Abstract
Description
Panel-shaped member installation structure
[0001] The present invention relates to an installation structure for a panel-like member.
[0002] Panel-shaped components such as photovoltaic conversion modules are known that are installed on the roofs of buildings, etc. Such panel-shaped components are fixed to an installation portion using appropriate fasteners depending on the type and shape of the roof on which they are installed.
[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a method for installing a panel-shaped member (solar cell module) using a fixture attached to a ridge-like protrusion like a roof seam. The fixture has a support member that supports the panel-shaped member. The support member has a clamping portion that clamps the protrusion formed on the installation portion.
[0004] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2021-059879
[0005] The support members described in Patent Document 1 extend over the entire length of the panel-like member. Therefore, the weight of the support members for installing the panel-like member may be large. On the other hand, if some or all of the support members are omitted in order to reduce the weight of the entire installation structure for the panel-like member, the strength of the installed panel-like member may be reduced.
[0006] Therefore, there is a demand for an installation structure for a panel-shaped member that can maintain the strength of the panel-shaped member while reducing the weight of the support member.
[0007] The panel-shaped member installation structure according to one aspect includes a panel-shaped member and a support member that straddles adjacent protrusions formed on an installation section, wherein at least one end of the panel-shaped member is positioned on a portion of the support member that straddles the adjacent protrusions.

[0009] Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings, the same or similar parts are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. However, it should be noted that the drawings are schematic and the ratios of the dimensions may differ from those of the actual parts.
[0010] [First embodiment] Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of an installation structure for a panel-like member in a first embodiment. Fig. 2 is a schematic plan view of the panel-like member in the first embodiment. Fig. 3 is a schematic perspective view of a support member and an installation section in the first embodiment. Fig. 4 is a partial side view of the installation structure for a panel-like member as seen from direction 4A in Fig. 1.
[0011] The installation structure for a panel-like member includes a panel-like member 10 and a support member 20. The panel-like member 10 may be installed on an outdoor installation portion 50 such as the roof of a building. One or two support members 20 may be provided corresponding to one or both ends 11 of the panel-like member 10. In FIG. 1 , two support members 20 are provided corresponding to both ends of the panel-like member 10.
[0012] The installation portion 50 has a plurality of protrusions 52 extending in the vertical direction, and the plurality of protrusions 52 are arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction. An example of such an installation portion 50 is a folded-plate roof.
[0013] In this specification, the vertical direction is defined as the direction in which the protrusions 52 extend (the X direction in the figure). The horizontal direction is defined as the direction in which the multiple protrusions 52 are arranged (the Y direction in the figure). The vertical direction intersects with the horizontal direction. The Z direction in the figure is a direction that intersects with both the vertical and horizontal directions, and is sometimes referred to as the height direction.
[0014] The panel-shaped member 10 may be, for example, a photovoltaic conversion module that converts light energy into electrical energy and vice versa. The photovoltaic conversion module may be, for example, a solar cell module that converts sunlight into electrical energy.
[0015] The photoelectric conversion module may have any structure. The photoelectric conversion module in the example shown in Fig. 2 includes a plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 12 and a substrate 14. The substrate 14 may have a flat plate or sheet shape.
[0016] The plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 12 are arranged on the substrate 14. The plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 12 are preferably arranged in a lattice pattern. The plurality of photoelectric conversion elements 12 may be electrically connected to each other in series and / or parallel.
[0017] The support member 20 straddles the space between adjacent protrusions 52 formed on the installation portion 50 in the horizontal direction (see particularly FIG. 3 ). The support member 20 may extend across only two protrusions 52 in the horizontal direction. In this case, the size of the support member 20 can be made as small as possible.
[0018] The support member 20 may be longer than half the length of the panel-like member 10 in the vertical direction. Preferably, the support member 20 is longer than two-thirds the length of the panel-like member 10 in the vertical direction. More preferably, the support member 20 is longer than the length of the panel-like member 10 in the vertical direction.
[0019] In the first embodiment, the support member 20 has a flat shape between adjacent convex portions 52. At least one, preferably both, end portions 22 of the support member 20 in the lateral direction may be bent along the side surface 52 a of the convex portion 52 of the installation portion 50 (see FIG. 4 ). In the first embodiment, both end portions 22 of the support member 20 in the lateral direction abut against the side surface 52 a of the convex portion 52.
[0020] The support member 20 may be directly fixed to the protrusion 52 of the installation portion 50 by adhesive. The adhesive portion between the support member 20 and the protrusion 52 may be at least one of the side surface 52 a of the protrusion 52 and the top of the protrusion 52, and preferably both. In the first embodiment, both ends 22 of the support member 20 in the lateral direction abut against the side surface 52 a of the protrusion 52, making it easy to adhesively attach the support member 20 to the side surface 52 a of the protrusion 52. Furthermore, because adhesive fixing can be performed without drilling holes in the installation portion 50, the waterproofness of the installation portion 50 can be maintained.
[0021] The panel-like member 10 extends laterally across the plurality of protruding portions 52 of the installation section 50. The panel-like member 10 may be directly fixed to the protruding portions 52 of the installation section 50 by adhesive. Specifically, the back surface (base material 14) of the panel-like member 10 may be adhered to the protruding portions 52 that are not covered by the support member 20. In this case, the panel-like member 10 is not installed on the installation section 50 via a heavy base, and therefore can be installed on an installation section 50 with relatively low durability.
[0022] At least one, and preferably both, end portions 11 of the panel-like member 10 are located on a portion of the support member 20 that straddles the space between adjacent protrusions 52 (see FIGS. 1 and 4). Specifically, the edge of the end portion 11 of the panel-like member 10 in the horizontal direction is located in the recess of the installation portion 50 when viewed from the height direction. If the support member 20 were not provided, the end portion 11 of the panel-like member 10 would be floating above the installation portion 50, which could reduce the strength of the panel-like member 10 near its end portion.
[0023] In the first embodiment, at least one end 11, preferably both end portions 11, of the panel-like member 10 are located on a portion of the support member 20 that straddles the space between adjacent protrusions 52. This makes it possible to prevent a decrease in strength near the end portions of the panel-like member 10. It is sufficient that the support member 20 is provided only at the location where the end portions 11 of the panel-like member 10 are located in the lateral direction.
[0024] Furthermore, the panel-like member 10 is directly supported by the support members 20 that straddle the spaces between the adjacent protrusions 52 of the installation section 50. Therefore, no large members are required to install the panel-like member 10, and an excessive increase in the weight of the entire installation structure can be suppressed.
[0025] It is preferable that at least one, and preferably both, end portions 11 of the panel-like member 10 are fixed to the support member 20 by adhesive. In this case, an additional large member for connecting the panel-like member 10 and the support member 20 is not required, and therefore an excessive increase in the weight of the entire installation structure can be suppressed.
[0026] [Second embodiment] Next, an installation structure for a panel-like member according to a second embodiment will be described. Fig. 5 is a partial side view of the installation structure for a panel-like member according to the second embodiment. Fig. 5 shows the structure in the vicinity of the area where one support member 20 is installed.
[0027] It should be noted that in the second embodiment, components that are the same as or similar to those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and that the description of components that are the same as or similar to those in the first embodiment may be omitted.
[0028] In the second embodiment, a plurality of panel-like members 10 are provided adjacent to one another in the horizontal direction. As in the first embodiment, the support member 20 straddles the space between adjacent protrusions 52 formed on the installation section 50. The ends 11 of two laterally adjacent panel-like members 10 are located on one support member 20. As a result, the ends of adjacent panel-like members 10 are fixed by the support member 20, which can prevent a decrease in strength near the ends 11 of the panel-like members 10.
[0029] Furthermore, since the end portions 11 of the panel-like members 10 can be positioned at any position in the horizontal direction, it is possible to narrow the gap between adjacent panel-like members 10 in the horizontal direction. Therefore, multiple panel-like members 10 can be densely arranged.
[0030] [Third embodiment] Next, a panel-like member installation structure according to a third embodiment will be described. Fig. 6 is a partial side view of the panel-like member installation structure according to the third embodiment. Fig. 6 shows the structure in the vicinity of the area where one support member 20 is installed.
[0031] It should be noted that in the third embodiment, components that are the same as or similar to those in the first and second embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and that descriptions of components that are the same as or similar to those in the first and second embodiments may be omitted.
[0032] The support member 20 according to the third embodiment has a wave-like shape between adjacent convex portions 52. The pitch P2 of the waves of the support member 20 in the lateral direction is smaller than the pitch P1 of the convex portions 52 of the installation portion 50 in the lateral direction.
[0033] At least one, preferably both, end portions 22 of the support member 20 in the lateral direction may be bent along the side surface 52 a of the protrusion 52 of the installation portion 50. In the third embodiment, the end portion 22 of the support member 20 abuts against the side surface 52 a of the protrusion 52.
[0034] The support member 20 may be directly fixed to the protrusion 52 of the installation portion 50 by adhesion. The adhesive portion between the support member 20 and the protrusion 52 may be at least one of the side surface 52 a of the protrusion 52 and the top of the protrusion 52, and preferably both.
[0035] At least one, and preferably both, end portions 11 of the panel-like member 10 are preferably fixed to the support member 20 by adhesive. More specifically, the back surface of the end portion 11 of the panel-like member 10 may be fixed to the top of the corrugated support member 20 by adhesive. In this case, a gap S extending in the vertical direction is formed between the panel-like member 10 and the support member 20. The gap S can function as a passage for liquids such as rainwater to flow out. The gap S can also function as a passage for dissipating heat from the panel-like member 10.
[0036] [Fourth embodiment] Next, an installation structure for a panel-like member according to a fourth embodiment will be described. Fig. 7 is a partial side view of the installation structure for a panel-like member according to the fourth embodiment. It should be noted that in the fourth embodiment, components that are the same as or similar to those in the previously described embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals. It should also be noted that descriptions of components that are the same as or similar to those in the previously described embodiments may be omitted.
[0037] In the fourth embodiment, the shape of the support member 20 is different from that in the first embodiment. The support member 20 according to the fourth embodiment has a flat shape from one end to the other in the lateral direction. That is, the support member 20 is not bent along the convex portion 52 of the installation portion 50. In the fourth embodiment, the support member 20 may be fixed to the top of the convex portion 52 of the installation portion 50 by adhesive.
[0038] Fifth Embodiment Next, a panel-like member installation structure according to a fifth embodiment will be described. Fig. 8 is a partial side view of the panel-like member installation structure according to the fifth embodiment. It should be noted that in the fifth embodiment, components that are the same as or similar to those in the previously described embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals. It should also be noted that descriptions of components that are the same as or similar to those in the previously described embodiments may be omitted.
[0039] In the fifth embodiment, the shape of the support member 20 is different from that in the first embodiment. The support member 20 according to the fifth embodiment has a wave-like shape from one end to the other in the horizontal direction. The support member 20 is not bent along the convex portion 52 of the installation portion 50. In the fifth embodiment, the support member 20 may be fixed to the top of the convex portion 52 of the installation portion 50 by adhesive.
[0040] The support member 20 according to the fifth embodiment has a wave-like shape between adjacent convex portions 52. The pitch P2 of the waves of the support member 20 in the lateral direction is smaller than the pitch P1 of the convex portions 52 of the installation portion 50 in the lateral direction.
[0041] In the fifth embodiment, similarly to the third embodiment, a gap S extending in the vertical direction is formed between the panel-like member 10 and the support member 20. The gap S can function as a passage through which liquid such as rainwater can flow out. The gap S can also function as a passage for dissipating heat from the panel-like member 10.
[0042] Sixth Embodiment Next, an installation structure for a panel-like member according to a sixth embodiment will be described. Fig. 9 is a partial side view of the installation structure for a panel-like member according to the sixth embodiment. Fig. 10 is an enlarged view of region 10R in Fig. 9. It should be noted that in the sixth embodiment, components that are the same as or similar to those in the previously described embodiments are designated by the same reference numerals. It should also be noted that descriptions of components that are the same as or similar to those in the previously described embodiments may be omitted.
[0043] In the sixth embodiment, the shape of the support member 20 is substantially the same as that in the first embodiment. The end portion 22 of the support member 20 in the lateral direction may be bent along the side surface 52 a of the convex portion 52 of the installation portion 50. In the sixth embodiment, the support member 20 is fixed to the convex portion 52 of the installation portion 50 by a fixing member 60. More specifically, the fixing member 60 fixes the end portion 22 of the support member 20 in the lateral direction to the side surface 52 a of the convex portion 52. The fixing member 60 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a screw, a nail, a bolt, or the like. In the sixth embodiment, since the support member 20 and the convex portion 52 of the installation portion 50 are fixed to each other by the fixing member 60, the support member 20 can be more firmly fixed to the installation portion 50.
[0044] In the sixth embodiment, the support member 20 has a flat shape between adjacent convex portions 52. Alternatively, the support member 20 may have a wavy shape between adjacent convex portions 52. Even in this case, the support member 20 may be fixed to the convex portions 52 of the installation portion 50 by the fixing member 60, as described above.
[0045] [Seventh embodiment] Next, an installation structure for a panel-like member according to a seventh embodiment will be described. Fig. 11 is a partial side view of the installation structure for a panel-like member according to the seventh embodiment. Fig. 12 is an enlarged view of an area 12R in Fig. 11. Note that, for convenience of explanation, the panel-like member 10 is not shown in Fig. 11.
[0046] It should be noted that in the seventh embodiment, the same or similar components as those in the previously described embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and that the description of the same or similar components as those in the previously described embodiments may be omitted.
[0047] In the seventh embodiment, the installation portion 50 has a protruding portion 54 protruding from the convex portion 52. The protruding portion 54 may be, for example, a grooved joint portion that connects the roof materials that make up the installation portion 50 together, or a joining member that joins the roof materials together.
[0048] In the seventh embodiment, the support member 20 has a flat shape between adjacent convex portions 52. In the seventh embodiment, at least one, preferably both, end portions 22 of the support member 20 in the lateral direction may have a fitting portion 22a that can fit onto the protrusion 54 of the installation portion 50. The fitting portion 22a can be formed, for example, by a curved or bent portion of the support member 20 that can receive the protrusion 54 of the installation portion 50.
[0049] In the seventh embodiment, the support member 20 can be easily installed by fitting it into the protrusion 54 of the installation part 50. Furthermore, since no fixing member that penetrates the installation part 50 is required to install the support member 20, the waterproofness of the installation part 50 can be well maintained.
[0050] Eighth Embodiment Next, an installation structure for a panel-like member according to an eighth embodiment will be described. Fig. 13 is a partial side view of the installation structure for a panel-like member according to the eighth embodiment. Fig. 14 is an enlarged view of an area 14R in Fig. 13. Note that, for convenience of explanation, the panel-like member 10 is not shown in Fig. 13.
[0051] It should be noted that in the eighth embodiment, the same or similar components as those in the previously described embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and that the description of the same or similar components as those in the previously described embodiments may be omitted.
[0052] In the eighth embodiment, the support member 20 has a wavy shape between adjacent convex portions 52. In the eighth embodiment, at least one, preferably both, end portions 22 of the support member 20 in the lateral direction may have a fitting portion 22a that can fit onto the protrusion 54 of the installation portion 50. The fitting portion 22a can be formed, for example, by a curved or bent portion of the support member 20 that can receive the protrusion 54 of the installation portion 50.
[0053] In the eighth embodiment, the support member 20 can be easily installed by fitting it into the protrusion 54 of the installation part 50. Furthermore, since no fixing member that penetrates the installation part 50 is required to install the support member 20, the waterproofness of the installation part 50 can be well maintained.
[0054] [Ninth embodiment] Next, an installation structure for a panel-like member according to a ninth embodiment will be described. Fig. 15 is a partial side view of the installation structure for a panel-like member in the ninth embodiment. Fig. 16 is a schematic perspective view of a support member and an installation section in the ninth embodiment. Fig. 17 is a perspective view showing a first plate member and an installation section constituting the support member in the ninth embodiment. Fig. 16 shows a state in which the panel-like member 10 has been removed from the installation structure for a panel-like member. Fig. 17 shows a state in which the panel-like member 10 and a second plate member (described below) of the support member have been removed from the installation structure for a panel-like member.
[0055] It should be noted that in the ninth embodiment, the same or similar components as those in the previously described embodiments are denoted by the same reference numerals, and that the description of the same or similar components as those in the previously described embodiments may be omitted.
[0056] The support member 20 according to the ninth embodiment includes a first plate member 26 and a second plate member 28. The first plate member 26 and the second plate member 28 are stacked on top of each other. The first plate member 26 and the second plate member 28 straddle, in the lateral direction, between adjacent protrusions 52 formed on the installation portion 50. The first plate member 26 and the second plate member 28 may extend across only two protrusions 52 in the lateral direction.
[0057] The first plate member 26 has a flat shape between adjacent protrusions 52. At least one, preferably both, end portions 26a of the first plate member 26 in the lateral direction may be bent along the side surfaces 52a of the protrusions 52 of the installation portion 50. Both end portions 26a of the first plate member 26 in the lateral direction are fixed to the side surfaces 52a of the protrusions 52 by adhesive. Alternatively, both end portions 26a of the first plate member 26 in the lateral direction may be fixed to the side surfaces 52a of the protrusions 52 by fixing members (not shown). Because the end portions 26a of the first plate member 26 are bent along the side surfaces 52a of the protrusions 52 of the installation portion 50, it is easy to firmly fix the first plate member 26 and the side surfaces 52a of the protrusions 52 to each other.
[0058] The second plate member 28 has a wavy shape between adjacent convex portions 52. The second plate member 28 may have a wavy shape from one end to the other end in the lateral direction. The second plate member 28 may be fixed to the first plate member 26 by adhesive and / or a fixing member.
[0059] 15, a fixing member 70 fixes the first plate member 26 and the second plate member 28 to each other. The fixing member 70 may be disposed in the gap between laterally adjacent panel-like members 10. Alternatively or in addition to this, the first plate member 26 and the second plate member 28 may be bonded to each other at the portions where they abut.
[0060] Because the second plate member 28 has a wave-like shape, a gap S extending along the vertical direction is formed between the panel-like member 10 and the support member 20 (second plate member 28). A gap S extending along the vertical direction is also formed between the first plate member 26 and the second plate member 28. These gaps S can function as a passage for liquids such as rainwater, or as a passage for heat dissipation.
[0061] The second plate member 28 may be longer than half the length of the panel-like member 10 in the vertical direction. Preferably, the second plate member 28 is longer than two-thirds the length of the panel-like member 10 in the vertical direction. More preferably, the second plate member 28 is longer than the length of the panel-like member 10 in the vertical direction.
[0062] The first plate member 26 may be shorter in the vertical direction than the length of the panel-like member 10 and / or the length of the second plate member 28. In the illustrated embodiment, the first plate member 26 is sufficiently shorter than the length of the panel-like member 10 and the length of the second plate member 28. Furthermore, a plurality of first plate members 26 are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction. The second plate member 28 is arranged across the plurality of first plate members 26.
