Abstract

The utility model relates to engineering works for protecting against water-related hazards (hydraulic engineering). Concrete blocks (1) of adjacent flexible concrete mats are fastened to one another by the bolted connection of embedded members (2) protruding from the body of said concrete blocks (1) and having holes. The part of an embedded member that protrudes from a concrete block is bent into a substantially perpendicular position in relation to the base (4) of the concrete block and has holes in the shape of an oval or rectangle extending along the base of the concrete block.

Description

[0001] CONCRETE BLOCK FLEXIBLE CONCRETE SLAB

[0002] The utility model relates to the design of a flexible concrete slab used in the construction of engineering protection of objects from the negative impact of water (hydraulic engineering construction).

[0003] A flexible concrete slab (hereinafter referred to as a FC slab) is a set of concrete blocks connected to each other by a flexible connection (AC 251463), primarily a rope.

[0004] Flexible concrete pavement (hereinafter referred to as FC pavement) is a set of FC slabs connected to each other in two groups of ways:

[0005] 1st group of methods - by hooking a metal hook onto a rope in the gap between adjacent concrete blocks (patents No. 179991, 184206);

[0006] 2nd group of methods - by using fastening units built into a concrete block (patents No. 151889, 153449, 156766).

[0007] The disadvantage of the designs from the first group of methods is the fraying of the rope by the metal hook during the operation of the GB coating and, accordingly, the destruction of the connection between the concrete blocks.

[0008] The second group of methods involves the use of special equipment to fasten concrete blocks of adjacent GB slabs together: a welding machine or a hydraulic press.

[0009] The second group of methods includes a method for fastening concrete blocks of adjacent GB-slabs (patent No. 218352) with bolts using embedded parts monolithically embedded in the body of the concrete block, which have a hole for the bolt. During construction, one protruding part of the embedded part is placed on the protruding part of the embedded part of another GB-slab in a plane approximately parallel to the base of the concrete block so that the holes in the embedded parts are aligned. The specified utility model is the closest analogue (prototype). When using it, fastening concrete blocks of adjacent GB-slabs is carried out without the use of special equipment.

[0010] However, when using the design according to patent No. 218352, a technical contradiction arises: if the hole for the bolts is made of a relatively large diameter (significantly exceeding the diameter of the bolt), then it is relatively easy to align the holes in the embedded parts and connect the concrete blocks of adjacent GB-slabs with each other. However, in order to make the holes of a relatively large size, it is necessary to increase the size of the embedded parts. In this case, the distance between the GB-slabs increases significantly, which reduces the protective properties of the GB-coating as a whole; if the holes for the bolts are made practically equal to the diameter of the bolts, then the size of the embedded parts will decrease significantly (accordingly, the distance between the concrete blocks of adjacent GB-slabs will decrease). However, in this case, it will be extremely difficult to align the holes of the embedded parts superimposed on each other so that it would be possible to use a bolted connection.

[0011] The purpose of this utility model (the stated technical result) is to ensure a bolted connection without the forced increase in the distance between concrete blocks of adjacent GB-slabs.

[0012] The claimed technical result is achieved by transferring the holes for the bolts from the horizontal to the vertical plane of the embedded part. The essence of the utility model is explained by Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.

[0013] The part of the embedded part 2 protruding beyond the concrete block 1 is bent upward to an approximately perpendicular position relative to the plane of the base 4 of the concrete block and the round opening in the embedded part is replaced by an oval 3 extended along the base of the concrete block or a rectangle extended along the base of the concrete block.

[0014] In this utility model, a horizontally elongated oval is understood to be a closed convex curve 3, two sides of which are approximately parallel to each other, and the other two sides represent a semicircle.

[0015] An approximately perpendicular position of a part of the embedded part relative to the base of the concrete block is understood to mean its position, which allows for a bolted connection to be made without the overlap of one embedded part on another in a plane approximately parallel to the base of the concrete block.

[0016] The embedded part can be made of stainless steel or other material that does not corrode in water.

[0017] At the construction site, the openings 3 in the embedded parts laid on the planned surface of the concrete blocks of the adjacent GB-slabs will be at the same level 5. Accordingly, there is no significant vertical displacement of the openings relative to each other. The displacement of the concrete blocks of the adjacent GB-slabs in the horizontal plane observed in practice in the presence of an opening in the form of an oval 3 elongated horizontally is not an obstacle to the use of a bolted connection. When tightening two embedded parts with a bolted connection, a deviation of the parts of the embedded parts protruding beyond the concrete block from the vertical position (displacement of the tightened parts of the embedded parts towards each other), as well as their bending, including along the axis of the opening or in another place, is permissible.
