[0003] JP 2021-189566 A International Publication No. WO2010 / 047170

[0004] In order to manage GHG emissions and consider the possibility of reducing them, it is necessary to visualize the breakdown of GHG emissions. For example, it is necessary to visualize GHG emissions for each product part or for each stage of the product's life cycle (manufacturing, transportation, etc.). However, there are many analytical axes for GHG emissions, and it is not easy to manage complex data for many analytical axes. For example, one analytical axis could be the energy source that generates GHG. Another analytical axis could be the internal organization of the product manufacturer. Yet another analytical axis could be the parts that make up the product.

[0005] The techniques of Patent Documents 1 and 2 do not support such multiple analysis axes. Therefore, there is a problem in that GHG emissions cannot be analyzed along multiple analysis axes. One of the main objectives of the present disclosure is to solve the above-mentioned problem. Specifically, the main objective of the present disclosure is to enable GHG emissions to be analyzed along multiple analysis axes.

[0006] A data processing device according to the present disclosure includes: a data management unit that manages hierarchical structure data including a first hierarchical structure in which a plurality of first nodes corresponding to a first analysis axis that is an analysis axis of greenhouse gas emissions are layered; a second hierarchical structure in which a plurality of second nodes corresponding to a second analysis axis that is an analysis axis of greenhouse gas emissions different from the first analysis axis are layered; and a plurality of emission nodes that are nodes of greenhouse gas emissions, wherein the plurality of first nodes include two or more first connection nodes that connect to any of the emission nodes, and the plurality of second nodes include two or more second connection nodes that connect to any of the emission nodes; The system has an extraction unit that, when any first node is selected as a first selected node and any second node is selected as a second selected node, extracts, for each first connecting node, a first node path which is a chain of nodes from the emission node connected by the first connecting node to the first selected node via the first connecting node, and extracts, for each second connecting node, a second node path which is a chain of nodes from the emission node connected by the second connecting node to the second selected node via the second connecting node.

[0007] According to the present disclosure, GHG emissions can be analyzed along multiple analytical axes.

These programs are loaded from the auxiliary memory device 903 to the main memory device 902. The processor 901 then executes these programs to perform the operations of the instruction acquisition unit 103, the extraction unit 104, and the visualization unit 105, which will be described later. 18 schematically shows a state in which the processor 901 is executing programs that implement the functions of the instruction acquisition unit 103, the extraction unit 104, and the visualization unit 105. The storage unit 102 is implemented by a main storage unit 902 and / or an auxiliary storage unit 903. The communication unit 904 communicates with external devices. The input / output unit 905 is, for example, a mouse, a keyboard, and a display.

[0012] Next, an example of the functional configuration of the emission amount management device 100 will be described with reference to FIG.

[0013] The data management unit 101 manages the hierarchical structure data 200. Specifically, the data management unit 101 acquires configuration information indicating the configuration of the hierarchical structure data 200. Then, the data management unit 101 generates the hierarchical structure data 200 using the acquired configuration information. The data management unit 101 also stores the generated hierarchical structure data 200 in the storage unit 102. The data management unit 101 acquires the configuration information, for example, from a data analyst who is a user of the emission management device 100, via the mouse and keyboard of the input / output device 905. The data management unit 101 also acquires (receives), for example, configuration information transmitted from an external device via a network, via the communication device 904. The data management unit 101 may acquire the generated hierarchical structure data 200 from the external device.

[0014] The hierarchical structure data 200 is 2 This is data including a hierarchical structure used for analyzing emissions. The hierarchical structure data 200 includes a first hierarchical structure, a second hierarchical structure, and an emission amount node. The first hierarchical structure includes CO 2 The second hierarchical structure corresponds to the first analysis axis, which is the analysis axis of CO emissions. 2 This is a hierarchical structure corresponding to the second analysis axis, which is the analysis axis of emissions. In each of the first hierarchical structure and the second hierarchical structure, a plurality of nodes are arranged in a hierarchy. A node included in the first hierarchical structure is called a first node. A node included in the second hierarchical structure is called a second node. The emission node is a node that represents CO 2 This is a node for the emission amount. Details of the hierarchical structure data 200 will be described later. Details of the configuration information will also be described later together with details of the hierarchical structure data 200. The processing performed by the data management unit 101 corresponds to data management processing.

[0015] The storage unit 102 stores the hierarchical structure data 200 .

[0016] The instruction acquisition unit 103 acquires analysis instructions from the data analyst via the mouse and keyboard of the input / output device 905. The analysis instructions are input by the CO 2 This is a command to instruct an analysis of the emission amount. The analysis instruction specifies conditions for extracting a node path from the hierarchical structure data 200. A node path is a chain of nodes. Details of the node path will be described later.

[0017] The extraction unit 104 extracts node paths that correspond to the conditions specified in the analysis instruction from the hierarchical structure data 200. The processing performed by the extraction unit 104 corresponds to extraction processing.

[0018] The visualization unit 105 uses the node paths extracted by the extraction unit 104 to visualize the CO based on the first analysis axis and the second analysis axis. 2 The visualization unit 105 generates visualization information that visualizes the emission amount. The visualization unit 105 generates, for example, a Sankey diagram as the visualization information. The visualization unit 105 then outputs the visualization information to the display of the input / output device 905.

[0019] FIG. 2 shows an example of hierarchical structure data 200 .

[0020] The hierarchical structure data 200 is data having a graph-format data structure. In the graph format, data is represented by nodes and edges. In FIG. 2, nodes are represented by circles. Also, in FIG. 2, edges are represented by lines connecting nodes. A graph database may be used as a database for holding graph-format data. Alternatively, a relational database, a key-value database, a document database, or the like may be used as a database for holding graph-format data.

[0021] CO 2 The emission node 201 is an emission node. 2 The emission node 201 is a node for calculating the amount of GHG emissions. 2 The hierarchical structure data 200 includes a plurality of CO 2 It includes an emission node 201. 2 The discharge amount is expressed as weight (kg) and volume (m 3 ) and CO 2 The emission node 201 contains CO 2 Instead of emissions, CO 2 A value for calculating the amount of CO emissions may be set. 2 The emission node 201 stores CO 2 In this case, the extraction unit 104 may set a value that is the basis for calculating the CO 2 Applying the conversion formula to the value set in the emission node 201, 2 The extraction unit 104 calculates the amount of CO 2 Without calculating emissions, 2 The value of the emission node 201 (CO 2 The visualization unit 105 then transfers the CO 2 The value of the emission node 201 may be visualized. 2 CO emissions are set 2Emission node 201 and CO 2 CO emissions are calculated based on the set value 2 In the following, for the sake of simplicity, the hierarchical structure data 200 includes the CO 2 CO emissions are set 2 It is assumed that only the emission node 201 is included.

[0022] The tag data 202 is data with a hierarchical structure. Note that the number of levels shown in FIG. 2 is an example, and the tag data 202 may have a hierarchical structure with a number of levels other than that shown in FIG. 2. The tag data 202 includes, for example, classification tag data 203, department tag data 204, facility tag data 205, and product tag data 206. In addition to these, tag nodes representing dates may be included in the hierarchical structure data 200. A node included in the tag data 202 is called a tag node. A tag node will also be simply referred to as a node hereinafter. Each tag data 202 includes multiple tag nodes, and the multiple tag nodes are hierarchically organized. If two or more of the multiple tag nodes contain CO 2 The emission node 201 is connected (associated). 2 A tag node to which a discharge node 201 is connected is called a connection node. In this embodiment, the tag node at the bottom of the hierarchical structure is a CO 2 The tag nodes in the layers other than the bottom layer are connected to the emission node 201. 2 It may be connected to the emission node 201. In other words, the connection node may be a tag node in a layer other than the lowest layer.

[0023] CO 2 The emission node 201 is connected to two or more connection nodes in two or more hierarchical structures. For example, 2 There is a case where the emission node 201 is connected to the tag node of "Scope 1", the tag node of "Assembly G", the tag node of "1F", and the tag node of "Part AA". 2 CO of emission node 201 2The emissions are CO2 related to "Part AA" that belongs to "Scope 1" and is emitted by equipment located on "1F" of "Assembly G". 2 This means that it is an emission.

[0024] The classification tag data 203 is tag data that complies with the GHG protocol. The GHG protocol is an international standard for calculating and reporting GHG emissions. A "Scope 1" tag node, a "Scope 2" tag node, and a "Scope 3" tag node are provided as tag nodes below the "GHG" tag node in the top layer. The "Scope 1" tag node is a tag node that corresponds to "Scope 1 (direct emissions)" in the GHG protocol. The "Scope 2" tag node is a tag node that corresponds to "Scope 2 (indirect emissions)" in the GHG protocol. The "Scope 3" tag node is a tag node that corresponds to "Scope 3 (other emissions)" in the GHG protocol. In the example of FIG. 2, a "Category 1" tag node and a "Category 2" tag node are provided below the "Scope 3" tag node. The tag node of "Category 1" is a tag node corresponding to "Category 1" of the GHG protocol. The tag node of "Category 2" is a tag node corresponding to "Category 2" of the GHG protocol. In the drawings, "Category 1" and "Category 2" are written as "cat1" and "cat2". In the GHG protocol, 15 categories are defined as the "Scope 3" category. In this embodiment, only the tag nodes of "Category 1" and "Category 2" are provided, but 15 tag nodes corresponding to the 15 categories of the GHG protocol may be provided below the tag node of "Scope 3". In the classification tag data 203, the tag nodes of "Category 1" and "Category 2" of the tag nodes of "Scope 1", "Scope 2", and "Scope 3" are each CO 2 The classification tag data 203 corresponds to a first hierarchical structure corresponding to the first analysis axis. Therefore, each tag node included in the classification tag data 203 corresponds to a first node.2 The tag node connected to the emission node 201 corresponds to the first connection node. Specifically, the tag node of "Scope 1", the tag node of "Scope 2", the tag node of "Category 1", and the tag node of "Category 2" each correspond to the first connection node. Tag data other than the classification tag data 203 may be used as the first hierarchical structure. For example, as the first hierarchical structure, 2 Alternatively, tag data corresponding to an energy source that generates the energy may be used. In this case, tag nodes corresponding to individual energy sources (coal, coke, natural gas, biomass, etc.) may be set in a hierarchical structure. Also, instead of the classification tag data 203, any of the department tag data 204, the equipment tag data 205, and the product tag data 206 may be treated as the first hierarchical structure. Also, there may be a plurality of tag data treated as the first hierarchical structure.

[0025] The department tag data 204 is tag data that indicates a department. 2 Specifically, the department tag data 204 includes 2 The source of the emissions is a factory. A tag node for "General Affairs Department" and a tag node for "Manufacturing Department" are provided as subordinate tag nodes to the tag node for "Factory" in the top layer. The tag node for "General Affairs Department" corresponds to the "General Affairs Department," an organization within the factory. The tag node for "Manufacturing Department" corresponds to the "Manufacturing Department," another organization within the factory. Furthermore, a tag node for "Sheet Metal G" and a tag node for "Assembly G" are provided as subordinate tag nodes to the tag node for "Manufacturing Department." The tag node for "Sheet Metal G" corresponds to the sheet metal group within the Manufacturing Department. The tag node for "Assembly G" corresponds to the assembly group within the Manufacturing Department. The tag node for "General Affairs Department," the tag node for "Sheet Metal G," and the tag node for "Assembly G" each store a department ID (Identifier), department name, personnel, number of people, location, telephone number, etc. In the department tag data 204, the tag node of "General Affairs Department", the tag node of "Sheet Metal G", and the tag node of "Assembly G" are each CO 2It is connected to the emission node 201. That is, the tag node of "General Affairs Department", the tag node of "Metal Sheet G", and the tag node of "Assembly G" are each a connection node.

[0026] The facility tag data 205 is data that represents a facility. 2 Specifically, the equipment tag data 205 includes 2 The emission source is a factory. Tag nodes for "Building 1" and "Building 2" are provided as subordinate tag nodes to the tag node for "Factory" on the top layer. The tag node for "Building 1" corresponds to "Building 1," a building within the factory. The tag node for "Building 2" corresponds to "Building 2," another building within the factory. Tag nodes for "1F" and "2F" are provided as subordinate tag nodes to the tag node for "Building 1." The tag node for "1F" corresponds to the first floor of Building 1. The tag node for "2F" corresponds to the second floor of Building 1. The tag node for "1F," the tag node for "2F," and the tag node for "Building 2" each store equipment ID, equipment name, size, etc. In the equipment tag data 205, the tag node for "1F," the tag node for "2F," and the tag node for "Building 2" each store CO 2 It is connected to the emission node 201. That is, the tag node of "1F", the tag node of "2F", and the tag node of "Building 2" are each a connection node.

[0027] The product tag data 206 is data that represents a product. 2These are items manufactured in factories that are sources of emissions. Tag nodes for "Part A" and "Part B" are provided as subordinate tags to the tag node for "Product" in the top layer. The tag node for "Part A" corresponds to "Part A," a component of the product. The tag node for "Part B" corresponds to "Part B," another component of the product. Furthermore, tag nodes for "Part AA" and "Part AB" are provided as subordinate tags to the tag node for "Part A." The tag node for "Part AA" corresponds to "Part AA," a component of Part A. The tag node for "Part AB" corresponds to "Part AB," another component of Part A. The tag node for "Part B," the tag node for "Part AA," and the tag node for "Part AB" each store information such as the part ID, part name, model number, cost, and weight. In the product tag data 206, the tag node of "Part B", the tag node of "Part AA", and the tag node of "Part AB" are each CO 2 It is connected to the discharge node 201. That is, the tag node of "part B", the tag node of "part AA", and the tag node of "part AB" are each a connection node.

[0028] The department tag data 204, the equipment tag data 205, and the product tag data 206 each correspond to a second hierarchical structure corresponding to the second analysis axis. Therefore, each tag node included in the department tag data 204, the equipment tag data 205, and the product tag data 206 corresponds to a second node. In addition, in the department tag data 204, the equipment tag data 205, and the product tag data 206, 2The tag node connected to the emission amount node 201 corresponds to the second connection node. Specifically, in the department tag data 204, the tag node of "General Affairs Department", the tag node of "Sheet Metal G", and the tag node of "Assembly G" each correspond to the second connection node. In addition, in the facility tag data 205, the tag node of "1F", the tag node of "2F", and the tag node of "Building 2" each correspond to the second connection node. In addition, in the product tag data 206, the tag node of "Part B", the tag node of "Part AA", and the tag node of "Part AB" each correspond to the second connection node. Tag data other than the department tag data 204, the facility tag data 205, and the product tag data 206 may be used as the second hierarchical structure.

[0029] In the following, a tag node of "XX" may be written simply as "XX." For example, a tag node of "GHG" may be written simply as "GHG," and a tag node of "factory" may be written simply as "factory."

[0030] The data management unit 101 shown in Fig. 1 acquires configuration information that describes the configuration of the hierarchical structure data 200 shown in Fig. 2. The configuration information acquired by the data management unit 101 includes 2 The emission amount node 201 is described. The configuration information also describes details of the classification tag data 203. For example, the configuration information may include tag nodes included in the classification tag data 203, relationships between tag nodes, connection nodes of the classification tag data 203, and CO 2 The configuration information describes the emission node 201. In addition, the configuration information describes details of each of the division tag data 204, the equipment tag data 205, and the product tag data 206, as well as the classification tag data 203. In addition, the configuration information describes the CO 2 emissions such as the amount of power consumption, the amount of heat, the amount of water, etc. 2 CO emissions are calculated based on the set value 2When the emission node 201 is used, the configuration information includes a conversion formula. The data management unit 101 can acquire the configuration information in the format of, for example, a CSV file, an XML (registered trademark) file, a binary file, a database operation query, or the like. The data management unit 101 uses the acquired configuration information to generate hierarchical structure data 200, an example of which is shown in FIG. 2, and stores the generated hierarchical structure data 200 in the storage unit 102.

[0031] The data analyst inputs analysis instructions to the instruction acquisition unit 103 using the mouse and keyboard of the input / output device 905. The data analyst selects, for example, one of the nodes in the classification tag data 203 as the first selected node. If there is a plurality of tag data corresponding to the first analysis axis, the data analyst selects one of the tag data as the first selected hierarchical structure from among the plurality of tag data. The data analyst also selects one of the nodes in the tag data selected as the first selected hierarchical structure as the first selected node.

[0032] The data analyst also selects any one of the tag data items 204, 205, and 206 as the second selected hierarchical structure. The data analyst also selects any one of the nodes in the tag data item 204 selected as the second selected hierarchical structure as the second selected node.

[0033] The data analyst can select multiple first selection nodes and multiple second selection nodes. Then, the data analyst inputs an analysis instruction indicating the selection result to the instruction acquisition unit 103. The data analyst may also specify a period. The data analyst can specify the period in units of a single year, multiple years, a single month, multiple months, days, or weeks.

[0034] 3 shows an example of visualization information 300 that the visualization unit 105 outputs to the input / output device 905. FIG. 3 shows an example of visualization information 300 in the form of a Sankey diagram. In the visualization information 300 in the form of a Sankey diagram, the thickness of the lines is CO 2In the visualization information 300, the CO2 emissions corresponding to the conditions (first selected hierarchical structure, first selected node, second selected hierarchical structure, second selected node) specified in the analysis instruction by the data analyst are 2 The results of the emission extraction are shown.

[0035] 3 illustrates visualization information 300 in a case where the tag nodes "Scope 1," "Scope 2," "Category 1," and "Category 2" in the classification tag data 203 in FIG. 2 are selected as first selection nodes, and the tag nodes "General Affairs Department," "Sheet Metal G," and "Assembly G" in the department tag data 204 in FIG. 2 are selected as second selection nodes. The first selection node and its parent node are shown on the left side of the visualization information 300. That is, the first selection nodes "Scope 1" and "Scope 2" and the parent node "Scope 3" of the first selection nodes "Category 1" and "Category 2" are shown on the left side of the visualization information 300. Furthermore, the second selection node and its parent node are shown on the right side of the visualization information 300. That is, the second selected node "General Affairs Department" and the higher-level node "Manufacturing Department" of the second selected node "Sheet Metal G" and "Assembly G" are displayed at the right end of the visualization information 300. [0037] ***Explanation of Operation*** Fig. 4 shows an example of operation of extraction unit 104 according to this embodiment. Fig. 5 shows a specific example of step S1 in Fig. 4. Fig. 6 shows a specific example of step S2 in Fig. 4. Fig. 7 shows a specific example of step S3 in Fig. 4. Fig. 8 shows a specific example of step S4 in Fig. 4. Fig. 9 shows a specific example of step S5 in Fig. 4. Fig. 10 shows a specific example of step S6 in Fig. 4. Fig. 11 shows a specific example of step S7 in Fig. 4. Below, an example of operation of extraction unit 104 will be described with reference to Figs. 4 to 10.

[0038] 4, the extraction unit 104 follows the analysis instruction to extract node paths for each analysis axis from the hierarchical structure data 200. If the analysis instruction specifies a condition such as a period (year, month, day), the data management unit 101 extracts only node paths that match the condition.

[0039] A node path is a path of COs that a connection node connects to. 2It is a chain of nodes from the emission node 201 to the selected node via the connection node. The selected node is the node selected by the data analyst in the analysis instruction. The extraction unit 104 extracts a node path for each connection node on each of the first analysis axis and the second analysis axis. On the first analysis axis, the CO 2 The chain of nodes from the emission node 201 to the selection node (first selection node) via the connection node (first connection node) is called the first node path. 2 A chain of nodes extending from the discharge node 201 through the connection node (second connection node) to the selection node (second selection node) is called a second node path.

[0040] Details of step S1 will be described with reference to Fig. 5. In the following, it is assumed that "GHG," "Scope 1," "Scope 2," and "Scope 3" of the classification tag data 203 in Fig. 2 are selected as first selection nodes in the analysis instruction. It is also assumed that "Factory," "General Affairs Department," and "Manufacturing Department" of the department tag data 204 in Fig. 2 are selected as second selection nodes in the analysis instruction.

[0041] In the classification tag data 203 corresponding to the first analysis axis, "Scope 1", "Scope 2", "Category 1", and "Category 2" are the first connection nodes. 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts "CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts, as a first node path, a node path from "CO emissions 10(t)" via the first connection node "Scope1" to the first selection node "GHG". 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 The extraction unit 104 then extracts "CO 2The extraction unit 104 extracts, as a first node path, a node path from "CO emissions 20 (t)" via the first connection node "Scope2" to the first selection node "GHG". Furthermore, the extraction unit 104 extracts, as a first node path, a node path from the first connection node "Scope1" to the first selection node "GHG". 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts "CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts, as a first node path, a node path from "CO emissions 30 (t)" via the first connection node "Category 1" to the first selection node "GHG". Furthermore, the extraction unit 104 extracts, as a first node path, a node path from "Category 2" to which the first connection node "Category 3" connects. 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 The extraction unit 104 then extracts "CO 2 The node path from "emissions amount 40 (t)" to the first selected node "GHG" via the first connecting node "category 2" is extracted as the first node path.

[0042] In the department tag data 204 corresponding to the second analysis axis, "General Affairs Department", "Sheet Metal G", and "Assembly G" are the second connection nodes. 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts "CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts, as a second node path, a node path from "CO emissions 10 (t)" via the second connection node "General Affairs Department" to the second selection node "Factory". In addition, the extraction unit 104 extracts, as a second node path, a node path from "CO emissions 10 (t)" via the second connection node "General Affairs Department" to the second selection node "Factory". 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 Emissions 20 (t)" and "CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts "CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts, as a second node path, a node path from "CO emissions 20 (t)" to "Factory" which is a second selected node via "Metal Sheet G" which is a second connection node. 2The extraction unit 104 extracts, as a second node path, a node path from "CO emissions 30 (t)" via the second connection node "sheet metal G" to the second selected node "factory". In addition, the extraction unit 104 extracts, as a second node path, a node path from the second connection node "assembly G" to the second selected node "factory". 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 The extraction unit 104 then extracts "CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts, as a second node path, a node path from "Discharge Amount 40 (t)" to "Factory" which is the second selected node via "Assembly G" which is the second connection node. The extraction unit 104 also manages the extracted first node paths in a tree structure in which overlapping portions are shared. The extraction unit 104 also manages the extracted second node paths in a tree structure in which overlapping portions are shared.

[0043] FIG. 5 shows the results of the processing of step S1. In FIG. 5, the first analysis axis is shown on the left side, and the second analysis axis is shown on the right side. In addition, in FIG. 5, the tag node at the highest level is displayed on the outside. As described above, in FIG. 5, the extracted multiple first node paths and multiple second node paths are managed in a tree structure. Specifically, on the first analysis axis, "GHG" overlaps with multiple first node paths. For this reason, "GHG" is shared in FIG. 5. Furthermore, "Scope3" overlaps with the node path of "Category 1" and the node path of "Category 2". For this reason, "Scope3" is shared in FIG. 5. Similarly, on the second analysis axis, "factory" overlaps with multiple second node paths. For this reason, "factory" is shared in FIG. 5. Furthermore, "CO 2 Node path of "emissions 20 (t)" and "CO 2 In the node path of "Discharge Amount 30 (t)", "Sheet Metal G" is duplicated. For this reason, in FIG. 5, "Sheet Metal G" is shared. Also, in the node path of "Sheet Metal G" and the node path of "Assembly G", "Manufacturing Department" is duplicated. For this reason, in FIG. 5, "Manufacturing Department" is shared.

[0044] Next, in step S2 of FIG. 4, the extraction unit 104 2The discharge node 201 connects the same first node path and second node path. Hereinafter, the node path after the connection is called a connected node path.

[0045] In the example of FIG. 5, 2 Emissions 10 (t)" and "CO 2 The amount of CO emissions 10 (t) is the same. Therefore, the extraction unit 104 connects the node path of "Scope1" and the node path of "General Affairs Department". At this time, the extraction unit 104 connects the "CO 2 "Emissions 10 (t)" is deleted. Also, "CO 2 Emissions 20 (t)" and "CO 2 The amount of discharge 20 (t) is the same. Therefore, the extraction unit 104 connects the node path of "Scope 2" and the node path of "Metal Sheet G". At this time, the extraction unit 104 connects the "CO 2 "Emissions 20 (t)" will be deleted. Also, "CO 2 Emissions 30 (t)" and "CO 2 The amount of CO emissions 30 (t) is the same. Therefore, the extraction unit 104 connects the node path of "Category 1" and the node path of "Sheet Metal G". At this time, the extraction unit 104 connects the "CO 2 "Emissions 30 (t)" will be deleted. Also, "CO 2 Emissions 40 (t)" and "CO 2 The amount of CO emissions 40 (t) is the same. Therefore, the extraction unit 104 connects the node path of "Category 2" with the node path of "Assembly G". At this time, the extraction unit 104 connects the "CO 2 "Emissions 40 (t)" will be deleted.

[0046] FIG. 6 shows the results of the process in step S2. In FIG. 6, “GHG” is used to calculate “Scope 1” and “CO 2In FIG. 6, a chain of nodes (hereinafter referred to as chain 1) is generated from "GHG" to "Scope 2" and "CO 2 In FIG. 6, a chain of nodes (hereinafter referred to as chain 2) is generated from "GHG" to "Scope 3", "Category 1", and "CO 2 In FIG. 6, a chain of nodes (hereinafter referred to as chain 3) is generated from "GHG" to "Scope 3", "Category 2", and "CO 2 A chain of nodes (hereinafter referred to as chain 4) is generated that passes through "Discharge Amount 40 (t)", "Assembly G", and "Manufacturing Department" and reaches "Factory".

[0047] Next, in step S3 of Fig. 4, the extraction unit 104 separates the connecting node path. Specifically, the extraction unit 104 separates the connecting node path into a plurality of node paths so that the following two conditions are satisfied: (1) Each of the plurality of node chains included in the connecting node path is included in one of the plurality of node paths after separation, and (2) The node chains included in each of the plurality of node paths after separation are different from one another.

[0048] As described above, the connected node path shown in Fig. 6 includes four node chains, chain 1 to chain 4. In step S3, the extraction unit 104 separates the connected node path shown in Fig. 6 into a node path corresponding to chain 1, a node path corresponding to chain 2, a node path corresponding to chain 3, and a node path corresponding to chain 4. As a result, the four node paths shown in Fig. 7 are obtained. Note that the multiple node paths obtained by the separation in step S3 (the multiple node paths shown in Fig. 7) are each referred to as a separated node path.

[0049] Next, in step S4 of Fig. 4, the extraction unit 104 deletes the non-corresponding nodes from the separated node path. The non-corresponding nodes are the first selected node, the second selected node, and the CO 2These are nodes that do not correspond to any of the emission nodes 201. In the example of FIG. 7, "Category 1", "Category 2", "Sheet Metal G", and "Assembly G" are non-corresponding nodes. FIG. 8 shows the results of the processing of step S4. Compared to FIG. 7, in FIG. 8, the non-corresponding nodes "Category 1", "Category 2", "Sheet Metal G", and "Assembly G" have been deleted.

[0050] Next, in step S5 of FIG. 4, the extraction unit 104 2 All nodes except the discharge node 201 integrate the same separation node paths. 2 In the example of FIG. 8, the CO emissions are calculated at the separation node path corresponding to chain 3 and the separation node path corresponding to chain 4. 2 All nodes other than the emission node 201 are the same ("GHG", "Scope 3", "Manufacturing Department", and "Factory"). Therefore, the extraction unit 104 integrates these two separated node paths. In addition, the extraction unit 104 integrates the CO 2 Based on the emission node 201, new CO 2 In the example of FIG. 8, the extraction unit 104 calculates the amount of CO 2 Emissions 30 (t)" and "CO 2 Emissions 40 (t)" and "CO 2 The result of the process in step S5 is obtained as "discharge amount 70 (t)". FIG. 9 shows the result of the process in step S5.

[0051] Next, in step S6 of FIG. 4, the extraction unit 104 2 CO shown in the emission node 201 2 The emission amount is associated with the link between the nodes. FIG. 10 shows the result of the process in step S6. In FIG. 10, the CO 2 The emission amount "10 (t)" is associated with the link between the nodes of the second separation node path. 2 The emission amount "20 (t)" is associated with the link between the nodes of the third separation node path. 2 The discharge amount "70 (t)" is associated with this.

[0052] Next, in step S7 of FIG. 4, the extraction unit 104 standardizes overlapping portions of the separation node paths. In the example of FIG. 10, "GHG" and "Factory" are overlapping in three separation node paths. Furthermore, "Manufacturing Department" is overlapping in the second separation node path and the third separation node path. Therefore, the extraction unit 104 standardizes "GHG" and "Factory" in the three separation node paths. Furthermore, the extraction unit 104 standardizes "Manufacturing Department" in the second separation node path and the third separation node path. At this time, the extraction unit 104 sets "90", which is the sum of "20" in the second separation node path and "70" in the third separation node path, to the link between "Manufacturing Department" and "Factory". FIG. 11 shows the results of the processing in step S7. As described above, in FIG. 11, "GHG" and "Factory" are standardized, and "Manufacturing Department" is also standardized. Furthermore, "90" is set to the link between "Manufacturing Department" and "Factory". The thickness of the lines in the Sankey diagram is determined according to the values set between the nodes shown in Fig. 11. Furthermore, when the visualization information is generated as a bar graph, the length of the bars in the bar graph is determined according to the values set between the nodes shown in Fig. 11. Furthermore, when the visualization information is generated as a pie chart, the size of the sectors in the pie chart is determined according to the values set between the nodes shown in Fig. 11.

[0053] ***Description of the Effects of the Embodiment*** In this embodiment, 2 A plurality of analytical axes are used as analytical axes for analyzing emissions. Therefore, according to this embodiment, CO emissions can be calculated by combining various analytical axes, such as a combination of "GHG Protocol" and "sector," a combination of "GHG Protocol" and "equipment," and a combination of "energy source" and "sector." 2 Furthermore, in this embodiment, the analysis results are visualized. 2 It is possible to accurately estimate the factors that contribute to the reduction of CO emissions. 2 Measures to reduce emissions can be formulated efficiently.

[0054] Second Embodiment In this embodiment, differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described. Note that matters not described below are the same as those in the first embodiment.

[0055] 12 shows an example of hierarchical structure data 200 according to the present embodiment. In the hierarchical structure data 200 (FIG. 2) according to the first embodiment, the tag node at the bottom is basically CO 2 In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 12, the tag nodes other than the bottom node are connected to the CO 2 2, in the classification tag data 203, "Category 1" and "Category 2" are connected to the emission amount node 201. 2 12, the tag node "Scope 3" located in the upper layer of "Category 1" and "Category 2" is connected to the emission node 201. 2 2, in the department tag data 204, "sheet metal G" and "assembly G" are connected to the emission node 201. 2 12, the tag node "Manufacturing Department" located in the upper layer of "Sheet Metal G" and "Assembly G" is connected to the CO 2 2, in the facility tag data 205, "1F" and "2F" are connected to the emission node 201. 2 On the other hand, in FIG. 12, the tag node "Building 1" located in the upper layer of "1F" and "2F" is connected to the emission node 201. 2 2, in the equipment tag data 205, "Part AA" and "Part AB" are connected to the emission node 201. 2 On the other hand, in FIG. 12, "Part A", which is a tag node located in the upper layer of "Part AA" and "Part AB", is connected to the CO 2 In this embodiment, the CO 2 The emission node 201 is connected. 2 The CO is sent to a node (hereinafter referred to as a lower node) located in a lower layer of the tag node to which the emission node 201 is connected.2 For example, in the department tag data 204, the total amount of CO 2 The CO emissions are managed for each of the subordinate nodes of the "Manufacturing Department", "Sheet Metal G" and "Assembly G". 2 Emissions are not controlled.

[0056] Fig. 13 shows an example of the operation of the extraction unit 104 according to this embodiment. Fig. 14 shows a specific example of step S1 in Fig. 13. Fig. 15 shows a specific example of step S11 in Fig. 13. Fig. 16 shows a specific example of step S12 in Fig. 13. Fig. 17 shows a specific example of step S13 in Fig. 13. Below, an example of the operation of the extraction unit 104 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 13 to 17.

[0057] Step S1 in Fig. 13 is the same as step S1 in Fig. 4. In this embodiment, in the analysis instruction, "GHG", "Scope1", and "Scope3" are selected as first selected nodes for the first analysis axis, and "Factory", "General Affairs Department", "Sheet Metal G", and "Assembly G" of the department tag data 204 are selected as second selected nodes for the second analysis axis. Fig. 14 shows the processing result of step S1 in this case. In this embodiment, the extraction unit 104 extracts the CO connected to "Scope1", which is the first connection node, from the CO 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts "CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts, as a first node path, a node path from "CO emissions 10 (t)" via the first connection node "Scope1" to the first selection node "GHG". 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 The extraction unit 104 then extracts "CO 2The extraction unit 104 extracts, as a first node path, a node path from "CO emissions 70 (t)" via the first connection node "Scope3" to the first selection node "GHG". Furthermore, the extraction unit 104 extracts, as a first node path, a node path from "CO emissions 70 (t)" via the first connection node "Scope3" to the first selection node "GHG". 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts "CO 2 The extraction unit 104 extracts, as a second node path, a node path from "CO emissions 10 (t)" via the second connection node "General Affairs Department" to the second selection node "Factory." Furthermore, the extraction unit 104 extracts, as a second node path, a node path from the second connection node "Manufacturing Department" to the second selection node "Factory." 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 The extraction unit 104 then extracts "CO 2 The node path from "Discharge Amount 70 (t)" via the second connection node "Manufacturing Department" to the second selected nodes "Sheet Metal G", "Assembly G" and "Factory" is extracted as the second node path.

[0058] 13, the extraction unit 104 acquires the proportional division ratio data. 2 CO of emission node 201 2 CO emissions from each of two or more lower nodes 2 In the example of FIG. 14, the allocation ratio data is the CO 2 The emission node 201, “CO 2 CO emissions from "Sheet Metal G" and "Assembly G" 2 In this case, the number of people in each department can be used as the allocation ratio data. 2 As the proportion data for estimating the amount of emission, for example, the size of the facility (floor area, volume, etc.) can be used. 2As allocation ratio data for estimating the amount of emissions, for example, the cost ratio or weight ratio of the parts in the finished product can be used. FIG. 15 shows the results of the processing in step S11. In FIG. 15, the number of people belonging to each department is used as the allocation ratio data. The number of people belonging to "Sheet Metal G" is 30. The number of people belonging to "Assembly G" is 40. The extraction unit 104 sets the allocation ratio for "Sheet Metal G" to "30 people." The extraction unit 104 also sets the allocation ratio for "Assembly G" to "40 people."

[0059] In step S12 of FIG. 13, the extraction unit 104 calculates the CO 2 The extraction unit 104 estimates the amount of CO 2 In the example of FIG. 15, the extraction unit 104 sets the CO 2 The CO emission amount of "metal sheet G" is proportionally divided into "30:40" based on the proportional division ratio. 2 The amount of CO2 emissions from Assembly G is estimated to be 30 t. 2 The emission amount is estimated to be "40 (t)." The extraction unit 104 then adds "CO 2 Set "CO emission amount 30 (t)" and set the tag node of "Assembly G" to "CO 2 The discharge amount is set to 40 (t). FIG. 16 shows the results of the process in step S12.

[0060] In step S13 of FIG. 13, the extraction unit 104 2 The emission node 201 connects the first node path and the second node path having the same emission node. 2 Emissions and estimated CO 2 Even if the total emission amount is the same, the first node path and the second node path are connected. 2 The CO emissions of 70 (t) are 2 Emissions 30 (t)" and "CO 2This is the same as the total value of "Scope 3" and "Discharge Amount 40 (t)". Therefore, the extraction unit 104 connects the node path of "Scope 3" to the node path of "Sheet Metal G" and the node path of "Assembly G". FIG. 17 shows the processing result of step S13.

[0061] 13 are the same as those described in embodiment 1. Therefore, the description of steps S3 to S7 will be omitted.

[0062] In this way, the CO is not applied to tag nodes other than the lowest layer. 2 Even if the emission node 201 is connected, CO 2 It is also possible to analyze CO emissions at tag nodes other than the lowest level. 2 Even when the emission node 201 is connected, the analysis results can be visualized.
