Abstract

The present application discloses a service network optimization method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a readable storage medium. The method comprises: receiving an inputted assurance intent text; identifying, from the assurance intent text, element information of a service to be assured; on the basis of a pre-constructed first association relationship between a place and a base station covering the place and a pre-constructed second association relationship between a base station and a cell, acquiring a target base station associated with a target area in the element information and a target cell associated with the target base station; and on the basis of a target time in the element information and a network optimization objective in the element information, performing network optimization on the target cell, so as to assure said service corresponding to the assurance intent text.
