[0075] FIGS. 1-14 illustratively show a full-scale and comprehensive telecommunications asset and project management platform. Generally, as shown in FIG. 2, telecommunications investment 202 dollars are contracted with or awarded to internet services providers 204, also known as broadband providers, who in turn work with project managers (engineers) 206 to design a telecommunications buildout. Project managers inturn often contract with prime contractor s / general contractors 208 who perform the work and / or in-turn work with subcontractors 210 across various trades using tradesmen 212 to complete different aspects of a telecommunications buildout. Each of the organizations / businesses are generally structured having a delegation of work hierarchy or delegation of work spectrum that includes for example, a management team 218 such as executives and business managers, project management 220 such as project managers, directors and coordinators, human resources 214 such administrators, accounting, and logistics, and employees 216 of the company. Data and information associated with the business’ operations cascade and reverse cascade across the delegation of work hierarchy of each business. At a high level, the telecommunications asset and project management platform of the present invention provides a tool, in at least one of its primary commercial embodiments, in the form of a cloud based administrative web portal and iOS and Android field applications on smart device(s) 110 and portable smart device(s) 112, shown in FIG.1, for organizing labor for a build out or repair, organizing material for the labor (e.g., via upstream and downstream warehouse and inventory management, and organizing and delegating the work (e.g., organizing the application of the labor and material to a work order 304), as shown by way of example, in FIG. 3. A key aspect of the platform is its ability to provide for the cascading (i.e., downstream) and reverse cascading (i.e.,upstream) of all information in its various forms related to organizing labor 304, organizing material for the labor 306, and organizing and delegating the work 308 for a telecommunications build out, upgrade, or repair and propagate the information across the delegation of work hierarchy / spectrum based on permissions set up and administered in the Permissions Management System 1000, shown in FIG. 10, to each organization / individual based on the type of information 512-536 and type / role of the organization 502-510, as shown by platform 500 in FIG. 5. The information, shown at least in part in FIG. 4, cascading across the delegation of work hierarchy / spectrum in both upstream and downstream directions, accessible (e.g., create, read, edit, delete, copy, etc.) based on user permissions, includes, for example, but is not limited to, platform Access via onboarding details including sharable QR codes accessible via a camera enabled electronic device for associating users of an organization (e.g., with whatever organization they work with for interlinking company to company 1110 and / or company to employee 1108; for example, the Office / Human Resources Management System 1100, shown in FIG. 11, may be QR code 1106 driven to provide immediate onboarding 1112 process whereby, for example, a contractor would have company information 1114, such as W9, tax, insurance, and other business information already available and uploaded to the system and an employee would have tax and other personal information 1104 already uploaded to the system), internal user management (e.g., invite employees to join the platform using QR code), crew management (e.g., add in field crews), and add external associated contractors (e.g., anyone you are working for outside of your organization). The information cascading across the delegation of work hierarchy / spectrum in both upstream and downstream directions, accessible (e.g., create, read, edit, delete, copy, etc.) based on user permissions, may also include, for example, but is not limited to, accessing the Accounting Management System 1300, shown in FIG. 13, predefined billable units added to a work order (e.g., part type, number of units, and price per unit), via accessing an Inventory Warehouse Management System 1200, shown in FIG. 12, the predefined inventory units / warehouse materials added to a work order (e.g., part type, number of units, units issued, remaining available units, and price per unit), via accessing an InventoryWarehouse & Project Management System 1200, shown in FIG. 12, and predefined documents added to a work order (e.g., photos, videos, parts lists, work summaries, etc.) via accessing a Work OrderManagement System 800, shown in FIG. 8, GPS to jobsite (e.g., jobsite address, access details, digital credentials, commute time, available routes, etc.), via accessing a Geo Data Management System 900, shown in FIG. 9. The information 512-536, shown in FIG. 5, cascading across the delegation of work hierarchy / spectrum 502-510 in both upstream and downstream directions, accessible (e.g., create, read, edit, delete, copy, etc.) based on user permissions 1000 (see FIG. 10), may also include, for example, but is not limited to, accessing a Work Order Management System 800, associating organizations / individuals (e.g., associating with a work order), adding work order(s), assigning work order(s) (e.g., multi-tier for working across the delegation of work hierarchy / spectrum), processing work order(s) (e.g., add billable units (i.e., line items on invoice), viewing invoice, adding inventory units (i.e., what part(s) / hardware was used), adding photos (e.g., for quality control / job completion confirmation), adding any documents related to a work order, adding work order notes, submission controls and recording of submitted work order(s), approval(s) of completed work order or work order(s) rejected with rejection notes, sending of payment if completed work order(s) approved, daily summarizing of work order details (e.g., work completed, issues encountered, variations from the as-designed build out, etc.), viewing analytics (e.g., organizations, individuals, crews and teams, invoicing, job performance, quality, post repairs, delays, accuracy, labor and material use efficiencies, material and inventory management, etc ), via accessing an Analytics Management System 1400, shown in FIG. 14. The information 512-536, shown in FIG. 5, cascading across the delegation of work hierarchy / spectrum 502-510 in both upstream and downstream directions, accessible (e.g., create, read, edit, delete, copy, etc.) based on user permissions 1000 (see FIG. 10), may also include, for example, but is not limited to, accessing a Geo Data Management System 900, shown in FIG. 9, GIS mapping using Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) digital maps (e.g., geo-pining / geo-mapping as design / as build geo coordinates for infrastructure and assets throughout the material(s) chain of custody for an individual / organization associated with one or more work orders) and mobilizing infrastructure and project assets to a work site, warehousing (e.g., delegate materials to every contractor (i.e., multitiered) to establish a chain of custody and accounting for issued, installed, returned, defective material that is part of a project and establish accountability with a multitiered warehouse), via accessing theInventory / Warehouse & Project Management System 1200, shown in FIG. 12 and establishing, tracking, recording, auditing, and processing timesheets (e.g., recording, editing, auditing time associated with one or more work orders), via accessing an Accounting Management System 1300, shown in FIG. 13. Another aspect of the cascading and reverse cascading of information 512-536 across the delegation of work hierarchy / spectrum 502-510 shown, for example, in FIG. 5, includes cascading permissions (i.e., decreasing permission controls) and reverse cascading permissions (increasing permission controls) for creating, viewing, editing, and deleting information available on the platform, via accessing the Permissions Management System 1000, shown in FIG. 10. For example, a broadband provider would have full access to and permission controls for build out / upgrade / repair information whereas a subcontractor (e.g., a guy with a shovel in his hand working at the location of a work order) who is reporting the work via notes, photos, parts used, geotags for installed parts / hardware would not necessarily have full access and permission controls on the platform to all the same information as the broadband provider, engineer(s), or prime / general contractors. Another aspect of the cascading and reverse cascading of information 512-536 across the delegation of work hierarchy / spectrum 502-510 shown, for example, in FIG. 5, includes the downstream and upstream movement of geo data associated with a build out, upgrade, repair, or any aspect of a work order, via accessing the Geo Data Management System 900, shown in FIG. 9. Generally, an engineering or design firm creates an as-build or as-design for each telecommunications build out, which includes, for example, a blueprint on a map with all of the project, infrastructure, and build out information. The blueprints are then marked up by hand with the as-built information for recording infrastructure installed, location of the install, changes from the as-build design (e.g., due to, for example, topography and ground condition variations from the blueprint occur), contractor predispositions and preferences performing the install, etc. The marked-up blueprints are entered into a CAD program for digitizing (i.e., electronically recording) the as-built design to provide an accurate, electronic depiction of the as-built design (i.e., the actual build) constructed on each work order. The asset and project management system of the present invention digitally overlays all the geo data for a project, infrastructure, and asset management onto the as-build or as- design maps provided by the engineers. The geo coordinates for the material used, infrastructure installed (e.g., pedestal, cable routers, hubs, connectors, etc.) and contractor performing the install are digitally recorded on the as-build geo map thereby automatically creating an as-built geo map for tracking and recording build out information in real time. For example, a contractor having one or more electronic devices (e.g., GPS data 430 from a GPS locator such as SPIKE), shown in FIG. 4, may add geo stamped information (e.g., photos with geo location of work and installed, repaired, or removed hardware / infrastructure) to a work order that is added to a digital blueprint that is part of the data package that is automatically sent back (i.e., that reverse cascades) up and is made available across the delegation of work spectrum to those with the requisite permission(s). The automated digitized platform integrates the office with the field, from the guy operating a directional drill at an install location all the way up to the corporate office of the Internet Service Provider. Providers may log into the platform to see progression of project / work order in real-time. Another aspect of the cascading and reverse cascading of information 512-536 across the delegation of work hierarchy / spectrum 502- 510 shown, for example, in FIG. 5, includes the downstream and upstream movement of warehouse / inventory and project management data, via accessing the Inventory / Warehouse & Project Management System 1200, shown in FIG. 12, associated with a build out, upgrade, repair, or any aspect of a work order 1204. For example, the cascading warehouse feature provides for the delegation / assignment of materials 1214 to every employee, contractor, or tradesman that is part of work order 1204. In addition, the platform establishes accountability with a multitiered warehouse, by, for example, allowing subscribers to log into the platform for entering what materials taken, receiving a notification on an electronic device asking if the materials are accepted thereby making the material acceptee 1210 in charge of the chain of custody 1218 of the materials. Additionally, crews check out work order material and it goes into their chain of custody, all materials are logged 1212, materials are associated with a job, logging exactly what materials being used on the jobsite. Another aspect of the cascading and reverse cascading of information 512-536 across the delegation of work hierarchy / spectrum 502-510 shown, for example, in FIG. 5, includes the upstream and downstream movement of the analytics data obtained, via accessing the Analytics Management System 1400, shown in FIG. 14 from all of the data collected over time bythe users accessing and using the platform(s). The analytics could be used to show, amongst many other things discussed above, whether a company is making / losing money, key performance indicators (KPIs), contractors, subcontractors, and employees that are more productive than others and those who make / save money, have less downtime, rework and repairs showing how to reallocate capital assets, etc.
