Description

[0001] BALANCED SOIL DECOMPACTION SYSTEM AND BALANCED DECOMPACTION EQUIPMENT

[0002] FIELD OF INVENTION

[0003]

[0001] In general, the present invention belongs to the technological sector of agricultural systems and implements and refers, more specifically, to a soil decompression system that, in a balanced manner, promotes soil decompression through equipment equipped with rotating shafts that are offset at their entry and exit from the soil, thus not generating clods, as well as not bringing stones or wood to the surface of the soil being worked, unlike the traditional fixed shafts of the state of the art, opening furrows and cracking the soil without the aggression promoted by currently known systems, having as advantages the non-removal of the soil, the maintenance of the straw at a higher level protecting it, as well as the total absorption of rainwater and aeration of this soil with the exit of microtoxins and the entry of oxygen into the interior of the same. With the path opened through the furrows and cracks, there is a great penetration of the plant roots, forming a pivoting root system that is very important for the plant development process, in addition to a reduced consumption of the equipment's traction effort, which greatly contributes to the reduction of fuel consumption.

[0004] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0005]

[0002] Basically, soils are formed from the decomposition of rocks. These rock groups are constantly slowly eroded by the climate, the action of water and wind, and also by living beings.

[0003] In this sense, it is essential to consider that the formation of soils in nature, as they are found today, took millions of years, almost always presenting aspects related to their source material and the natural and anthropogenic interferences caused upon them. Note that this process of soil formation is uninterrupted.

[0006]

[0004] Thus, the correct treatment of soils has been a widely disseminated and studied topic so that it can be preserved and used in the best possible way.

[0007]

[0005] Some soil treatment technologies are described in prior art documents, such as, for example, PI 0605229-0 “AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT FOR SOIL DECOMPACTION, WITH DENSITY MAPPING AND EXECUTION CONTROLLED BY GEO-REFERENCING”, which describes a plow with decompacting rods pulled by a tractor, the action of its components being controlled by an electronic control center, which receives data from a depth sensor that instantly informs at what depth the implement's rods are operating, also receiving, through a DGPS or GPS signal receiver, satellite signals that inform the exact position of the implement in the worked area, and, based on this information, the center dynamically adjusts the working depth of the rods at each point on the ground.

[0008]

[0006] However, it should be noted that the above precedent exemplifies exactly the problems described above, with regard to fixed rods that promote a significantly rough intervention on the ground, generating losses, in addition to having a robust traction system, with consequent greater fuel consumption when compared with the technology described below.

[0009]

[0007] There is also document BR1 02020020255-3 “PROVISION INTRODUCED IN AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENT FOR SOIL DECOMPACTION” which reveals an agricultural implement that performs soil decompacting in a perennial or annual agricultural crop cultivation environment. This implement has as its main difference, in relation to the implements known in the state of the art, the fact that it operates soil decompacting selectively, based on a compaction map that allows, through the georeferenced position of the soil, to act at greater or lesser depth, incorporating in the same implement the functions of a scarifier and a subsoiler.

[0010]

[0008] In a similar way to the other document cited, this previous version also presents fixed rods that promote a gross intervention on the ground, generating losses, in addition to having a robust traction system, with consequent greater fuel consumption when compared with the technology described below.

[0011]

[0009] Therefore, based on all the drawbacks existing in the systems and equipment currently used, described above in the state of the art, it is clear that there is a gap in the creation of a soil decompression system that, in a balanced way, promotes soil decompression through equipment equipped with rotating rods, opening furrows and cracking the soil without the aggression caused by currently known systems.

[0012] SUMMARY AND NOVELTIES OF THE INVENTION

[0010] The environmentally correct system and equipment described here contributes decisively to environmental preservation, and is consequently more efficient and productive.

[0013]

[0011] It is important to highlight that in addition to avoiding any and all erosion processes, this system provides the formation of a “water tank”, that is, an underground water reservoir, since there is no movement of this water at a horizontal level, only vertically.

[0014]

[0012] Its rotating rods penetrate the soil with extreme ease, making the impact caused by traditional fixed rods unnecessary, definitively avoiding soil erosion due to decompaction and ensuring maximum use of rainwater for irrigating the soils in which it operates, in a balanced decompaction process, with longevity.

[0015]

[0013] With the aim of remedying the flaws in the current state of the art highlighted above, the present invention patent aims to propose a solution for soil decompacting systems and equipment, equipped with rotating rods, unlike the traditional fixed rods of the state of the art, opening furrows and cracking the soil without the aggression caused by currently known systems.

[0024] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0025]

[0023] In order for a technician with reasonable knowledge of the subject to be able to perfectly reproduce the system and equipment described herein, the balanced decompression equipment revealed is composed, as seen in figure 1, of a chassis (1) which supports an input box (2) intended for the simultaneous application of inputs while carrying out the decompression work, and such inputs are guided along with the rotating rods (14), available in figure 4, so that they are incorporated into the soil, a weight box (3) which has the function of providing ballast to the decompression equipment also for the penetration of the rods (14) into the soil.

[0026]

[0024] Still in figure 1, the articulators (4) of the rollers (6) can be observed, responsible for promoting the interconnection of said rollers (6) with the chassis (1) and have the function of allowing the copying of the terrain and support (5) of the rollers (6) responsible for carrying out the fixation of the rollers (6), allowing the rolling through the bearings (15), see figure 4, and said roller (6), which can be better observed in figure 5, known as the clod-breaking roller, fulfills the function of breaking clods, leveling the terrain, as well as promoting the knockdown of the existing straw, without its removal.

[0027]

[0025] It also has a pair of wheels (7) that serve to stabilize the equipment during transportation, more specifically during decompression operations, significantly reducing the pressure of the wheels in contact with the ground when compared to state-of-the-art equipment, and also a header (8), see figure 2, intended for the equipment's drag system, as traditionally known in this technological sector.

[0028]

[0026] Still in figure 2, the cylinders (9) to which the wheels (7) are directly connected can be seen, and their function is to lift the equipment for transport, both when carrying out simple transport and in service, since the equipment can only operate in a straight line.

[0029]

[0027] Note that, as traditionally known, the aforementioned cylinders (9) also fulfill the function of defining the working depth when the system is in operation.

[0030]

[0028] The equipment described here, see figure 2, also has a protective chain (10) that serves as a safety element in the event of a break in the trailer (not shown), and said chain (10) is fixed directly to the header (8) and to the tractor (not shown).

[0031]

[0029] It also has an inspection platform (11) that is fixed to the chassis (1) and serves to give access to operators for the purpose of supplying material for counterweight and inputs.

[0030] In figure 3 it is possible to observe a set (12) of rods (14), preferably four per set (12), arranged in a staggered manner, this staggering having a very important function of not raising stones, trunks or clods to the surface of the ground, with a curved and serrated shape on the front attack part, that is, on the back of the claw, being connected to the bearings (15) observed in figure 4.

[0032]

[0031] The input dispensers (13) will be attached to the box (2) enabling the application of inputs to the soil using the rods (14).

[0033]

[0032] Note that the rods (14) are constructed in a curved shape with a serrated appearance on the back to facilitate entry into the ground, and on the opposite fixing part, that is, at the end of the penetration tip, a type of cover (18) will be placed for replacement as wear occurs, see figure 3.

[0034]

[0033] The support set (16) of the rods (14) has the function of attaching the rods (14) enabling drilling and cracking of the soil, see figure 4.

[0035]

[0034] Finally, the stabilizing springs (17), see figure 2, perform the function of stabilizing the rolling of the equipment, in order to promote copying of the ground, in a lateral direction.

[0036]

[0035] There is also a disperser assembly (19) consisting, for example, of a tank and a hose intended for the distribution of liquid biological fungicides, and at the end of the hose there may be a diffuser nozzle for emitting a jet of fungicide in each line of rods (12).

[0037]

[0036] The equipment has a curved sliding structure (20), arranged in the lower portion, parallel to the rods (14) in a rotating direction, with the structure being fixed and attached to the chassis at each end.

[0038]

[0037] Optionally, the structure (20) may have a raising and lowering adjustment, depending on the adopted depth, with the function of avoiding the elevation of soil (clods), when the rods (14) come out of the ground. In relation to the vertical movement of raising or lowering the structure (20), work adjustment, it has a screw system, in a spindle at the rear, which allows the approach or distance in relation to the axis to which the rods (14) are fixed.

[0039]

[0038] The system now revealed basically consists of the following steps: a. Transporting the decompression equipment to the ground; b. Fixing the protective chain (10); c. Inspection of counterweight material and inputs in the tank (2); d. Starting decompression by drilling and cracking the soil and applying the inputs, through the set of rods (12); e. Inspection of the covers (18) and replacement, if necessary.

[0040]

[0039] Note that throughout the decompression stage (d) the stabilizing springs (17) allow the chassis (1) to copy the terrain laterally and, in addition, the clod-breaking roller (6) performs the function of breaking up clods, leveling the terrain, as well as knocking down the existing straw, without removing it.
