the electrical discharge through the jet, the neutral output(s) of the step-down transformers are connected to grounding 18, approximately at the junction / connection of the hose and the water source 11 , in a dry soil area (see Pic. 3, 6).
[0053] After the detonation / deactivation of mines, the process is repeated in neighboring sections of the minefield, systematically clearing one area after another until the entire minefield is demined.
