Abstract
Description
Opening and closing vehicle doors
[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle door such as a trunk lid or a tailgate.
[0002] BACKGROUND ART Known vehicle doors, such as trunk lids, have an exterior surface of the door body formed by joining a skin upper panel and a skin lower panel (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0003] This type of door has a positioning hole (a hole dedicated to positioning) in at least one of the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel. When joining the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel to each other by welding or the like, a positioning jig is fitted into the positioning hole to position the two panels, and the joining work is carried out in that state.
[0004] Japan Actual Publication Hei 2-109779
[0005] The above-mentioned conventional opening / closing lid has a dedicated positioning hole in at least one of the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel, and the dedicated positioning hole is used to position the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel. Therefore, after completing the joining (welding) of the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel, the unnecessary positioning hole must be blocked with a blind cover or the like. Therefore, with the above-mentioned conventional opening / closing lid, the user is forced to perform the cumbersome task of blocking the positioning hole after completing the joining (welding) of the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel. Furthermore, if a dedicated positioning hole is provided in at least one of the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel, there is a concern that the dedicated positioning hole may partially reduce the rigidity and strength of the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel.
[0006] Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a vehicle door that can be opened and closed by positioning the skin upper panel and skin lower panel without providing dedicated positioning holes, thereby improving productivity and preventing a decrease in rigidity and strength.
[0007] A vehicle door according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a door body that covers an opening in the vehicle body in an openable and closable manner, and an external component attached to the exterior side of the door body, wherein the door body comprises a skin upper panel that forms the exterior side of the vehicle, and a skin lower panel that forms the exterior side of the vehicle below the skin upper panel, the skin upper panel having an upper-side through hole that penetrates in the thickness direction of the panel, the skin lower panel having a lower-side through hole that penetrates in the thickness direction of the panel, the upper-side through hole and the lower-side through hole having at least a portion of their inner edges overlapping, and the external component is fixed to the upper-side through hole and the lower-side through hole.
[0008] With the above-described configuration, the upper and lower through holes of the skin upper and skin lower panels are configured to at least partially overlap, allowing the skin upper and skin lower panels to be positioned relative to each other, for example, by fitting a positioning jig into the upper and lower through holes. After the skin upper and skin lower panels are joined together in this positioned state, external components can be fastened to the upper and lower through holes. In this case, the upper and lower through holes are used for positioning and then used as fastening holes for the external components. This eliminates the need to block the upper and lower through holes with blind covers or the like, enabling efficient product production. Furthermore, with this configuration, because the external components are fastened to the upper and lower through holes, the fastening portions for the external components compensate for any loss of rigidity or strength at the through-hole portions of the skin upper and skin lower panels.
[0009] The upper through-hole and the lower through-hole may also serve as positioning holes for positioning the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel.
[0010] In this case, the upper through-holes and lower through-holes used to fasten external components can be used as positioning holes, eliminating the need to provide dedicated positioning holes in the skin upper panel and skin lower panel.
[0011] It is desirable that the pair of upper-side through-hole and lower-side through-hole, which overlap at least a part of the inner edge portion, is disposed in two or more locations on the door body.
[0012] In this case, pairs of upper and lower through holes are arranged in two or more locations on the door body, and by using these pairs of through holes, the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel can be accurately positioned without relative rotation.
[0013] The skin upper panel may have an upper side flat portion, and the skin lower panel may have a lower side flat portion, and the upper side flat portion and the lower side flat portion may be at least partially abutting each other, and the upper side through hole and the lower side through hole may be positioned at the portion where the upper side flat portion and the lower side flat portion abut each other.
[0014] In this case, the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel can be positioned in a direction perpendicular to both planar portions by abutting the upper planar portion and the lower planar portion. Therefore, by abutting the planar portions and positioning using the upper through-hole and the lower through-hole, the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel can be accurately positioned three-dimensionally.
[0015] The door body may further include an inner panel that is arranged on the vehicle interior side of the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel, the lower side flat portion being arranged at both widthwise end portions of the skin lower panel, and a hemming joint that is joined to the inner panel may be provided at the widthwise outer edge portion of the lower side flat portion.
[0016] In this case, the lower-side flat portion, which is used to position the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel in the perpendicular direction, can also be used as a hemming joint for joining the skin lower panel to the inner panel. Because the hemming joint is provided on the outer edge of the flat lower-side flat portion, it can easily and accurately enclose the edge of the inner panel. Therefore, when this configuration is adopted, production efficiency is further improved.
[0017] The skin lower panel has an upper edge joint that bends forward from an upper edge that is widthwise inward of the lower side plane portion, and the lower edge of the skin upper panel is joined to the bent upper surface, and a cutout portion may be provided between the upper edge joint of the skin lower panel and each of the lower side plane portions on the widthwise outer side.
[0018] In this case, because a notch is provided between the upper edge joint of the skin lower panel and the lower flat portion, the lower flat portion located at the end in the width direction is less likely to be subjected to a force that would prevent bending during hemming due to the upper edge joint bent forward. Therefore, when this configuration is adopted, hemming of the lower flat portion can be performed easily and accurately, further improving productivity.
[0019] The external component may be fixed at a position that covers the notch from the exterior of the vehicle.
[0020] In this case, the cutout portion of the skin lower panel is hidden from the outside of the vehicle by the external part, eliminating the need to block the cutout portion with a separate part and making it possible to improve the appearance quality from the outside of the vehicle.
[0021] The door body may be a trunk lid or a tailgate disposed at the rear of the vehicle body.
[0022] The external component may be a lamp unit that lights up facing rearward of the vehicle.
[0023] The upper through-hole and the lower through-hole may be open in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.
[0024] In this case, since the upper through-hole and the lower through-hole are open in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body, the lamp unit can be easily attached to the trunk lid or tailgate, which is the door body.
[0025] In the vehicle door according to the present invention, the upper through-hole and the lower through-hole, which are used for attaching external components, can be used to position the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel. Therefore, the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel can be positioned without providing dedicated positioning holes. Furthermore, by fixing external components to the upper through-hole and the lower through-hole, it is possible to maintain high rigidity and strength around the through-holes in the skin upper panel and the skin lower panel. Therefore, when the vehicle door according to the present invention is used, productivity can be improved and a decrease in rigidity and strength can be suppressed.

[0027] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the terms "front, back, top, bottom, left, and right" refer to the front, back, top, bottom, left, and right of a vehicle 1 facing forward. Also, in the drawings, an arrow FR pointing forward of the vehicle, an arrow UP pointing upward of the vehicle, and an arrow LH pointing to the left side of the vehicle are shown at appropriate locations.
[0028] FIG. 1 is a rear view of a vehicle 1 according to this embodiment. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 10 denotes a trunk lid, which is an opening / closing door at the rear of the vehicle, and reference numeral 2 denotes a rear panel of the vehicle body. The rear panel 2 is provided with an opening 3 facing a luggage compartment (not shown). The trunk lid 10 has a rear wall 10r that stands upward at the rear of the vehicle 1, and an upper wall 10u that curves and extends from the upper end of the rear wall 10r toward the front of the vehicle. The front end of the upper wall 10u of the trunk lid 10 is attached to the front edge of the opening 3 via a hinge (not shown) so as to be able to open and close.
[0029] 2 is a perspective view of the left rear side of the vehicle 1 to which a trunk lid 10 is attached. The trunk lid 10 includes a lid main body 11 (door main body) that opens and closes an opening 3 in the vehicle body, and a pair of left and right lamp units 12 that are attached to the outside (vehicle exterior) of a rear wall 10r of the lid main body 11. The lid main body 11 is formed in a symmetrical shape. The lamp unit 12 incorporates multiple lamps, such as brake lamps and turn signals, that light up toward the rear of the vehicle. In this embodiment, the lamp units 12 constitute external components.
[0030] FIG. 3 is a front view of the lid body 11 of the trunk lid 10, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of portion IV in FIG. 3 . Also, FIG. 5 is a perspective view of portion IV in FIG. 3 , viewed from the rear left diagonally downward. The lid body 11 includes a skin upper panel 13 and a skin lower panel 14 that form the exterior surface of the vehicle. The skin upper panel 13 forms substantially the entire upper wall 10u and approximately the upper half region of the rear wall 10r of the exterior surface of the lid body 11. Hereinafter, the portion of the skin upper panel 13 that forms the upper wall 10u of the lid body 11 will be referred to as the forward extending wall 13a, and the portion of the skin upper panel 13 that forms approximately the upper half region of the rear wall 10r of the lid body 11 will be referred to as the hanging wall 13b. The skin lower panel 14 forms approximately the lower half region of the rear wall 10r of the exterior surface of the lid body 11. The skin lower panel 14 constitutes the surface of the lid body 11 facing the vehicle exterior below the skin upper panel 13 .
[0031] The lower end of the hanging wall 13b of the skin upper panel 13 extends substantially horizontally along the vehicle width direction. Band-shaped extension pieces 15 extending downward are provided near both ends of the lower end of the hanging wall 13b in the vehicle width direction. The lower region of the extension pieces 15 form a flat surface extending in the vehicle width direction and vertically. This flat surface forms an upper-side flat portion 20. In addition, a plurality of connecting flanges (not shown) extending and bending toward the front of the vehicle are provided in the central region of the lower end of the hanging wall 13b. These connecting flanges are joined to the upper portion of the skin lower panel 14 by welding.
[0032] The upper end of the skin lower panel 14 extends substantially horizontally along the vehicle width direction. The vertical wall 14a of the skin lower panel 14 facing the rear of the vehicle has recesses 16 at the upper edges of both outer regions in the vehicle width direction. The recesses 16 are recessed to a predetermined depth toward the front of the vehicle and are formed in a substantially triangular shape when viewed from the front. The outer end of the recess 16 in the vehicle width direction opens outward in the vehicle width direction, and this opening (the outer end in the vehicle width direction) constitutes the side end of the skin lower panel 14. One apex of the substantially triangular shape in front view of the recess 16 is located at the inner end in the vehicle width direction, and the opposite side opposite the apex constitutes the outer end of the recess 16 in the vehicle width direction. A corresponding left or right lamp unit 12 is installed in each recess 16, as described in detail below.
[0033] A substantially trapezoidal wire insertion hole 17 that is elongated in the vehicle width direction is formed in the approximate center of the bottom wall of each of the left and right recesses 16. As shown in FIG. 3 , three through holes 18a, 18b, and 18c for bolting the corresponding lamp unit 12 are formed around the wire insertion hole 17 in the bottom wall of each recess 16. These through holes 18a, 18b, and 18c penetrate the bottom wall of the recess 16 of the skin lower panel 14 in the thickness direction. Two of the through holes 18a and 18b are located vertically spaced apart near the outer end of the recess 16 in the vehicle width direction. The remaining through hole 18c is located near the inner end of the recess 16 in the vehicle width direction.
[0034] FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a portion of the skin lower panel 14 corresponding to portion IV in FIG. 3 , with the outline of the skin upper panel 13 added in phantom lines. As shown in FIGS. 3 to 6 , the outer end region of the recessed portion 16 of the skin lower panel 14 in the vehicle width direction is formed by a flat surface extending in the vertical and horizontal directions. This flat surface constitutes a lower-side planar portion 21. The lower-side planar portion 21 is provided in a strip shape extending approximately vertically in the outer end region of the recessed portion 16 in the vehicle width direction. The left and right extension pieces 15 (upper-side planar portion 20) of the skin upper panel 13 are overlapped on the front sides of the left and right lower-side planar portions 21 of the skin lower panel 14. The corresponding left and right lower-side planar portions 21 and upper-side planar portions 20 abut (are in surface contact) in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction. However, it is sufficient that the lower-side flat surface portion 21 and the upper-side flat surface portion 20 are in at least partial contact (surface contact).
[0035] Here, an upper-side through-hole 22 is formed in the upper-side flat surface portion 20 of each of the left and right extension pieces 15 of the skin upper panel 13, penetrating the upper-side flat surface portion 20 in the plate thickness direction. The upper-side through-hole 22 is formed so that when the lower-side flat surface portion 21 is abutted against the upper-side flat surface portion 20 to weld and fix the skin lower panel 14 and the skin upper panel 13, at least a portion of the inner edge of the upper-side through-hole 22 overlaps with the through-hole 18a on the lower-side flat surface portion 21 in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body. The upper-side through-hole 22 is formed in a portion of the upper-side flat surface portion 20 that abuts against the lower-side flat surface portion 21. Similarly, the lower-side through-hole 18a is formed in a portion of the lower-side flat surface portion 21 that abuts against the upper-side flat surface portion 20. The upper-side through-hole 22 and the lower-side through-hole 18a open toward the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body. In this embodiment, the upper through-hole 22 and the through-hole 18a are circular holes with the same inner diameter. The entire inner edges of the upper through-hole 22 and the through-hole 18a overlap in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle body. Hereinafter, the through-hole 18a above the lower flat surface portion 21 will be referred to as the "lower through-hole 18a."
[0036] When the skin lower panel 14 is welded to the skin upper panel 13, the lower-side flat surfaces 21 at the left and right ends are overlapped with the left and right upper-side flat surfaces 20 of the skin upper panel 13 from the rear of the vehicle. At this time, positioning jigs are fitted into the lower-side through-holes 18a of the lower-side flat surfaces 21 and the upper-side through-holes 22 of the upper-side flat surfaces 20. This positions the skin lower panel 14 and the skin upper panel 13 relative to each other. The skin lower panel 14 and the skin upper panel 13 are welded to each other in this state. In this embodiment, pairs of lower-side through-holes 18a and upper-side through-holes 22 into which the positioning jigs are fitted are provided in two locations (left and right recesses 16) of the lid main body 11 that are spaced apart in the vehicle width direction. However, pairs of lower-side through-holes 18a and upper-side through-holes 22 into which the positioning jigs are fitted may be provided in three or more locations on the lid main body 11.
[0037] Figure 7 is a cross-sectional view of the trunk lid 10 taken along line VII-VII in Figure 3. As shown in Figure 7, an inner panel 23 is joined to the front sides (interior side) of the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14 so as to straddle both of them. The outer peripheral edge of the inner panel 23 is joined to the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14, and the central region forms a hollow structure between the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14. The left and right side edges of the inner panel 23 are hemmed with the respective side edges of the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14. Also, as shown in Figure 7, portions of the left and right side edges of the inner panel 23 overlap the front surfaces of the extension pieces 15 (upper-side flat surface portion 20) of the skin upper panel 13 and the lower-side flat surface portion 21 of the skin lower panel 14. The inner panel 23 has through holes 24a, 24b formed at positions on the left and right side edges thereof that correspond to the lower through holes 18a and 18b of the lower flat surface portion 21, respectively.
[0038] The lamp unit 12 installed in the recess 16 of the skin lower panel 14 is fastened to the lid body 11 by a plurality of bolts 25 and nuts 26. Specifically, the shanks of the plurality of bolts 25 for fastening the lamp unit 12 are inserted from the rear side of the skin lower panel 14 into the lower-side through-hole 18a and the through-holes 18b and 18c. The shanks of the bolts 25 that pass through the lower-side through-hole 18a of the skin lower panel 14 are further inserted into the upper-side through-hole 22 of the extension piece 15 (upper-side flat portion 20) and the through-hole 24a of the inner panel 23, and a nut 26 is screwed onto the bolts 25 on the front side of the inner panel 23. The shanks of the bolts 25 that pass through the through-hole 18b on the lower outer side of the skin lower panel 14 in the vehicle width direction are inserted into the through-hole 24b of the inner panel 23, and a nut 26 is screwed onto the bolts 25 on the front side of the inner panel 23. A nut 26 is threaded onto the shaft of the bolt 25 that passes through the through-hole 18c on the inner side of the skin lower panel 14 in the vehicle width direction, on the front side of the skin lower panel 14. The upper-side through-hole 22 and the lower-side through-hole 18a serve as bolt insertion holes for fastening the lamp unit 12 to the lid body 11, and as positioning holes for positioning the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14.
[0039] 4 to 6, an upper edge joint 27 is provided at the upper edge of the vertical wall 14a of the skin lower panel 14, which is bent toward the front of the vehicle and to which the lower edge (joining flange) of the skin upper panel 13 is joined. A joining flange (not shown) on the skin upper panel 13 abuts against the upper edge joint 27, and the joining flange is welded and fixed in this state.
[0040] The upper edge joints 27 are provided in an area of the upper edge of the skin lower panel 14 that is more inward in the vehicle width direction than the lower-side flat surface portions 21 on both ends. As shown in Figure 6, notches 28 that do not have a bend corresponding to the upper edge joints 27 are provided between the upper edge joints 27 of the skin lower panel 14 and each of the left and right lower-side flat surface portions 21. The notches 28 are located lower than the upper edge joints 27, and make the upper end surface of the lower-side flat surface portion 21 have a substantially horizontal, linear shape.
[0041] When the lamp units 12 are installed in the left and right recesses 16 of the skin lower panel 14, the cutouts 28 provided on the left and right upper edge portions of the skin lower panel 14 are covered on the vehicle exterior side (rear side of the vehicle) by the lamp units 12. The lamp units 12 are fixed in positions that cover the cutouts 28 from the vehicle exterior side.
[0042] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the left and right lower-side flat surfaces 21 of the skin lower panel 14, whose upper edges are separated from the upper edge joint 27 in the central region by the notch 28, have hemming joints 30 formed on their outer edges in the vehicle width direction. The hemming joints 30 are formed by bending the outer edges of the lower-side flat surfaces 21 in the vehicle width direction forward at a substantially constant width, and clamping and fixing the outer edges of the inner panel 23 in the vehicle width direction with bent flanges 30f. The lower region of the inner panel 23 is fixed to the skin lower panel 14 by the hemming joints 30. The skin upper panel 13 has a similar hemming joint 31 formed on its outer edge in the vehicle width direction. The upper region of the inner panel 23 is fixed to the skin upper panel 13 by the hemming joints 31.
[0043] Although the above description has been given of an example in which the vehicle door is the trunk lid 10, the door may be a tailgate that opens and closes an opening at the rear of the vehicle. In this case, the skin upper panel, skin lower panel, inner panel, lamp unit, etc. may have the same configuration as those described above.
[0044] As described above, the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment is configured so that at least a portion of the inner edges of the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a of the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14 overlap. The lamp unit 12, which is an external member, is fixed to the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a. Therefore, when the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14 are welded together, the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment can be positioned relative to each other using the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a for fixing the lamp unit. Furthermore, the lamp unit 12 is ultimately fixed to the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a. Therefore, when the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment is used, it is not necessary to block the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a with a blind cover or the like, thereby enabling efficient product production. Furthermore, in the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment, the lamp unit 12 is fixed to the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a, so it is possible to maintain high rigidity and strength at the peripheral portions of the through-holes of the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14. Therefore, when the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment is adopted, it is possible to improve productivity and suppress a decrease in rigidity and strength.
[0045] Furthermore, in the opening and closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment, the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a also serve as positioning holes for positioning the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14. Therefore, the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a used to fix the lamp unit 12 can be used as positioning holes, eliminating the need to provide dedicated positioning holes in the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14.
[0046] Furthermore, in the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment, pairs of upper-side through-holes 22 and lower-side through-holes 18a, whose inner edge portions overlap, are arranged in two or more locations on the lid body 11. Therefore, by utilizing multiple pairs of upper-side through-holes 22 and lower-side through-holes 18a, whose inner edge portions overlap, it is possible to restrict relative rotation (rotation around the front-to-rear axis) of the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14. Therefore, when the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment is adopted, it is possible to more accurately position the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14.
[0047] Furthermore, in the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment, at least a portion of the upper planar portion 20 of the skin upper panel 13 and the lower planar portion 21 of the skin lower panel 14 abut against each other, and the upper through-holes 22 and the lower through-holes 18a are provided at the abutting portions of the upper planar portion 20 and the lower planar portion 21. Therefore, by abutting the upper planar portion 20 and the lower planar portion 21, the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14 can be positioned in a direction perpendicular to both planar portions. Therefore, when this configuration is adopted, the abutment of both planar portions and positioning using the upper through-holes 22 and the lower through-holes 18a make it possible to accurately position the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14 three-dimensionally.
[0048] Furthermore, the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment has hemming joints 30 provided on the outer edges of the lower-side flat surface portion 21 on both sides of the skin lower panel 14 in the vehicle width direction, where the hemming joints 30 are joined to the inner panel 23. Therefore, a portion of the lower-side flat surface portion 21 used to position the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14 in the perpendicular direction can also be used as the hemming joints 30 for joining the skin lower panel 14 to the inner panel 23. Furthermore, because the hemming joints 30 are provided on the outer edges of the flat lower-side flat surface portion 21, they can easily and accurately enclose the edges of the inner panel 23. Therefore, when this configuration is adopted, the skin lower panel 14 can be easily joined to the inner panel 23 by hemming, thereby further improving production efficiency.
[0049] Furthermore, the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment has notches 28 between the upper edge joints 27 of the skin lower panel 14, which bend forward from the upper edge, and each of the left and right lower flat surfaces 21, that separate the lower flat surfaces 21 from the upper edge joints 27. This makes it less likely that the lower flat surfaces 21 located at the ends in the vehicle width direction will be subjected to a force that would prevent bending during hemming due to the upper edge joints 27 that bend forward. Therefore, when this configuration is adopted, hemming of the lower flat surfaces 21 can be performed easily and accurately, further improving productivity.
[0050] Furthermore, in the opening / closing door (trunk lid 10) of this embodiment, the lamp unit 12, which is an external component, is fixed in a position that covers the cutout portion 28 of the skin lower panel 14 from the vehicle exterior. Therefore, the cutout portion 28 of the skin lower panel 14 is hidden from the vehicle exterior by the lamp unit 12. Therefore, when this configuration is adopted, it is not necessary to close the cutout portion 28 with a separate member, and it is possible to improve the appearance quality from the vehicle exterior.
[0051] In addition, in the opening and closing door of this embodiment, the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a formed in the skin upper panel 13 and the skin lower panel 14 are open facing the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle body, which allows the lamp unit 12 to be easily attached to the trunk lid 10 or tailgate, which is the door body.
[0052] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various design modifications are possible without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the lamp unit 12 is used as an external component attached to the exterior side of the lid body 11 (door body), but the external component is not limited to the lamp unit 12. The external component may be, for example, an emblem.
[0053] In the above embodiment, the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a are formed in a circular shape, but the shapes of the upper through-hole 22 and the lower through-hole 18a are not limited to circular shapes.
