[0001]FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a synergistic herbicidal composition for broad spectrum weed control in all stages of weed growth. More particularly, the present invention relates to a synergistic herbicidal composition comprising a) compound of Formula I, chemically known as [5-(difluoromethoxy)-1-methyl- 3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl]methyl4,5-dihydro-5,5-dimethylisoxazol-3-yl-sulfone or its agrochemically acceptable salts, ester or derivatives; b) at least one N-phenyltriazolinone herbicide selected from Carfentrazone, Sulfentrazone or its agrochemically acceptable salts, ester or derivatives and c) compound of Formula II, chemically known as 2-{2-chloro-4-(methyl sulfonyl)-3-[(2,2,2 trifluoroethoxy)methyl]benzoyl}cyclohexane-1,3-dione or its agrochemically acceptable salts, ester or derivatives for broad spectrum weed control in all stages of weed growth. The present invention also relates to process for preparing the said composition and its use as herbicide. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the present invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art. Weeds are undesirable plants that can severely damage yield in crops. Farmers usually control these plants at the pre-plant stage as well as after sowing. The weeds can reduce field crop yields by competing for water, sunlight and nutrients. Profitable crop production depends on effective weed control. Herbicides are pesticides useful for killing or controlling unwanted plants / weeds. The agriculture industry uses a wide range of herbicides, primarily to control undesired growth of weeds which interfere with growth, development, yield and quality of agricultural crops. More so, they are used to provide an optimum environment for growth and propagation of plant varieties. Modern herbicides are used to either control or suppress these undesirable plants so as to allow sown crops a greater share of nutrient. There are various prior arts which disclose compositions comprising combination of herbicides having Sulfentrazone, Carfentrazone combined with other herbicides. Some of such prior arts are listed below: CN104304258 discloses a mixed herbicide containing diflufenican and Sulfentrazone as active components and its preparation method and use. A mass ratio of diflufenican to Sulfentrazone in the mixed herbicide is 1-70: 1-20. The total mass of diflufenican and Sulfentrazone is 6-75% that of the mixed herbicide. CN112544625 discloses a Sulfentrazone-containing composition, which comprises effective components Sulfentrazone and halauxifen-methyl in a weight ratio of 24:72-1. CN105794820 discloses a mixed herbicide containing flazasulfuron, Carfentrazone-ethyl and flumetsulam as well as applications thereof. Flazasulfuron, Carfentrazone-ethyl and flumetsulam are used as main effective components, and the mass ratio of flazasulfuron, Carfentrazone-ethyl and flumetsulam is 0.1-80:0.1-80:0.1-80 for controlling controls of Gramineae weeds, Cyperaceae weeds and broad-leaf weeds in lawn have substantial effects. However, there still exists a scope for research and development of novel formulations, compositions for weed control, which are environmentally safe, cost-effective and which can be used for protection of crops during the critical periods of cultivation capable of acting both on the narrow-leaved and broad-leaved weeds, grasses and sedges and effective during all the stages of weed life cycle. The control of undesired vegetation is extremely important in achieving high crop efficiency. Achievement of selective control of the growth of weeds especially in such useful crops as rice, soybean, cotton, sugar beet, corn (maize), potato, wheat, barley, tomato and plantation crops such as sugarcane, among others, is very desirable. Unchecked weed growth in such useful crops can cause significant reduction in productivity and thereby result in increased costs to the consumer. The control of undesired vegetation in non-crop areas is also important. Many products are commercially available for these purposes, but the need continues for new products that are more effective, synergistic, less costly, less toxic, environmentally safer or have different modes of action and not resistant to weeds. More so, a wide range of herbicide compositions contain only a single active ingredient and cannot contain two or more active ingredients due to several reasons like adverse reactions, non-synergistic effects, non- compatibility of intermixed ingredients etc. However, the combinations currently known are not sufficient to control the resistant and persistent weeds. Growers, increasingly face complex weed situations that may not be controlled with just one herbicide. Further, a majority of the commercially available chemical herbicides are selective in their action. A common problem with selective herbicides is its weed control spectrum, meaning the range of weed species effectively controlled by the herbicide, does not cover the full diversity of weeds affecting the crop and are not broad spectrum in nature. It is therefore, a practice to apply two or more herbicides simultaneously in order to achieve maximum spectrum of control. But it requires a lot of human ingenuity and rigorous efforts to identify compatibility between the active ingredients and the specific ratios in which these components must be mixed so as to obtain the maximum desired results. However, a common problem with selective herbicides is its weed control spectrum, meaning the range of weed species effectively controlled by the herbicide, does not cover the full diversity of weeds affecting the crop and are not broad spectrum in nature. Combinations of herbicides are used to control a broader range of weeds. However, the combination of herbicides may not always result in the desired effect. Combination of herbicides may lead to an additive effect or an antagonistic effect. It may also result in phytotoxicity to the crops making it an undesirable combination. Agronomists must therefore, carefully select the herbicides that can be combined to offer a synergistic effect that would control weeds while having no phytotoxic effect on the crop, and reduce the chances of development of herbicide resistant weeds. Thus, there still remains a need for improved herbicidal combinations that can effectively control weeds thereby improving yield and plant health, with reduced phytotoxicity and have synergistic effect in terms of weed control. A compound of Formula I chemically known as [5-(difluoromethoxy)-1-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)- 1H-pyrazol-4-yl] methyl 4,5-dihydro-5,5-dimethylisoxazol-3-yl sulfone, is an isoxazoline herbicide having the effect of inhibiting cell division in plants. Being a pre- emergence herbicide, it acts by inhibition of the elongation steps of very-long chain fatty acid (VLCFA) synthesis. This compound is mainly used to control grass weeds and broadleaf weeds. This Formula I compound has been found useful for pre- emergence control of annual ryegrass, barley grass, annual phalaris, silver grass and toad rush and suppression of certain grass weeds in wheat, triticale and certain winter legume crops. Although the compound of Formula I is highly effective as pre-emergence herbicide, but, its activity at low application rates is not always satisfactory. Moreover, it shows poor or no post-emergence activity. Also, its compatibility with certain dicotyledonous crop plants such as cotton, sunflower, soybean, brassica crops such as canola and oilseed rape and some graminaceous plants such as rice, wheat, rye and barley is not always satisfactory. Apart from this, the use of compound of Formula I leads to damage the crop plants when controlling weed population. Another common problem with many commercially available herbicides is the narrow window of application. Most of them provide either a pre-emergence or a post-emergence weed control. An effective weed control can be achieved by usage of herbicides appropriately, which can be applied as an early post emergence to late post emergence (3-12 leaf stage of weeds). The activity of herbicides can be enhanced in various ways to achieve the maximum benefit. One of the ways is to use combinations. There is always a need in the art for improved herbicidal combinations with enhanced weed control efficacy, which are safe to crops and have no adverse effect on germination or growth of succeeding crops. Thus, there arises a need in the art to combine herbicides with varied modes of action, which allows for broader spectrum of control, targeted effect and good resistance management apart from good residual effect on succeeding crops using lower application rates. Unfortunately, it is usually not possible to predict synergistic activity for combinations of known herbicides, even if the compounds show a close structural similarity to known synergistic combinations. Accordingly, it is desirable to develop compositions and processes comprising combination of herbicides having different mode of action to give improved herbicidal bio-efficacy, broad-spectrum activity with better weed control, increased crop yield and reduced weed resistance and better crop safety by having targeted action on weeds and minimum damage to succeeding crops. Evaluation of synergistic effect of herbicidal composition of the present invention A synergistic effect of two or more products exists whenever the action of an active ingredient combination is greater than the sum of the actions of the individual components. Synergism was calculated by using Colby’s method (Weeds, vol.15 No.1 (Jan 1967), pp.20-2. The synergistic action expected for a given combination of two active components can be calculated as follows: XY E = (X + Y) – --------- 100 The synergistic action expected for a given combination of three active components can be calculated as follows: (XY+YZ+XZ) (XYZ) E = (X + Y + Z) – ----------------- + ------------ 100 10000 Where: E represents expected percentage of pesticidal control for the combination of the two or three actives ingredients at defined doses (for example equal to x, y and z, respectively), X is the percentage of pesticidal control observed by the Compound of Formula II, i.e. (2-{2-chloro-4- (methylsulfonyl)-3-[(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)methyl]benzoyl}cyclohexane-1,3-dione) at a defined dose (equal to x), and Y is the percentage of pesticidal control observed by the Compound of Formula I, i.e. [5- (difluoromethoxy)-1-methyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)-1H-pyrazol-4-yl] methyl 4,5-dihydro-5 5,5- dimethylisoxazol-3-yl sulfone) at a defined dose (equal to y), Z is the percentage of pesticidal control observed by the compound (Sulfentrazone) at a defined dose (equal to z).
