Abstract
Description
Pressing unit and spring member
[0001] The present invention relates to a pressing unit and a spring member.
[0002] A spring member is known that is placed between a first pressure-receiving body and a second pressure-receiving body and applies pressure to one or both of them. Spring members are used in various devices. For example, a spring member secures a power element to a heat dissipation fin that dissipates heat generated in the power element to the outside (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The spring member described in Patent Document 1 is a plate-shaped member with a bent portion and a cut-and-raised portion, and the cut-and-raised portion presses against the power element to apply a load. Furthermore, the bent portion of this spring member is inserted into a hole in a clamp and secured to the clamp. In this case, the clamp is secured to the heat dissipation fin.
[0003] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 6-342989
[0004] However, in the spring member disclosed in Patent Document 1, when the pressing unit is configured to assemble by sliding the second pressed body relative to the first pressed body, there is a risk that the spring member may become misaligned with respect to the pressing metal fitting when the second pressed body slides. If the contact position of the raised portion with the power element becomes misaligned, the load applied to the power element may change, and in some cases the power element may not be properly fixed to the heat dissipation fin.
[0005] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above, and aims to provide a pressing unit and a spring member that can reliably and stably press a second pressed body against a first pressed body in a configuration in which a second pressed body is slid and assembled relative to a first pressed body.

[0018] In the following description, a pressing unit using a spring member will be described as a mode for carrying out the present invention (hereinafter referred to as an "embodiment"). The present invention is not limited to this embodiment. Furthermore, in the drawings, identical parts are designated by the same reference numerals. Furthermore, it should be noted that the drawings are schematic, and the relationship between the thickness and width of each part, the ratio of each part, and the like may differ from reality. Furthermore, the drawings also include parts with different dimensions and ratios.
[0019] 1 is a side view schematically showing a pressing unit using a spring member according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The pressing unit 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention has a spring member 1 disposed between a first pressed body 101 and a second pressed body 102. The spring member 1 applies pressure to both the first pressed body 101 and the second pressed body 102 by its elastic force.
[0020] The first pressure-receiving body 101 is a cylindrical body with one open end and a bottom at the other end. The first pressure-receiving body 101 shown in Fig. 1 is a hollow rectangular column with a bottom that opens to the left side of the figure. The second pressure-receiving body 102 is also rectangular and is housed within the first pressure-receiving body 101.
[0021] 2 is a diagram for explaining the assembly of the pressing unit 100. The pressing unit 100 is assembled by sliding the second pressed body 102 into the first pressed body 101.
[0022] 3 and 4 are perspective views showing the configuration of a spring member according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a side view taken along the arrow A in FIG. 4. FIG. 6 is a plan view showing the configuration of a spring member according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Note that FIG. 6 is a simplified schematic view of the spring member, omitting through holes 14, which will be described later, and the like. In the following figures, the X, Y, and Z directions are orthogonal to one another. In the following description, the X direction is the extension direction (longitudinal direction) of the spring portion, the Y direction is the width direction, and the Z direction is the height direction.
[0023] The spring member 1 is formed using a flat spring steel plate made of metal, resin, etc. For example, the spring member 1 is formed by punching out the outer shape of the spring member 1 from a flat spring steel plate and partially curving the shape.
[0024] The spring member 1 comprises two first spring portions (first spring portions 10A, 10B), one second spring portion 20, a first connecting portion 30A connecting the first spring portion 10A and the second spring portion 20, and a second connecting portion 30B connecting the first spring portion 10B and the second spring portion 20.
[0025] The first spring portions 10A and 10B each have a band-shaped main body portion 11 that is curved in an arc shape in the longitudinal direction, a first end portion 12 that extends from one end of the main body portion 11 and is curved in a manner opposite to the curved manner of the main body portion 11, and a second end portion 13 that extends from the end of the main body portion 11 opposite to the side from which the first end portion 12 extends and is curved in a manner opposite to the curved manner of the main body portion 11.
[0026] The main body 11 has a flat portion 11a extending in a flat plate shape, a first connecting portion 11b extending in a curved manner from one end of the flat portion 11a and connecting to a first end 12, and a second connecting portion 11c extending in a curved manner from the other end of the flat portion 11a and connecting to a second end 13. The first connecting portion 11b and the second connecting portion 12b are curved on the same side relative to the flat portion 11a. The first end 12 has a through hole 14 penetrating through it in the thickness direction. This through hole 14 corresponds to a fixing portion. In the first embodiment, the first spring portions 10A and 10B are described as having the same shape and size, but may have different shapes, such as a curved pattern and size. Here, "same shape" refers to being the same, including manufacturing errors.
[0027] The first spring portions 10A, 10B are aligned in the Y direction with the same curved shape. Specifically, the first spring portions 10A, 10B are aligned in the Y direction with the same convex direction due to the curve. That is, the first spring portions 10A, 10B are aligned so that the apex of the convex curve faces the height direction. In this case, for example, the ends of the first end portions 12 of the first spring portions 10A, 10B are positioned on the same XY plane and the same YZ plane.
[0028] The second spring portion 20 has a band-shaped main body portion 21 that is curved in an arc shape in the longitudinal direction, a first end portion 22 that extends from one end of the main body portion 21 and is curved in a manner opposite to the curved manner of the main body portion 21, and a second end portion 23 that extends from the end of the main body portion 21 opposite to the side from which the first end portion 22 extends and is curved in a manner opposite to the curved manner of the main body portion 21.
[0029] The main body 21 has a flat portion 21a extending in a flat plate shape, a first connecting portion 21b extending in a curved manner from one end of the flat portion 21a and connecting to the first end 22, and a second connecting portion 21c extending in a curved manner from the other end of the flat portion 21a and connecting to the second end 23. The second spring portion 20 may have the same shape as the first spring portion 10A (10B), or may have a shape that differs from the first spring portion 10A (10B) in terms of the curvature, size, etc.
[0030] The second spring portion 20 is located between the first spring portions 10A and 10B in the Y direction and is shifted in the X direction relative to the first spring portions 10A and 10B. In this case, one end (first end portion 22) of the second spring portion 20 is shifted toward the second end portion 13 relative to the first end portion 12. Furthermore, the first spring portions 10A and 10B and the second spring portion 20 are arranged with the convex directions due to their curvatures aligned in the height direction.
[0031] Here, the first end portions 12, 22 and the second end portions 13, 23 may extend in a curved manner from the main body portions 11, 21, and then extend parallel to the flat portions 11a, 21a, or may be adjusted to an angle such that they are parallel to the contact surface of the first pressed body 101 when the second pressed body 102 is assembled to the first pressed body 101.
[0032] The first connecting portion 30A has one end connected to the flat portion 11 a of the first spring portion 10A and the other end connected to the flat portion 21 a of the second spring portion 20 .
[0033] One end of the second connecting portion 30B is connected to the flat portion 11 a of the first spring portion 10B, and the other end is connected to the flat portion 21 a of the second spring portion 20. The second connecting portion 30B is connected to the side of the second spring portion 20 opposite to the connection side of the first connecting portion 30A in the width direction.
[0034] The first connecting portion 30A and the second connecting portion 30B extend in a direction parallel to a plane (here, the XY plane) passing through the flat portions 11 a, 21 a of the main body portion 11 and the main body portion 21. That is, the first connecting portion 30A and the second connecting portion 30B are located at ends opposite to the first ends 12, 22 and the second ends 13, 23 in the height direction.
[0035] In the pressing unit 100, the spring member 1 is fixed inside the first pressed body 101 (see FIG. 1). Specifically, the spring member 1 is fixed to the inner wall surface of the first pressed body 101 by a bolt 103 attached to the opening side of the first pressed body 101. At this time, the shank of the bolt 103 passes through the through hole 14, and the first end 12 is sandwiched and fixed between the head and the first pressed body 101. The extension direction of the first spring portions 10A, 10B and the second spring portion 20 is substantially the same as the direction from the opening toward the bottom (see FIG. 2). Although Figure 2 shows an example in which the second end 13, the first end 22, and the second end 23 are in contact with the first pressed body 101, it is sufficient that at least the first end 12, which is fixed by the bolt 103, is in contact with the first pressed body 101, and the load can be adjusted depending on the contact state of each end.
[0036] Next, the behavior of the spring member when assembling the pressing unit will be described with reference to Figures 7 to 9. Figures 7 to 9 are diagrams for explaining the behavior of the spring member when assembling the pressing unit according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0037] When the second pressed body 102 is inserted into the first pressed body 101, the second pressed body 102 comes into contact with the first connecting portions 11b of the first spring portions 10A and 10B (see FIG. 7). At this time, the first spring portions 10A and 10B are deformed by the contact of the second pressed body 102.
[0038] Thereafter, the second pressed body 102 slides against the flat portion 11a of the main body 11 and comes into contact with the first connecting portion 30A and the second connecting portion 30B (only the first connecting portion 30A is shown in FIGS. 7 to 9) (see FIG. 8). The first connecting portion 30A and the second connecting portion 30B are deformed by contact with the second pressed body 102. By the second pressed body 102 coming into contact with the first connecting portion 30A and the second connecting portion 30B, it is possible to reduce the change in the load that the spring member 1 receives when the second pressed body 102 comes into contact with the second spring portion 20.
[0039] The second pressed body 102 then contacts the second spring portion 20 while sliding against the first connecting portion 30A and the second connecting portion 30B. The second spring portion 20 is deformed by contact with the second pressed body 102. When the assembly of the second pressed body 102 to the first pressed body 101 is completed (see FIG. 1 ), the second pressed body 102 comes into contact with the flat portions 11 a, 21 a and the connecting portion. Note that depending on the deformation mode of the spring member 1, the contact position with the second pressed body 102 is not limited to the above, and there may be cases where the second pressed body 102 comes into contact only with the flat portions 11 a, 21 a, for example.
[0040] During this assembly, if the spring member 1 receives a load directed toward the bottom side of the first pressed body 101 due to the sliding of the second pressed body 102, the first end portion 12 is fixed by the bolt 103, thereby suppressing misalignment with the first pressed body 101. At this time, because the bolt 103 is attached to the upstream side in the sliding direction of the second pressed body 102 (the opening side of the first pressed body 101), even if a load is applied when the second pressed body 102 is inserted, the bolt 103 can be used as a fulcrum to extend in the X direction and smoothly displace in the Z direction.
[0041] Furthermore, since each spring portion of the spring member 1 has a curved shape that follows the sliding direction of the second pressed body 102, the second pressed body 102 can move smoothly when it comes into contact with the spring member 1 and slides.
[0042] Furthermore, the spring member 1 connects the first spring portions 10A, 10B and the second spring portion 20 by a connection portion that connects their respective top portions (here, the flat portions 11a, 21a) together, and when the second pressed body 102 is inserted, the second pressed body 102 comes into contact with the connection portion, thereby reducing the change in load when the second pressed body 102 comes into contact with the second spring portion 20 after coming into contact with the first spring portions 10A, 10B.
[0043] According to the above-described first embodiment, in a configuration in which the second pressed body is slid and assembled relative to the first pressed body, the second pressed body can be reliably and stably pressed against the first pressed body.
[0044] In the first embodiment described above, the configuration may be such that only the first spring portion 10A, the first connecting portion 30A, and the second spring portion 20 are provided.
[0045] Furthermore, in the above-described first embodiment, it is also possible to use a configuration in which there is one first spring portion and two second spring portions, i.e., the second spring portion is replaced with the first spring portion and the first spring portion is replaced with the second spring portion.
[0046] (Variation 1 of Embodiment 1) Next, Variation 1 of Embodiment 1 will be described with reference to Figs. 10 and 11. Figs. 10 and 11 are perspective views showing the configuration of a spring member according to Variation 1 of Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Variation 1 further includes a third connection portion 30C that connects the first connection portion 30A and the second connection portion 30B to the configuration of spring member 1 according to Embodiment 1. The following describes the parts that are different from Embodiment 1, and the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals and will not be described again.
[0047] The spring member 1A according to this modified example 1 comprises two first spring portions (first spring portions 10A, 10B), one second spring portion 20, a first connection portion 30A connecting the first spring portion 10A and the second spring portion 20, a second connection portion 30B connecting the first spring portion 10B and the second spring portion 20, and a third connection portion 30C connecting the first connection portion 30A and the second connection portion 30B.
[0048] The third connection portion 30C has one end which is the end of the extension direction (X direction) of the first connection portion 30A and is connected to the end of the first spring portion 10A that connects to the main body portion 11, and the other end which is the end of the extension direction (X direction) of the second connection portion 30B and is connected to the end of the first spring portion 10B that connects to the main body portion 11.
[0049] The spring member 1A is attached to the first pressed body 101 by the bolts 103, as in the spring member 1 according to the first embodiment, and the pressing unit is assembled by inserting the second pressed body 102.
[0050] In the above-described first modification, as in the first embodiment, the first end 12 is fixed by the bolt 103, which prevents misalignment with the first pressed body 101, and the curved shape of the spring portion and the connecting portion allow the second pressed body 102 to be smoothly inserted. According to the first modification, in a configuration in which the second pressed body is slid and assembled relative to the first pressed body, the second pressed body can be reliably and stably pressed against the first pressed body.
[0051] Furthermore, according to the spring member 1A of the modified example 1, the first connection portion 30A and the second connection portion 30B are connected by the third connection portion 30C, which prevents the first spring portions 10A and 10B from separating when a load is applied to the spring member 1A, and makes it possible to maintain the relative positional relationship between the first spring portions 10A and 10B.
[0052] (Variation 2 of Embodiment 1) Next, Variation 2 of Embodiment 1 will be described with reference to Figs. 12 and 13. Figs. 12 and 13 are perspective views showing the configuration of a spring member according to Variation 2 of Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Variation 2 includes three first spring portions and two second spring portions. Below, differences from Embodiment 1 will be described, and the same components will be denoted by the same reference numerals and will not be described again.
[0053] The spring member 1B according to the second modification includes three first spring portions (first spring portions 10A, 10B, 10C), two second spring portions (second spring portions 20A, 20B), a first connection portion 30A connecting the first spring portion 10A and the second spring portion 20A, a second connection portion 30B connecting the first spring portion 10B and the second spring portion 20A, a third connection portion 30D connecting the first spring portion 10B and the second spring portion 20B, and a fourth connection portion 30E connecting the first spring portion 10C and the second spring portion 20B.
[0054] The first spring portion 10C has the same shape as the first spring portions 10A and 10B. The second spring portions 20A and 20B have the same shape as the second spring portion 20.
[0055] The first connecting portion 30A has one end connected to the flat portion 11a of the first spring portion 10A and the other end connected to the flat portion 21a of the second spring portion 20A.
[0056] One end of the second connecting portion 30B is connected to the flat portion 11 a of the first spring portion 10A, and the other end is connected to the flat portion 21 a of the second spring portion 20A. The second connecting portion 30B is connected to the side of the second spring portion 20A opposite to the connection side of the first connecting portion 30A in the width direction.
[0057] The third connecting portion 30D has one end connected to the flat portion 11a of the first spring portion 10B and the other end connected to the flat portion 21a of the second spring portion 20B.
[0058] One end of the fourth connecting portion 30E is connected to the flat portion 11 a of the first spring portion 10C, and the other end is connected to the flat portion 21 a of the second spring portion 20B. The fourth connecting portion 30E is connected to the side of the second spring portion 20B opposite to the connection side of the third connecting portion 30C in the width direction.
[0059] Similar to the spring member 1 according to the first embodiment, the spring member 1B is attached to the first pressed body 101 with bolts 103, and the pressing unit is assembled by inserting the second pressed body 102. At this time, the first spring portion 10C, the second spring portions 20A and 20B, and the first connecting portion 30A to the fourth connecting portion 30E are deformed in the same manner as the corresponding components (the first spring portions 10A and 10B, the second spring portion 20, and the first connecting portion 30A and the second connecting portion 30B).
[0060] In the above-described second modification, as in the first embodiment, the first end 12 is fixed by the bolt 103, which prevents misalignment with the first pressed body 101, and the curved shape of the spring portion and the connecting portion allow the second pressed body 102 to be smoothly inserted. According to the first modification, in a configuration in which the second pressed body is slid and assembled relative to the first pressed body, the second pressed body can be reliably and stably pressed against the first pressed body.
[0061] Furthermore, according to variant example 2, since there are more spring portions than in the spring member 1 of embodiment 1, the second pressed body 102 can be fixed to the first pressed body 101 more uniformly and stably.
[0062] In the second modification, the connection portion (third connection portion 30C) according to the first modification, or a connection portion that connects the third connection portion 30D and the fourth connection portion 30E may be further provided.
[0063] In the second modification, the positions of the second spring portions 20A and 20B in the X direction may be shifted.
[0064] (Variation 3 of Embodiment 1) Next, Variation 3 of Embodiment 1 will be described with reference to Fig. 14. Fig. 14 is a plan view showing the configuration of a spring member according to Variation 3 of Embodiment 1 of the present invention. In Variation 3, compared to the configuration of spring member 1 according to Embodiment 1, first spring portion 10A and first spring portion 10B are positioned offset in the X direction. Below, parts that differ from Embodiment 1 and the like will be described, and the same components will be assigned the same reference numerals and will not be described again.
[0065] The spring member 1C of this modified example 3 comprises two first spring portions (first spring portions 10A, 10B), one second spring portion 20, a first connecting portion 30A connecting the first spring portion 10A and the second spring portion 20, and a second connecting portion 30F connecting the first spring portion 10B and the second spring portion 20.
[0066] In the spring member 1C, the first spring portion 10B is shifted in the X direction toward the second spring portion 20 relative to the first spring portion 10A. Therefore, the first spring portion 10A protrudes from the side of the spring member 1C opposite the second spring portion 20 in the X direction. Furthermore, the second connecting portion 30F has a shorter length in the X direction than the first connecting portion 30A.
[0067] Similar to the spring member 1 according to the first embodiment, the spring member 1C is attached to the first pressed body 101 with bolts 103, and the pressing unit is assembled by inserting the second pressed body 102. At this time, the second pressed body 102 contacts the first spring portion 10A, and then the first spring portion 10B, the first connecting portion 30A, the second connecting portion 30F, and the second spring portion 20, in that order. Furthermore, the first spring portions 10A and 10B, the second spring portion 20, the first connecting portion 30A, and the second connecting portion 30F deform in the same manner as the corresponding components (the first spring portions 10A and 10B, the second spring portion 20, and the first connecting portion 30A and the second connecting portion 30B).
[0068] In the above-described third modification, similarly to the first embodiment, the first end 12 is fixed by the bolt 103, which prevents misalignment with the first pressed body 101, and the curved shape of the spring portion and the connecting portion allow the second pressed body 102 to be smoothly inserted. According to the third modification, in a configuration in which the second pressed body is slid and assembled relative to the first pressed body, the second pressed body can be reliably and stably pressed against the first pressed body.
[0069] (Fourth Modification of First Embodiment) Next, a fourth modification of the first embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 15. Fig. 15 is a plan view showing the configuration of a spring member according to the fourth modification of the first embodiment of the present invention. Below, portions that differ from the first embodiment and the like will be described, and the same components will be given the same reference numerals and will not be described again.
[0070] The spring member 1D according to the fourth modification includes two first spring portions (first spring portions 10A and 10B), two second spring portions (second spring portions 20A and 20B), and a connecting portion 30G that connects the first spring portions 10A and 10B and the second spring portions 20A and 20B. In the spring member 1D, the first spring portions and the second spring portions are linearly arranged along the X direction.
[0071] The connection portion 30G is provided in the Y direction between the first spring portion 10A and the first spring portion 10B, and between the second spring portion 20A and the second spring portion 20B, with one end connected to the flat portion 11a of the first spring portion 10A, 10B, respectively, and the other end connected to the flat portion 21a of the second spring portion 20A, 20B, respectively.
[0072] Similar to the spring member 1 according to the first embodiment, the spring member 1D is attached to the first pressed body 101 with the bolts 103, and the pressing unit is assembled by inserting the second pressed body 102. At this time, the second pressed body 102 comes into contact with the first spring portions 10A and 10B, and then comes into contact with the connecting portion 30G and the second spring portions 20A and 20B in that order, causing deformation.
[0073] In the fourth modification described above, as in the first embodiment, the first end 12 is fixed by the bolt 103, which prevents misalignment with the first pressed body 101, and the curved shape of the spring portion and the connecting portion allow the second pressed body 102 to be smoothly inserted. According to the fourth modification, in a configuration in which the second pressed body is slid and assembled relative to the first pressed body, the second pressed body can be reliably and stably pressed against the first pressed body.
[0074] According to the above-described fourth modified example, the first spring portion and the second spring portion are arranged in a straight line along the X direction, and each spring portion is connected by a single connecting portion 30G. Therefore, the size in the Y direction can be reduced compared to the configuration of the spring member 1 according to the first embodiment, for example.
[0075] (Fifth Modification of First Embodiment) Next, a fifth modification of the first embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 16. Fig. 16 is a plan view showing the configuration of a spring member according to the fifth modification of the first embodiment of the present invention. Below, portions that differ from the first embodiment and the like will be described, and the same components will be given the same reference numerals and will not be described again.
[0076] The spring member 1E according to the fifth modification includes one first spring portion 10, one second spring portion 20, and a first connecting portion 30H and a second connecting portion 30I that connect the first spring portion 10 and the second spring portion 20.
[0077] The first spring portion 10 and the second spring portion 20 are arranged side by side in the X direction.
[0078] The first connecting portion 30H has one end connected to the flat portion 11 a of the first spring portion 10 and the other end connected to the flat portion 21 a of the second spring portion 20 .
[0079] One end of the second connecting portion 30I is connected to the flat portion 11 a of the first spring portion 10, and the other end is connected to the flat portion 21 a of the second spring portion 20. The second connecting portion 30I is connected to the first spring portion 10 and the second spring portion 20 on the side opposite to the connection side of the first connecting portion 30H in the width direction.
[0080] Similar to the spring member 1 according to the first embodiment, the spring member 1E is attached to the first pressed body 101 with the bolts 103, and the pressing unit is assembled by inserting the second pressed body 102. At this time, the second pressed body 102 comes into contact with the first spring portion 10, and then comes into contact with the first connecting portion 30H, the second connecting portion 30I, and the second spring portion 20 in that order, causing deformation.
[0081] In the fifth modification described above, as in the first embodiment, the first end 12 is fixed by the bolt 103, which prevents misalignment with the first pressed body 101, and the curved shape of the spring portion and the connecting portion allow the second pressed body 102 to be smoothly inserted. According to the fifth modification, in a configuration in which the second pressed body is slid and assembled relative to the first pressed body, the second pressed body can be reliably and stably pressed against the first pressed body.
[0082] (Embodiment 2) Next, embodiment 2 will be described with reference to Fig. 17. Fig. 17 is a perspective view showing the configuration of a spring member according to embodiment 2 of the present invention. In embodiment 2, a tongue portion is further provided in addition to the configuration of spring member 1 according to embodiment 1. Below, differences from embodiment 1 will be described, and the same components will be assigned the same reference numerals and will not be described again.
[0083] The spring member 1F in this embodiment 2 comprises two first spring portions (first spring portions 10A, 10B), one second spring portion 20, a first connection portion 30A connecting the first spring portion 10A and the second spring portion 20, a second connection portion 30B connecting the first spring portion 10B and the second spring portion 20, a first tongue portion 40A extending from the first connection portion 30A, and a second tongue portion 40B extending from the second connection portion 30B.
[0084] The first tongue portion 40A is an end portion of the first connecting portion 30A, and extends from the end portion on the side connecting to the first spring portion 10A in the extension direction of the first spring portion 10A (here, this corresponds to the X direction). The first tongue portion 40A is preferably curved in the same manner as the corresponding position of the first spring portion 10A in the Y direction, and at least the tip portion forms an arc on the same side as the curved shape of the first spring portion 10A.
[0085] The second tongue portion 40B is an end portion of the second connecting portion 30B, and extends from the end portion on the side connecting to the first spring portion 10B in the extension direction of the first spring portion 10B (here, this corresponds to the X direction). The second tongue portion 40B is preferably curved in the same manner as the corresponding position of the first spring portion 10B in the Y direction, and at least the tip portion forms an arc on the same side as the curved shape of the first spring portion 10B.
[0086] Similar to the spring member 1 according to the first embodiment, the spring member 1F is attached to the first pressed body 101 with the bolts 103, and the pressing unit is assembled by inserting the second pressed body 102. At this time, the second pressed body 102 comes into contact with the first spring portion 10, and then with the first tongue portion 40A and the second tongue portion 40B. Thereafter, the second pressed body 102 comes into contact with the first connecting portion 30A, the second connecting portion 30B, and the second spring portion 20 in that order, and is deformed.
[0087] In the second embodiment described above, as in the first embodiment, the first end 12 is fixed by the bolt 103, which prevents misalignment with the first pressed body 101, and the curved shape of the spring portion and the connecting portion allow the second pressed body 102 to be smoothly inserted. According to the second embodiment, in a configuration in which the second pressed body is slid and assembled relative to the first pressed body, the second pressed body can be reliably and stably pressed against the first pressed body.
[0088] Furthermore, according to the spring member 1F of the second embodiment, the second pressed body 102 is brought into contact with the first tongue portion 40A and the second tongue portion 40B before the second pressed body 102 comes into contact with the first connecting portion 30A and the second connecting portion 30B, thereby enabling the first connecting portion 30A and the second connecting portion 30B to be deformed more smoothly by the contact of the second pressed body 102. As a result, the second pressed body 102 can be assembled to the first pressed body 101 more smoothly than in the first embodiment.
[0089] Although the present invention has been described above with reference to exemplary embodiments, it should not be construed as being limited to the above-described exemplary embodiments. For example, the spring constant of the first spring portion may be smaller than the spring constant of the second spring portion. In this case, the thickness of the first spring portion may be smaller than the thickness of the second spring portion, the height of the spring (here, the distance in the Z direction) may be reduced, or the inclination angle of the connecting portion relative to the flat portion may be made gentler.
[0090] In the first and second embodiments and the modified examples, ribs may be provided at the connection portions, allowing the strength of the connection portions to be adjusted by forming the ribs.
[0091] Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments and the modified examples, the width may be gradually reduced from the connecting portion toward the end. By reducing the width of the spring portion toward the end, the arrangement area of the connection portion can be increased, and the width of the connection portion can be increased, or the distance between the spring portions in the Y direction can be reduced, thereby reducing the size of the spring member in the Y direction. By reducing the size in the Y direction, the configuration of the present invention can be applied even when there is a limit to the size of the arrangement location in the Y direction, and further, more spring members can be arranged in the Y direction.
[0092] In the first and second embodiments and the modified examples, the width may be gradually increased from the connecting portion toward the end portion. By increasing the width of the spring portion toward the end portion, the spring constant can be reduced while maintaining the contact width with the second pressed body 102.
[0093] Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments and the modified examples, a portion of the connecting portion between the ends in the X direction may be bent so as to be convex in the Z direction opposite to the curved shape (convex direction) of the spring portion. This bending of the connecting portion allows the second spring portion to contact the second pressed body before the connecting portion, resulting in a significant increase in insertion resistance and enabling the position of the second pressed body relative to the first pressed body to be easily grasped.
[0094] In the first and second embodiments and the modified examples, the number of first spring portions and second spring portions may be increased appropriately in the X direction and the Y direction, and the number of connecting portions may be increased accordingly.
[0095] Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments and the modified example, the first spring portion is described as having a second end portion and a second connecting portion, but the first spring portion may be configured not to have a second end portion and a second connecting portion.
[0096] Furthermore, in the first and second embodiments and the modified example, the spring member 1 is fixed to the first pressed body 101 by inserting the bolt 103 into the through hole 14 formed in the first end portion 12, but the fixing is not limited to the fixing by the through hole 14, and may be fixed by, for example, welding or the like. In this case, the welded portion (melt mark) formed by welding corresponds to the fixed portion.
[0097] As such, the present invention may include various embodiments not described here, and various design changes may be made within the scope of the technical idea specified by the claims.
[0098] As described above, the pressing unit and spring member of the present invention are suitable for reliably and stably pressing the second pressed body against the first pressed body in a configuration in which the second pressed body is slid and assembled relative to the first pressed body.
