AI Technical Summary
Existing powder-liquid mixing equipment suffers from poor material flowability and high mixing noise. When the rotor rotates at high speed, the material tends to adhere to the inner wall of the chamber, forming a cavity area that increases the air content. Furthermore, the blades break up air bubbles, generating noise.
Design a mixing channel formed by the rotor base and the inner wall of the outer shell. The diameter of the end of the rotor base away from the discharge port is smaller than that of the end near the discharge port. The outer contour of the rotor base is streamlined. Combined with the pump impeller, the material flow is guided by the gradual diameter and streamlined design, which reduces the air content and increases the pressure, thereby reducing noise.
It effectively guides materials toward the discharge port, prevents backflow, reduces the air content inside the materials, reduces noise, and improves the mixing effect.

Abstract
Description
Powder-liquid mixing equipment and pulping system
[0001] This disclosure claims priority to the Chinese patent disclosure with application number 202310722000.1, filed with the Patent Office of China on June 16, 2023, and entitled “Powder-liquid mixing equipment and pulping system”, and the Chinese patent disclosure with application number 202321551397.4, filed with the Patent Office of China on June 16, 2023, and entitled “Powder-liquid mixing equipment and pulping system”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this disclosure. Technical Field
[0002] The present disclosure relates to the technical field of material production and processing, and more particularly, to a powder-liquid mixing device and a pulping system having the powder-liquid mixing device. Background Art
[0003] In the related art, powder-liquid mixing equipment can utilize a rotor with blades to rotate and shear the material, thereby achieving the mixing of multiple materials. The rotor base of existing rotors is usually cylindrical, which makes it difficult to guide the material to flow along the surface of the rotor base. During the rotation of the rotor, the material near the surface of the rotor base is in a free fall state. During the falling process, the material is easily mixed with a large amount of air to form bubbles. When the high-speed rotating blades encounter the bubbles, they will break the bubbles and produce noise. In addition, the high-speed rotation of the rotor will cause the material to adhere to the inner wall of the chamber of the powder-liquid mixing equipment and flow downward, thereby forming a certain cavity area on the outer surface of the rotor base. This cavity area may further increase the air content in the material.

[0049] It should be noted that like reference numerals and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and therefore, once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further discussed in subsequent figures.
[0050] The powder-liquid mixing device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0051] As shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 11 , the powder-liquid mixing device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a housing 10 and a rotor 20 .
[0052] Specifically, a chamber 11 is disposed within the housing 10 and has an inlet and a discharge port 13, each of which is in communication with the chamber 11, allowing material to flow from the inlet to the discharge port 13. A rotor 20 is rotatably disposed about its axis 23 within the chamber 11 to mix the material. The rotor 20 includes a rotor base 21 and blades 22 disposed on the outer surface of the rotor base 21. The outer surface of the rotor base 21 is spaced apart from the inner wall of the housing 10 to form a mixing channel 14. The diameter of the end of the rotor base 21 away from the discharge port 13 is smaller than the diameter of the end of the rotor base 21 closer to the discharge port 13.
[0053] In other words, the powder-liquid mixing device 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is mainly composed of a housing 10 and a rotor 20. The powder-liquid mixing device 100 can be used to mix, including but not limited to, two materials. For example, the powder-liquid mixing device 100 can mix a powdered material with a liquid material to form a slurry after mixing.
[0054] The housing 10 of the powder-liquid mixing apparatus 100 defines a chamber 11, within which the mixing process can be performed. The housing 10 can have a feed port and a discharge port 13. Optionally, there can be multiple feed ports, allowing multiple materials to enter the chamber 11 through different feed ports and be discharged from the discharge port 13 after mixing.
[0055] For example, there can be two feed ports, namely the first feed port 121 and the second feed port 122. The powdered material can enter the chamber 11 from the first feed port 121, and the liquid material can enter the chamber 11 from the second feed port 122. The mixed slurry can be discharged from the discharge port 13.
[0056] The feed port may be disposed above the discharge port 13 so that the material can flow from the feed port to the discharge port 13 under the action of its own gravity.
[0057] A rotor 20 may be disposed within the chamber 11 and may rotate about its axis 23. The rotor 20 may be connected to a drive member 40, such as a drive motor, which drives the rotor 20 to rotate. Rotating the rotor 20 within the chamber 11 may agitate the materials to mix the materials.
[0058] The rotor 20 can be primarily composed of a rotor base 21 and a plurality of blades 22. The rotor base 21 can rotate about an axis 23 of the rotor 20. The outer surface of the rotor base 21 can be provided with a plurality of blades 22. The plurality of blades 22 and the rotor base 21 can rotate synchronously. The rotation of the plurality of blades 22 can achieve mixing of materials.
[0059] A mixing channel 14 may be formed between the outer surface of the rotor base 21 and the inner wall of the housing 10. For ease of explanation, the direction from the feed port toward the discharge port 13 may be defined as the positive direction of the first direction. In the first direction, the mixing channel 14 may have a first end and a second end, with the first end of the mixing channel 14 being distal to the discharge port 13 and the second end of the mixing channel 14 being proximal to the discharge port 13.
[0060] In the first direction, the end of the rotor base 21 away from the discharge port 13 can be the first end of the rotor base 21, and the end of the rotor base 21 closer to the discharge port 13 can be the second end of the rotor base 21. In the positive direction of the first direction, the diameter of the first end of the rotor base 21 can be smaller than the diameter of the second end of the rotor base 21 to achieve pressure increase in the direction from the feed port to the discharge port 13 and prevent material from flowing back.
[0061] Therefore, according to the powder-liquid mixing equipment 100 provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the rotor base 21 of the rotor 20 cooperates with the inner wall surface of the outer shell 10 to define a mixing channel 14, so that the material can be mixed in the mixing channel 14, and then the diameter of the end of the rotor base 21 away from the discharge port 13 is smaller than the diameter of the end of the rotor base 21 close to the discharge port 13. Compared with the traditional cylindrical rotor base 21, the shape of the rotor base 21 disclosed in the present disclosure is conducive to guiding the material to flow toward the discharge port 13, and at the same time, it can achieve pressurization in the direction from the feed port to the discharge port 13 to prevent the material from returning.
[0062] In addition, the powder-liquid mixing equipment 100 disclosed in the present invention utilizes a structure in which the rotor base 21 has a small diameter at the end away from the discharge port 13 and a large diameter at the end close to the discharge port 13. This can also reduce the air content inside the material during the flow of the material from the feed port to the discharge port 13, thereby avoiding noise. The blades 22 have a better effect of breaking up agglomerates during rotation, which is conducive to the full mixing of the material.
[0063] In some specific embodiments of the present disclosure, the axis 23 of the rotor 20 extends from the feed port toward the discharge port 13 , and in the axial direction of the rotor 20 , the diameter of the rotor base 21 gradually increases from the feed port toward the discharge port 13 .
[0064] Specifically, the axis 23 of the rotor 20 may extend along a first direction. For example, as shown in FIG. 7 , the first direction is a vertical direction. The axis 23 of the rotor 20 may extend along the vertical direction, and the cross section of the rotor base 21 may be a cross section.
[0065] In the positive direction of the first direction, the diameter of the rotor base 21 can gradually increase, thereby gradually increasing the cross-sectional area of the rotor base 21 and gradually decreasing the cross-sectional area of the mixing channel 14. This can increase the pressure in the direction from the feed port to the discharge port 13, preventing the material from flowing back. At the same time, the air content in the material is reduced to avoid noise and ensure more thorough mixing of the material.
[0066] As shown in FIG9 , a powdered material can enter the powder region 141 of the mixing channel 14 through the first feed port 121. The powder region 141 is located above the first feed port 121. A liquid material enters the chamber 11 through the second feed port 122. Before entering the second feed port 122, the liquid material is located in the liquid region 142. The powdered material and the liquid material are mixed in the powder-liquid mixing region 143 of the mixing channel 14. The powder-liquid mixing region 143 is located below the second feed port 122. The slurry formed after mixing is located in the slurry region 144. The slurry region 144 is located to the left of the powder-liquid mixing region 143 and can be connected to the discharge port 13.
[0067] As shown in Figure 10, L1 is the distance between the outer surface of the rotor base 21 and the inner wall of the outer shell 10, and L2 is the difference between the distance between the conventional straight-facing rotor base 21 and the inner wall of the outer shell 10 and L1. P1 is the pressure between the rotor base 21 and the inner wall of the outer shell 10, and P2 is the pressure between the conventional straight-facing rotor base 21 and the inner wall of the outer shell 10. By adopting the rotor base 21 of this embodiment, the space where the material flows can be reduced compared to the conventional structure, and P1>P2, forming a pressure difference. Combined with the powder-liquid mixing area 143 shown in Figure 9, after the pressure above the powder-liquid mixing area 143 increases, the material in the powder-liquid mixing area 143 will not flow back upward compared to the pressure area corresponding to P2.
[0068] According to some optional embodiments of the present disclosure, the outer contour 24 of the rotor base 21 is streamlined. For example, the outer contour 24 of the rotor base 21 may be parabolic.
[0069] It should be noted that the rotor base 21 may be the portion of the rotor 20 excluding the blades 22 , and the outer contour 24 of the rotor base 21 may be the contour of the portion of the rotor 20 excluding the blades 22 .
[0070] Specifically, the orthographic projection of the rotor base 21 in a plane parallel to its axis has an outer edge, which may include a first edge and a second edge. The first edge may correspond to the bottom surface of the rotor base 21, which may be a plane perpendicular to the axis of the rotor base 21. Therefore, the first edge may be a straight line. The second edge may correspond to any surface of the rotor base 21 other than the bottom surface and may form the outer contour 24 of the rotor base 21. Material may flow downward along the outer contour 24 of the rotor base 21.
[0071] Providing a streamlined outer profile 24 of the rotor base 21 improves the overall kinetic energy of the material flowing along the outer surface of the rotor base 21. When the rotor 20 rotates at a constant speed, the shear rate on the rotor base 21 side can gradually increase along the streamlined curve, thereby gradually increasing the shear effect on the material and improving the dispersion and flow of the material.
[0072] As the material flows along the streamlined outer profile 24 of the rotor base 21, it conforms to fluid flow characteristics, allowing the material to adhere to the outer surface of the rotor base 21 without creating any excess gaps. This prevents the inclusion of excess air within the material and reduces air bubbles within the material. The blades 22 shear the material during rotation, thus reducing the number of bubbles destroyed, which helps reduce the noise generated by mixing.
[0073] According to some other embodiments of the present disclosure, the rotor base 21 includes: a plurality of frustums 211 and conical caps 212 .
[0074] Multiple truncated cones 211 are arranged along the axis 23 of the rotor 20. The diameter of each truncated cone 211 at the end away from the discharge port 13 is smaller than the diameter of the end closer to the discharge port 13. Conical caps 212 are provided at the ends of the truncated cones 211 away from the discharge port 13. The diameter of the conical caps 212 at the ends away from the discharge port 13 is smaller than the diameter of the end closer to the discharge port 13. The truncated cones 211 and the conical caps 212 rotate synchronously about the axis 23 of the rotor 20.
[0075] Specifically, the rotor base 21 can be mainly composed of a plurality of truncated cones 211 and conical caps 212. The plurality of truncated cones 211 and conical caps 212 cooperate to form the rotor base 21 into a pyramid-like shape. The plurality of truncated cones 211 and conical caps 212 can rotate synchronously.
[0076] The plurality of frustums 211 can be stacked together along a first direction. In the first direction, the first end of each frustum 211 is away from the discharge port 13, and the second end of each frustum 211 is close to the discharge port 13. The diameter of the first end of each frustum 211 is smaller than the diameter of the second end of each frustum 211.
[0077] The conical cap 212 can be set at one end of the multiple cones 211 away from the discharge port 13. For example, the conical cap 212 can be connected to the upper end surface of the cone 211 farthest from the discharge port 13 among the multiple cones 211. The conical cap 212 can be a cone-like body. The end of the cone cap 212 away from the discharge port 13 can be the first end of the cone cap 212, and the end of the cone cap 212 close to the discharge port 13 can be the second end of the cone cap 212. The diameter of the first end of the cone cap 212 can be smaller than the diameter of the second end of the cone cap 212, so as to cooperate with the multiple cones 211 to realize the gradual increase in the diameter of the rotor base 21 in the positive direction of the first direction, so as to achieve the purpose of positive pressure, reducing bubbles and uniform mixing.
[0078] In some optional embodiments, each cone 211 and cone cap 212 can be processed in sections, and multiple cones 211 and cone caps 212 can be assembled to form a rotor base 21, on which blades 22 can be mounted to form the rotor 20. Optionally, the blades 22 can be of various types depending on different functional requirements, and different cones 211 can be mounted with the same or different blades 22.
[0079] The upper and lower surfaces of the machined truncated cone 211 are flat, and their parallelism is within a preset range. The upper and lower surfaces of the truncated cone 211 can each be circular, and the diameter deviation of the upper and lower surfaces of the truncated cone 211 can be controlled within a ±0.05 mm deviation range. This ensures that when multiple truncated cones 211 and conical caps 212 are assembled to form the rotor base 21, the outer surface of the rotor base 21 forms a nearly smooth curved surface.
[0080] According to some optional embodiments of the present disclosure, a generatrix 2111 of at least one frustum 211 is an arc line, and the arc line protrudes outward from the frustum 211 .
[0081] Specifically, a cross-section obtained by cutting the frustum 211 along any plane on which the axis 23 of the rotor 20 lies can approximate a trapezoid. The outer contour 24 between the upper and lower bases of the trapezoid can be a generatrix 2111 of the frustum 211. The generatrix 2111 of the frustum 211 can be an arc-shaped line that protrudes outward from the frustum 211. The arc-shaped line can be designed as a large-radius arc so that it can approximate a straight line.
[0082] Setting the generatrix 2111 of the truncated cone 211 as an arc line helps to streamline the outer contour 24 of the rotor base 21 , thereby improving the overall flow kinetic energy of the material when flowing along the outer surface of the rotor base 21 .
[0083] In some specific embodiments of the present disclosure, there is a smooth transition between the outer surfaces of adjacent cones 211, and a smooth transition between the outer surface of the conical cap 212 and the outer surface of the adjacent cone 211, which is conducive to achieving a streamlined design of the outer contour 24 of the rotor base 21 and avoiding the formation of a sharp turning point on the outer surface of the rotor base 21 that affects the fluidity of the material.
[0084] According to some optional embodiments of the present disclosure, the angle between the busbar 2111 of the frustum 211 closest to the discharge port 13 among the multiple frustums 211 and its own axis is 1.5° to 15°.
[0085] As shown in Figure 1, the axis of the cone 211 coincides with the axis 23 of the rotor 20. The angle β between the busbar 2111 of the bottommost cone 211 and the axis 23 of the rotor 20 is 1.5° to 15°. Compared to the vertically extending outer surface of a conventional cylindrical rotor base 21, when β is within the aforementioned range, the outer surface of the rotor base 21 forms a relatively gentle slope, which helps to control the pressure at various locations in the mixing channel 14 within a reasonable range and prevent excessive pressure within the mixing channel 14 from causing poor flow or material blockage.
[0086] Optionally, when the busbar 2111 is an arc, the angle between the busbar 2111 and the axis of the cone 211 can be the angle between the tangent of the point closest to the busbar 2111 and the discharge port 13 and the axis of the cone 211, or the angle between the line between the two endpoints of the busbar 2111 and the axis of the cone 211.
[0087] According to some other embodiments of the present disclosure, the angle between the busbar 2111 of the truncated cone 211 closest to the discharge port 13 among the multiple truncated cones 211 and its bottom surface is 75° to 88°.
[0088] As shown in Figure 1 , the angle α between the generatrix 2111 of the bottommost frustum 211 and its bottom surface can be 75° to 88°. When α is within this range, the outer surface of the rotor base 21 can form a relatively gentle slope, which helps to control the pressure at various locations in the mixing channel 14 within a reasonable range, avoiding excessive pressure in the mixing channel 14 that may cause poor flow or material blockage.
[0089] Optionally, when the busbar 2111 is an arc, the angle between the busbar 2111 and the bottom surface of the cone 211 can be the angle between the tangent of the point closest to the busbar 2111 and the discharge port 13 and the bottom surface of the cone 211, or the angle between the line between the two endpoints of the busbar 2111 and the bottom surface of the cone 211.
[0090] In some specific embodiments of the present disclosure, the taper of the frustum 211 closest to the discharge port 13 among the multiple frustums 211 is smaller than the taper of the frustum 211 farthest from the discharge port 13 among the multiple frustums 211 .
[0091] Specifically, the taper of the cone 211 may be the ratio of the diameter difference between the upper and lower bottom surfaces of the cone 211 to the height of the cone 211. The greater the taper of the cone 211, the smaller the inclination angle of the generatrix 2111 of the cone 211 relative to its bottom surface.
[0092] As shown in FIG1 , the taper of the topmost cone 211 is smaller than the taper of the bottommost cone 211, so that the outer contour 24 of the rotor base 21 can be formed into a shape approximately parabolic as shown in FIG3 , so that the flow kinetic energy of the material when flowing along the outer surface of the rotor base 21 is better, which conforms to the fluid flow characteristics, is conducive to reducing bubbles in the material, and reduces the noise generated by mixing.
[0093] According to some optional embodiments of the present disclosure, the end of the conical cap 212 away from the discharge port 13 is formed as a rounded structure 2121, and the end of the conical cap 212 close to the discharge port 13 is formed as a cylindrical end 2122. Among the multiple conical cones 211, the conical cone 211 adjacent to the conical cap 212 is provided with a mounting groove facing one side of the conical cap 212, and the cylindrical end 2122 extends into the mounting groove.
[0094] As shown in FIG4 , the first end of the conical cap 212 may be a rounded structure 2121, and the rounded structure 2121 may have a spherical surface facing the first feed port 121. The second end of the conical cap 212 may be a cylindrical end 2122, and the topmost frustum 211 may have a mounting groove on its upper surface. The mounting groove may be adapted to the cylindrical end 2122, and the arc end may be inserted into the mounting groove to achieve assembly of the conical cap 212 and the frustum 211.
[0095] In this embodiment, the first end of the conical cap 212 is configured as a rounded structure 2121, which allows the surface of the conical cap 212 to be smooth, thereby facilitating the smooth flow of materials along the surface of the conical cap 212 and conforming to fluid flow characteristics. The second end of the conical cap 212 is configured as a cylindrical end 2122, which facilitates the assembly and clamping process between the conical cap 212 and the truncated platform 211.
[0096] According to some other embodiments of the present disclosure, a plurality of blades 22 are provided on the outer circumferential surface of each cone 211 , and each cone 211 and the corresponding plurality of blades 22 cooperate to form an impeller of the cone 211 , and the number of the impellers of the cone 211 is 4 to 12.
[0097] Specifically, the rotor 20 may include multiple impellers with cones 211. Each impeller 211 may be composed of a cone 211 and multiple blades 22. The number of impellers with cones 211 may range from 4 to 12. A number less than 4 may result in poor mixing performance, while a number greater than 12 may make the powder-liquid mixing apparatus 100 overly complex and costly. Setting the number of impellers with cones 211 to 4 to 12 allows for efficient mixing while simplifying the powder-liquid mixing apparatus 100 and reducing its cost.
[0098] For example, as shown in Figure 1, the number of impellers on the cone 211 can be 6. The 6 impellers on the cone 211 can be, from top to bottom, the first pressure-feeding impeller 1, the powder dispersion impeller 2, the second pressure-feeding impeller 3, the powder-liquid mixing pressure-feeding impeller 4, the first slurry dispersion impeller 5, and the second slurry dispersion impeller 6. A plurality of blades 22 can be provided on the cone cap 212, and the cone cap 212 and the corresponding blades 22 can cooperate to form a stirring and dispersing wheel. Among them, the first pressure-feeding impeller 1, the powder dispersion impeller 2 and the second pressure-feeding impeller 3 can correspond to the powder area. The powder-liquid mixing pressure-feeding impeller 4 can correspond to the powder-liquid mixing area 143. The first slurry dispersion impeller 5 and the second slurry dispersion impeller 6 can correspond to the slurry area 144.
[0099] In some specific embodiments of the present disclosure, the surface roughness of the outer surface of the rotor base 21 is 0.3 μm to 0.4 μm. Specifically, during the machining of the rotor base 21, the outer circumferential surface of each frustum 211 of the rotor base 21 and the outer surface of the conical cap 212 can be polished to 300 mesh, thereby controlling the surface roughness of the outer surface of the rotor base 21 to 0.3 μm to 0.4 μm, making it difficult for slurry to adhere to the surface of the rotor base 21.
[0100] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the cross-sectional area of the end of the mixing channel 14 away from the discharge port 13 is larger than the cross-sectional area of the end of the mixing channel 14 close to the discharge port 13 .
[0101] Specifically, the cross-section of the mixing channel 14 can be a cross-section obtained by cutting the mixing channel 14 along a plane perpendicular to the first direction. In the positive direction of the first direction, the cross-sectional area at the first end of the mixing channel 14 can be larger than the cross-sectional area at the second end of the mixing channel 14. Since the smaller the cross-sectional area of the mixing channel 14, the greater the pressure at that location in the mixing channel 14. Therefore, the pressure at the first end of the mixing channel 14 is greater than the pressure at the second end of the mixing channel 14. In other words, a pressure differential can be formed between the first and second ends of the mixing channel 14, which facilitates pressurization of the mixing channel 14 in the positive direction of the first direction and prevents material from flowing back toward the feed port.
[0102] Furthermore, by configuring the cross-sectional area of the first end of mixing channel 14 to be larger than the cross-sectional area of the second end of mixing channel 14, the material can be squeezed as it moves from the feed port to the discharge port 13, thereby reducing the air content within the material and preventing noise caused by bubble collapse. Furthermore, squeezing facilitates thorough mixing of the material, allowing blades 22 to more effectively break up aggregates during rotation.
[0103] In some specific embodiments, the portion of the chamber 11 formed in the housing 10 for accommodating the rotor 20 may be generally cylindrical. By setting the diameter of the first end of the rotor base 21 to be smaller than the diameter of the second end of the rotor base 21, the cross-sectional area of the first end of the rotor base 21 can be smaller than the cross-sectional area of the second end of the rotor base 21. The cross-sectional area of the rotor base 21 may be a cross-sectional area obtained by cutting the rotor base 21 along a plane perpendicular to the first direction.
[0104] The larger the cross-sectional area of the rotor base 21, the smaller the cross-sectional area of the mixing channel 14. Therefore, by limiting the diameters of the rotor base 21 at both ends, the cross-sectional area of the first end of the mixing channel 14 can be made larger than the cross-sectional area of the second end of the mixing channel 14.
[0105] In some optional embodiments, the first direction may be a vertically downward direction, and the first feed port 121 and the second feed port 122 are both located above the discharge port 13. The first feed port 121 may be located above the second feed port 122. The rotation axis of the rotor 20 may extend in a vertical direction. The cross-section of the mixing channel 14 may be a cross-section of the mixing channel 14.
[0106] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the cross-sectional area of the mixing channel 14 gradually decreases in the direction from the feed port to the discharge port 13 , so that the pressure in the mixing channel 14 gradually increases from the feed port to the discharge port 13 .
[0107] In other words, in the positive direction of the first direction, the cross-sectional area of the mixing channel 14 may gradually decrease, thereby gradually increasing the pressure in the mixing channel 14. For example, as shown in FIG8 , the cross-sectional area of the mixing channel 14 gradually decreases from top to bottom.
[0108] By gradually decreasing the cross-sectional area of the mixing channel 14 in the positive direction of the first direction, the space through which the material flows toward the discharge port 13 can be gradually reduced. This structure of the mixing channel 14 creates positive pressure feed, which can form a significant pressure gradient within the mixing channel 14 and effectively prevent material from flowing back toward the feed port. Furthermore, the gradually decreasing cross-sectional area of the mixing channel 14 facilitates more thorough mixing of the material within the mixing channel 14, and allows the blades 22 to more effectively break up aggregates.
[0109] In some optional embodiments, the inner wall of the housing 10 may be inclined inward in the positive direction of the first direction, so that the diameter of the mixing channel 14 gradually decreases. For example, the chamber 11 formed by the housing 10 may be generally trumpet-shaped with the opening facing downward to match the shape of the rotor base 21. This further reduces the cross-sectional area of the mixing channel 14 in the positive direction of the first direction, thereby increasing the pressure on the material as it flows toward the discharge port 13.
[0110] According to some optional embodiments of the present disclosure, the powder-liquid mixing equipment 100 also includes: a pumping impeller 30, which is accommodated in the chamber 11 and coaxially arranged at one end of the rotor 20 close to the discharge port 13. The pumping impeller 30 is rotatable around its own axis. The pumping impeller 30 includes a pumping base 31 and a plurality of blades 32. The outer surface of the pumping base 31 smoothly transitions to the outer surface of the rotor base 21. In the direction from the feed port to the discharge port 13, the diameter of the pumping base 31 gradually increases.
[0111] Specifically, a pumping impeller 30 may be provided at the bottom end of the rotor base 21. The pumping impeller 30 may be coaxially arranged with the rotor 20 and rotate synchronously with the rotor 20. When the pumping impeller 30 rotates, negative pressure may be generated to suck the material, and the material may be adsorbed toward the direction close to the discharge port 13.
[0112] The pumping impeller 30 is mainly composed of a pumping base 31 and blades 32. The pumping base 31 can be coaxially arranged with the rotor base 21 and rotate synchronously with the rotor base 21. The blades 32 can be distributed on the outer peripheral surface of the pumping base 31.
[0113] The outer surface of the pumping base 31 and the outer surface of the rotor base 21 can be smoothly transitioned to conform to the flow characteristics of the fluid and improve the smoothness of the material flow.
[0114] The outer contour 24 of the pumping base 31 may be streamlined, so that the outer surface of the impeller base fits the flow characteristic curve of the fluid, allowing the slurry to flow more smoothly between the pumping impeller 30 and the inner wall of the housing 10 .
[0115] In the positive direction of the first direction, the diameter of the pumping base 31 can be gradually increased so that when the material flows from the upper side of the pumping base 31 to the lower side of the pumping base 31, the pressure on the material can be gradually increased, which is conducive to the downward flow of the material.
[0116] According to some other embodiments of the present disclosure, the outer surface of the pumping base 31 is formed as an inwardly concave arc surface 311 .
[0117] The outer surface of the pumping base 31 can be the outer circumferential surface of the pumping base 31. The outer surface of the pumping base 31 can be an arc-shaped surface 311. As shown in Figure 6, the waistline of the cross section obtained by cutting the pumping base 31 along any plane where the axis 23 of the rotor 20 is located can be composed of multiple arcs, and the multiple arcs are tangent to each other in sequence. The radii of the multiple arcs can be R1, R2, and R3 respectively. Each arc can be concave toward the inner side of the pumping base 31. The cross section of the pumping base 31 can be trumpet-shaped, and the opening of the trumpet can be toward the lower side of the pumping base 31.
[0118] In some other disclosed embodiments, the powder-liquid mixing equipment 100 may further include a driving member 40 and a transmission mechanism 50, the driving member 40 is connected to the transmission mechanism 50, the transmission mechanism 50 is connected to the rotor 20 and the pumping impeller 30, and the driving member 40 drives the rotor 20 and the pumping impeller 30 to rotate through the transmission mechanism 50.
[0119] According to some specific embodiments of the present disclosure, the powder-liquid mixing device 100 is a slurry mixer. The slurry mixer can mix powdered materials with liquid materials to form a slurry. Optionally, the slurry mixer can be used to mix raw materials required for the production of power batteries.
[0120] The embodiment of the present disclosure also provides a pulping system, which includes a powder-liquid mixing device 100 according to any of the above embodiments. Among them, the pulping system can be used to prepare powder-liquid mixed slurry. Since the powder-liquid mixing device 100 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure has the above technical effects, the pulping system according to the embodiment of the present disclosure also has corresponding technical effects, that is, it is conducive to guiding the material to flow toward the discharge port 13, and at the same time, it can realize pressurization in the direction from the feed port to the discharge port 13 to prevent the material from returning. In addition, the air content inside the material can be reduced in the process of the material flowing from the feed port to the discharge port 13 to avoid causing noise, and the blades 22 have a better effect of breaking up the agglomerates during the rotation process, which is conducive to the full mixing of the material.
