Description

Connection structure, battery module, energy storage device and electrical equipment

[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on June 15, 2023, with application number 202310708992.2 and application name “Connection structure, battery module, energy storage device and electrical equipment”, all contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0002] The present application relates to the technical field of energy storage devices, and in particular to a connection structure, a battery module, an energy storage device, and electrical equipment. Background Art

[0003] To increase the energy density of a battery system, multiple battery modules are typically installed, with electrical connections between them achieved through conductive members. These members are typically secured to the battery modules using bolts. During battery system operation, these bolts can easily loosen, gradually increasing the connection impedance. This can lead to increased heat generation at the electrical connection between the conductive member and the battery module, potentially causing overheating and fire, and ultimately, explosions in the battery system.

[0004] Summary of the Invention

[0005] The present application provides a connection structure, a battery module, an energy storage device and an electrical equipment.

[0006] In a first aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a connection structure comprising a connection assembly and a conductive member. The connection assembly comprises a first connection member and a second connection member, the first connection member comprising a first bent portion, a first connecting portion, and a second connecting portion. The first and second connecting portions are disposed opposite each other, one end of the first connection member being connected to one end of the second connection member via the first bent portion, and the first connection member, the first bent portion, and the second connecting portion collectively forming an insertion slot. The second connection member is mounted within the insertion slot and elastically abuts against the first and second connecting portions. The second connection member comprises a bridge portion, a first plate, and a second plate. The first and second plates are disposed opposite each other, the bridge portion connecting the first and second plates at both ends, respectively, and the bridge portion, the first and second plates collectively forming a receiving cavity. The first and second plates are each provided with an elastic portion, each elastic portion having a first subsegment protruding toward the receiving cavity, and a first gap is defined along the thickness direction of the second connection member between the first subsegment provided on the first plate and the first subsegment provided on the second plate. The conductive member is installed in the accommodating cavity, one end of the conductive member in the height direction abuts against the bridging portion, the first width D1 of the first gap is smaller than the first thickness H1 of the conductive member, and the opposite surfaces of the conductive member in the thickness direction elastically abut against the first sub-segment of the first plate body and the first sub-segment of the second plate body respectively.

[0007] In a possible embodiment, the elastic portion is further provided with a second sub-segment, which is recessed relative to the first sub-segment in a direction away from the accommodating cavity, and the accommodating cavity is formed with an opening. Along the height direction of the second connecting member, the second sub-segment is located between the first sub-segment and the opening; along the thickness direction of the second connecting member, a second gap is provided between the second sub-segment of the first plate body and the second sub-segment of the second plate body, and a second width D2 of the second gap satisfies: 1.3*D1≤D2≤1.5*D1, and the second width D2 of the second gap is greater than the first width D1 of the first gap.

[0008] Along the thickness of the second connector, the second width D2 of the second gap is greater than the first width D1 of the first gap, and the first width D1 of the first gap is less than the first thickness H1 of the conductive member. Along the height of the second connector, the second subsegment is located between the first subsegment and the opening. When the conductive member is inserted into the accommodating cavity through the opening, it will not contact the second subsegment near the opening as it passes through the second gap, thus preventing the second subsegment of the first plate and the second subsegment of the second plate from scratching the conductive member. If the second width D2 of the second gap is greater than 1.5*D1, and the second connector is inserted into the insertion slot formed by the first connector, the second width D2 of the second gap will be too wide, and the third width D3 of the insertion slot will also increase accordingly, resulting in the first connector occupying too much space in the battery module and reducing the energy density of the battery module. The conductive member needs to be installed into the first gap through the second gap. If the second width D2 of the second gap is less than 1.3*D1, the conductive member is more likely to scratch the second subsegment, requiring high installation precision and reducing assembly efficiency. In the present application, along the thickness direction of the second connecting member, the second width D2 of the second gap also satisfies: 1.3*D1≤D2≤1.5*D1, so as to avoid the second width D2 of the second gap being too wide, resulting in excessive thickness of the first connecting member, effectively reducing the space occupied by the first connecting member in the battery module, and improving the energy density of the battery module; at the same time, the second width D2 of the second gap is avoided from being too narrow. When the conductive member is inserted into the accommodating cavity, the possibility of scratching the second sub-segment can be reduced, the installation accuracy of the conductive member is low, the assembly efficiency is improved, and it is beneficial to improve the automation efficiency of the production line and speed up the production rhythm.

[0009] In a possible implementation, the second thickness H2 of the first plate body is equal to the second thickness H2 of the second plate body, and along the thickness direction of the first connector, the third width D3 of the insertion slot satisfies: D2+2.3*H2≤D3≤D2+2.5*H2.

[0010] If the third width D3 of the insertion slot is less than D2+2.3*H2, the third width D3 of the insertion slot is too small, and the second connector is difficult to install. If the third width D3 of the insertion slot is greater than D2+2.5*H2, the third width D3 of the insertion slot is too large. When the second connector is installed in the insertion slot, the first and second connecting parts have a small degree of clamping on the second connector, and the connection stability between the second connector and the first connector is poor. To ensure that the first and second connecting parts have a certain clamping force on the second connector, the width of the second connector will increase accordingly, resulting in a large space occupied by the connection structure. In this application, along the thickness direction of the first connector, the third width D3 of the insertion slot satisfies: D2+2.3*H2≤D3≤D2+2.5*H2. When the second connector is clamped in the insertion slot, it is ensured that the first and second connecting parts can stably clamp the second connector, thereby improving the connection stability between the second connector and the first connector, and effectively solving the problem of the large space occupied by the connection structure.

[0011] In a possible embodiment, the first connecting portion is provided with a first positioning hole, the first plate body includes a first end portion, the first end portion is provided with a first positioning portion, the first positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate body in a direction away from the second plate body, and the first positioning portion is inserted into the first positioning hole.

[0012] The first positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate body in a direction away from the second plate body, and the first positioning portion is inserted into the first positioning hole. The first positioning portion can abut against the peripheral wall of the first positioning hole, so that the electrical connection between the first connecting member and the second connecting member is realized. The connection method between the first connecting member and the second connecting member is simple, and the electrical connection between the first connecting member and the second connecting member can be completed quickly, thereby improving the automation efficiency of the production line.

[0013] In a possible implementation manner, a first angle at which the first positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate body in a direction away from the second plate body is greater than or equal to 45° and less than 80°.

[0014] If the first angle at which the first positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate in a direction away from the second plate is less than 45°, the first positioning portion is easily dislodged from the first positioning hole when the first positioning portion is inserted into the first positioning hole, and the connection stability between the second connector and the first connector is poor. If the first angle at which the first positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate in a direction away from the second plate is greater than 80°, since the second connector is conductive, it is necessary to avoid scratching and abrading the second connector when installing or removing the second connector. Therefore, the first connector or the second connector is opened to increase the width between the first connector and the second connector. However, if the first connector or the second connector is opened too much, it is easy to break, which affects the structural life of the first connector. In the present application, the first positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate in a direction away from the second plate at a first angle greater than or equal to 45° and less than 80°. In this way, the first positioning portion can be stably inserted into the first positioning hole, the connection stability between the first connector and the second connector is guaranteed, and excessive opening of the first connector or the second connector can be avoided when installing or removing the second connector, thereby ensuring the structural life of the first connector.

[0015] In a possible embodiment, the first connecting portion is further provided with a first fixing hole, which is located on a side of the first positioning hole away from the first bending portion, and the second connecting portion is provided with a second fixing hole, and along the thickness direction of the first connecting member, the first fixing hole is opposite to the second fixing hole, and the connecting structure further includes a fastener, which passes through the second fixing hole and the first fixing hole in sequence to fixedly connect the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, and along the height direction of the first connecting member, the second connecting member is located between the first bending portion and the fastener.

[0016] A first fixing hole is provided on a side of the first connecting portion away from the first bending portion, and correspondingly, a second fixing hole is provided on a side of the second connecting portion away from the first bending portion, and the first fixing hole is opposite to the second fixing hole, and the fastener is sequentially passed through the second fixing hole and the first fixing hole and installed on the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion, ensuring that the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion can stably clamp the second connecting member, and the fastener can limit the second connecting member in the insertion slot to prevent the second connecting member from detaching from the insertion slot, thereby ensuring the reliability of the connection between the second connecting member and the first connecting member.

[0017] In a possible embodiment, the first connecting portion is further provided with a second positioning hole, and the second positioning hole and the first positioning hole are located at opposite ends of the first connecting portion in the height direction. The first plate body also includes a second end portion, and the second end portion and the first end portion are located at opposite ends of the first plate body. The second end portion is provided with a second positioning portion, and the second positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate body in a direction away from the second plate body, and the second positioning portion is inserted into the second positioning hole.

[0018] The second positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate body in a direction away from the second plate body, and the second positioning portion is inserted into the second positioning hole. The second positioning portion can abut against the peripheral wall of the second positioning hole. In this way, the second connecting member is limited in the height direction by the first positioning portion and the second positioning portion, thereby strengthening the connection stability between the first connecting member and the second connecting member.

[0019] In a possible implementation manner, a second angle at which the second positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate body in a direction away from the second plate body is greater than or equal to 45° and less than 80°.

[0020] If the second angle at which the second positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate in a direction away from the second plate is less than 45°, the second positioning portion is easily dislodged from the second positioning hole when the second positioning portion is inserted into the second positioning hole, and the connection stability between the second connector and the first connector is poor; if the second angle at which the second positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate in a direction away from the second plate is greater than 80°, since the second connector is conductive, it is necessary to avoid scratching and wearing the second connector when installing or removing the second connector. Therefore, the first connector or the second connector is opened to increase the width between the first connector and the second connector. However, if the first connector or the second connector is opened too much, it is easy to break, which affects the structural life of the first connector. In the present application, the second positioning portion is bent relative to the first plate in a direction away from the second plate at a second angle greater than or equal to 45° and less than 80°. In this way, it is ensured that the second positioning portion can be stably inserted into the second positioning hole, the connection stability between the first connector and the second connector is ensured, and when installing or removing the second connector, it is possible to avoid excessive opening of the first connector or the second connector, thereby ensuring the structural life of the first connector.

[0021] In one possible embodiment, the second connecting portion is provided with a third positioning hole, the second plate body includes a third end portion, the third end portion is opposite to the first end portion, the opening of the accommodating cavity is formed between the third end portion and the first end portion, the third end portion is provided with a third positioning portion, the third positioning portion is bent away from the accommodating cavity relative to the second plate body, and the third positioning portion is inserted into the third positioning hole.

[0022] The third positioning portion is provided on the second connecting part, and the third positioning hole is opposite to the first positioning hole. When the second connecting part is inserted into the insertion slot, the second connecting part can be bend to vertically insert the second connecting part into the insertion slot. When the second positioning part is inserted into the second positioning hole, the first positioning part is correspondingly aligned and inserted into the first positioning hole, and the third positioning part is also correspondingly aligned and inserted into the third positioning hole. When the conductive part is inserted into the accommodating cavity and abuts against the first sub-segments on both sides, the limitation of the first positioning part and the second positioning part can prevent the second connecting part from being affected by the force applied by the inserted conductive part and falling off, thereby ensuring the connection stability of the first connecting part and the second connecting part. Based on this, the third positioning part is provided on the second plate body, so that the second plate body is clamped on the second connecting part to ensure the relative balance of the first plate body and the second plate body. The limitation of the third positioning part can prevent the second plate body from being affected by the force applied by the inserted conductive part and tilting the second plate body relative to the first plate body, thereby strengthening the stability of the connection between the first connecting part and the second connecting part.

[0023] In a possible embodiment, the second plate body further includes a fourth end portion, the fourth end portion and the third end portion are located at opposite ends of the second plate body, the fourth end portion is opposite to the second end portion, one end of the bridging portion is connected to the fourth end portion, and the other end of the bridging portion is connected to the second end portion.

[0024] The bridging portion is arranged at the end of the accommodating cavity opposite to the opening. In addition to connecting the first plate body and the second plate body, the bridging portion can support one end of the conductive member, confining the conductive member within the accommodating cavity. The conductive member can always be located within the accommodating cavity, ensuring the reliability of the connection between the conductive member and the second connecting member.

[0025] In one possible embodiment, the second thickness H2 of the first plate body is equal to the second thickness H2 of the second plate body, the second connecting member is in a free state, and along the thickness direction of the second connecting member, there is a third gap between the end of the first positioning portion and the end of the third positioning portion, and the fourth width D4 of the third gap satisfies: D2+6.3*H2≤D4≤D2+7.5*H2.

[0026] It can be understood that when the first positioning portion is inserted into the first positioning hole and the third positioning portion is inserted into the third positioning hole, both the first positioning portion and the third positioning portion are in a free state. The fourth width D4 of the third gap is: the distance between the end point of the first positioning portion farthest from the first plate and the end point of the third positioning portion farthest from the second plate, in the thickness direction of the second connector. If the fourth width D4 of the third gap is less than D2+6.3*H2, the fourth width D4 of the third gap is too small, that is, the bending degree of the first positioning part and / or the third positioning part is too small, the first positioning part is easy to fall off from the first positioning hole, and similarly, the third positioning part is easy to fall off from the third positioning hole, and the connection reliability between the first connecting member and the second connecting member is poor; if the fourth width D4 of the third gap is greater than D2+7.5*H2, the bending degree of the first positioning part and / or the second positioning part is too large, when the first positioning part is inserted into the first positioning hole and the third positioning part is inserted into the third positioning hole, or when the second connecting member is removed from the first connecting member, the degree of bending of the second connecting part will also increase accordingly to ensure that the first positioning part is inserted into the first positioning hole and the third positioning part is inserted into the third positioning hole, and the second connecting part is easy to be bent excessively, and the second connecting part and the first bending part are broken. In this application, along the thickness direction of the second connector, the fourth width D4 of the third gap satisfies the following: D2 + 6.3 * H2 ≤ D4 ≤ D2 + 7.5 * H2. This allows the first positioning portion to be stably engaged in the first positioning hole, and the third positioning portion to be stably engaged in the third positioning hole, thereby ensuring the reliability of the connection between the first and second connectors. Furthermore, when the first positioning portion is inserted into the first positioning hole and the third positioning hole is inserted into the third positioning hole, assembly is facilitated, which helps improve the efficiency of production line automation.

[0027] In a possible implementation manner, the first connecting member further includes a welding portion, and the welding portion is connected to an end of the first connecting portion away from the first bending portion.

[0028] The welding portion of the first connector can be welded to a battery cell in the battery module to electrically connect the first connector to the battery cell. Welding the welding portion to the battery cell prevents the entire connection structure from falling off the battery cell, ensuring the stability of the connection between the connection structure and the battery cell. The welding portion can extend in the same direction as the first connector, or it can extend in a different direction than the first connector, for example, perpendicularly.

[0029] In a possible implementation, the first connecting member further includes a second bending portion, the second bending portion is located between the welding portion and the first connecting portion, and the welding portion is bent and connected to the first connecting portion via the second bending portion.

[0030] The welding portion is connected to the first connecting portion by bending through the second bending portion. In this way, the first connecting portion and the second connecting portion can be installed on the side of the battery module. Usually, the interface of the cooling structure is installed on the side of the battery module, which will protrude relative to the side of the battery module. The first connecting portion and the second connecting portion are installed in this part, which can make full use of the internal space of the battery module.

[0031] In a possible implementation, the connection assembly includes a base and a cover plate, the first connection member is mounted on the base, and the cover plate covers the base and shields the connection assembly.

[0032] Part of the structure of the first connector can be installed on the base, which can serve as an insulator. The part of the first connector that is not electrically connected to the battery cell remains insulated from the battery cell, and the connecting component is covered between the cover plate and the base through the cover plate to provide insulation protection for the connecting component.

[0033] In a second aspect, the present application provides a battery module, which includes at least two battery cells and a connection structure as described in any one of the first aspects, each first connection portion is electrically connected to one of the battery cells, and the conductive member is installed in the accommodating cavity of two adjacent second connection members and is electrically connected to the two adjacent second connection members.

[0034] In a third aspect, the present application provides an energy storage device, which includes the battery module as described in the second aspect.

[0035] In a fourth aspect, the present application provides an electric device, wherein the electric device comprises the energy storage device according to the third aspect, and the energy storage device supplies power to the electric device.

[0036] In the connection structure, battery module, energy storage device, and electrical equipment of the present application, the connection structure is applied to the battery module, an elastic portion is provided in the second connection member, and after the second connection member is inserted into the insertion slot of the first connection member, the conductive member can be inserted into the first gap along the elastic portion of the first plate and the elastic portion of the second plate, and elastically abut against the first sub-segment of the first plate and the first sub-segment of the second plate, thereby achieving electrical connection between the conductive member and the second connection member. Alternatively, the conductive member can be inserted into the first gap along the elastic portion of the first plate and the elastic portion of the second plate, and elastically abut against the first sub-segment of the first plate and the first sub-segment of the second plate, and then the conductive member and the second connection member can be installed together into the insertion slot of the first connection member. The first width D1 of the first gap is smaller than the first thickness H1 of the conductive part. When the conductive part is inserted into the first gap, the conductive part will apply a thrust to the first sub-segments on both sides. Since the first sub-segment is part of the elastic part, the first sub-segment will recover its deformation after receiving the thrust of the conductive part, which will squeeze the conductive part, so that the first sub-segment of the first plate body facing the first gap and the first sub-segment of the second plate body facing the first gap clamp the conductive part. In addition, the bridge portion between the first plate body and the second plate body supports one end of the conductive part, preventing the conductive part from falling from the first gap, thereby ensuring the stability of the electrical connection between the conductive part and the second connecting part. In addition, the second connecting part abuts against the first connecting part and the second connecting part to achieve electrical connection between the second connecting part and the first connecting part, thereby achieving electrical connection between the conductive part, the second connecting part and the first connecting part. The connection structure of the present application does not require bolt connection, avoids overheating and fire caused by bolt torque attenuation due to bolt connection, and ensures the safety of the battery module. At the same time, the quick plug connection of the second connecting part is conducive to improving the automation efficiency of the production line and improving production efficiency. [0054] It should be noted that the thickness direction mentioned in this application is the X direction as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the length direction is the Y direction as shown in Figures 1 and 2, and the height direction is the Z direction as shown in Figures 1 and 2.

[0055] It can be understood that after the second connecting member 13 is installed in the insertion slot 114, the second connecting member 13 is in an elastic compression state, and the first plate body 131 and the second plate body 132 are squeezed toward the first connecting part 112 and the second connecting part 113 by the elastic force, so that the second connecting member 13 can be firmly installed in the insertion slot 114 and abut against the first connecting part 112 and the second connecting part 113 to realize the electrical connection between the second connecting member 13 and the first connecting member 11.

[0056] For example, the first plate body 131 and the second plate body 132 are both received in the insertion slot 114 .

[0057] Specifically, each first connecting portion 112 is electrically connected to one battery cell 200 , and a portion of the conductive member 30 is installed in the accommodating cavity 133 of two adjacent second connecting members 13 and is electrically connected to the two adjacent second connecting members 13 .

[0058] It can be understood that each battery cell 200 is installed with a connecting assembly 10 , and the conductive member 30 connects the second connecting members 13 in two adjacent connecting assemblies 10 to achieve electrical connection between the battery cells 200 .

[0059] In the connection structure 100 and the battery module 1000 of the present application, an elastic portion 134 is provided in the second connector 13. After the second connector 13 is inserted into the insertion slot 114 of the first connector 11, the conductive member 30 can be inserted into the accommodating cavity 133 along the elastic portion 134 of the first plate body 131 and the elastic portion 134 of the second plate body 132, and elastically abut against the first sub-segment 1342 of the first plate body 131 and the first sub-segment 1342 of the second plate body 132, that is, the conductive member 30 is accommodated in the first gap 1332, thereby realizing electrical connection between the conductive member 30 and the second connector 13. Alternatively, the conductive member 30 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 133 along the elastic portion 134 of the first plate 131 and the elastic portion 134 of the second plate 132, and elastically abuts against the first sub-segment 1342 of the first plate 131 and the first sub-segment 1342 of the second plate 132. The conductive member 30 and the second connector 13 are then installed together into the insertion slot 114 of the first connector 11. Furthermore, the first width D1 of the first gap 1332 is smaller than the first thickness H1 of the conductive member 30. When the conductive member 30 is inserted into the first gap 1332, the conductive member 30 applies a thrust to the first sub-segments 1342 on both sides. Since the first sub-segment 1342 is part of the elastic portion 134, the first sub-segment 1342 will compress the conductive member 30 after recovering its deformation after receiving the thrust from the conductive member 30, so that the first sub-segment 1342 of the first plate 131 faces the first gap 1332, and the first sub-segment 1342 of the second plate 132 faces the first gap. One side of 1332 clamps the conductive member 30. In addition, the bridge portion 135 between the first plate 131 and the second plate 132 supports one end of the conductive member 30, preventing the conductive member 30 from falling from the first gap 1332, thereby ensuring the stability of the electrical connection between the conductive member 30 and the second connector 13. In addition, the second connector 13 abuts against the first connector 112 and the second connector 113, thereby achieving electrical connection between the second connector 13 and the first connector 11, thereby achieving electrical connection between the conductive member 30, the second connector 13, and the first connector 11. The connection structure 100 of the present application does not require bolt connection, thus avoiding overheating and fire caused by bolt torque attenuation due to bolt connection, ensuring the safety of the battery module 1000. At the same time, the quick-plug connection of the second connector 13 is conducive to improving the automation efficiency of the production line and improving production efficiency.

[0060] Referring to Figure 4 , a first bent portion 111 is located at the end of the first connector 11. The first bent portion 111 bends and connects the first connector 112 and the second connector 113. The first connector 112, the first bent portion 111, and the second connector 113 form a U-shaped structure as a whole and are formed with an insertion slot 114. As shown in Figure 4 , one side of the insertion slot 114 along the height direction is open, allowing the second connector 13 to be installed in the insertion slot 114 from this open end, and the conductive member 30 can also be installed in the accommodating cavity 133 from this open end. The insertion slot 114 also has open ends on opposite sides along the length direction, facilitating the connection of the conductive member 30 to the second connector 13 of two adjacent first connectors 11. The provision of the first bent portion 111 makes it easier to separate the first connector 112 from the second connector 113, or vice versa.

[0061] Please refer to Figures 4, 5 and 6. The elastic portion 134 of the first plate body 131 has the same structure as the elastic portion 134 of the second plate body 132. The elastic portion 134 of the first plate body 131 and the elastic portion 134 of the second plate body 132 are symmetrically arranged about the central axis of the accommodating cavity 133 along the height direction, so that after the conductive member 30 is installed in the accommodating cavity 133, the two surfaces of the conductive member 30 that are opposite to each other in the thickness direction can be fitted with the elastic portion 134, ensuring the connection stability between the conductive member 30 and the elastic portion 134, and further ensuring the stability of the electrical connection between the conductive member 30 and the second connecting member 13.

[0062] As shown in Figure 4, the elastic portion 134 is provided with a plurality of elastic segments 1341. These segments 1341 are spaced apart and have the same structure. Each elastic segment 1341 includes a first subsegment 1342 that protrudes into the accommodating cavity 133. A first gap 1332 is formed between the first subsegment 1342 of the first plate 131 and the first subsegment 1342 of the second plate 132.

[0063] It can be understood that the first gap 1332 is a part of the accommodating cavity 133 .

[0064] For example, when the conductive member 30 is installed in the accommodating cavity 133, the first width D1 of the first gap 1332 is equal to the first thickness H1 of the conductive member 30, wherein the thickness of the conductive member 30 is uniform throughout. Alternatively, when the conductive member 30 is installed in the accommodating cavity 133, the first width D1 of the first gap 1332 is less than the first thickness H1 of the conductive member 30 located in the first gap 1332. When the conductive member 30 is not installed in the accommodating cavity 133, the first width D1 of the first gap 1332 is less than the first thickness H1 of the conductive member 30. In this way, when the conductive member 30 is installed in the accommodating cavity 133 and elastically abuts the elastic portion 134, the elastic portion 134 elastically deforms due to the force of the conductive member 30. However, when the elastic portion 134 recovers its elastic deformation, it exerts a reverse force on the conductive member 30, thereby causing the elastic portions 134 on both sides to clamp the conductive member 30, preventing the conductive member 30 from slipping off the elastic portion 134 and ensuring the stability of the electrical connection between the conductive member 30 and the second connector 13.

[0065] Optionally, the elastic portion 134 is further provided with a second sub-segment 1343, which is recessed relative to the first sub-segment 1342 in a direction away from the accommodating cavity 133, and the accommodating cavity 133 is formed with an opening 1331. Along the height direction of the second connecting member 13, the second sub-segment 1343 is located between the first sub-segment 1342 and the opening 1331.

[0066] The second sub-segment 1343 is recessed relative to the first sub-segment 1342, away from the accommodating cavity 133, to form a guide segment 1344. This guide segment 1344 is located between the first sub-segment 1342 and the second sub-segment 1343. For example, the connection between the first sub-segment 1342 and the second sub-segment 1343 is a circular arc segment, which forms the guide segment 1344. The guide segments 1344 on the first plate 131 and the guide segments 1344 on the second plate 132 together form a guide portion. After the conductive member 30 is installed through the opening 1331 to the second sub-segment 1343 of the first plate 131 and the second sub-segment 1343 of the second plate 132, it undergoes secondary guidance through the guide portion and is inserted into the first gap 1332, where it elastically abuts against the first sub-segment 1342 of the first plate 131 and the first sub-segment 1342 of the second plate 132.

[0067] For example, when the second sub-segment 1343 is provided on one side of the first sub-segment 1342 along the height direction, the second sub-segment 1343 is closer to the opening 1331. When the conductive member 30 is installed into the accommodating cavity 133, it passes through the opening 1331, the second sub-segment 1343 and the first sub-segment 1342 in sequence, and finally abuts against the first sub-segment 1342.

[0068] For example, a second subsegment 1343 is provided on both sides of the first subsegment 1342 in the height direction. That is, on the first plate 131 or the second plate 132, the first subsegment 1342 is located between two second subsegments 1343, and one of the second subsegments 1343 is closer to the opening 1331 than the first subsegment. When the conductive member 30 is installed in the accommodating cavity 133, it passes through the opening 1331, one of the second subsegments 1343, and the first subsegment 1342 in sequence, and finally abuts against the first subsegment 1342.

[0069] Please refer to Figure 7. Along the thickness direction of the second connecting member 13, there is a second gap 1333 between the second sub-segment 1343 of the first plate body 131 and the second sub-segment 1343 of the first plate body 131. The second width D2 of the second gap 1333 satisfies: 1.3*D1≤D2≤1.5*D1, and the second width D2 of the second gap 1333 is greater than the first width D1 of the first gap 1332.

[0070] Along the thickness direction of the second connector 13, the second width D2 of the second gap 1333 is greater than the first width D1 of the first gap 1332, and the first width D1 of the first gap 1332 is less than the first thickness H1 of the conductive member 30. Along the height direction of the second connector 13, the second subsegment 1343 is located between the first subsegment 1342 and the opening 1331. When the conductive member 30 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 133 through the opening 1331, it will not contact the second subsegment 1343 near the opening 1331 when passing through the second gap 1333. This prevents the second subsegment 1343 of the first plate 131 and the second subsegment 1343 of the second plate 132 from scratching the conductive member 30. If the second width D2 of the second gap 1333 is greater than 1.5*D1, and the second connector 13 is inserted into the insertion slot 114 formed by the first connector 11, the second width D2 of the second gap 1333 is too wide, and the width of the insertion slot 114 is correspondingly increased, resulting in the first connector 11 occupying too much space in the battery module 1000 as a whole, and reducing the energy density of the battery module 1000. The conductive member 30 needs to be installed into the first gap 1332 through the second gap 1333. If the second width D2 of the second gap 1333 is less than 1.3*D1, the conductive member 30 is more likely to scrape against the second subsegment 1343, requiring high installation precision for the conductive member 30 and reducing assembly efficiency. In the present application, along the thickness direction of the second connecting member 13, the second width D2 of the second gap 1333 also satisfies: 1.3*D1≤D2≤1.5*D1, so as to avoid the second width D2 of the second gap 1333 being too wide, resulting in the thickness of the first connecting member 11 being too large, effectively reducing the space occupied by the first connecting member 11 in the battery module 1000, and improving the energy density of the battery module 1000; at the same time, to avoid the second width D2 of the second gap 1333 being too narrow, when the conductive member 30 is inserted into the accommodating cavity 133, the possibility of scratching the second sub-segment 1343 can be reduced, the installation accuracy of the conductive member 30 is low, and the assembly efficiency is improved, which is conducive to improving the automation efficiency of the production line and speeding up the production rhythm.

[0071] 7 , for example, the second thickness H2 of the first plate 131 is equal to the second thickness H2 of the second plate 132 , and along the thickness direction of the first connector 11 , the third width D3 of the insertion slot 114 satisfies: D2+2.3*H2≤D3≤D2+2.5*H2.

[0072] If the third width D3 of the insertion slot 114 is less than D2+2.3*H2, the third width D3 of the insertion slot 114 is too small, and the second connecting member 13 is difficult to install. If the third width D3 of the insertion slot 114 is greater than D2+2.5*H2, the third width D3 of the insertion slot 114 is too large. When the second connecting member 13 is installed in the insertion slot 114, the first connecting portion 112 and the second connecting portion 113 have a small degree of clamping on the second connecting member 13, and the connection stability between the second connecting member 13 and the first connecting member 11 is poor. If it is to be ensured that the first connecting portion 112 and the second connecting portion 113 have a certain clamping force on the second connecting member 13, the width of the second connecting member 13 will increase accordingly, which will cause the connection structure 100 to occupy a large space. In the present application, along the thickness direction of the first connecting member 11, the third width D3 of the insertion slot 114 satisfies: D2+2.3*H2≤D3≤D2+2.5*H2. When the second connecting member 13 is clamped in the insertion slot 114, it ensures that the first connecting portion 112 and the second connecting portion 113 can stably clamp the second connecting member 13, thereby improving the connection stability between the second connecting member 13 and the first connecting member 11, and can effectively solve the problem of the connection structure 100 occupying a large space.

[0073] Please refer to Figures 4 and 8. For example, the first connecting portion 112 is provided with a first positioning hole 1121, the first plate body 131 includes a first end portion 1311, the first end portion 1311 is provided with a first positioning portion 1312, the first positioning portion 1312 is bent relative to the first plate body 131 in a direction away from the second plate body 132, and the first positioning portion 1312 is inserted into the first positioning hole 1121.

[0074] The first positioning hole 1121 is a through hole. The number of the first positioning holes 1121 can be one, two, or more, wherein the number of the first positioning portions 1312 is the same as the number of the first positioning holes 1121. In the present application, the number of the first positioning holes 1121 is two, and the two first positioning holes 1121 are spaced apart on the first connecting portion 112. The two first positioning portions 1312 are provided on the first end portion 1311 and on opposite sides of the first end portion 1311. The provision of the two first positioning holes 1121 and the two first positioning portions 1312 ensures that the second connecting member 13 will not tilt after the conductive member 30 is installed on the second connecting member 13, thereby ensuring the stability of the connection between the conductive member 30 and the second connecting member 13.

[0075] When there are multiple first positioning holes 1121 , the multiple first positioning holes 1121 are located at the same height of the first connecting portion 112 , and correspondingly, the multiple first positioning portions 1312 are located at the same height of the first plate 131 .

[0076] Please refer to Figure 7. The first positioning portion 1312 is bent relative to the first plate body 131 in a direction away from the second plate body 132. When the second connecting member 13 is installed in the insertion slot 114, the first positioning portion 1312 is relative to the first plate body 131 toward the first connecting portion 112. The first positioning portion 1312 and the first positioning hole 1121 can be plugged and connected. The first positioning portion 1312 can abut against the surrounding wall of the first positioning hole 1121 to realize the electrical connection between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 13. The connection method between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 13 is simple, and the electrical connection between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 13 can be quickly completed, thereby improving the automation efficiency of the production line.

[0077] The first positioning portion 1312 is bent relative to the first plate 131 in a direction away from the second plate 132 at a first angle α1 greater than or equal to 45° and less than 80°.

[0078] If the first angle α1 at which the first positioning portion 1312 is bent relative to the first plate 131 away from the second plate 132 is less than 45°, the first positioning portion 1312 may easily fall out of the first positioning hole 1121 when inserted into the first positioning hole 1121, and the connection stability between the second connector 13 and the first connector 112 may be poor. If the first angle α1 at which the first positioning portion 1312 is bent relative to the first plate 131 away from the second plate 132 is greater than 80°, since the second connector 13 is electrically conductive, it is important to minimize scratching and abrasion during installation or removal. Consequently, when the first connector 112 or the second connector 113 is pried apart, the first connector 112 or the second connector 113 may easily break, thereby shortening the lifespan of the first connector 11. In the present application, the first positioning portion 1312 is bent relative to the first plate body 131 in a direction away from the second plate body 132 at a first angle α1 greater than or equal to 45° and less than 80°. In this way, the first positioning portion 1312 can be stably inserted into the first positioning hole 1121, thereby ensuring the connection stability between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 13. When installing or removing the second connecting member 13, excessive breaking of the first connecting portion 112 or the second connecting portion 113 can be avoided, thereby ensuring the structural life of the first connecting member 11.

[0079] Please refer to Figures 4 and 8. The first connecting portion 112 is also provided with a first fixing hole 1122, which is located on the side of the first positioning hole 1121 away from the first bending portion 111. The second connecting portion 113 is provided with a second fixing hole 1131. Along the thickness direction of the first connecting member 11, the first fixing hole 1122 is opposite to the second fixing hole 1131. The connecting structure 100 also includes a fastener 50, which passes through the second fixing hole 1131 and the first fixing hole 1122 in sequence to fix the first connecting portion 112 and the second connecting portion 113. Along the height direction of the first connecting member 11, the second connecting member 13 is located between the first bending portion 111 and the fastener 50.

[0080] The first fixing hole 1122 and the second fixing hole 1131 are both through holes. For example, the first fixing hole 1122 and the second fixing hole 1131 can both be circular holes, with the central axes of the first fixing hole 1122 and the second fixing hole 1131 being coaxial. The number of first fixing holes 1122 can be one, two, or more, wherein the number of second fixing holes 1131 is the same as the number of first fixing holes 1122. In the present application, the number of first fixing holes 1122 is two, and the two first fixing holes 1122 are spaced apart on the first connecting portion 112. Correspondingly, the two second fixing holes 1131 are spaced apart on the second connecting portion 113.

[0081] Referring to FIG7 , a first fixing hole 1122 is provided on a side of the first connecting portion 112 away from the first bending portion 111. Correspondingly, a second fixing hole 1131 is provided on a side of the second connecting portion 113 away from the first bending portion 111, with the first fixing hole 1122 facing the second fixing hole 1131. The fastener 50 passes through the second fixing hole 1131 and the first fixing hole 1122 in sequence and is installed on the first connecting portion 112 and the second connecting portion 113, ensuring that the first connecting portion 112 and the second connecting portion 113 can stably clamp the second connecting member 13. The fastener 50 can also limit the second connecting member 13 in the insertion slot 114, preventing the second connecting member 13 from detaching from the insertion slot 114, thereby ensuring the reliability of the connection between the second connecting member 13 and the first connecting member 11. The fastener 50 can be a bolt or other connecting member.

[0082] Please refer to Figures 4 and 8. Furthermore, the first connecting portion 112 can also be provided with a second positioning hole 1123, and the second positioning hole 1123 and the first positioning hole 1121 are located at opposite ends of the first connecting portion 112 in the height direction. The first plate body 131 also includes a second end 1313, and the second end 1313 and the first end 1311 are located at opposite ends of the first plate body 131. The second end 1313 is provided with a second positioning portion 1314, and the second positioning portion 1314 is bent relative to the first plate body 131 in a direction away from the second plate body 132, and the second positioning portion 1314 is inserted into the second positioning hole 1123.

[0083] Correspondingly, the second positioning hole 1123 is a through hole, and the number of the second positioning holes 1123 can be one, two, or more, wherein the number of the second positioning portions 1314 is the same as the number of the second positioning holes 1123. In the present application, the number of the second positioning holes 1123 is two, and the two second positioning holes 1123 are spaced apart on the second connecting portion 113. The two second positioning portions 1314 are provided on the second end portion 1313 and on opposite sides of the second end portion 1313. The provision of the two second positioning holes 1123 and the two second positioning portions 1314 ensures that the second connecting member 13 does not tilt after the conductive member 30 is installed on the second connecting member 13, thereby ensuring the stability of the connection between the conductive member 30 and the second connecting member 13.

[0084] Similarly, when there are multiple second positioning holes 1123, the multiple second positioning holes 1123 are located at the same height of the first connecting portion 112, and accordingly, the multiple first positioning portions 1312 are located at the same height of the first plate body 131. When the first connecting portion 112 is provided with multiple first positioning holes 1121 and multiple second positioning holes 1123 at the same time, when the second connecting member 13 is installed into the insertion slot 114, the multiple second positioning portions 1314 are simultaneously inserted into the relative second positioning holes 1123, and at the same time, the multiple first positioning portions 1312 are also correspondingly inserted into the relative first positioning holes 1121.

[0085] Please refer to Figures 6 and 7. The second positioning portion 1314 is bent relative to the first plate body 131 in a direction away from the second plate body 132. When the second connecting member 13 is installed in the insertion slot 114, the second positioning portion 1314 is relative to the first plate body 131 toward the first connecting portion 112. The second positioning portion 1314 is inserted into the second positioning hole 1123. The second positioning portion 1314 can abut against the surrounding wall of the second positioning hole 1123. In this way, the second connecting member 13 is limited in the height direction by the first positioning portion 1312 and the second positioning portion 1314, thereby strengthening the connection stability between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 13.

[0086] The second positioning portion 1314 is bent relative to the first plate 131 in a direction away from the second plate 132 at a second angle α2 greater than or equal to 45° and less than 80°.

[0087] If the second angle α2 at which the second positioning portion 1314 is bent relative to the first plate body 131 in a direction away from the second plate body 132 is less than 45°, when the second positioning portion 1314 is inserted into the second positioning hole 1123, the second positioning portion 1314 is likely to fall off from the second positioning hole 1123, and the connection stability between the second connecting member 13 and the first connecting portion 112 is poor; if the second angle α2 at which the second positioning portion 1314 is bent relative to the first plate body 131 in a direction away from the second plate body 132 is greater than 80°, since the second connecting member 13 is conductive, scratching and wearing the second connecting member 13 should be avoided as much as possible when installing or removing the second connecting member 13. Therefore, the first connecting member 112 or the second connecting member 113 is pried apart so that the width between the first connecting member 112 and the second connecting member 113 is increased accordingly. However, excessive prying apart of the first connecting member 11 or the second connecting member 113 may easily cause breakage, thereby affecting the structural life of the first connecting member 11. In this application, the second positioning portion 1314 is bent relative to the first plate body 131 in the direction away from the second plate body 132 at a second angle α2 greater than or equal to 45° and less than 80°. In this way, it is ensured that the second positioning portion 1314 can be stably inserted into the second positioning hole 1123, ensuring the connection stability between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 13, and when installing or removing the second connecting member 13, it can avoid excessively breaking apart the first connecting portion 112 or the second connecting portion 113, thereby ensuring the structural life of the first connecting member 11.

[0088] Optionally, when the second connecting member 13 is installed in the insertion slot 114 and then the conductive member 30 is installed, when the conductive member 30 is installed in the accommodating cavity 133 of the second connecting member 13, the second connecting portion 113 can be appropriately pried to install the conductive member 30 in the accommodating cavity 133, wherein, when the second connecting portion 113 is pried, ensure that the first positioning portion 1312 is never separated from the first positioning hole 1121, and the second positioning portion 1314 is never separated from the second positioning hole 1123, so as to avoid the inner wall of the second sub-segment 1343 of the second connecting member 13 from scratching the conductive member 30.

[0089] Optionally, the conductive member 30 can be first installed in the accommodating cavity 133 of the second connecting member 13. When the conductive member 30 is installed in the accommodating cavity 133, the first plate 131 can be pried open to enlarge the opening 1331 of the accommodating cavity 133, and the second width D2 of the second gap 1333 is correspondingly enlarged to prevent the conductive member 30 from scratching the second sub-segment 1343 near the opening 1331. When the conductive member 30 is installed in the first gap 1332, the first plate 131 is loosened so that the first sub-segment 1342 of the first plate 131 and the first sub-segment 1342 of the second plate 132 clamp the two surfaces of the conductive member 30 along the thickness direction. At this time, the first sub-segment 1342 of the first plate 131 and the first sub-segment 1342 of the second plate 132 are stretched apart, and then the conductive member 30 and the second connecting member 13 are installed as a whole into the insertion slot 114.

[0090] Referring to Figures 4 and 7 , for example, the second connecting portion 113 is provided with a third positioning hole 1132. The second plate 132 includes a third end 1321, which is opposite to the first end 1311. An opening 1331 of the accommodating cavity 133 is formed between the third end 1321 and the first end 1311. The conductive member 30 can extend into the accommodating cavity 133 through the opening 1331. The third end 1321 is provided with a third positioning portion 1322. The third positioning portion 1322 is bent relative to the second plate 132 in a direction away from the first plate 131 and is inserted into the third positioning hole 1132.

[0091] The second connection part 113 is provided with a third positioning hole 1132, and the third positioning hole 1132 is opposite to the first positioning hole 1121. When the second connection member 13 is inserted into the insertion slot 114, the second connection part 113 can be bent to vertically insert the second connection member 13 into the insertion slot 114. When the second positioning part 1314 is inserted into the second positioning hole 1123, the first positioning part 1312 is correspondingly aligned and inserted into the first positioning hole 1121, and the third positioning part 1322 is also correspondingly aligned and inserted into the third positioning hole 1132. When the conductive member 30 is inserted into the first gap 1332 and abuts against the first sub-segments 1342 on both sides, the first positioning part 1312 and the second positioning part 1322 are aligned and inserted into the third positioning hole 1132. The limiting function of the positioning portion 1314 can prevent the second connecting member 13 from falling off due to the influence of the force exerted by the inserted conductive member 30, thereby ensuring the connection stability of the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 13. Based on this, a third positioning portion 1322 is provided on the second plate body 132, so that the second plate body 132 is clamped on the second connecting portion 113, thereby ensuring the relative balance between the first plate body 131 and the second plate body 132. The limiting function of the third positioning portion 1322 can prevent the second plate body 132 from being affected by the force exerted by the inserted conductive member 30 and tilting the second plate body 132 relative to the first plate body 131, thereby reinforcing the stability of the connection between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 13.

[0092] Optionally, the range of values of the third angle α3 at which the third positioning portion 1322 is bent relative to the second plate 132 in a direction away from the first plate 131 can be equal to the range of values of the first angle α1 at which the first positioning portion 1312 is bent relative to the first plate 131 in a direction away from the second plate 132. In this way, when installing or removing the second connecting member 13, excessive separation of the second connecting member 113 or the first connecting member 112 can be avoided, thereby ensuring the structural life of the first connecting member 11.

[0093] For example, the first angle α1 of the first positioning portion 1312, the second angle α2 of the second positioning portion 1314 and the third angle α3 of the third positioning portion 1322 can all be 45°. In this way, the degree to which the first connecting portion 112 is bent relative to the second connecting portion 113 can be appropriately reduced, ensuring the structural life of the first connecting member 11, and the process of installing the second connecting member 13 into the insertion slot 114 of the first connecting member 11 is also more convenient.

[0094] In the present application, the first positioning portion 1312 and the third positioning portion 1322 are bent. After the second connector 13 is installed on the first connector 11, along the thickness direction of the first connector 11, there is a first gap between the first plate 131 and the first connecting portion 112, and a second gap between the second plate 132 and the second connecting portion 113. The sum of the first gap and the second gap is denoted as S1, and S1 satisfies: 0.3*H2≤S1≤0.5*H2. The first gap and the second gap can be the same or different. The second connector 13 is inserted into the insertion slot 114, and the third width D3 of the insertion slot 114 is equal to the sum of the second width D2 of the second gap 1333, the second thickness H2 of the first plate 131, the second thickness H2 of the second plate 132, the first gap, and the second gap. The first connecting portion 112 presses the first positioning portion 1312 toward one side of the third positioning portion 1322, and the second connecting portion 113 presses the third positioning portion 1322 toward one side of the first positioning portion 1312. As a result, the elastic portion 134 of the second connecting member 13 is in an elastically compressed state, and the first sub-segment 1342 of the first plate 131 and the first sub-segment 1342 of the second plate 132 press against two surfaces of the conductive member 30 along the thickness direction. For example, the second plate 132 further includes a fourth end 1323, which is located at opposite ends of the second plate 132 from the third end 1321. The fourth end 1323 is opposite the second end 1313. One end of the bridge portion 135 is connected to the fourth end 1323, and the other end of the bridge portion 135 is connected to the second end 1313.

[0095] The bridging portion 135 is arranged at the end of the accommodating cavity 133 opposite to the opening 1331. In addition to connecting the first plate body 131 and the second plate body 132, the bridging portion 135 can support one end of the conductive member 30, confining the conductive member 30 within the accommodating cavity 133. The conductive member 30 can always be located within the accommodating cavity 133, ensuring the reliability of the connection between the conductive member 30 and the second connecting member 13.

[0096] Please refer to Figure 7. The second thickness H2 of the first plate body 131 is equal to the second thickness H2 of the second plate body 132. The second connecting member 13 is in a free state. Along the thickness direction of the second connecting member 13, there is a third gap 1334 between the end of the first positioning portion 1312 and the end of the third positioning portion 1322. The fourth width D4 of the third gap 1334 satisfies: D2+6.3*H2≤D4≤D2+7.5*H2.

[0097] It can be understood that when the first positioning portion 1312 is inserted into the first positioning hole 1121 and the third positioning portion 1322 is inserted into the third positioning hole 1132, both the first positioning portion 1312 and the third positioning portion 1322 are in a free state. The fourth width D4 of the third gap 1334 is the distance between the end point of the first positioning portion 1312 farthest from the first plate 131 and the end point of the third positioning portion 1322 farthest from the second plate 132 in the thickness direction of the second connector 13. If the fourth width D4 of the third gap 1334 is less than D2+6.3*H2, the fourth width D4 of the third gap 1334 is too small, that is, the bending degree of the first positioning portion 1312 and / or the third positioning portion 1322 is too small, the first positioning portion 1312 is easily removed from the first positioning hole 1121, and similarly, the third positioning portion 1322 is easily removed from the third positioning hole 1132, the connection reliability between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 13 is poor, and accordingly, the width of the accommodating cavity 133 is also too small, the thickness of the conductive member 30 needs to be reduced, and the structural strength of the conductive member 30 is poor. If the fourth width D4 of the third gap 1334 is greater than D2+7.5*H2, the first positioning portion 1312 and / or the second positioning portion 1314 are bent too much. When the first positioning portion 1312 is inserted into the first positioning hole 1121 and the third positioning portion 1322 is inserted into the third positioning hole 1132, a large force is required to bend the second connecting portion 113. It is easy for the second connecting portion 113 to be bent excessively, and the second connecting portion 113 and the first bent portion 111 to be broken. Accordingly, the width of the accommodating cavity 133 will also be too large, resulting in a larger space occupied by the connection structure 100. In the present application, along the thickness direction of the second connector 13, the fourth width D4 of the third gap 1334 satisfies the following: D2+6.3*H2≤D4≤D2+7.5*H2. The first positioning portion 1312 can be stably snapped into the first positioning hole 1121, and the third positioning portion 1322 can be stably snapped into the third positioning hole 1132, thereby ensuring the reliability of the connection between the first connector 11 and the second connector 13. Furthermore, when the first positioning portion 1312 is inserted into the first positioning hole 1121 and the third positioning hole 1132 is inserted into the third positioning hole 1132, assembly is convenient, which is conducive to improving the efficiency of production line automation. In addition, the width of the accommodating cavity 133 can be effectively avoided from being too large, reducing the impact of the overall space occupied by the connection structure 100 on the volume of the battery module 1000.

[0098] In the present application, the third thickness H3 of the first connecting portion 112 can be equal to the third thickness H3 of the second connecting portion 113. In this case, the third thickness H3 satisfies the following relationship: 2.0*H2≤H3≤2.5*H2. During installation of the second connecting member 13, it is necessary to bend the second connecting portion 113 or the first connecting portion 112. The third thickness H3 satisfies the following relationship: 2.0*H2≤H3≤2.5*H2. This prevents the third thickness H3 of the first connecting portion 112 or the third thickness H3 of the second connecting portion 113 from being too thick or too thin, thereby affecting the installation of the second connecting member 13.

[0099] Please refer to Figure 9. Optionally, the second connecting portion 113 may also be provided with a fourth positioning hole 1133. Along the thickness direction of the first connecting member 11, the fourth positioning hole 1133 is opposite to the second positioning hole 1123. The fourth end 1323 of the second plate body 132 is also provided with a fourth positioning portion 1324. The fourth positioning portion 1324 is bent relative to the second plate body 132 in a direction away from the first plate body 131, and the fourth positioning portion 1324 is inserted into the fourth positioning hole 1133.

[0100] Correspondingly, the fourth positioning hole 1133 is a through hole, and the number of the fourth positioning holes 1133 can be one, two, or more, wherein the number of the fourth positioning portions 1324 is the same as the number of the fourth positioning holes 1133. In the present application, the number of the fourth positioning holes 1133 is two, and the two fourth positioning holes 1133 are spaced apart on the second connecting portion 113. The two fourth positioning portions 1324 are provided at the fourth end portion 1323 and on opposite sides of the fourth end portion 1323. The provision of two fourth positioning holes 1133 and two fourth positioning portions 1324 further strengthens the stability of the connection between the second connecting member 13 and the first connecting member 11.

[0101] Similarly, when there are multiple fourth positioning holes 1133, the multiple fourth positioning holes 1133 are located at the same height of the second connecting portion 113, and accordingly, the multiple fourth positioning portions 1324 are located at the same height of the second plate body 132. When the second connecting portion 113 is provided with multiple fourth positioning holes 1133 and multiple third positioning holes 1132, in the process of installing the second connecting member 13 into the insertion slot 114, the multiple fourth positioning portions 1324 are simultaneously inserted into the relative fourth positioning holes 1133, and at the same time, the multiple third positioning portions 1322 are also correspondingly inserted into the relative third positioning holes 1132.

[0102] The fourth positioning portion 1324 is bent relative to the second plate body 132 in a direction away from the first plate body 131. When the second connecting member 13 is installed in the insertion slot 114, the fourth positioning portion 1324 is relative to the second plate body 132 toward the second connecting member 113. The fourth positioning portion 1324 is inserted into the fourth positioning hole 1133. The fourth positioning portion 1324 can abut against the surrounding wall of the fourth positioning hole 1133. In this way, the second connecting member 13 is limited in the height direction by the third positioning portion 1322 and the fourth positioning portion 1324, thereby strengthening the connection stability between the first connecting member 11 and the second connecting member 13.

[0103] Optionally, a range of values of a fourth angle α4 at which the fourth positioning portion 1324 is bent relative to the second plate 132 in a direction away from the first plate 131 may be equal to a range of values of the third angle α3 of the third positioning portion 1322. The specific value of the fourth angle α4 of the fourth positioning portion 1324 may be equal to the specific value of the third angle α3 of the third positioning portion 1322. For example, the value of the fourth angle of the fourth positioning portion 1324 may be 45°.

[0104] For example, the first connecting member 11 may further include a welding portion 115 , which is connected to an end of the first connecting portion 112 away from the first bending portion 111 .

[0105] The welding portion 115 of the first connector 11 can be welded to the battery cell 200 in the battery module 1000 to electrically connect the first connector 11 to the battery cell 200. The welding of the welding portion 115 to the battery cell 200 prevents the entire connection structure 100 from falling off the battery cell 200, thereby ensuring the stability of the connection between the connection structure 100 and the battery cell 200. The extending direction of the welding portion 115 can be the same as the extending direction of the first connection portion 112, e.g., the welding portion 115 is a portion of the first connection portion 112, or the extending direction of the welding portion 115 can be different from the extending direction of the first connection portion 112, e.g., the extending directions of the welding portion 115 and the first connection portion 112 are perpendicular.

[0106] The first connecting member 11 further includes a second bending portion 116 . The second bending portion 116 is located between the welding portion 115 and the first connecting portion 112 . The welding portion 115 is bent and connected to the first connecting portion 112 via the second bending portion 116 .

[0107] In the present application, the welding portion 115 is connected to the first connection portion 112 by a second bending portion 116, so that the first connection portion 112 and the second connection portion 113 can be installed on the side of the battery module 1000. Usually, the interface of the cooling structure installed on the side of the battery module 1000 will protrude relative to the side of the battery module 1000. The first connection portion 112 and the second connection portion 113 are installed in this part, which can make full use of the internal space of the battery module 1000.

[0108] 8 , for example, the first connecting member 11 may further include a third bending portion 117 , and the third bending portion 117 is connected to an end of the second connecting portion 113 away from the first bending portion 111 .

[0109] 10 , the connecting assembly 10 includes a base 70 and a cover 90 . The first connecting member 11 is mounted on the base 70 . The cover 90 covers the base 70 and shields the connecting assembly 10 .

[0110] Part of the structure of the first connector 11 can be installed on the base 70, and the base 70 can play an insulating role. The part of the first connector 11 that is not electrically connected to the battery cell 200 remains insulated from the battery cell 200, and the connecting component 10 is covered between the cover plate 90 and the base 70 through the cover plate 90 to provide insulation protection for the connecting component 10.

[0111] The base 70 can be nested within one end of the battery cell 200, shielding the end of the battery cell 200. A through-hole can be provided in the base 70 to facilitate welding of the battery cell 200 to the welding portion 115. The base 70 is engaged with the cover plate 90, shielding the majority of the first connector 11 and the second connector 13 between the base 70 and the cover plate 90. An opening 1331 is reserved between the base 70 and the cover plate 90 for mounting the conductive member 30, allowing the conductive member 30 to electrically connect two adjacent second connectors 13.

[0112] An embodiment of the present application further provides an energy storage device, which includes the battery module 1000 provided in any embodiment of the present application.

[0113] It is understandable that the energy storage device may include but is not limited to a battery pack, a battery system, a battery cabinet, a containerized energy storage device, etc.

[0114] An embodiment of the present application further provides an electrical device, which includes the energy storage device provided in the embodiment of the present application, and the energy storage device supplies power to the electrical device.

[0115] The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application are applicable to various electrical equipment that use energy storage devices, such as electric vehicles, electric toys, electric tools, electric vehicles, ships and spacecraft, mobile phones, portable devices, PDAs, laptops, etc.

[0116] In the energy storage device and electrical equipment of the present application, an elastic portion 134 is provided in the second connector 13. After the second connector 13 is inserted into the insertion slot 114 of the first connector 11, the conductive member 30 can be inserted into the first gap 1332 along the elastic portion 134 of the first plate 131 and the elastic portion 134 of the second plate 132, and abutted against the first sub-segment 1342 of the first plate 131 and the first sub-segment 1342 of the second plate 132, thereby achieving electrical connection between the conductive member 30 and the second connector 13. Alternatively, the conductive member 30 can be inserted into the first gap 1332 along the elastic portion 134 of the first plate 131 and the elastic portion 134 of the second plate 132, and elastically abutted against the first sub-segment 1342 of the first plate 131 and the first sub-segment 1342 of the second plate 132, and then the conductive member 30 and the second connector 13 can be installed together into the insertion slot 114 of the first connector 11. The first width D1 of the first gap 1332 is smaller than the first thickness H1 of the conductive member 30. When the conductive member 30 is inserted into the first gap 1332, the conductive member 30 applies a thrust to the first sub-segments 1342 on both sides. Since the first sub-segment 1342 is part of the elastic portion 134, the first sub-segment 1342 will recover its deformation after receiving the thrust of the conductive member 30, which will squeeze the conductive member 30. This makes the first sub-segment 1342 of the first plate 131 facing the first gap 1332, and the first sub-segment 1342 of the second plate 132 facing the first gap 1332. One side of 332 clamps the conductive member 30. The connection structure 100 of the present application does not require bolt connection, thus avoiding overheating and fire caused by bolt torque attenuation due to bolt connection, thereby ensuring the safety of the battery module 1000. At the same time, the quick-plug connection of the second connector 13 is conducive to improving the automation efficiency of the production line and improving production efficiency.

[0117] The above are some implementation methods of the present application. It should be pointed out that for ordinary technicians in this technical field, several improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principles of the present application. These improvements and modifications are also considered to be within the scope of protection of the present application.
