[0034] The detailed description and technical contents of this application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the accompanying drawings are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit this application.

[0035] The present application provides a sliding sleeve-locking sealed box for sealing and containing items such as food or medicinal materials that need to be kept fresh or moisture-proof. Referring to Figures 1 to 3 , the sliding sleeve-locking sealed box of the present application mainly includes a box body 10 , a top cover 20 , and a pair of sliding sleeves 30 .

[0036] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The box body 10 includes a base plate 11 and a surrounding wall 12 surrounding the base plate 11. In this embodiment, the base plate 11 is generally rectangular, but the present application is not limited to this. For example, the base plate 11 can also be square, circular, or oval. The surrounding wall 12 surrounds the base plate 11 and forms a cavity (not numbered in the figure) and an opening 13 that are interconnected. The surrounding wall 12 has a flange 14 extending toward the outside of the box body 10 at the opening 13. The flange 14 in this embodiment is generally rectangular corresponding to the base plate 11 and the surrounding wall 12. The flange 14 has a first fixing structure 15 on two opposite sides. Specifically, the first fixing structure 15 in this embodiment is arranged at the two long sides of the flange 14. The specific structure of the first fixing structure 15 will be explained later, so it will not be repeated here.

[0037] Referring to Figures 1 to 3 , the outer shape of the upper cover 20 corresponds to the outer shape of the base plate 11, so the upper cover 20 in this embodiment is also generally rectangular. The upper cover 20 is sealed over the opening 13 of the surrounding wall 12 along a vertical direction D (i.e., the vertical direction in Figure 2 ). The upper cover 20 has a pair of opposing first side frames 21 and a pair of opposing second side frames 22. In this embodiment, each first side frame 21 corresponds to the two long sides of the surrounding wall 12, and each second side frame 22 corresponds to the two short sides of the surrounding wall 12, but this application is not limited to this. Each first side frame 21 has a pair of retaining portions 23. The retaining portions 23 of each first side frame 21 are spaced apart from each other. Each retaining portion 23 has a slot 231 and a retaining side cover 232. Specifically, in this embodiment, the slot 231 is formed at the top of the first side frame 21, and the retaining side cover 232 is formed on the outside of the first side frame 21. An accommodating space (not numbered in the figure) for accommodating the plug-in terminal 33 described later is formed between each limiting side cover 232 and the corresponding first side frame 21 .

[0038] Referring again to Figures 1 to 3 , each sliding member 30 is disposed relative to each other and corresponding to each second side frame 22. Each sliding member 30 includes a pair of side frame bars 31 and a connecting frame bar 32. Each connecting frame bar 32 is disposed corresponding to each second side frame 22. In each sliding member 30, each side frame bar 31 is connected to both ends of the connecting frame bar 32, and each side frame bar 31 covers a portion of each first side frame 21. Each sliding member 30 has a pair of plug-in terminals 33, at least one second fixing structure 34, and at least one baffle 35. Each plug-in terminal 33 is disposed at an end of each side frame bar 31 away from the connecting frame bar 32. Each plug-in terminal 33 extends along the first side frame 21 and has a positioning tab 331. The specific structure and position of the second fixing structure 34 and baffle 35 will be described later, so they will not be detailed here.

[0039] As shown in Figures 4 and 10 , each sliding member 30 can slide along each first side frame 21 between a locked position and an unlocked position. As shown in Figures 4 to 9 , when each sliding member 30 is in the locked position, each positioning insert 331 is inserted and secured within each slot 231 , each limiting side cover 232 abuts against each plug-in end 33 , each plug-in end 33 abuts against each corresponding limiting portion 23 , each baffle 35 abuts below the flange 14 along the vertical direction D, and each second fixing structure 34 abuts against each first fixing structure 15 . As shown in Figures 10 to 13 , when each sliding member 30 slides to the unlocked position, each plug-in end 33 disengages from each limiting side cover 232 , each baffle 35 disengages from each flange 14 , and each second fixing structure 34 disengages from each first fixing structure 15 , thereby allowing the upper cover 20 and each sliding member 30 to be separated from the housing 10 (as shown in Figure 13 ). In this way, by sliding each sliding member 30 between the locked position and the unlocked position, the upper cover 20 and each sliding member 30 can be locked or released to the box body 10, thereby achieving the effect of convenient and quick locking and unlocking, and preventing each sliding member 30 from rocking left and right, front and back, or up and down relative to the upper cover 20 or the box body 10 when locked.

[0040] It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the sliding member 30 is in the unlocked position, each positioning insert 331 is still partially inserted into each slot 231 but is not fixed. However, this application is not limited to this. Each positioning insert 331 can also be completely disengaged from each slot 231 when the sliding member 30 is in the unlocked position, which does not affect the unlocking of the upper cover 20 and each sliding member 30 relative to the box body 10.

[0041] Further explaining, referring again to Figures 2 to 4, 9, 10, and 12, in each sliding member 30, a baffle 35 extends from the inner wall of the connecting frame bar 32 and is offset from the flange 14 in the vertical direction D. Specifically, the baffle 35 in each sliding member 30 is parallel to the flange 14 and lower than the flange 14. Thus, when the sliding member 30 is in the locked position, it stops below the flange 14 along the vertical direction D, restricting the upper cover 20 and each sliding member 30 from separating from the box body 10. In this embodiment, there are two baffles 35 in each sliding member 30, spaced apart on the inner wall of the connecting frame bar 32. However, the present application is not limited to this. The number of baffles 35 in each sliding member 30 may alternatively be one or three or more, as long as they effectively stop the flange 14.

[0042] Referring again to Figures 2 and 6 , the specific structures and positions of each first fixing structure 15 and each second fixing structure 34 will be described below. In this embodiment, each sliding member 30 includes two second fixing structures 34, each disposed on the inner wall of each side frame bar 31. However, this disclosure is not limited thereto. Each first fixing structure 15 is a clip. Each clip has a first engaging slope 151 on each end facing the sliding member 30. Each second fixing structure 34 is a wedge. Each wedge has a second engaging slope 341 on the side facing the clip. Accordingly, the first engaging slope 151 and the second engaging slope 341 are arranged in parallel and complementary relation. When each sliding member 30 is in the locked position, each second engaging slope 341 engages with each first engaging slope 151, thereby securing each sliding member 30 to the box body 10. When each sliding member 30 is located at the unlocking position, each second engaging inclined surface 341 is separated from the corresponding first engaging inclined surface 151 , so as to release the fixing of each sliding member 30 to the box body 10 .

[0043] 6 , because the wedge-shaped blocks of each second fixing structure 34 in this embodiment are lower than the clips of the first fixing structure 15 , the first engaging bevel 151 is located below the clips of the first fixing structure 15 , while the second engaging bevel 341 is located above the wedge-shaped blocks of the second fixing structure 34 . Consequently, when each sliding member 30 slides toward each stopper 23 (i.e., from the unlocked position to the locked position), the first engaging bevel 151 and the second engaging bevel 341 guide each other, allowing the wedge-shaped blocks of the second fixing structure 34 to slide smoothly below the clips secured to the first fixing structure 15 .

[0044] As shown again in Figures 2, 3, and 5, each first side frame 21 has a pair of positioning protrusions 211, and each side frame strip 31 has a pair of positioning grooves 311 spaced apart from each other. Specifically, each positioning protrusion 211 of each first side frame 21 corresponds to each stopper 23, and each positioning protrusion 211 and each positioning groove 311 are disposed upright relative to each first side frame 21 and each side frame strip 31. Each positioning protrusion 211 can selectively engage within one of the positioning grooves 311 of the corresponding side frame strip 31. Accordingly, when each sliding member 30 is in the locked position, each positioning protrusion 211 engages within the positioning groove 311 closer to the plug end 33; when each sliding member 30 is in the unlocked position, each positioning protrusion 211 engages within the positioning groove 311 farther from the plug end 33. Each sliding member 30 can thereby achieve a positioning effect regardless of whether it is in the locked position or the unlocked position, so that when the user operates each sliding member 30 to slide, he or she can know whether it has reached the locked position or the unlocked position through the feedback touch of the positioning protrusion 211 being locked into one of the positioning grooves 311.

[0045] To further illustrate, referring again to Figures 1, 2, 7, 8, and 11, the upper cover 20 has a pair of grooves 24. Each groove 24 is disposed adjacent to each second side frame 22, and each groove 24 has a stop surface 241 on the side facing each second side frame 22. Each connecting frame bar 32 has a barb 321 at its top. When each sliding member 30 is in the unlocked position, each barb 321 engages with the stop surface 241 of the corresponding groove 24, thereby longitudinally restraining each sliding member 30 and preventing it from separating from the upper cover 20.

[0046] Referring again to Figures 2, 3, and 8, the slide-lock sealed box of the present application further includes a sealing ring 40. In this embodiment, the sealing ring 40 is a silicone ring or a rubber ring, but the present application is not limited to this. The upper cover 20 has a generally rectangular groove 25. The sealing ring 40 is positioned within the groove 25 and elastically abuts between the upper cover 20 and the surrounding wall 12, thereby achieving a seal between the upper cover 20 and the box body 10. In this embodiment, the groove 25 extends upward from the bottom surface of the upper cover 20, so that the sealing ring 40 elastically abuts the top of the surrounding wall 12. However, the present application is not limited to this. For example, the groove 25 may also extend inward from the outside of the upper cover 20, so that the sealing ring 40 elastically abuts the inside of the surrounding wall 12, or the groove 25 may also extend outward from the inside of the upper cover 20, so that the sealing ring 40 elastically abuts the outside of the surrounding wall 12. It should be noted that when each sliding member 30 is in the locked position, each second engaging bevel 341 is respectively engaged with each first engaging bevel 151, thereby pushing the box body 10 upward along the vertical direction D, and then the sealing ring 40 is elastically engaged between the upper cover 20 and the surrounding wall 12 to effectively ensure a good sealing effect.

[0047] In summary, the present application has industrial applicability, novelty and progress. The present application may also have many other embodiments. Without departing from the spirit and essence of the present application, technical personnel familiar with the field can evolve various corresponding changes and deformations based on the present application, but these corresponding changes and deformations should all fall within the scope of protection of the patent applied for in this application.
