By means of the technical means, on the premise of ensuring gently progressive processing of a service message, the time consumption of initialization and refresh processes of service functions in a live broadcasting scenario can be shortened, the service message processing efficiency thereof is improved, and excessive occupancy of system resources by initialization and refresh services of the service functions are reduced, thereby improving the user experience.
