Abstract
Description
Base frame of electric powered working machine and electric powered working machine
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a base frame for an electric work machine and an electric work machine.
[0002] In recent years, electric work machines such as excavators have been proposed in consideration of environmental issues. For example, the electric excavator disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2012-202067 (Patent Document 1) uses an electric motor driven by a battery instead of the engine used in conventional hydraulic excavators. In the electric hydraulic excavator of Patent Document 1, the battery is disposed at the rear end of the rotating frame.
[0003] JP 2012-202067 A
[0004] To extend the continuous operating time of an electric powered working machine, it is necessary to install a large-capacity battery on the base frame of the electric powered working machine. Because a large-capacity battery is heavy, a large load is applied to the base frame, causing it to bend. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the strength of the base frame.
[0005] The present disclosure provides a base frame for an electric work machine and an electric work machine that are suitable for installing a large-capacity battery.
[0006] According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a base frame of an electric working machine having a work implement and a battery includes a base plate having an upper surface and a lower surface, and first and second beams each supporting the work implement. The first beam and second beam extend in a first direction on the upper surface side and face each other while being spaced apart in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction and a direction from the lower surface to the upper surface. The upper surface has a first region above which the battery is installed and which extends in the first and second directions. The base frame of the electric working machine further includes a third beam installed above the first region on the upper surface side or below the first region on the lower surface side, and extending in a direction intersecting the second direction when viewed from above the base frame.
[0007] According to another aspect of the present disclosure, an electric powered working machine includes a work implement, a battery, and a base frame that supports the work implement and on which the battery is mounted. The base frame includes a plate member, first and second beams that each rise upward from the plate member and extend in the front-to-rear direction, and a third beam that is connected above or below the plate member and extends in a direction that intersects the left-to-right direction. The work implement is attached to the first and second beams. At least a portion of each of the first, second, and third beams is located directly below the battery.
[0008] According to the above configuration, the strength of the base frame is increased by the third beam, making it suitable for installing a large-capacity battery.

FIG. 5 is a side view of a sub beam. FIG. 6 is a side view of a sub beam. FIG. 7 is a top view of a base plate. FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a state in which a battery is installed on the base frame.
[0010] Hereinafter, embodiments will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals. The names and functions of the components are also the same. Therefore, detailed description thereof will not be repeated.
[0011] The base frame of an electric work machine will be described below. In an electric work machine, an electric motor is driven by power supplied from a battery. Driving the electric motor operates a hydraulic pump. Operation of the hydraulic pump operates a work implement, etc. In this embodiment, a hydraulic excavator equipped with a work implement having a bucket, arm, and boom, a battery, and an electric motor will be used as an example of the electric work machine. Note that the electric work machine is not limited to an excavator, and may be a wheel loader, motor grader, etc.
[0012] In the following description, the terms "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," and "right" are used relative to an operator seated in the driver's seat of the driver's cab of the electric work machine. Note that an electric work machine does not necessarily have to be equipped with a driver's cab.
[0013] Furthermore, hereinafter, the front-rear direction, which includes both forward and backward directions, is also referred to as the "D1 direction." The left-right direction, which includes both left and right directions, is also referred to as the "D2 direction." The up-down direction, which includes both upward and downward directions, is also referred to as the "D3 direction." The D1 direction, D2 direction, and D3 direction are perpendicular to each other.
[0014] (A. Overall Configuration) Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a base frame. As shown in Fig. 1, the base frame 1 includes a plate member 5, main beams 50, 60, sub-beams 70, 80, 90, six mount attachment portions 110A to 110F, and mount attachment portions 120, 130. The plate member 5 includes base plates 10, 20 and stacking plates 30, 40. In this example, the base frame 1 is a revolving frame.
[0015] For ease of explanation, any one of the mount attachment portions 110A to 110F will be referred to as the "mount attachment portion 110." Furthermore, the combination of the four plates, the base plates 10 and 20 and the stacking plates 30 and 40, will be referred to as the "plate member."
[0016] The main beam 50 and the main beam 60 form a beam pair. The main beam 50 and the main beam 60 are also called "vertical plates" or "keels." The sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 are reinforcing members and are also called "ribs."
[0017] The base plate 10 has a front end 11, a rear end 12, a left end 13, and a right end 14. The base plate 10 has an upper surface 101 and a lower surface 102 opposite to the upper surface 101. The upper surface 101 has an area 15 where an electric motor (not shown) is installed.
[0018] A through hole 16 into which a swivel shaft (not shown) of the shovel is inserted is formed in the base plate 10. The through hole 16 is formed between the main beams 50 and 60, from the lower surface 102 to the upper surface 101.
[0019] The base plate 20 is provided on the left end 13 side of the base plate 10. The base plate 20 extends in the front-to-rear direction (direction D1) along the base plate 10. The base plate 20 is connected to the base plate 10. Because a load greater than that applied to the base plate 10 is not applied to the base plate 20, the thickness of the base plate 20 is thinner than the thickness of the base plate 10.
[0020] In this example, the base plate is configured to include two base plates 10 and 20, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the base plate may be configured with a single base plate.
[0021] The lamination plate 30 is fixed to the base plate 10 in a state where it is laminated on the base plate 10. The lamination plate 30 is laminated on a part of the base plate 10. The lamination plate 30 is laminated on the base plate 10 on the rear end 12 side of the base plate 10 relative to the front end 11. The lamination plate 30 is laminated on the base plate 10 on the rear side of the mount attachment portion 130. The lamination plate 30 functions as a reinforcing plate. The installation area of the lamination plate 30 will be described later.
[0022] The lamination plate 40 is fixed to the lamination plate 30 while being stacked on the lamination plate 30. The lamination plate 40 is stacked on a portion of the lamination plate 30. The lamination plate 40 is stacked on the lamination plate 30 on the rear end portion 12 side of the base plate 10. The lamination plate 40 not only functions as a reinforcing plate, but also functions as a counterweight for the electric working machine.
[0023] The main beam 50 extends in the front-to-rear direction (direction D1) of the base plate 10 on the upper surface 101 of the base plate 10. The main beam 50 also extends in the direction D1 on the stacking plate 30. The main beam 50 is fixed to the base plate 10 and the stacking plate 30. The main beam 50 rises upward (vertically upward) from the plate member 5. The main beam 50 is installed closer to the center of the base plate 10 than the main beam 60 in the left-to-right direction (direction D2) of the base plate 10.
[0024] Like the main beam 50, the main beam 60 extends in the front-to-rear direction (direction D1) of the base plate 10 on the upper surface 101 of the base plate 10. The main beam 60 also extends in the direction D1 on the stacking plate 30. The main beam 60 also extends in the direction D1 on the stacking plate 40. The main beam 60 is fixed to the base plate 10, the stacking plate 30, and the stacking plate 40. Like the main beam 50, the main beam 60 also rises upward from the plate member 5.
[0025] The main beams 50, 60 support the work machine. The main beams 50 and 60 face each other while being spaced apart in the left-right direction (direction D2) of the base plate 10. The main beams 50 and 60 face each other while being spaced apart in the left-right direction (direction D2) perpendicular to the front-rear direction (direction D1) of the base plate 10 and the direction (upward) from the lower surface 102 to the upper surface 101 of the base plate 10. In this example, the thickness (length in the direction D2) of the main beam 50 and the thickness of the main beam 60 are the same.
[0026] The sub beam 70 extends in the D1 direction on the base plate 10, the stacking plate 30, and the stacking plate 40. The sub beam 70 is fixed to the base plate 10, the stacking plate 30, and the stacking plate 40. The sub beam 70 is located closer to the left end 13 than the main beam 50. The sub beam 70 is located on the opposite side of the main beam 50 from the main beam 60. The sub beam 70 abuts against the main beam 50 and the mount attachment portion 130. The sub beam 70 is located between the main beam 50 and the mount attachment portion 130 in the D2 direction.
[0027] The thickness of the sub beam 70 is greater than the thickness of the main beam 50. The height (length in the direction D3) of the sub beam 70 is greater than the height of the main beam 50 on the rear end portion 12 side of the base plate 10.
[0028] The sub beam 80 extends in the D1 direction on the lamination plate 30 and the lamination plate 40. The sub beam 80 is fixed to the lamination plate 30 and the lamination plate 40. Specifically, the sub beam 80 abuts only the lamination plates 30 and 40 out of the base plate 10 and the lamination plates 30 and 40. The sub beam 80 is located between the main beam 50 and the main beam 60 in a top view of the base frame 1. The sub beam 80 is located between the main beam 50 and the main beam 60 in the D2 direction. The sub beam 80 is spaced apart from each of the main beams 50 and 60 in the D2 direction.
[0029] The sub-beam 90 extends in the direction D1 on the base plate 10 and the stacking plate 30. The sub-beam 90 is fixed to the base plate 10 and the stacking plate 30. The front side of the sub-beam 90 abuts against the mount attachment portion 130. The sub-beam 90 is installed on the opposite side of the sub-beam 80 with respect to the main beam 50 and the sub-beam 70. The sub-beam 90 is spaced apart from the sub-beam 70 in the direction D2.
[0030] As described above, in the base frame 1, the sub-beam 90, the sub-beam 70, the main beam 50, the sub-beam 80, and the main beam 60 are arranged in this order in the direction D2 from the left end 13 toward the right end 14 of the base plate 10. Like the main beams 50 and 60, the sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 rise upward from the plate member 5.
[0031] Each mount attachment section 110 is fitted with a viscous mount for supporting a large-capacity battery (see FIG. 9 ). More specifically, each mount attachment section 110 is formed with a through-hole 111 into which the viscous mount is inserted. In this manner, the battery is supported by each mount attachment section 110. The battery has multiple battery cells. The battery cells are stacked in a predetermined direction.
[0032] Viscous mounts that support a driver's cab (not shown) are attached to the mount attachment portions 120 and 130. More specifically, two through holes 121 are formed in the mount attachment portion 120 along the D2 direction. Two through holes 131 are formed in the mount attachment portion 130 along the D2 direction. A viscous mount is inserted into each of the through holes 121 and 131. In this way, the driver's cab is supported by the mount attachment portions 120 and 130.
[0033] The mount attachment portion 120 is located forward of the mount attachment portion 130. The mount attachment portion 130 is installed closer to the center of the base plate 10 in the direction D1 than the mount attachment portion 120. The operator sits in the driver's seat facing the mount attachment portion 120 of the mount attachment portions 120, 130.
[0034] Fig. 2 is a top view of the base frame 1. As shown in Fig. 2, the main beam 50 has a side surface 51 on the left end portion 13 side and a side surface 52 on the right end portion 14 side. The main beam 60 has a side surface 61 on the left end portion 13 side and a side surface 62 on the right end portion 14 side.
[0035] The sub beam 70 has a side surface 71 on the left end 13 side and a side surface 72 on the right end 14 side. The sub beam 80 has a side surface 81 on the left end 13 side and a side surface 82 on the right end 14 side. The sub beam 90 has a side surface 91 on the left end 13 side and a side surface 92 on the right end 14 side.
[0036] The side surface 52 of the main beam 50 and the side surface 61 of the main beam 60 face each other in the direction D2. The side surface 51 of the main beam 50 abuts against the side surface 72 of the sub-beam 70. The side surface 62 of the main beam 60 abuts against the mount attachment portion 110F.
[0037] Thus, each of the main beams 50, 60 has side surfaces 52, 61 facing each other and side surfaces 51, 62 opposite the side surfaces 52, 61. The sub-beam 70 is installed in contact with the side surface 51 of the main beam 50.
[0038] The side surface 52 of the main beam 50 also faces the side surface 81 of the sub-beam 80. The side surface 61 of the main beam 60 also faces the side surface 82 of the sub-beam 80. The side surface 71 of the sub-beam 70 faces the side surface 92 of the sub-beam 90. The side surface 91 of the sub-beam 90 abuts against the mount attachment portion 110A.
[0039] The lengths of the sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 in the direction D1 are shorter than the main beams 50 and 60. Specifically, the sub-beam 90 is shorter than the sub-beam 80. The sub-beam 80 is shorter than the sub-beam 70. The sub-beam 70 is shorter than the main beam 50. The main beam 50 is shorter than the main beam 60.
[0040] The mount attachment parts 120 and 130 are installed on the base plate 10. The mount attachment parts 110A, 110B, and 110F are installed on the stacking plate 30. The mount attachment parts 110C and 110D are installed on the stacking plate 40. The mount attachment part 110E is installed on both the stacking plate 30 and the stacking plate 40.
[0041] The mount attachment portions 110A, 110B, and 110C are located to the left of the main beam 50. The mount attachment portion 110C is located between the sub-beam 90 and the main beam 50 in the direction D2. The mount attachment portion 110D is located between the main beam 50 and the main beam 60 in the direction D2. The mount attachment portions 110E and 110F are located to the right of the main beam 60.
[0042] In a top view of the base frame 1, the stacking plate 30 is contained within the outer peripheral frame of the base plate 10. Similarly, in a top view of the base frame 1, the stacking plate 40 is contained within the outer peripheral frame of the stacking plate 30.
[0043] When various devices such as a battery and a cab are installed (mounted) on the base frame 1, the center of gravity of the upper rotating body of the electric work machine is located closer to the main beam 50 than to the main beam 60 when viewed from above the base frame 1. More specifically, the center of gravity of the upper rotating body is located closer to the main beam 50 than to the sub-beam 80. More specifically, in this example, the center of gravity is located on the main beam 50.
[0044] (B. Beam) Figure 3 is a side view of the main beam 50. As shown in Figure 3, in addition to the side surface 51 described above, the main beam 50 further includes a front end portion 53 and a rear end portion 54. The front end portion 53 supports the working implement of the electric powered working machine. More specifically, the front end portion 53 supports the boom of the working implement. Thus, the main beam 50 has, along the D1 direction, the front end portion 53 that supports the working implement, and the rear end portion 54 that is opposite the front end portion 53.
[0045] The main beam 50 further includes through holes 55 and 56. A foot pin is inserted into the through hole 55 to attach a boom of a work machine to the main beam 50. A pin is inserted into the through hole 56 to attach a boom cylinder that operates the boom to the main beam 50.
[0046] The main beam 50 further includes a lower end surface 59. The lower end surface 59 has a region 591, a region 592, and a region 593. The regions 591 and 592 are rectangular. The longitudinal direction of the regions 591 and 592 is the direction D1. The region 593 is also rectangular. The region 593 extends in the direction D3. In the lower end surface 59, the regions 591, 593, and 592 are continuous in this order from the front end 53 side toward the rear end 54 side.
[0047] The region 591 abuts against the upper surface 101 of the base plate 10. The region 592 abuts against the upper surface (main surface) of the lamination plate 30. The region 593 abuts against the end surface of the lamination plate 30 in the thickness direction.
[0048] 4 is a side view of the main beam 60. As shown in FIG. 4, in addition to the side surface 61 described above, the main beam 60 further includes a front end portion 63 and a rear end portion 64. The front end portion 63 supports the work implement together with the front end portion 53 of the main beam 50. More specifically, the front end portion 63 supports the boom of the work implement. Thus, the main beam 60 has, along the direction D1, the front end portion 63 that supports the work implement and the rear end portion 64 that is opposite the front end portion 63.
[0049] The main beam 60 further includes through holes 65 and 66. A foot pin for attaching a boom of a work machine to the main beam 60 is inserted into the through hole 65. A pin for attaching a boom cylinder for operating the boom to the main beam 60 is inserted into the through hole 66.
[0050] The main beam 60 further includes a lower end surface 69. The lower end surface 69 has regions 691, 692, 693, 694, and 695. Region 691 is rectangular except for a portion in the middle in the D1 direction. Regions 692 and 693 are also rectangular. The longitudinal direction of regions 692 and 693 is the D1 direction. Regions 694 and 695 are also rectangular. Regions 694 and 695 extend in the D3 direction.
[0051] On the lower end surface 69, a region 691, a region 694, a region 692, a region 695, and a region 693 are successively arranged in this order from the front end 63 side toward the rear end 64 side.
[0052] Region 691 abuts against the upper surface 101 of the base plate 10. Region 692 abuts against the upper surface of the lamination plate 30. Region 693 abuts against the upper surface (main surface) of the lamination plate 40. Region 694 abuts against the end surface of the lamination plate 30 in the thickness direction. Region 695 abuts against the end surface of the lamination plate 40 in the thickness direction.
[0053] Fig. 5 is a side view of the sub beam 70. As shown in Fig. 5, in addition to the side surface 71 described above, the sub beam 70 has a front end portion 73 and a rear end portion 74 opposite to the front end portion 73 along the direction D1.
[0054] The sub-beam 70 further includes a lower end surface 79. The lower end surface 79 has regions 791, 792, 793, 794, and 795. Regions 791, 792, and 793 are rectangular with their longitudinal directions in the D1 direction. Regions 794 and 795 extend in the D3 direction. On the lower end surface 79, regions 791, 794, 792, 795, and 793 are continuous in this order from the front end 73 side toward the rear end 74 side.
[0055] Region 791 abuts against the upper surface 101 of the base plate 10. Region 792 abuts against the upper surface of the lamination plate 30. Region 793 abuts against the upper surface of the lamination plate 40. Region 794 abuts against the end surface of the lamination plate 30 in the thickness direction. Region 795 abuts against the end surface of the lamination plate 40 in the thickness direction.
[0056] In a side view of the base frame 1, at least the front end 73 of the front end 73 and rear end 74 is located between the front ends 53, 63 and rear ends 54, 64 of the main beams 50, 60.
[0057] Fig. 6 is a side view of the sub beam 80. As shown in Fig. 6, in addition to the side surface 81 described above, the sub beam 80 has a front end portion 83 and a rear end portion 84 opposite to the front end portion 83 along the direction D1.
[0058] The sub-beam 80 further includes a lower end surface 89. The lower end surface 89 has a region 891, a region 892, and a region 893. The regions 891 and 892 are rectangular with their longitudinal direction in the D1 direction. The region 893 extends in the D3 direction. On the lower end surface 89, the regions 891, 893, and 892 are continuous in this order from the front end 83 side toward the rear end 84 side.
[0059] The region 891 abuts against the upper surface of the stacking plate 30. The region 892 abuts against the upper surface of the stacking plate 40. The region 893 abuts against the end surface of the stacking plate 40 in the thickness direction.
[0060] In a side view of the base frame 1, at least the front end 83 of the front end 83 and rear end 84 is located between the front ends 53, 63 and rear ends 54, 64 of the main beams 50, 60.
[0061] Fig. 7 is a side view of the sub beam 90. As shown in Fig. 7, in addition to the side surface 91 described above, the sub beam 90 has a front end portion 93 and a rear end portion 94 opposite to the front end portion 93 along the direction D1.
[0062] The sub-beam 90 further includes a lower end surface 99. The lower end surface 99 has a region 991, a region 992, and a region 993. The regions 991 and 992 are rectangular with their longitudinal direction in the D1 direction. The region 993 extends in the D3 direction. On the lower end surface 99, the regions 991, 993, and 992 are continuous in this order from the front end 93 side toward the rear end 94 side.
[0063] The region 991 abuts against the upper surface 101 of the base plate 10. The region 992 abuts against the upper surface of the stacking plate 30. The region 993 abuts against the end surface of the stacking plate 30 in the thickness direction.
[0064] In a side view of the base frame 1, at least the front end 93 of the front end 93 and rear end 94 is located between the front ends 53, 63 and rear ends 54, 64 of the main beams 50, 60.
[0065] 8 is a top view of the base plate 10. As shown in FIG. 8, the base plate 10 has an upper surface 101 and a lower surface 102. The upper surface 101 has a region R1 on which a battery is installed and which extends in the D1 and D2 directions on the rear end 12 side from the front end 11. The upper surface 101 further has a region R2 which extends in the D1 and D2 directions on the front end 11 side from the region R1.
[0066] The entire surface of region R1 is covered by the lamination plate 30. Thus, region R1 indicates the placement position of the lamination plate 30. The six mount attachment portions 110 (see FIG. 2) are located on the edge of the lamination plate 30. Therefore, the six mount attachment portions 110 are located on the edge of region R1 when viewed from above the base frame 1. Therefore, region R1 is defined by the six mount attachment portions 110. Note that a through hole 16 is formed in region R2.
[0067] (C. Battery Installation Example) Figure 9 is a perspective view showing the state in which the battery 900 is installed on the base frame 1. The battery 900 of the electric working machine 1000 is installed on the rear end portion 12 side of the base frame 1 of the electric working machine 1000. The battery 900 is supported on the base frame 1 by six viscous mounts 800. The viscous mounts 800 are attached to the mount attachment portions 110.
[0068] The main beams 50, 60 and the sub-beams 70, 80, 90 overlap the battery 900 in a top view of the electric powered working machine 1000. At least a portion of the main beams 50, 60 is located directly below the battery 900. At least a portion of the sub-beams 70, 90 is also located directly below the battery 900. The entire sub-beam 80 is located directly below the battery 900.
[0069] However, vibrations while the electric working machine 1000 is running can cause a large displacement in the direction D1 or D2 of the relative position of the battery 900 with respect to the base frame 1. To prevent such displacement, stoppers for suppressing displacement are installed on the base frame 1 around each viscous mount 800 (more specifically, the brackets of the viscous mount 800).
[0070] Component 19 shown in Figure 1 is a part of the stopper. Other components are connected above component 19. These components are connected to the lower portion of the bracket, the upper portion of the bracket, and the side of the bracket with bolts as gap adjustment members. This configuration makes it possible to limit the vertical displacement of the battery and the rearward displacement of the battery to within a certain amount.
[0071] By changing the position of the stopper, it is possible to limit the displacement of the battery to a certain amount in the forward, right, or left direction. By increasing the number of stoppers, it is possible to limit the displacement of the battery to a certain amount in the forward, right, or left direction. The allowable displacement amount can also be adjusted by adjusting the gap between the bracket and the bolt with the bolt.
[0072] (D. Summary) A part of the configuration of the base plate 10 can be summarized as follows.
[0073] (1) The battery 900 is installed above the region R1 ( FIG. 8 ) of the base plate 10. As shown in FIGS. 1 , 2 , and 8 , the base frame 1 includes, in addition to the main beams 50 and 60, sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 that are installed above the region R1 and extend in the direction D1.
[0074] Because the large-capacity battery 900 is heavy, a large load is applied to the base frame 1. As a result, a force that tends to deflect the base frame 1 acts on the base frame 1. However, according to this example, the base plate 10 can be reinforced by the sub-beams 70, 80, and 90, thereby increasing the strength of the base frame 1. Therefore, the base frame 1 has a configuration that is suitable for installing a large-capacity battery.
[0075] (2) As shown in Figure 8, region R1 is located closer to the rear end 12 of the base plate 10 than the front end 11. Therefore, a large bending moment acts on the base frame 1 due to the load of the battery 900. More specifically, bending stress based on the bending moment caused by the load of the battery 900 is applied to the base plate 10.
[0076] The base frame 1 can distribute the bending stress generated by the battery 900 to the base plate 10, the main beams 50, 60, and the sub-beams 70, 80, and 90. Therefore, the base frame 1 can reduce the amount of deflection of the base frame 1 compared to a configuration that does not include the sub-beams 70, 80, and 90.
[0077] (3) As shown in Figure 2, the main beam 50 is installed closer to the center of the base plate 10 than the main beam 60 in the direction D2. The sub-beam 70 is installed in contact with the side surface 51 of the main beam 50. With this configuration, the sub-beam 70 can reinforce the main beam 50 closer to the center of the base plate 10 than the main beam 60.
[0078] 2, the thickness of the sub-beams 70 is greater than the thickness of the main beam 50. Therefore, the degree of reinforcement of the main beam 50 can be increased compared to when the thickness of the sub-beams 70 is thinner than the thickness of the main beam 50.
[0079] As shown in Figure 1, the height of the sub-beam 70 is higher than the height of the main beam 50 on the rear end 12 side of the base plate 10. By increasing the height of the sub-beam 70, the area of the cross section (a surface having a normal vector parallel to the D1 direction) of the sub-beam 70 on the rear end 12 side can be increased. Therefore, the degree of reinforcement of the main beam 50 on the rear end 12 side can be increased compared to when the height of the sub-beam 70 is lower than the height of the main beam 50.
[0080] In this example, the center of gravity of the upper rotating body of the electric working machine 1000 is located on the main beam 50 when viewed from above the base frame 1. Therefore, the sub-beam 70 can reinforce the base plate 10 at a position close to the center of gravity.
[0081] (4) In addition to the main beams 50 and 60, the sub-beams 70 and 80 are also installed above the regions R1 and R2 (FIG. 8). Therefore, the strength of the base frame 1 can be increased compared to a configuration in which the sub-beams 70 and 80 are installed only above the region R1.
[0082] (5) The main beam 50 is disposed between the main beam 60 and the sub-beam 90 in the direction D2. The main beam 50 and the sub-beam 90 are spaced apart in the direction D1. With this configuration, the base plate 10 can be reinforced by the sub-beam 90 in the outer region in the direction D2 of the beam pair consisting of the main beam 50 and the main beam 60.
[0083] 2, the sub-beam 90 abuts against the mount attachment portion 110A. Therefore, compared to a configuration in which the sub-beam 90 does not abut against the mount attachment portion 110A, the bending stress applied to the mount attachment portion 110A can be reduced.
[0084] (6) The sub-beam 80 is disposed between the main beam 50 and the main beam 60 in the direction D2. The sub-beam 80 is spaced apart from each of the main beams 50, 60 in the direction D2. With this configuration, the sub-beam 80 can reinforce the base plate 10 in the inner region of the beam pair consisting of the main beam 50 and the main beam 60 in the direction D2.
[0085] In this example, the center of gravity of the upper rotating body of the electric working machine 1000 is located above the main beam 50 when viewed from above the base frame 1. Therefore, the sub-beam 80 can reinforce the base plate 10 at a position closer to the center of gravity than the main beam 60.
[0086] (7) The sub-beam 90 is disposed above the region R1 and extends in the direction D1. The sub-beam 90 is disposed on the opposite side of the main beam 50 from the sub-beam 80. Specifically, the sub-beam 90 is disposed on the opposite side of the main beam 50 and the sub-beam 70 from the sub-beam 80. With this configuration, the base plate 10 can be reinforced by the sub-beams 80 and 90 in the inner and outer regions of the beam pair consisting of the main beam 50 and the main beam 60 in the direction D2.
[0087] (8) The lamination plate 30 is laminated only in the region R1 of the regions R1 and R2, and is fixed to the base plate 10. The main beams 50 and 60 and the sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 are fixed to at least the lamination plate 30. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the sub-beam 80 is fixed only to the lamination plate 30 between the base plate 10 and the lamination plate 30.
[0088] The laminated plate 30 can reduce distortion that occurs when the center of the base plate 10 bends downward relative to the left end 13 and the right end 14 of the base plate 10 when viewed from the front of the base frame 1. The laminated plate 30 can further increase the rigidity of the base frame 1.
[0089] Next, a summary of part of the configuration of the electric powered working machine 1000 is as follows. The electric powered working machine 1000 includes a working implement (not shown), a battery 900, and a base frame 1 on which the battery 900 is mounted. The base frame 1 includes a plate member 5, main beams 50 and 60 each rising upward from the plate member 5 and extending in the front-to-rear direction, and sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 connected above the plate member 5 and extending in a direction intersecting the left-to-right direction. The working implement is attached to the main beams 50 and 60. At least a portion of each of the main beams 50 and 60 and the sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 is located directly below the battery 900.
[0090] (E. Modifications) (1) In the above, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, an example configuration in which the base frame 1 includes three sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 has been described, but this is not limiting. The base frame 1 may include at least one of the three sub-beams 70, 80, and 90. Even in this case, the strength of the base frame 1 can be increased compared to a configuration in which no sub-beams are included.
[0091] (2) In the above, as shown in Fig. 2, the sub-beam 70 is placed on at least the stacking plate 30 in contact with the side surface 51 of the main beam 50. However, this is not limited thereto, and the sub-beam 70 may be placed on at least the stacking plate 30 in contact with the side surface 52 of the main beam 50. Alternatively, the sub-beam 70 may be placed on at least the stacking plate 30 in contact with the side surface 61 or 62 of the main beam 60.
[0092] (3) In the above description, the sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 are arranged parallel to the main beams 50 and 60, which are parallel to each other. The sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 and the main beams 50 and 60 extend parallel to each other in the front-to-rear direction (direction D1) of the base plate 10.
[0093] However, this is not a limitation. The sub-beams 70, 80, 90 may extend in a direction intersecting the direction D2. The sub-beams 70, 80, 90 may extend in the direction D1 when viewed in the direction D2. The sub-beams 70, 80, 90 may extend in the direction D1 when viewed from the side of the base frame 1. The sub-beams 70, 80, 90 may be inclined with respect to the front-to-rear direction of the base plate 10.
[0094] (4) In the above, the sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 are disposed on the upper surface 101 side of the base plate 10. The sub-beams 70, 80, and 90 are disposed on the upper surface 101 side above the region R1.
[0095] However, this is not limiting. At least one of the sub-beams 70, 80, 90 may be installed on the lower surface 102 side of the base plate 10. More specifically, at least one of the sub-beams 70, 80, 90 may be installed below the region R1 on the lower surface 102 side. At least one of the sub-beams 70, 80, 90 may be arranged so as to contact the lower surface 102. The sub-beams 70, 80, 90 may be connected below the plate member 5 instead of above it.
[0096] (5) In the above description, an example configuration has been given in which the battery 900 is installed above the region R1 that extends in the D1 and D2 directions and is closer to the rear end 12 than the front end 11, as shown in Figures 8 and 9 . However, the position of the region R1 above which the battery 900 is installed is not limited to this. The region R1 may be closer to the front end 11 than the rear end 12. Alternatively, the region R1 may be located in the center between the front end 11 and the rear end 12.
