[0001] Cross-references
[0002] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on July 19, 2023, with application number 202310894479.7 and invention name “Card tray assembly and electronic device”. The entire contents of the application are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field
[0003] The present application belongs to the field of communication technology, and specifically relates to a card tray assembly and an electronic device. Background Art
[0004] With the development of science and technology, more and more electronic devices have flooded into people's lives. People often carry electronic devices with them, so the requirements for the size of electronic devices are getting higher and higher.
[0005] Electronic devices typically include a card tray assembly for mounting cards. This allows electronic devices to easily identify mobile users. Specifically, the card tray assembly typically includes a card tray, a push rod, and an ejection mechanism. The card tray supports the card and can be inserted into the electronic device or ejected from the device by the ejection mechanism. The push rod transmits the force applied by an external ejector pin to the ejection mechanism, allowing the ejection mechanism to eject the card tray from the electronic device.
[0006] In the prior art, an ejection mechanism and the card tray are arranged in sequence in the direction of the card tray's movement, so that the ejection mechanism applies a force to the card tray, causing it to slide out of the electronic device. However, this occupies a large amount of space in the direction of the card tray's movement, resulting in a large area occupied by the card tray assembly. As a result, the card tray holder in the prior art electronic device is long and occupies a large space, which is not conducive to the miniaturization of electronic devices.

In addition, the term "and / or" in the specification and claims refers to at least one of the connected objects, and the character " / " generally indicates that the objects connected are in an "or" relationship.
[0056] The card tray assembly and electronic device provided in the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments and their application scenarios in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
[0057] Please refer to Figures 1 to 27. The card tray assembly disclosed in the embodiment of the present application is applied to an electronic device, and the card tray assembly includes a card tray 100, a card cover 200, a toggle member 300 and a push rod 400, wherein the card tray 100 is used to support the card 800, the card cover 200 has a card tray space, and the card tray 100 can be installed in the card tray space; the toggle member 300 is rotatably connected to the card cover 200, and the push rod 400 can act on the toggle member 300 when it is moved by the driving force of the ejector pin 930, so that the toggle member 300 rotates, and the toggle member 300 will also act on the card tray 100, so that at least part of the card tray 100 is ejected out of the card tray space.
[0058] 4 , a card receiving slot 101 is provided on the surface of the card tray 100 for receiving a card 800. Optionally, the card 800 may be a user identification card, a memory card or other types of cards 800.
[0059] The card cover 200 is used to connect to the fixed member of the electronic device. The card cover 200 has a card tray space for inserting the card tray 100. This embodiment does not impose any specific restrictions on the structure of the card cover 200. Optionally, the card cover 200 can be connected to the housing 910 of the electronic device or to the circuit board 920 of the electronic device. In other words, the fixed member here can be a component such as the housing 910 or the circuit board 920.
[0060] As shown in reference figure 15, the toggle member 300 is arranged on the side of the card cover 200 facing away from the card tray space. The toggle member 300 is connected to the card cover 200 in rotation around the rotation axis a (i.e., the central axis of the shaft hole b in the figure). The toggle member 300 includes a connected force arm 310 and a first force arm 320. The force arm 310 and the first force arm 320 are respectively located on both sides of the rotation axis a, and the first force arm 320 abuts against the card tray 100. In this way, the toggle member 300 acts like a lever. When the force arm 310 is driven by force to drive the toggle member 300 to rotate, the first force arm 320 will apply a force to the card tray 100, and the card tray 100 will move under the force and thus leave the card tray space. Optionally, the rotation axis a is perpendicular to the plane where the card tray space is located.
[0061] The push rod 400 is slidably connected to the card cover 200, and the push rod 400 acts on the force-bearing arm 310. This embodiment does not limit the relative position of the push rod 400 with respect to the card cover 200. Optionally, the push rod 400 is located at one end of the card cover 200 along its width direction, wherein the length direction of the card cover 200 is parallel to the direction in which the card tray 100 slides relative to the card cover 200, and the width direction of the card cover 200 is perpendicular to the length direction of the card cover 200; the sliding direction of the push rod 400 can be parallel to the moving direction of the card tray 100.
[0062] The card tray 100 has an insertion state and an ejection state. When the push rod 400 is forced to slide relative to the card cover 200, the push rod 400 acts on the force-bearing arm 310 to rotate the toggle member 300 relative to the card cover 200, and the first force-applying arm 320 acts on the card tray 100 to drive the card tray 100 to switch from the insertion state to the ejection state. Specifically, when the card tray 100 is in the insertion state, the entire card tray 100 is located within the card tray space; when the card tray 100 is in the ejection state, part of the card tray 100 is located outside the card tray space. In addition, the card tray 100 also has a removal state. When the push rod 400 drives the card tray 100 to slide to the ejection state, part of the card tray 100 is exposed, and the user can remove the card tray 100 through the exposed part, so that the card tray 100 is completely outside the card tray space. At this time, the card tray 100 is in the removal state.
[0063] In the embodiment of the present application, the toggle member 300 of the card tray assembly is arranged on the side of the card cover 200 facing away from the card tray space, that is, the card cover 200 and the toggle member 300 are arranged sequentially in the thickness direction of the card tray 100, so as to avoid the toggle member 300 occupying a large space in the sliding direction of the card tray 100, which is beneficial to the internal layout of the electronic device; moreover, the toggle member 300 abuts against the card tray 100, and the toggle member 300 can directly apply a force to the card tray 100, that is, the card tray 100 no longer needs to be provided with a protruding structure in its own thickness direction, thereby reducing the space occupied by the card tray 100 in its own thickness direction, which is beneficial to reducing the thickness of the card tray assembly and the space occupied, and is further beneficial to setting the internal layout of the electronic device and the miniaturization development of the electronic device.
[0064] In an optional embodiment, a slot 102 is provided on the edge of the card tray 100, and the first force-applying arm 320 extends into the slot 102. The first force-applying arm 320 abuts the slot 102, and the first force-applying arm 320 acts on the card tray 100 through the slot 102. This embodiment does not limit the structure of the slot 102. Optionally, the slot 102 can be a square slot. In this embodiment, since the first force-applying arm 320 extends into the slot 102, the first force-applying arm 320 does not protrude from the outer edge of the card tray 100. The first force-applying arm 320 does not occupy excess space in the length direction of the card tray 100, which helps to reduce the length of the card tray assembly and reduce the space occupied by the card tray assembly.
[0065] Of course, in other embodiments, the edge of the card tray 100 may not be provided with the groove 102, and the first force arm 320 directly abuts against the edge of the card tray 100. When the push rod 400 is forced to slide relative to the card cover 200, the first force arm 320 directly acts on the edge of the card tray 100.
[0066] In an optional embodiment, only one card receiving slot 101 is provided, and the slot 102 is disposed adjacent to the card receiving slot 101. In another embodiment, referring to Figures 1-2 and 7, the card receiving slot 101 includes a first card receiving slot 1011 and a second card receiving slot 1012. The first card receiving slot 1011 and the second card receiving slot 1012 are spaced apart along a first direction, the first direction intersecting the sliding direction of the push rod 400. The first direction and the sliding direction of the push rod 400 are both parallel to the plane on which the card tray 100 is located. Optionally, the first direction is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the push rod 400. Furthermore, the slot 102 is disposed between the first card receiving slot 1011 and the second card receiving slot 1012. By adopting this embodiment, the slot 102 can be directly formed by utilizing the structure between the first card receiving slot 1011 and the second card receiving slot 1012, without having to form the slot 102 at positions opposite to the first card receiving slot 1011 and the second card receiving slot 1012, thereby realizing space reuse in the width direction, which is beneficial to reducing the width of the card tray 100, and further beneficial to reducing the width of the card tray assembly and the space occupied, thereby realizing the miniaturization development of electronic devices.
[0067] Of course, the card receiving slots 101 may further include a third card receiving slot, that is, the number of the card receiving slots 101 is at least three, and the card receiving slots 101 are spaced apart along the first direction.
[0068] In an optional embodiment, the card receiving slot 101 has a right-angled corner structure, and the slot 102 is disposed adjacent to the corner structure. Alternatively, the card 800 and the card receiving slot 101 have the same structure, and both the card 800 and the card receiving slot 101 are square structures, and the slot 102 is disposed adjacent to the corner of the square structure.
[0069] In another embodiment, as shown in Figures 1-2 and 7, the card receiving slot 101 is provided with a chamfered structure 101a, which is used to cooperate with the missing corner 810 of the card 800 to ensure that the card 800 can be accurately placed in the card receiving slot 101. Moreover, the slot 102 is arranged adjacent to the chamfered structure 101a. In this way, the space occupied by the slot 102 in the width direction overlaps with a part of the space occupied by the card receiving slot 101 in the width direction, realizing space reuse in the width direction, which is beneficial to reducing the width and occupied space of the card tray 100, and further beneficial to reducing the width and occupied space of the card tray assembly, thereby realizing the miniaturization development of electronic devices.
[0070] In an optional embodiment, the card tray 100 is an integrated structure, and the card tray 100 can be made of plastic or other non-metallic materials. In another embodiment, the card tray 100 is a split structure, and the card tray 100 includes a connected card tray body 110 and a rigid support plate 120. The card tray body 110 is provided with a first opening, and the rigid support plate 120 is provided at the first opening. The rigid support plate 120 and the card tray body 110 together form a card receiving slot 101, and the rigid support plate 120 forms the bottom wall of the card receiving slot 101, and the card tray body 110 forms the side walls of the card receiving slot 101. Among them, the card tray body 110 can be made of plastic or other non-metallic materials, and the rigid support plate 120 is made of metal material, whose rigidity and supporting capacity are better than those of the card tray body 110. Optionally, the rigid support plate 120 is an integrated structure. When the card tray 100 is provided with multiple card receiving slots 101 , the card tray body 110 is provided with multiple first openings, and different parts of the rigid support plate 120 form card receiving slots 101 with each first opening.
[0071] In this embodiment, the card tray 100 is provided with a rigid support plate 120, which is beneficial to improving the rigidity performance of the card tray 100, increasing the rigidity of the card tray 100, and making the card tray 100 stably support the card 800. Moreover, on the basis of ensuring a certain rigidity, the thickness of the rigid support plate 120 can be set to be smaller, which is beneficial to reducing the space occupied by the card tray 100 in its own thickness direction.
[0072] In an optional embodiment, the rigid support plate 120 includes only a first rigid portion 121, which is located at the first opening. The first rigid portion 121 and the card holder body 110 together form the card receiving slot 101. The slot 102 is provided at the edge of the card holder body 110, and the first force-applying arm 320 can act on the edge of the card holder body 110. In the case where the card holder 100 is provided with multiple card receiving slots 101, the card holder body 110 is provided with multiple first openings, and different portions of the first rigid portion 121 respectively form a card receiving slot 101 with each first opening.
[0073] In another embodiment, as shown in Figures 9 and 10, the rigid support plate 120 further includes a second rigid portion 122, which is connected to the first rigid portion 121 and extends to the slot 102. The first force-applying arm 320 can act on the second rigid portion 122, that is, the first force-applying arm 320 acts on the card holder body 110 through the second rigid portion 122. Optionally, the surface of the second rigid portion 122 serves as part of the slot wall surface of the slot 102. Optionally, the first rigid portion 121 and the second rigid portion 122 can be a split structure or an integrated structure, and the two can be bent relative to each other, for example, the two can be vertically connected.
[0074] In this embodiment, the second rigid part 122 serves as the force application point of the first force application arm 320. Since the second rigid part 122 has high strength and hardness, the first force application arm 320 can stably apply force to the card holder body 110 through the second rigid part 122, avoiding the card holder body 110 being subjected to force at only a single point, which is conducive to ejecting the card holder 100 from the card holder space.
[0075] In an optional embodiment, the first rigid portion 121 is provided with an embedding opening 120a, and a portion of the card holder body 110 can extend into the embedding opening 120a, thereby enabling the rigid support plate 120 to be embedded with the card holder body 110. This is beneficial for increasing the connection area between the rigid support plate 120 and the card holder body 110, thereby improving the overall stability of the card holder 100. Optionally, at least two embedding openings 120a are provided, and the at least two first embedding openings 120a are spaced apart along the length direction of the card holder 100. Further, optionally, when the card holder body 110 is provided with at least two first openings, the embedding opening 120a is provided between two adjacent first openings.
[0076] Optionally, the edge of the first rigid portion 121 is provided with a folded edge 1211 , which is embedded in the card holder body 110 , thereby increasing the connection area between the rigid support piece 120 and the card holder body 110 and further improving the overall stability of the card holder 100 .
[0077] In the solution of the present application, the card tray assembly also includes an elastic detection member 500, which is located on the side of the card cover 200 facing away from the card tray space. In this way, the elastic detection member 500 and the card cover 200 are arranged in sequence in the thickness direction of the card tray 100, avoiding the elastic detection member 500 from occupying a large space in the sliding direction of the card tray 100, which is beneficial to the internal layout of the electronic device. The elastic detection member 500 can produce elastic deformation, and this embodiment does not specifically limit the structure of the elastic detection member 500. Moreover, the elastic detection member 500 is connected to the card cover 200. Optionally, the elastic detection member 500 and the card cover 200 can be fixedly connected by welding or other methods. As shown in Figures 12-13, the toggle member 300 also includes a second force arm 330, which is connected to the first force arm 320. The force-bearing arm 310 and the second force arm 330 are respectively located on both sides of the rotation axis a, and the second force arm 330 can abut the elastic detection member 500.
[0078] Optionally, the force-bearing arm 310 , the first force-applying arm 320 and the second force-applying arm 330 are an integrated structure.
[0079] As shown in FIG27 , when the card tray 100 is in the inserted state, the second force arm 330 is pressed against the elastic detection member 500, and the elastic detection member 500 generates elastic deformation; when the card tray 100 is in the ejected state, the second force arm 330 no longer acts on the elastic detection member 500, the second force arm 330 is separated from the elastic detection member 500, and the elastic detection member 500 recovers its elastic deformation. Specifically, as shown in FIG24 , the electronic device includes a housing 910, and the housing 910 is provided with a first through hole for the ejector pin 930 to extend into. In the initial state, the distance between the push rod 400 and the outer end of the first through hole is L1. When the ejector pin 930 extends into the first through hole and drives the push rod 400 to slide a distance L2, the toggle member 300 drives the card tray 100 The card tray 100 extends a distance L4 from the card tray space, that is, a part of the card tray 100 is ejected out of the card tray space. At this time, the elastic detection part 500 restores its elastic deformation, the elastic detection part 500 is still in contact with the second force arm 330, and the card tray 100 is in a partially ejected state; as shown in Figure 25, when the ejector pin 930 continues to drive the push rod 400 to slide a distance L3, the toggle part 300 continues to drive the card tray 100 to extend a distance L5 from the card tray space, that is, a part of the card tray 100 is ejected out of the card tray space again. At this time, the elastic detection part 500 no longer deforms, the second force arm 330 gradually moves away from the elastic detection part 500, and the elastic detection part 500 separates from the second force arm 330. The card tray 100 is in a completely ejected state. The user can directly manually act on this part of the structure of the card tray 100 extending out of the card tray space to make the entire card tray 100 leave the card tray space. The “card tray 100 is in the ejected state” mentioned above means that the card tray 100 is in the completely ejected state.
[0080] With this embodiment, whether the card tray 100 is in the inserted state or the ejected state is accurately detected by determining whether the elastic detection member 500 is deformed, which helps the electronic device power on the card 800 according to the state of the card tray 100.
[0081] Of course, in other embodiments, the card tray assembly may not be provided with the elastic detection member 500, and the card tray assembly may determine whether the card tray 100 is in the inserted state or the ejected state by other means. Optionally, the rotation position of the toggle member 300 may be detected to determine whether the card tray 100 is in the inserted state or the ejected state.
[0082] In an optional embodiment, the elastic detection member 500 includes only a spring 510, which is connected to the card cover 200. When the card tray 100 is in the inserted state, the second force-applying arm 330 is directly pressed against the spring 510. In another embodiment, referring to Figures 15 and 24-27, the spring 510 is in close contact with the card cover 200, and the elastic detection member 500 also includes an elastic arm 520. The first end of the elastic arm 520 is connected to the spring 510, and the elastic arm 520 and the spring 510 are bent relative to each other. Optionally, the elastic arm 520 has a bent structure. When the card tray 100 is in the inserted state, the second force-applying arm 330 is pressed against the second end of the elastic arm 520. In this way, the bent elastic arm 520 facilitates the elastic detection member 500 to produce elastic deformation more easily when the second force arm 330 is pressed against the elastic arm 520, which is more conducive to accurately detecting whether the card tray 100 is in the inserted state or the ejected state.
[0083] In an optional embodiment, referring to Figures 22 and 24-27, the card tray assembly also includes a detection terminal 600, and the detection terminal 600 and the elastic detection member 500 are respectively used to electrically connect the circuit board 920 of the electronic device. The detection terminal 600 is arranged on the card cover 200, and the detection terminal 600 has a contact 610, which is used to contact the elastic detection member 500. Optionally, the contact 610 is used to contact the elastic arm 520.
[0084] Optionally, the card cover 200, the spring clip 510, and the elastic arm 520 are all conductive structures. The card cover 200 is electrically connected to the circuit board 920. Since the spring clip 510 is in close contact with the card cover 200, the elastic arm 520 is electrically connected to the circuit board 920 through the spring clip 510 and the card cover 200. Further optionally, as shown in FIG11 , the card cover 200 is provided with a first pin 220 and a fixing leg 230. The first pin 220 can be inserted into the circuit board 920 and soldered. The first pin 220 is provided at different positions on the card cover 200, and the fixing leg 230 is soldered to the circuit board 920. The card cover 200 is electrically connected to the circuit board 920 through the first pin 220 and the fixing leg 230, which helps to improve the stability of the card cover 200. Of course, if the card cover 200 adopts a non-conductive structure, the spring clip 510 can be directly electrically connected to the circuit board 920.
[0085] It should be noted that the detection terminal 600 is insulated from the card cover 200 and is provided with a second pin 620 . The second pin 620 can be inserted into the circuit board 920 and welded, thereby electrically connecting the detection terminal 600 to the circuit board 920 .
[0086] When the card tray 100 is in the inserted state, the contact 610 is separated from the elastic detection member 500; when the card tray 100 is switched from the inserted state to the ejected state, the contact 610 is in contact with the elastic detection member 500. Optionally, as shown in FIG26 , when a portion of the card tray 100 is inserted into the card tray space, a portion of the card tray 100 with a length less than L4 is not inserted into the card tray space, the second force-applying arm 330 is just in contact with the elastic arm 520, and the contact 610 and the elastic arm 520 are at the critical contact point; as shown in FIG27 , when the card tray 100 is fully inserted into the card tray space, the card tray 100 continues to act on the toggle member 300, the second force-applying arm 330 of the toggle member 300 drives the elastic arm 520 to generate elastic deformation, the second force-applying arm 330 is always in contact with the elastic arm 520, and the elastic arm 520 is separated from the contact 610. The “card tray 100 is in an inserted state” mentioned above refers to a state in which the card tray 100 is fully inserted into the card tray space.
[0087] Because the detection terminal 600 and the elastic detection member 500 are respectively electrically connected to the circuit board 920, when the contact 610 contacts the elastic detection member 500, a short circuit occurs in the circuit. Based on this, the electronic device controls the circuit board 920 to power off the relevant structures of the card tray 100, which just meets the needs of the card tray 100 in the non-inserted state. When the contact 610 is separated from the elastic detection member 500, the circuit does not short-circuit, and the circuit board 920 powers on the relevant structures of the card tray 100, which meets the needs of the card tray 100 in the inserted state. Therefore, using this embodiment, the electronic device controls the power supply state of the circuit board 920 to the relevant structures of the card tray 100 based on the contact state of the contact 610 and the elastic detection member 500, that is, whether a short circuit occurs in the circuit, to meet the needs of the card tray 100 in different states.
[0088] In an optional embodiment, the card tray assembly further includes an insulating member 710, which encases the detection terminal 600. The insulating member 710 is connected to the card cover 200 and has an opening through which the contact 610 extends. Optionally, the insulating member 710 also has a second through-hole through which the second pin 620 of the detection terminal 600 extends. In this embodiment, the insulating member 710 encases the detection terminal 600, thereby preventing the detection terminal 600 from directly contacting the card cover 200 and causing a short circuit, thereby ensuring the safety of the detection terminal 600.
[0089] Of course, in other embodiments, the card tray assembly may not be provided with the insulating part 710, and the card cover 200 and the detection terminal 600 may be insulated and connected by other means. Optionally, the part of the card cover 200 corresponding to the spring piece 510 adopts a conductive structure, and the part of the card cover 200 corresponding to the detection terminal 600 adopts a non-conductive structure.
[0090] In an optional embodiment, as shown in Figures 1, 15, and 23, a slot 103 is further provided on the edge of the card tray 100, and the card tray assembly further includes an elastic clip 210, which is connected to the card cover 200. When the card tray 100 is in the inserted state, the entire card tray 100 is inserted into the card tray space, and the elastic clip 210 engages with the slot 103, fixing the position of the card tray 100 relative to the card cover 200. When the card tray 100 is in the ejected state, the elastic clip 210 disengages from the slot 103, allowing the user to directly remove the card tray 100. Specifically, during the insertion process of the card tray 100, the elastic clip 210 elastically deforms and abuts against the edge of the card tray 100. When the entire card tray 100 is fully inserted into the card tray space, the elastic clip 210 faces the slot 103, recovers its elastic deformation, and extends into the slot 103.
[0091] Optionally, the card slot 103 is arranged on at least one side of the card tray body 110 along the width direction of the card tray 100. Further optionally, the card tray 100 is provided with a card slot 103 on both sides along its own width direction, and the number of elastic clips 210 is at least two, and the card slots 103 correspond one-to-one to the elastic clips 210.
[0092] This embodiment, relying on the matching structure of the card slot 103 and the elastic card connector 210, is conducive to fixing the position of the card tray 100 in the inserted state, preventing the card tray 100 from sliding out of the card tray space when the electronic device is in use, and ensuring the normal use of the electronic device.
[0093] Of course, in other embodiments, the card tray assembly may also fix the position of the card tray 100 in the inserted state by other means.
[0094] In an optional embodiment, as shown in Figures 11 and 14, the card tray assembly further includes a protective cover 730, which is disposed on the side of the toggle member 300 facing away from the card cover 200. The protective cover 730 is connected to the card cover 200, and the protective cover 730 and the card cover 200 together form an installation space for accommodating the toggle member 300. Optionally, the protective cover 730 and the card cover 200 can be fixedly connected by laser welding or other methods. The installation space is also used to accommodate the elastic detection member 500, the detection terminal 600, and the insulating member 710. Moreover, the toggle member 300 is rotatably connected to at least one of the protective cover 730 and the card cover 200 via a rotating shaft 731. Optionally, the toggle member 300 can be provided with a rotating shaft 731, and at least one of the protective cover 730 and the card cover 200 can be provided with an axis hole b, or the toggle member 300 can be provided with an axis hole b, and at least one of the protective cover 730 and the card cover 200 can be provided with a rotating shaft 731, the rotating shaft 731 extends into the axis hole b, and the rotating shaft 731 rotates in conjunction with the axis hole b.
[0095] In this embodiment, the protective cover 730 is provided to facilitate installation of the toggle member 300 on the surface of the card cover 200 . Furthermore, the toggle member 300 is shielded and protected to prevent the toggle member 300 from being exposed and damaged by contact.
[0096] Of course, in other embodiments, the card tray assembly may not be provided with the protective cover 730 , that is, the shifting member 300 is directly exposed on the side of the card cover 200 facing away from the card tray space.
[0097] Optionally, the elastic detection member 500 , the insulating member 710 and the protective cover 730 may be formed into an integrated structure by injection molding to improve the structural stability of the card tray assembly.
[0098] In an alternative embodiment, the card cover 200 is disposed on the side of the card tray 100 facing the card tray space; or, as shown in FIG20 , the card cover 200 is disposed on the side of the card tray 100 facing away from the card tray space. Compared to the previous embodiment, the card cover 200 provides some support for the card tray 100, while the card tray 100 supports the card 800. Therefore, the card cover 200 and the card tray 100 jointly support the card 800, which helps to improve the stability of the card tray assembly supporting the card 800 and prevent the card 800 from falling during assembly.
[0099] Optionally, as shown in FIG. 11 , the card cover 200 is provided with a second opening 240 for the first force-applying arm 320 to pass through, and the second force-applying arm 330 abuts against the edge of the card tray 100 after passing through the second opening 240 .
[0100] In an optional embodiment, the card tray assembly further includes a fixed bracket 720, which is connected to the card cover 200 and slidably engages with the push rod 400. Optionally, the fixed bracket 720 is provided with a slide groove, into which the push rod 400 extends and into which the push rod 400 slidably engages. In this manner, the fixed bracket 720 guides the sliding direction of the push rod 400, preventing the push rod 400 from deviating from the sliding direction.
[0101] Based on the card tray assembly disclosed in the present application, an embodiment of the present application further discloses an electronic device, which includes a housing 910, a circuit board 920, and the card tray assembly for mounting a card 800 in the above embodiment, wherein the circuit board 920 is disposed in the housing 910, and the fixing member is the housing 910 or the circuit board 920, that is, the card cover 200 is connected to the housing 910 or the circuit board 920. Optionally, the card cover 200 can be directly fixed to the housing 910 or the circuit board 920 by welding or the like. With this embodiment, the card tray assembly of the electronic device occupies less space in the sliding direction of the card tray 100, and the card tray 100 does not need to be provided with a protruding structure in its own thickness direction that cooperates with the toggle member 300, so that the space occupied by the card tray assembly is reduced, which is conducive to setting the internal layout of the electronic device and is conducive to the miniaturization development of the electronic device.
[0102] In an optional embodiment, as shown in FIG20 , the circuit board 920 is provided with an electrical connector 921. Optionally, the electrical connector 921 is a copper wire. The electrical connector 921 protrudes from the surface of the circuit board 920. The circuit board 920 can be electrically connected to the card 800 placed in the card receiving slot 101 through the electrical connector 921. When the card tray 100 is in the inserted state, the electrical connector 921 contacts the card 800, and the electrical connector 921 and the circuit board 920 are in an energized state, so that the circuit board 920 and the card 800 are electrically connected. When the card tray 100 is in the ejected state, the electrical connector 921 is separated from the card 800, and the electrical connector 921 and the circuit board 920 are in an energized state, so that the circuit board 920 and the card 800 are disconnected.
[0103] With this embodiment, the electronic device controls whether there is power between the electrical connector 921 and the circuit board 920 according to the state of the card tray 100. Even if the circuit board 920 is always in the power-on state, it can still meet the power supply needs of the card tray 100 in the inserted state, and can avoid electric shock between the electrical connector 921 and other components when the card tray 100 is in the ejected state, thereby ensuring the safety performance of the card tray assembly.
[0104] Of course, in other embodiments, the electronic device may not control whether the electrical connector 921 and the circuit board 920 are powered on according to the state of the card tray 100, that is, there is always power between the electrical connector 921 and the circuit board 920. When the card tray 100 is in the inserted state, the electrical connector 921 contacts the card 800 to electrically connect the circuit board 920 to the card 800; when the card tray 100 is in the ejected state, the electrical connector 921 is separated from the card 800 to disconnect the circuit board 920 from the card 800.
[0105] The embodiments of the present application are described above in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to the above-mentioned specific implementation methods. The above-mentioned specific implementation methods are merely illustrative and not restrictive. Under the guidance of this application, ordinary technicians in this field can also make many forms without departing from the purpose of this application and the scope of protection of the claims, all of which are within the protection of this application.
