Description

Area management method and device

[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on July 27, 2023, with application number 202310938097.X and invention name “Regional Management Method and Device”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0002] The present application relates to the field of communications, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for area management. Background Art

[0003] With the advancement of wireless communication technology, more and more devices can be remotely controlled. For example, drones can be remotely controlled via base stations, enabling beyond-visual-range flight. This allows drones to transcend the short-range limitations of existing proprietary remote controls and operate over a wider range. Cellular positioning technology is often used to manage drone locations through interactive calculations between base stations and drones. However, current management processes only target drones actively communicating with the network within the airspace and cannot detect objects in the airspace that are not connected to the network.

[0004] Therefore, how to manage objects that are not connected to the network in the airspace and determine the location of objects that are not connected to the network is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently.

[0005] Summary of the Invention

[0006] The present application provides a method and apparatus for managing an area, which can identify objects in an area that are not connected to a network and determine the locations of the objects that are not connected to the network.

[0007] In a first aspect, a regional management method is provided, the method comprising: a differentiated service entity acquiring location information of a known object and location information of an object determined by perception, wherein the location information of the known object is generated based on a wireless signal sent by the known object, the location information of the object determined by perception is generated based on a communication and perception integration technology, the object determined by perception is in the same area as the known object, and the objects determined by perception include the known object and an unknown object; the differentiated service entity determines the location information of the unknown object based on the location information of the known object and the location information of the object determined by perception, and the location information of the unknown object is used to manage the unknown object.

[0008] It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application do not limit the specific positioning technology for determining the location information of a known object based on the wireless signal sent by the known object.

[0009] As an example and not a limitation, the location information of the known object is determined by cellular network positioning technology (Location Service, LCS).

[0010] As an example and not a limitation, the location information of the known object is determined by wireless-fidelity (WiFi) positioning technology.

[0011] As an example and not a limitation, the location information of the known object is determined by Global Positioning System (GPS) positioning technology.

[0012] It should be understood that the position information of the object determined by the perception is determined based on the perception function in the communication and perception integration technology, and the embodiments of the present application do not limit the entities with the above-mentioned perception function.

[0013] As an example and not a limitation, the position information of the object determined by the perception is provided by a telepathic base station.

[0014] As an example and not a limitation, the location information of the object determined by perception is determined by a WiFi node with perception function.

[0015] As an example and not a limitation, the position information of the object determined by perception is determined by a perception module in an open Radio Access Network (RAN) device.

[0016] Based on the above scheme, after obtaining the location information of known objects generated based on wireless communication technology and the location information of objects determined by perception generated based on communication and perception integration technology, the differentiated service entity can determine whether unknown objects exist and the location information of unknown objects, thereby improving the comprehensiveness of regional management.

[0017] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the position information of an unknown object is determined in the position information of the object determined by perception based on the position information of the known object, including: determining the range of the known object based on the position information of the known object and the positioning error parameter; matching the range of the known object with the position information of the object determined by perception to determine the position information of the known object in the position information of the object determined by perception; and determining the position information of the unknown object based on the position information of the known object in the position information determined by perception.

[0018] It should be understood that the positioning error parameter includes the positioning error parameter of a known object and the positioning parameter of the object determined based on perception.

[0019] Based on the above scheme, the production entity associates and matches the location information of known objects with the location information of target objects in the target area to determine the location information of unknown objects, thereby improving the comprehensiveness of area management while improving the accuracy of the location information of unknown objects.

[0020] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the differentiated services entity is deployed in an airspace management entity, which is used to manage the area; and the differentiated services entity obtains the location information of a known object, including: the differentiated services entity determines the location information of the known object based on a wireless signal sent by the known object; the differentiated services entity obtains the location information of the object determined by perception, including: the differentiated services entity sends a first request message, which is used to request the location information of the object determined by perception; the differentiated services entity receives a first response message, which includes the location information of the object determined by perception.

[0021] It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application do not limit the specific manner in which the differentiated services entity determines the location information of the known object based on the wireless signal sent by the known object.

[0022] As an example and not a limitation, the differentiated services entity receives a wireless signal sent by a known object and determines the location information of the known object using the above positioning technology.

[0023] By way of example and not limitation, the differentiated services entity receives information sent by another device or network element (e.g., an unmanned system service provider (UAS Service Supplier)) and determines location information of a known object based on the information. The information includes the location information of the known object determined by the other device or network element based on a received wireless signal sent by the known object.

[0024] Based on the above scheme, when the differentiated services entity is deployed in the airspace management entity, the differentiated services entity can determine the location information of known objects based on wireless communication technology, and send request information to a device with telepathy capability (such as a telepathy base station) to obtain the location information of objects determined based on perception, and then determine the location information of unknown objects, thereby improving the comprehensiveness of regional management while improving the flexibility of the deployment of differentiated services entities.

[0025] In combination with the first aspect, in some implementations of the first aspect, the differentiated service entity is deployed in a telepathic base station, and the coverage of the telepathic base station includes the area; and the differentiated service entity obtains the location information of a known object, including: the differentiated service entity receives a first message, and the first message includes the location information of the known object; the differentiated service entity obtains the location information of the object determined by perception, including: the differentiated service entity receives a second request message, and the second request message is used to request the location information of the unknown object, and the second request message includes the location information of the known object; the differentiated service entity performs perception according to the second request message to generate the location information of the object determined by perception.

[0026] Optionally, before receiving the first message, the differentiated service entity sends a second message, where the second message is used to request the location information of the known object.

[0027] Based on the above scheme, when the differentiated service entity is deployed in the telepresence integrated base station, the differentiated service entity receives the location information of known objects and receives a second request message requesting the location information of unknown objects, thereby generating the location information of the perceived object based on the second request message, and then determining the location information of the unknown object, thereby improving the comprehensiveness of regional management while improving the flexibility of the deployment of the differentiated service entity.

[0028] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the differentiated service entity and the airspace management entity are deployed in an integrated base station; and the differentiated service entity obtains the location information of a known object, including: the differentiated service entity determines the location information of the known object based on the wireless communication technology; and the differentiated service entity obtains the location information of the object determined by perception, including: the differentiated service entity performs perception and generates the location information of the object determined by perception.

[0029] Based on the above scheme, when the differentiated services entity and the airspace management entity are both deployed in the integrated base station, the differentiated services entity can determine the location information of known objects and the location information of objects determined by perception, thereby determining the location information of unknown objects, thereby improving the comprehensiveness of regional management while improving the flexibility of the deployment of the differentiated services entity.

[0096] The technical solution in this application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0097] The method of the embodiment of the present application can be applied to a long term evolution (LTE) system, a long term evolution-advanced (LTE-A) system, an enhanced long term evolution (eLTE), and a fifth generation (5G) mobile communication system new radio (NR) system, and can also be extended to similar wireless communication systems such as wireless fidelity (WiFi), worldwide interoperability for microwave access (WIMAX), and cellular systems related to the third generation partnership project (3GPP).

[0098] For the sake of clarity, some terms in the embodiments of this application are explained below.

[0099] 1. Wireless Sensing

[0100] Wireless sensing refers to the use of radio signals to obtain information such as the presence and location of a target. Wireless sensing can be divided into two types: device-based sensing and device-free sensing. Device-based sensing primarily involves the exchange of information between a terminal equipped with a communication module and a network device to achieve positioning. Device-free sensing, on the other hand, does not require a terminal device and relies solely on network devices to perceive the target's state, such as its position and posture.

[0101] Among them, the technology that relies on the perception of terminal devices in cellular networks is generally defined as cellular positioning technology. That is, through the interaction between the base station and the terminal user device, the base station side obtains the round-trip time information or angle information of the uplink and downlink signals, and solves the measurement signal on the core network or edge side to obtain the terminal position.

[0102] Perception independent of terminal devices originates from radar technology. With the development of radar and communication technologies, signal processing and hardware design are converging. Consequently, the concept of synaesthesia (also known as communication-perception fusion) has been proposed in academia and industry. Through joint signal design and / or hardware sharing, communication and perception functions are unified in design, resulting in multiple benefits such as spectrum sharing, cost reduction, and simplified deployment. Synaesthesia technology's perception capability involves a transmitter transmitting a wireless signal to an object. Because the object's surface area reflects the signal, the receiver receives and analyzes the reflected signal to obtain object perception measurements such as angle and delay. In cellular networks, wireless base station communication technology is evolving towards multiple antennas, multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO), and large-scale arrays, converging with radar technology. These technologies, with their widespread deployment and abundant spectrum, enable object location awareness, with applications in areas such as drone surveillance and high-speed rail perimeter intrusion detection.

[0103] Perception, a key capability of future cellular networks, is expected to be commercially implemented in 5.5G and 6G. Synaesthesia technology, which achieves greater gains by combining network perception and communication, is a hot topic in academia and industry. Currently, this technology is still in the exploratory research phase, with wireless base stations in cellular networks as its primary application.

[0104] 2. Drone authentication management

[0105] Remotely controlling a drone through a base station allows it to fly beyond visual range, breaking the limitations of existing short-range remote controls with proprietary remote controls and enabling it to operate over a wider range. 3GPP TS23.256 defines a standard process for drone authentication on cellular networks. This drone authentication management is targeted at drones with cellular communication modules. As shown in Figure 1, when a drone initiates a registration access request to the cellular network or the USS initiates a re-authentication request for a registered drone at any time, the 3GPP network interacts with the UAS Service Supplier (USS) through the UAS Network Function (UAS-NF) deployed in the Network Exposure Function (NEF). For example, the UAS-NF sends the drone's location information, identity, and other information to the USS. The USS then authenticates the drone information (such as location information) and returns the corresponding authentication results and session management information to the UAS-NF.

[0106] For example, a drone initiates an initial registration request to the network, and the connected remote controller has already completed registration before the drone registers. When the USS successfully authenticates the drone, it notifies the UAS-NF. The UAS-NF forwards the successful authentication message, the drone's identity, and other information to the Session Management Function (SMF). The SMF establishes a protocol data unit session (PDU Session) for command and control (C2) communication between the drone and the remote controller. The UAS-NF calls the Location Service (LCS) to report the drone's location to the USS. This service uses cellular positioning technology to calculate the drone's location through interaction between the base station and the drone. If the USS detects that the drone is approaching a violation area, it can cancel the current C2 communication PDU Session between the connected remote controller and the drone, or switch the controller (for example, after canceling the original C2 communication PDU Session, the USS becomes the drone's controller and establishes a C2 communication PDU Session between the USS and the drone).

[0107] However, when a cellular network currently monitors a certain airspace, it can only monitor the location of drones connected to the cellular network based on standard procedures. The cellular network cannot monitor other objects in the airspace that are not connected to the network, such as illegal drones that do not communicate with the network.

[0108] In view of this, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for distinguishing drones through a cellular network, which can determine whether there are other objects in the airspace that are not connected to the network, and determine the location of the objects that are not connected to the network when they exist, based on the drones connected to the cellular network in the supervised airspace, thereby achieving comprehensive supervision of drones in the airspace.

[0109] FIG2 is a schematic diagram of a regional management method 100 proposed in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG2 , the method 100 includes the following steps:

[0110] S110, the differentiated service entity obtains the location information of a known object and the location information of an object determined by perception, wherein the location information of the known object is generated based on a wireless signal sent by the known object, the location information of the object determined by perception is generated based on a communication and perception integration technology, the object determined by perception is in the same area as the known object, and the object determined by perception includes the known object and an unknown object.

[0111] It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application do not limit the specific positioning technology for determining the location information of a known object based on the wireless signal sent by the known object.

[0112] As an example and not a limitation, the wireless communication technology is a cellular network, and the location information of the known object is determined by cellular network positioning technology (Location Service, LCS). Specifically, the location information of the known device in the target area is determined through interaction between the base station and the device.

[0113] As an example and not a limitation, the location information of the known object is determined by wireless-fidelity (WiFi) positioning technology.

[0114] As an example and not a limitation, the wireless communication technology is that the location information of the known object is determined by Global Positioning System (GPS) positioning technology.

[0115] It should be understood that the position information of the object determined by the perception is determined based on the perception function in the communication and perception integration technology, and the embodiments of the present application do not limit the entities with the above-mentioned perception function.

[0116] As an example and not a limitation, the position information of the object determined by the perception is provided by a telepathic base station.

[0117] As an example and not a limitation, the location information of the object determined by perception is determined by a WiFi node with perception function.

[0118] As an example and not a limitation, the position information of the object determined by perception is determined by a perception module in the open RAN device.

[0119] The specific manner in which the differentiated service entity obtains the location information of the known objects and perceives the location information of the determined objects will be described in detail below.

[0120] S120, the differentiated service entity determines the location information of the unknown object based on the location information of the known object and the location information of the object determined by the perception, and the location information of the unknown object is used to manage the unknown object.

[0121] In one possible implementation, the differentiated service entity determines the range of the known object based on the position information and positioning error parameters of the known object, thereby matching the orientation of the known object with the position information of the object determined by perception, determining the position information of the known object in the position information of the object determined by perception, and then determining the position information of the unknown object.

[0122] The positioning error parameters include positioning error parameters of known objects and positioning parameters of objects determined based on perception. The specific method for determining the positioning parameters will be described in detail below.

[0123] It should be noted that the area management method 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application is applicable to scenarios such as drone supervision, high-speed rail perimeter intrusion detection, and ground unmanned vehicle control. The following description will only use the drone supervision scenario as an example, and does not represent any limitation on the scope of application of the method 100.

[0124] In the above method 100, the differentiated services entity can be deployed in a consumer entity (e.g., an airspace management entity) in the embodiment of the present application, or deployed in a production entity (e.g., a telepathic base station), wherein the above consumer entity is a consumer entity of the perception service (or, in other words, the perception function in telepathic integration), and the production entity is a production entity of the perception service. The following first further describes the above method 100 in conjunction with the deployment location of the differentiated services entity in the consumer entity and the production entity.

[0125] FIG3 is a flow chart of a regional management method proposed in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG3 , the flow chart includes the following steps:

[0126] S210: The consumer entity determines location information of a known device.

[0127] It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application do not limit the specific manner in which the consumer entity determines the location information of known devices within the management area.

[0128] Exemplarily, the consumer entity determines the location information of known devices in the target area through interaction between a base station and the device based on the cellular positioning technology LCS.

[0129] Exemplarily, the consumer entity determines the location information of known devices in the target area through the interaction between the WiFi node and the device based on the WiFi positioning technology.

[0130] Exemplarily, the consumer entity determines the location information of known devices in the target area through interaction between an unmanned system service provider (UAS Service Supplier) and the device based on GPS positioning technology.

[0131] It should be understood that the location information of known devices includes the current location of each known device, and one or more of the device identification, flight speed, and flight trajectory of each known device, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.

[0132] S220, the consumer entity sends a perception request message to the producer entity, and correspondingly, the producer entity receives the perception request message.

[0133] The perception request message is used to request the production entity to perform target perception to determine whether there is an unknown object and the location information of the unknown object.

[0134] It should be understood that the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific content of the perception request message sent by the consumer entity. Exemplarily, the consumer entity carries the range of the target perception area and / or the location information of the known device in the perception request.

[0135] It should be noted that when the consumer entity only carries the location information of a known device in the perception request message, the producer entity can determine the scope of a reasonable target perception area on its own based on the location information of the known device.

[0136] It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application do not limit the specific timing when the consumer entity sends the perception request message.

[0137] In one possible implementation, a consuming entity can periodically send a sensing request to a producing entity, wherein the content of each sensing request message sent by the consuming entity can be different. By way of example and not limitation, the sensing request message sent by the consuming entity for the Nth time carries the range of the target sensing area and the location information of known devices, the sensing request message sent for the N+1th time carries only the location information of known devices, and the sensing request message sent for the N+2th time carries only the range of the target sensing area.

[0138] S230: The production entity generates perception data according to the perception request message.

[0139] It should be understood that the production entity needs to determine the scope of the target perception area before performing the target perception area. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific method in which the production entity determines the scope of the target perception area.

[0140] In a possible implementation, the range of the target perception area is carried in the perception request message.

[0141] In another possible implementation, when the perception request message only includes the location information of a known device, the production entity can independently determine the scope of a reasonable target perception area based on the location information of the known device.

[0142] Furthermore, the production entity performs target perception on the target perception area to determine the position information of all objects in the target area.

[0143] It should be understood that all the above-mentioned position information refers to the position information of all objects that can be determined through the perception capability of the production entity.

[0144] In the embodiment of the present application, the specific content of the perception data generated by the production entity is not limited.

[0145] In one possible implementation, the perception data includes location information of all objects in the target area.

[0146] In another possible implementation, the perception data includes position information of all objects in the target area and position information of unknown objects.

[0147] It should be understood that whether the sensing data includes the location information of the unknown object is related to the execution entity of the differentiated service. Among them, the embodiments of the present application do not limit the execution entity of the target differentiation.

[0148] Specifically, the target differentiation can be performed by a production entity, or by a consumption entity. The following describes the subsequent steps of the method 100 based on the execution entity of the target.

[0149] Method 1:

[0150] When the sensing request message includes the location information of a known device, target differentiation can be performed by the production entity, that is, the production entity can determine the location information of the unknown object based on the location information of the known device and the location information of all objects. That is, method 1 includes the following steps:

[0151] S232, the production entity performs location association and target differentiation.

[0152] In one possible implementation, the production entity determines the area where the known object is located based on the location information and positioning error parameters of the known object, so that the production entity matches and excludes the range of the known object and the location information of all objects, and then determines the location information of the location object.

[0153] It should be understood that because the consumer and producer entities perform positioning and perception at different times and have a certain positioning error, it is necessary to determine the area where the known object is located based on the positioning error parameter for subsequent target matching. The specific method for determining the positioning error parameter will be described in detail below.

[0154] Based on the above approach, the perception data generated by the production entity can include location information of unknown objects.

[0155] S240, the production entity sends a perception response message to the consumption entity, and correspondingly, the consumption entity receives the perception response message.

[0156] It should be understood that the production entity carries the above-mentioned perception data in the perception response message.

[0157] Method 2

[0158] In this approach, target differentiation is performed by the consumer entity, that is, the production entity provides the consumer entity with the location information of all objects that it can perceive. Approach 2 specifically includes the following steps:

[0159] S240, the production entity sends a perception response message to the consumption entity, and correspondingly, the consumption entity receives the perception response message.

[0160] After determining the location information of the unknown object through the above two methods, the consuming entity can perform the following steps.

[0161] S242, the consumer entity performs location association and target differentiation.

[0162] Specifically, the consumer entity determines the location information of the unknown object based on the location information of the known object and the location information of all objects in the target area. The specific process of the consumer entity performing target differentiation can be referred to the relevant description in Method 1 and will not be repeated here.

[0163] Based on the above two methods, the consuming entity can determine the location information of the location object and thus execute subsequent steps.

[0164] S250: The consumer entity manages the unknown object according to the location information of the unknown object.

[0165] It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application do not limit the specific method of managing unknown objects. For example, the management includes driving away unknown objects, interfering with unknown objects, etc.

[0166] In a possible implementation, the system shown in FIG3 can be further divided into three parts based on specific functions: a synaesthesia data producer, a differentiated service production entity (ie, a differentiated service entity), and a differentiated service consumption entity.

[0167] It should be understood that the synesthesia data producer can be executed by a perception device, which is responsible for obtaining the locations of all objects in the supervision area. As an example and not limitation, the perception device can be a synesthesia base station, or a WiFi node with perception function, or a module with perception capability in an open radio access network (RAN) device, etc.

[0168] It should be understood that the differentiated service consumption entity can be executed by the airspace management entity, which is responsible for mastering the locations of all perceptible drones in the regulatory area. In an embodiment of the present application, the differentiated service consumption entity can perceive the locations of drones connected to the cellular network.

[0169] In the embodiment of the present application, the differentiated service production entity can be deployed in the above-mentioned sensing device, or in the above-mentioned airspace management entity, or in the network management entity. Among them, the network management entity is responsible for managing multiple base stations such as setting configurations and collecting data.

[0170] As an example and not a limitation, the network management entity can be a perception network element deployed on the core network (CN) side, which is used to collect and process data perceived by a perception device (such as a tele-sensing base station). It should be noted that the specific name of the perception network element is not limited in the embodiments of the present application, and it is only necessary that the network element can realize the collection and processing of perception data.

[0171] It should be understood that the perception network element can be deployed as an independently deployed network element in the core network, or the perception network element can be deployed in an unmanned system network function (UAS Network Function, UAS-NF) in the 3GPP network.

[0172] As an example but not limitation, the network management entity can be an Element Management System (EMS), or a Network Management System (NMS) and an EMS.

[0173] The following description is made by taking the case where the network management entity is the EMS, or the network management entity is the EMS and the NMS as an example.

[0174] In an embodiment of the present application, the differentiated service production entity can compare the location information of all objects in the supervision area reported by the sensing device with the location information of all drones connected to the cellular network known by the airspace management entity to obtain the location of objects in the supervision area that are not connected to the network.

[0175] The following describes in detail the method 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application based on different deployment locations of the differentiated services production entity (i.e., the differentiated services entity). The following first describes the method 100 by taking the deployment of the differentiated services production entity in the network element management system EMS as an example:

[0176] FIG4 is a schematic diagram of a regional management process proposed in an embodiment of the present application. FIG4 includes the following steps:

[0177] S410: The airspace management entity sends a request message #1 (ie, a first message) to the EMS. Correspondingly, the EMS receives the first request message.

[0178] It should be understood that the first request message is used to request target differentiated service in a specified airspace.

[0179] In a possible implementation manner, the first request message includes a range of the target area.

[0180] It should be understood that before sending the first request message, if the airspace management entity has configured its own regulated airspace range to the EMS, the first request message may not include the range of the target area.

[0181] It should be understood that the embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific indication method of the target airspace orientation. For example, the range of the target airspace in the embodiment of the present application can be represented by a polygon consisting of a set of ordered longitude and latitude coordinate points.

[0182] In another possible implementation, the first request message includes the range of the target area and first location information (i.e., location information of a known object). The first location information is used to indicate the location of the drone connected to the cellular network as perceived by the airspace management entity. Exemplarily, the first location information can be a list of drone locations, where the location of each drone is also identified by latitude and longitude coordinates.

[0183] S420: The EMS sends a request message #2 (ie, a third request message) to the sensing device. Correspondingly, the sensing device receives the second request message.

[0184] It should be understood that the request message #2 is used to request airspace awareness.

[0185] It should be understood that since the sensing area of the sensing device is limited, before sending the request message #2, the EMS needs to determine one or more sensing devices that can fully cover the target area according to the range of the target area. That is, before step S420, the following steps are also included:

[0186] S411, EMS searches for a list of numbers of all sensing devices that completely cover the target area according to request message #1.

[0187] Specifically, the EMS calculates a numbered list of all sensing devices that need to activate the sensing function based on the scope of the target area.

[0188] Furthermore, the network management entity configures the parameters of the perception device to start the perception function. Exemplarily, the configuration parameters include the selection of the perception waveform, the number or occupancy ratio of the time-frequency resources used for perception, the perception method (such as single-station perception, multi-station perception), etc., which are not limited in the embodiments of the present application.

[0189] Furthermore, the EMS sends a request message #2 to one or more perception devices in the numbered list, and carries the above perception parameters in the request message #2.

[0190] S430: The sensing device senses the positions of all aerial objects within the coverage area.

[0191] Specifically, the sensing device obtains the above configuration parameters and performs position sensing of all aerial objects within the coverage area according to the configuration parameters.

[0192] In one possible implementation, if the sensing device fails to sense the coverage, it generates a response message #2 and indicates the reason for the failure in the response message #2. For example, in a scenario where the sensing device fails to sense the coverage, the reason for the failure is that the synaesthesia function of the sensing device cannot be activated.

[0193] In another possible implementation, if the sensing device successfully senses, it generates a response message #2, which carries second location information indicating the current locations of all objects in the airspace (i.e., the location information of the objects determined by the sensing). Exemplarily, the second location information is a list of aerial object locations, with the location of each aerial object also identified by latitude and longitude coordinates.

[0194] Optionally, the second location information includes identifications of all objects in the airspace.

[0195] S440: The sensing device sends a response message #2 to the EMS. Correspondingly, the EMS receives the response message #2.

[0196] The EMS receives the response message #2 from one or more sensing devices, integrates the second location information therein, and executes subsequent steps.

[0197] S450, EMS performs position association and target differentiation.

[0198] Specifically, the differentiation module in the EMS matches and removes the position of the drone connected to the cellular network from the current positions of all objects in the airspace based on the first position information and the integrated second position information, thereby obtaining the third position information (i.e., the position information of the unknown object), which is used to indicate the position of the object not connected to the network.

[0199] The process of performing position association and target differentiation by the EMS will be described in detail with reference to FIG5 .

[0200] S460: The EMS sends a response message #1 to the airspace management entity. Correspondingly, the airspace management entity receives the response message #1.

[0201] In a possible implementation, the first response message includes a first identifier and third location information, where the first identifier is used to indicate whether there is an object that is not connected to the network in the target area.

[0202] It is understandable that when the first identifier indicates that there is no object that is not connected to the network in the target area, the third location information is empty.

[0203] As an example and not a limitation, the first response message also includes at least one second identifier, each second identifier corresponds one-to-one to an object at each location indicated by the third location information, that is, the second identifier is the identifier of the object at the location indicated by the third location information.

[0204] Furthermore, the airspace management entity manages the object that is not connected to the network according to the third location information. Exemplarily, the airspace management entity captures the object that is not connected to the network.

[0205] In another possible implementation, the network management entity fails to distinguish and carries the reason for the failure in the first response message. Exemplarily, the reason for the failure is that the actual error between cellular positioning and sensory positioning is greater than the promised error, and the measurement accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

[0206] It should be understood that the embodiments of the present application do not limit the specific methods for performing position matching and target differentiation. For example, FIG5 is a schematic diagram of a differentiation process provided by the embodiments of the present application. FIG5 includes the following steps:

[0207] S510: Input the location list A of drones connected to the cellular network in the first location information and the location list B of all objects in the second location information.

[0208] S520: Use the positioning accuracy (ie, positioning error parameter) as the matching analysis radius of each position point in A.

[0209] S530, traverse each position point Ai in A, and filter the position point sub-list Bi belonging to B within the matching analysis radius corresponding to Ai.

[0210] S540, traverse each point in Bi and calculate the two-norm of the position and velocity direction of Ai.

[0211] Specifically, the two-norm calculation method of position and velocity direction is as follows:

[0212] Where x, y, and z represent the three-dimensional coordinates of the position, and vx, vy, and vz represent the velocity directions in the three-dimensional coordinates. For example, within the matching analysis radius of Ai, there are two points Bi,1 and Bi,2 that belong to list B. Then points Bi,1 and Bi,2 form a sublist Bi of list B.

[0213] S550: Select the point with the largest two-norm as the point matching Ai, and delete the point from list B.

[0214] Furthermore, steps S430 to S450 are repeatedly performed until there is no longer any point matching Ai within the matching analysis radius corresponding to Ai.

[0215] S560: Output B as a location list of objects not connected to the cellular network, ie, third location information.

[0216] It should be understood that if the first location information is not included in the first request message, the second location information is equivalent to the third location information and is used to indicate the location of the object not connected to the network. In other words, when there are no objects connected to the network in the target airspace, all objects perceived by the sensing device through synaesthesia are objects not connected to the network.

[0217] It should be understood that the process shown in Figure 4 above is for a scenario where the network management entity (EMS) executes the process independently. For larger networks with more network devices, the network management entity (NMS) and the EMS can jointly execute the process. In this scenario, the DiffServ entity can be deployed in either the EMS or the NMS. The following description uses the DiffServ entity deployed in the NMS as an example.

[0218] FIG6 is a schematic diagram of another area management process proposed in an embodiment of the present application. FIG6 includes the following steps:

[0219] S610: The airspace management entity sends a request message #3 (another example of the first message) to the NMS. Correspondingly, the NMS receives the request message #3. For the description of the first request message, please refer to S310 and will not be repeated here.

[0220] S620, the NMS sends a request message #4 to the EMS, and correspondingly, the EMS receives the request message #4.

[0221] Among them, the request message #4 is used to request airspace perception.

[0222] It should be understood that before sending the request message #4, the NMS will search for the EMS associated with the target airspace range based on the target airspace range, thereby determining the target to which the request message #4 is to be sent.

[0223] S630: The EMS sends a request message #5 (another example of the third request message) to the perception device. Correspondingly, the perception device receives the request message #5.

[0224] It should be understood that before sending request message #4, EMS determines the numbered list of sensing devices that need to activate the sensing function based on the target airspace range. The specific method can be found in S411 and will not be repeated here.

[0225] S640: The sensing device senses the positions of all aerial objects within the coverage area.

[0226] It should be understood that the above steps S530 to S540 can refer to steps S420 to S430 and will not be repeated here.

[0227] S650: The sensing device sends a response message #5 to the EMS. Correspondingly, the EMS receives the response message #5.

[0228] S660: The EMS sends a response message #4 to the NMS. Correspondingly, the NMS receives the response message #4.

[0229] Specifically, the response message #4 includes the second position information, ie, the position information of all aerial objects in the target area.

[0230] S670, NMS performs location association and target differentiation.

[0231] The method for NMS to perform location association and target differentiation can refer to the relevant description in step S240. It only needs to replace the execution subject in step S340 with NMS, and no further details will be given here.

[0232] S680: The NMS sends a response message #3 to the airspace management entity. Correspondingly, the airspace management entity receives the response message #3. The specific content of the response message #3 can be found in step S450 and will not be repeated here.

[0233] Optionally, in the above method, the differentiated services entity can be deployed in the EMS. In this approach, steps S610 to S650 can refer to the above content. In step S660, before sending response message #4 to the NMS, the EMS needs to perform location association and target differentiation to obtain third location information, and carry the third location information in the fourth response message. In step S670, before sending response message #3 to the airspace management entity, the NMS only needs to summarize response message #4. The specific content of response message #3 can be found in step S450 and will not be repeated here.

[0234] Based on the above method, the airspace management entity can determine whether there are objects not connected to the network in the target area, and determine the location information of the objects not connected to the network when they exist, thereby comprehensively managing the airspace.

[0235] It should be understood that the methods shown in Figures 4 and 6 above are applicable to scenarios where the differentiated service entity is deployed in a network management entity. In an embodiment of the present application, the differentiated service entity can also be deployed in a perception device, and the differentiation module (i.e., the differentiated service entity) is deployed in an integrated base station (i.e., the perception device). The specific implementation process of method 100 is described in detail below in conjunction with Figure 7.

[0236] FIG7 is a schematic diagram of another area management process proposed in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in FIG7 , FIG7 includes the following steps:

[0237] S710: The airspace management entity sends a request message #6 (another example of the first message) to the network management entity. Correspondingly, the network management entity receives the request message #6.

[0238] It should be understood that in the architecture of FIG7 , the network management entity can be implemented solely by the EMS or jointly by the NMS and the EMS, and this is not limited in the present embodiment. Furthermore, when the network management entity is jointly implemented by the NMS and the EMS, the interaction between the NMS and the EMS can refer to the relevant description in FIG6 , and will not be further described in the steps of FIG7 .

[0239] S720: The network management entity sends a request message #7 (i.e., a second request message) to the sensing device. Correspondingly, the sensing device receives the request message #7. The request message #7 is used to request target differentiation.

[0240] Specifically, the network management entity searches for a list of numbers of all sensing devices that completely cover the target area based on the scope of the target area, and sends a request message #7 to one or more synesthesia base stations. The fourth request message is used to request target differentiation service within the specified airspace. The network management entity carries the first location information in the request message #7 to enable the synesthesia base station to perform target matching and removal.

[0241] It should be understood that when the network management entity determines that multiple telepathic base stations are required to perform target differentiation services within the scope of the target area, the network management entity only carries the first location information within the coverage range of the telepathic base station in the request message #7 sent to each telepathic base station. In other words, the first location information carried in the request message #7 received by each telepathic base station only includes the locations of drones connected to the cellular network within its own coverage range.

[0242] It should be understood that the request message #7 also includes configuration parameters of one or more telepathic base stations. For a detailed description of the configuration parameters, please refer to S420 and will not be repeated here.

[0243] S730a: The sensing device senses the positions of all aerial objects within the coverage area. The sensing method of the sensing device can be referred to S430 and will not be described here in detail.

[0244] It should be understood that the sensing device obtains the second position information through sensing, and the second position information includes a position list of all aerial objects within its coverage area.

[0245] S730b, the sensing device performs location association and target differentiation.

[0246] Specifically, the distinguishing module in the sensing device determines fourth location information based on the first location information and the second location information, where the fourth location information is used to indicate the location of an object that is not connected to the network within the coverage area. The distinguishing process of the distinguishing module can be referred to the relevant description of Figure 4 and will not be repeated here.
