[0085] For example, the first assignment confirmation interface (230) may display at least a portion of delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set. In one embodiment, the processor (121) of the delivery worker terminal (120) may provide reward information paid upon completion of delivery for the second delivery task set and delivery distance information for the second delivery task set. For example, the first assignment confirmation interface (230) may display one or more of reward information (231) paid to the delivery worker upon completion of the second delivery task set, pickup location information (232) for the second delivery task set, and delivery distance information (233) for the second delivery task set. This has the advantage of helping the user or the delivery worker assign the second delivery task set to the delivery worker by referring to the reward information paid upon completion of delivery for the second delivery task set and the delivery distance information for the second delivery task set.
[0086] The delivery distance information (233) may refer to a straight-line distance or path distance from the location of the pickup location for the second delivery task set to the location of the delivery location for the second delivery task set. Alternatively, the delivery distance information (233) may refer to a straight-line distance or path distance from the location of the delivery location for the first delivery task set to the location of the delivery location for the second delivery task set via the location of the pickup location for the second delivery task set. The path distance may refer to the distance of the shortest path formed along the road.
[0087] Also, for example, the first assignment confirmation interface (230) may include an assignment acceptance button (235) for assigning a second delivery task to a delivery person. A second delivery task set may be assigned to the delivery person in response to a user input touching the assignment acceptance button (235). Specifically, when the processor (121) of the delivery person terminal (120) confirms a first user input touching the assignment acceptance button (235) on the first assignment confirmation interface (230), the processor (121) of the delivery person terminal (120) may transmit information about the first user input to the server device (110), and the processor (111) of the server device (110) may assign the second delivery task set to the delivery person in response to the first user input. That is, the processor (111) of the server device (110) can assign the second delivery task set to the delivery person based on the response of the delivery person terminal (120) to the delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set.
[0088] In one embodiment, the first assignment confirmation interface (230) may be displayed only for a first period of time, and when the first period of time expires, the first assignment confirmation interface (230) may be hidden. When the first assignment confirmation interface (230) is hidden, the assignment acceptance button (235) is also hidden, so that the user may not be able to touch the assignment acceptance button (235). The first period of time may be a period corresponding to several seconds, several tens of seconds, or several minutes from the time of the first display of the first assignment confirmation interface (230), but preferably, the first period of time may be a period corresponding to 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 15 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds, 40 seconds, 50 seconds, or 60 seconds from the time of the first display of the first assignment confirmation interface (230), and more preferably, the first period of time may be a period corresponding to 30 seconds or 40 seconds from the time of the first display of the first assignment confirmation interface (230). In this way, limiting the display period of the first assignment confirmation interface (230) has the advantage of facilitating the assignment of delivery tasks. Furthermore, limiting the display period of the first assignment confirmation interface (230) reduces the time that the delivery person has to look at the first delivery task interface (200), thereby securing time for the delivery person to look ahead while driving, thereby enabling the delivery person to perform the delivery task safely.
[0089] In one embodiment, the processor (121) of the delivery terminal (120) may provide information regarding the remaining time until the first time elapses. For example, the first assignment confirmation interface (230) may display a number in seconds regarding the remaining time until the first time elapses.
[0090] For another example, the first assignment confirmation interface (230) may include a first background area (230a) and a second background area (230b) demarcated by a boundary (230c). In this case, the size of the first assignment confirmation interface (230) may correspond to the first time, the size of the first background area (230a) may correspond to the period from the start time of the first time to the current time, and the size of the second background area (230b) may correspond to the remaining period from the current time to the expiration time of the first time. For example, in FIG. 2, the boundary (230c) may move to the right over time, so that the first background area (230a) may gradually expand, and the second background area (230b) may gradually contract. This has the advantage of intuitively providing the user or delivery person with information on the remaining time until the expiration of the first time, thereby helping the user or delivery person understand.
[0091] If a second delivery task set is assigned to a delivery person even though there is a relatively large amount of remaining time until the estimated time of arrival for the first delivery task set, a problem may arise where even a slight delay in delivery for the first delivery task set may result in a delay in delivery for the second delivery task set. To prevent this problem, in one embodiment, the processor (111) of the server device (110) may assign the second delivery task set based on the remaining time until the estimated time of arrival for the first delivery task set. Specifically, if the remaining time until the estimated time of arrival for the first delivery task set is within a preset time, the processor (111) of the server device (110) may provide delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set to the delivery person terminal (120). For example, if the remaining time until the expected arrival time for the first delivery task set is less than 8 minutes, the first assignment confirmation interface (230) for the second delivery task set may be displayed on the delivery worker terminal (120), and the second delivery task set may be assigned to the delivery worker in response to the input of the user or the delivery worker.
[0092] In one embodiment, the first delivery work interface (200) may include a guidance area (240). The guidance area (240) may include guidance information such as instructing the delivery person to pay attention to the first assignment confirmation interface (230) or the first delivery work interface (200) after stopping the delivery vehicle driven by the delivery person. The guidance area (240) has the advantage of preventing traffic accidents involving the delivery vehicle and ensuring the safety of the delivery person by guiding the delivery person not to check the first assignment confirmation interface (230) or the first delivery work interface (200) while the delivery vehicle is moving.
[0093] In one embodiment, the processor (111) of the server device (110) can identify a second delivery task set from among at least one delivery task set having a pickup location within a preset distance from the delivery location for the first delivery task set. That is, the distance from the delivery location for the first delivery task set to the pickup location for the second delivery task set may be within the preset distance. For example, the preset distance may be several kilometers, preferably 2 kilometers. This has the advantage of preventing the problem of the second delivery task set being assigned to a delivery person at an excessively long distance, thereby delaying delivery for the second delivery task set.
[0094] In one embodiment, the processor (111) of the server device (110) may identify, as a second delivery task set, a delivery task set having a pickup location that is the shortest distance from the delivery location for the first delivery task set among a plurality of delivery task sets having a pickup location within a preset distance from the delivery location for the first delivery task set.
[0095] In one embodiment, the preset distance may be set based on the remaining time until the expected arrival time for the first set of delivery tasks. Specifically, the preset distance may increase as the remaining time until the expected arrival time for the first set of delivery tasks decreases. For example, if the remaining time is 0 minutes or more and 2 minutes or less, the preset distance may be 2 km, if the remaining time is 2 minutes or more and 4 minutes or less, the preset distance may be 1.5 km, if the remaining time is 4 minutes or more and 6 minutes or less, the preset distance may be 1 km, and if the remaining time is 6 minutes or more and 8 minutes or less, the preset distance may be 0.5 km. Alternatively, for example, the preset distance and the remaining time may follow the relationship: (preset distance (km)) = -a*(remaining time (minutes)) + c (for example, a may be 0.25, and c may be a constant greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to 2.5, but is not limited thereto).
[0096] FIG. 3 illustrates an embodiment of a first assignment confirmation interface (300) related to a method for providing delivery task information according to the present disclosure. FIG. 3 illustrates an embodiment in which a second delivery task set includes a first delivery task and a second delivery task. The first assignment confirmation interface (300) may display delivery task information related to the second delivery task set. The first assignment confirmation interface (230) illustrated in FIG. 2 and the first assignment confirmation interface (300) illustrated in FIG. 3 may be distinguished from each other. In one embodiment, the first assignment confirmation interface (300) illustrated in FIG. 3 may be displayed instead of the first assignment confirmation interface (230) illustrated in FIG. 2. Furthermore, in one embodiment, the first assignment confirmation interface (300) illustrated in FIG. 3 may be displayed in response to a delivery person or user input touching the first assignment confirmation interface (230) illustrated in FIG. 2. The first assignment confirmation interface (300) shown in FIG. 3 may include a larger area than the first assignment confirmation interface (230) shown in FIG. 2, and the first assignment confirmation interface (300) may provide more information than the information shown in the first assignment confirmation interface (230). This has the advantage of providing delivery work information regarding the second delivery task set in stages, so that the user or delivery person can view detailed information regarding the delivery work information regarding the second delivery task set only when necessary. That is, since the first assignment confirmation interface (230) shown in FIG. 2 occupies a relatively smaller area than the first assignment confirmation interface (300) shown in FIG. 3, the provision of delivery work information regarding the first delivery task set through the first delivery task interface (200) shown in FIG. 2 is less disrupted, and the provision and assignment of delivery work information regarding the second delivery task set can be performed through the first assignment confirmation interface (230).Additionally, the user or delivery person can receive more detailed delivery work information regarding the second delivery work set by touching the first assignment confirmation interface (230) and checking the first assignment confirmation interface (300) shown in FIG. 3, and can be helped in deciding whether to be assigned the second delivery work set.
[0097] For example, the first assignment confirmation interface (300) may include a map area (310). The map area (310) may display at least a portion of delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set. For example, the map area (310) may display one or more of the following: the current location of the delivery person (311), the location of the delivery target pickup location (313, 314), the location of the delivery location (315, 316), and a delivery route (318, 319) connecting at least two of the above locations.
[0098] In one embodiment, the processor (121) of the delivery agent terminal (120) may provide a second delivery route (319) for the second set of delivery tasks, which extends from the first delivery route (318) for the first set of delivery tasks. This has the advantage that the user or delivery agent can accurately determine the route that must be taken to complete the second set of delivery tasks after completing the first set of delivery tasks. Furthermore, in one embodiment, the second set of delivery tasks includes the first delivery task and the second delivery task, and the processor (121) of the delivery agent terminal (120) may provide a route that connects the first pickup location (313) for the first delivery task, the second pickup location (314) for the second delivery task, the first delivery location (315) for the first delivery task, and the second delivery location (316) for the second delivery task. This allows delivery workers to be assigned two or more delivery tasks at once, picking up all the delivery targets for each of the two or more tasks before completing each delivery. This allows delivery workers to save time and effort by completing one delivery task before completing the next.
[0099] The first delivery route (318) shown in FIG. 3 corresponds to a route from the current location (311) to a delivery location (312) for the first delivery task set. The first delivery route (318) may also be indicated to pass through a pickup location for the first delivery task set. In addition, the second delivery route (319) shown in FIG. 3 corresponds to a route from a delivery location (312) for the first delivery task set to a second delivery location (316) via a first pickup location (313), a second pickup location (314), and a first delivery location (315) for the second delivery task set. Here, the first pickup location (313) and the first delivery location (315) may be for the first delivery task included in the second delivery task set. In addition, the second pickup location (314) and the second delivery location (316) may be for the second delivery task included in the second delivery task set. The second delivery path (319) shown in FIG. 3 is illustrated as visiting the first pickup location (313), the second pickup location (314), the first delivery location (315), and the second delivery location (316) in that order. However, the visiting order of the first pickup location (313), the second pickup location (314), the first delivery location (315), and the second delivery location (316) is not limited thereto. That is, it is sufficient for the second delivery path (319) to be configured so that each delivery location on the second delivery path (319) is visited before each pickup location corresponding to each delivery location.
[0100] In one embodiment, the first assignment confirmation interface (300) may include one or more of pickup location information (301) for the second delivery task set, reward information (302) paid upon completion of delivery of the second delivery task set, and delivery distance information (303) for the second delivery task set.
[0101] The delivery distance information (303) may refer to a straight-line distance or path distance from the location of the pickup location for the second delivery task set to the location of the delivery location for the second delivery task set. Alternatively, the delivery distance information (303) may refer to a straight-line distance or path distance from the location of the delivery location for the first delivery task set to the location of the delivery location for the second delivery task set via the location of the pickup location for the second delivery task set. The path distance may refer to the distance of the shortest path formed along the road.
[0102] In one embodiment, the first assignment confirmation interface (300) may include additional payment information (304) and a button (305) included in the compensation for the second delivery task set. In response to a user input of touching the button (305), a separate interface may be displayed that displays detailed amounts for the additional payment information (304).
[0103] In one embodiment, the processor (121) of the delivery terminal (120) may provide mission progress information regarding the delivery worker's delivery work and reward information paid upon completion of the mission. For example, the first assignment confirmation interface (300) may include a mission display area (320). The mission display area (320) may display at least one of information (322) regarding the remaining number of delivery tasks that the delivery worker must complete to complete the mission and information (323) regarding the period during which the mission can be performed. In addition, the mission display area (320) may provide the progress of the mission in the form of a mission progress bar (321). That is, the mission progress bar (321) may be colored in accordance with the ratio of the number of delivery tasks already completed to the total number of delivery tasks that the delivery worker must complete to complete the mission. This has the advantage of encouraging the user or delivery worker to be assigned to a second set of delivery tasks in order to obtain a reward for completing the mission.
[0104] In one embodiment, the first assignment confirmation interface (300) may be displayed only for a first hour or less, and may be hidden when the first hour or less expires. The first hour is the same as the first hour for the first assignment confirmation interface (230) described with reference to FIG. 2.
[0105] In one embodiment, the sum of the display times of the first assignment confirmation interface (230) shown in FIG. 2 and the first assignment confirmation interface (300) shown in FIG. 3 may be limited to the first time.
[0106] In addition, in one embodiment, the display time of the first assignment confirmation interface (230) shown in FIG. 2 may be limited to a period shorter by a preset time than the first time. For example, if the first time is a period corresponding to 40 seconds from the time of the first assignment confirmation interface (230) being first displayed, the display time of the first assignment confirmation interface (230) may be a period corresponding to 30 seconds from the time of the first assignment confirmation interface (230) being first displayed. This has the advantage of securing the display time of the first assignment confirmation interface (300) so that the first assignment confirmation interface (300) can be displayed for at least 40-30=10 seconds by inducing the user or delivery person to touch the first assignment confirmation interface (230) within 30 seconds.
[0107] In one embodiment, the first assignment confirmation interface (300) may include a progress bar (330) corresponding to a first time. The length of the first portion (330a) of the progress bar (330) may correspond to the size of the first background area (230a) shown in FIG. 2, and the length of the second portion (330b) may correspond to the size of the second background area (230b) shown in FIG. 2.
[0108] In one embodiment, when the first time has elapsed, the processor (111) of the server device (110) may provide delivery task information regarding a third delivery task set including at least one delivery task. The delivery task information regarding the third delivery task set may be provided in a manner identical to or similar to the method of providing delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set described in FIGS. 2 and 3 .
[0109] In one embodiment, the first assignment confirmation interface (300) may include an assignment acceptance button (306) for assigning a second delivery task set to the delivery person. The processor (111) of the server device (110) may assign the second delivery task set to the delivery person in response to a user input touching the assignment acceptance button (306). Specifically, when the processor (121) of the delivery person terminal (120) confirms a first user input touching the assignment acceptance button (306) on the first assignment confirmation interface (300), the processor (121) of the delivery person terminal (120) may transmit information regarding the first user input to the server device (110), and the processor (111) of the server device (110) may assign the second delivery task set to the delivery person in response to the first user input. That is, the processor (111) of the server device (110) can assign the second delivery task set to the delivery person based on the response of the delivery person terminal (120) to the delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set.
[0110] In one embodiment, the processor (111) of the server device (110) may provide delivery task information regarding a third delivery task set including at least one delivery task in response to a second user input within a first time period. Specifically, when the processor (121) of the delivery person terminal (120) confirms a second user input of touching an assignment rejection button (307), the processor (121) of the delivery person terminal (120) may transmit information regarding the second user input to the server device (110), and the processor (111) of the server device (110) may provide delivery task information regarding the third delivery task set to the delivery person terminal (120) in response to the second user input. For example, the first assignment confirmation interface (300) may include an assignment rejection button (307) for rejecting assignment of the second delivery task set to the delivery person. The processor (111) of the server device (110) may not assign the second delivery task set to the delivery person in response to a user input touching the assignment rejection button (307). Thereafter, the processor (111) of the server device (110) may provide delivery task information regarding the third delivery task set. The delivery task information regarding the third delivery task set may be provided in a method identical to or similar to the method of providing delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set described in FIGS. 2 and 3.
[0111] FIG. 4 illustrates an embodiment of a first delivery service interface (400) and a second delivery service interface (430) related to a delivery service information provision method according to the present disclosure. The first delivery service interface (400) may correspond to the first delivery service interface (200) illustrated in FIG. 2.
[0112] The first delivery task interface (400) may include a map area (410). The map area (410) may correspond to the map area (210) illustrated in FIG. 2. At least a portion of delivery task information regarding the first delivery task set may be displayed on the map area (410). For example, the map area (410) may display one or more of a delivery person's current location (411), a location of a delivery target pickup location (not shown) for the first delivery task set, a location of the delivery location (412), and a delivery route (418) connecting the locations. In addition, the map area (410) may display one or more of a delivery target pickup location (413), a location of the delivery location (not shown), and a delivery route (419) connecting the locations for the second delivery task set.
[0113] In one embodiment, the processor (121) of the delivery terminal (120) may provide a second delivery task interface (430) for the second delivery task set based on a delivery person's input to the first assignment confirmation interface (230, 300). The first delivery task interface (400) may include the second delivery task interface (430). The second delivery task interface (430) may be displayed in response to a user input of touching the assignment acceptance button (235) shown in FIG. 2 or the assignment acceptance button (306) shown in FIG. 3.
[0114] The second delivery task interface (430) may display a portion of delivery task information related to the second delivery task set. For example, the second delivery task interface (430) may display pickup location information (431) for the second delivery task set. Additionally, the second delivery task interface (430) may also include a button (432).
[0115] FIG. 5 illustrates an embodiment of a second delivery work interface (500) related to a method for providing delivery work information according to the present disclosure. The second delivery work interface (500) illustrated in FIG. 5 may be distinguished from the second delivery work interface (430) illustrated in FIG. 4. For example, the second delivery work interface (500) may be displayed in response to a user input touching the button (432) illustrated in FIG. 4. Furthermore, in one embodiment, the processor (121) of the delivery worker terminal (120) may provide the second delivery work interface (500) for the second delivery work set based on a delivery worker input to the first assignment confirmation interface (230, 300).
[0116] The second delivery task interface (500) may display at least a portion of delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set. For example, the second delivery task interface (500) may display one or more of the following: guidance information (501), pickup location information (502), address information (503) of the pickup location, a photo (504) of the pickup location, additional information (505) of the pickup location, and parking information (506) of the pickup location for the second delivery task set. Meanwhile, in order to prevent problems such as a delivery person checking the information of the delivery target regarding the second delivery task set (e.g., type, quantity, or weight of the ordered item) and canceling the assignment of the first delivery task set or the second delivery task set, some information, such as the information of the delivery target regarding the second delivery task set, may be set not to be displayed on the second delivery task interface (500). These pieces of information may be provided only after delivery of the first delivery task set is completed and delivery of the second delivery task set begins.
[0117] In one embodiment, the second delivery task interface (500) may include a cancel assignment button (507). In response to a user input touching the cancel assignment button (507), the assignment of the second delivery task set may be canceled.
[0118] In one embodiment, the second delivery service interface (500) may include a customer center contact button (508). In response to a user input touching the customer center contact button (508), the delivery terminal (120) may send or receive a phone call, SMS (Short Message Service) message, or chat to the customer center of the e-commerce service provider.
[0119] The second delivery task interface (500) may include a larger area than the second delivery task interface (430) of FIG. 4, and the second delivery task interface (500) may provide more information than the information shown in the second delivery task interface (430). This has the advantage of providing delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set in stages, so that the user or the delivery person can view detailed information regarding the delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set only when necessary. That is, since the second delivery task interface (430) shown in FIG. 4 occupies a relatively smaller area than the second delivery task interface (500) shown in FIG. 5, the provision of delivery task information regarding the first delivery task set through the first delivery task interface (400) shown in FIG. 4 is less disrupted, while the provision of delivery task information regarding the second delivery task set can be made through the second delivery task interface (430).
[0120] FIG. 6 illustrates an embodiment of a first delivery service interface (600) related to a delivery service information provision method according to the present disclosure. The first delivery service interface (600) illustrated in FIG. 6 may correspond to the first delivery service interface (400) illustrated in FIG. 4.
[0121] In one embodiment, the processor (111) of the server device (110) may cancel the assignment of the second delivery task set if a preset time has elapsed from the expected arrival time for the first delivery task set and the delivery for the first delivery task set has not been completed. The preset time may be a time corresponding to tens of seconds, several minutes, or tens of minutes from the expected arrival time for the first delivery task set. This has the advantage of being able to prevent a delay in delivery of the second delivery task set in advance by canceling the assignment of the second delivery task set to a delivery person and assigning the second delivery task set to another delivery person if the delivery of the first delivery task set is delayed. If the assignment of the second delivery task set is canceled, a guidance area (610) may be displayed on the first delivery task interface (600).
[0122] FIG. 7 illustrates an embodiment of a first delivery service interface (700) related to a method for providing delivery service information according to the present disclosure. The first delivery service interface (700) illustrated in FIG. 7 may correspond to the first delivery service interface (400) illustrated in FIG. 4.
[0123] In one embodiment, the processor (111) of the server device (110) may cancel the assignment of the second delivery task set if the assignment of the first delivery task set is canceled. If the assignment of the second delivery task set is canceled, a guidance area (710) may be displayed on the first delivery task interface (700).
[0124] FIG. 8 illustrates an embodiment of a first delivery task interface (800) related to a method for providing delivery task information according to the present disclosure. In one embodiment, when delivery for a first delivery task set is completed, the processor (121) of the delivery worker terminal (120) may provide information about the first delivery task set. For example, the first delivery task interface (800) may include reward information (801), reward details (802), and a mission display area (810) paid for completing delivery for the first delivery task set.
[0125] In one embodiment, the first delivery task interface (800) may include a second delivery task set start button (820). In response to a user input touching the second delivery task set start button (820), a delivery task related to a second delivery task set previously assigned to a delivery person may be started, and delivery task information related to the second delivery task set may be provided through an interface similar to the first delivery task interface (200) illustrated in FIG. 2.
[0126] In one embodiment, the touch-activated time of the second delivery task set start button (820) may be limited. The second delivery task set start button (820) may include a first portion (820a) and a second portion (820b) separated by a boundary (820c), and the boundary (820c) may move to the right over time. When the touch-activated time of the second delivery task set start button (820) elapses, the first delivery task interface (800) may be hidden, and the second delivery task set may be initiated.
[0127] FIG. 9 illustrates an embodiment of a third delivery task interface (900) related to a method for providing a delivery task interface according to the present disclosure. In one embodiment, the processor (121) of the delivery worker terminal (120) may display a third delivery task interface (900) for a first delivery task set in a first area of the screen of the delivery worker terminal (120) while the first application is running in the background. For example, the first delivery task interfaces (200, 400, 600, 700, 800), the first assignment confirmation interface (230, 300), and the second delivery task interface (430, 500) shown in FIGS. 2 to 8 may correspond to interfaces of the first application. When a third-party application distinct from the first application is executed and the interface (9) of the third-party application is displayed on the screen, or the background screen of the delivery terminal (120) is displayed on the screen, the first application may be switched to background mode and executed in the background. In other words, in this case, at least a part or all of each of the first delivery work interface (200, 400, 600, 700, 800), the first assignment confirmation interface (230, 300), and the second delivery work interface (430, 500) may not be displayed on the screen. In this case, the third delivery work interface (900) may be displayed on the first area of the screen. For example, when the interface (9) of the third-party application is displayed on the screen, the third delivery work interface (900) may be overlaid on the interface (9) of the third-party application and displayed on the first area of the screen. The third delivery task interface (900) may display at least a portion of delivery task information regarding the first delivery task set. The third delivery task interface (900) may include a floating window. This has the advantage of providing information about delivery work even when the user or delivery person leaves the delivery work application and uses a third-party application.
[0128] In one embodiment, the first region where the third delivery task interface (900) is displayed may be configured to be movable, expandable, or contractible in response to a user input or an update of delivery task information regarding the first delivery task set. For example, the processor (121) of the delivery worker terminal (120) may move the location of the first region where the third delivery task interface (900) is displayed in response to a user's touch and drag input to the first region where the third delivery task interface (900) is displayed. In addition, for example, the processor (121) of the delivery worker terminal (120) may expand or contract the location of the first region where the third delivery task interface (900) is displayed in response to a user's touch and drag or pinch input to an edge of the first region where the third delivery task interface (900) is displayed.
