Description

Beam training method, communication node and storage medium Technical Field

[0001] The present application relates to the field of communication technology, for example, to a beam training method, a communication node and a storage medium. Background Art

[0002] Sidelink (SL) communications can operate in millimeter-wave frequency bands, such as Frequency Range 2 (FR 2). Due to the short wavelengths and high propagation loss associated with millimeter-wave frequencies, the introduction of beamforming can overcome the path loss associated with high-frequency transmission and increase the coverage of SL communications. The 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) has established a project on beam management for SL unicast communications. Beam-based SL communications often require beam measurement and beam feedback (i.e., beam training) to determine the beam used for communication between the transmitting and receiving user equipment (UE). This beam is then used for subsequent data transmission between the UEs. The transmitting UE may send a reference signal (RS) for beam training before, during, or after the establishment of a unicast link. One or more receiving UEs perform beam measurement and determine the transmitting beam of the transmitting UE (i.e., the transmitting beam that the transmitting UE can use when sending SL data to the receiving UE) and the receiving beam of the receiving UE. The transmitting beam of the receiving UE may also be further determined (i.e., the transmitting beam that the receiving UE can use when sending SL data to the transmitting UE). The receiving UE then reports the determined transmitting beam of the transmitting UE to the transmitting UE. The beam determined by the receiving UE will be used for subsequent SL communication between the transmitting UE and the receiving UE. Assuming that the target UE for beam training of the transmitting UE is uncertain, the transmitting UE does not know how many or which receiving UEs will perform beam reporting. Generally, the resources used for beam reporting are associated with the transmitting beam of the transmitting UE selected by the receiving UE. The transmitting UE can implicitly determine the transmitting beam of the transmitting UE selected by the receiving UE based on the beam reporting resources. However, the transmitting UE does not know the correspondence between its own transmitting beam and the receiving UE. This may affect the subsequent beam-based SL communication between the transmitting UE and the receiving UE. Therefore, how to link beam training with subsequent SL communication is an urgent problem to be solved.

[0024] It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present application. The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0025] FIG1 is a network diagram of an SL communication system provided by an embodiment. As shown in FIG1 , in an SL communication system (including communication systems such as Vehicle-To-Everything (V2X) and Device-to-Device (D2D)), when there is a service that needs to be transmitted between terminal devices, the service data between the terminal devices can be directly transmitted from the source terminal device to the target terminal device through SL without being forwarded on the network side, that is, without being forwarded through the cellular link between the terminal device and the access network device. For short-range communication users who can apply SL communication, SL communication not only saves wireless spectrum resources, but also reduces the data transmission pressure of the core network, can reduce system resource usage, increase the spectrum efficiency of the cellular communication system, reduce communication latency, and save network operating costs.

[0026] In SL communication, resource allocation usually has two modes: Mode 1, the UE determines the SL transmission resources based on the scheduling of the base station; Mode 2, the UE autonomously selects resources from the network-configured or pre-configured resource pool according to the resource selection strategy. The resource selection strategy mainly includes: sensing mechanism, partial sensing mechanism, and random selection mechanism. SL communication has multiple communication modes or transmission types (cast type): unicast, multicast, and broadcast. For unicast, only a specific UE is the receiver; for multicast, only a specific group of UEs is the receiver; for broadcast, any UE can be the receiver. Each UE has one or more source identifiers and one or more target identifiers, where the UE's source identifier is always allocated by the UE itself or configured or pre-configured by the network. The UE's target identifier is related to the communication mode. Different communication modes correspond to different methods for determining the UE's target identifier. For unicast communication, the UE's source identifier can be updated, and the UE's target identifier depends on the UE's communication peer device.

[0027] In SL communication, the unicast link establishment process is used to establish a unicast link between two UEs, or to establish multiple unicast links. The UE that sends a request message (for example, a direct communication request (DCR), i.e., the initial signaling for establishing a unicast link) is called an initiating UE, and the other UEs are called target UEs. If the DCR indicates the target UE information (i.e., the DCR is sent in unicast mode), the unicast link establishment process is used to establish a unicast link between the initiating UE and the target UE. If the DCR does not indicate the target UE information (i.e., the DCR is sent in broadcast mode), and multiple target UEs are interested in the side link service indicated by the DCR (e.g., V2X service), the initiating UE should process the response messages received from the multiple target UEs in order to establish unicast links with the multiple target UEs respectively.

[0028] Each unicast link is associated with a source identifier and a target identifier, which are used to identify the source and target of the unicast transmission. For each unicast link of the UE, the source identifier of the UE (or the identifier of the UE) is the (or corresponding) source identifier associated with the UE's unicast link, and the source identifier of the UE's communication peer device (or the identifier of the UE's communication peer device, or the target identifier of the UE) is the target identifier associated with the UE's unicast link. For example, the communication peer device of a UE can be understood as the device with which the UE wants to establish a unicast link or with which the UE has already established a unicast link. For a unicast link between UE1 and UE2, when UE1 sends unicast data to UE2, the corresponding source identifier and target identifier are the layer 2 identifier of UE1 and the layer 2 identifier of UE2, respectively. When UE2 sends unicast data to UE1, the corresponding source identifier and target identifier are the layer 2 identifier of UE2 and the layer 2 identifier of UE1, respectively.

[0029] The beam training method provided in this application can be applied to various wireless communication systems, such as long-term evolution (LTE) systems, fourth-generation mobile communication technology (4G) systems, fifth-generation mobile communication technology (5G) systems, LTE and 5G hybrid architecture systems, 5G New Radio (NR) systems, and new communication systems emerging in future communication developments, such as sixth-generation mobile communication technology (6G) systems. It is particularly suitable for SL communication systems that are networked based on the above systems, such as the SL communication system shown in Figure 1.

[0030] A terminal device can be a device with wireless transceiver capabilities, which can be deployed on land (such as indoors or outdoors, handheld, wearable or vehicle-mounted, etc.); it can also be deployed on the water (such as ships, etc.); it can also be deployed in the air (such as airplanes, balloons and satellites, etc.). Examples of some terminal devices include: UE, mobile phone, mobile station, tablet computer, notebook computer, ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), handheld computer, netbook, personal digital assistant (PDA) and other user equipment that can be connected to the Internet, or virtual reality (VR) terminal, augmented reality (AR) terminal, wireless terminal in industrial control, wireless terminal in self-driving, wireless terminal in remote medical, wireless terminal in smart grid, wireless terminal in transportation safety, wireless terminal in smart city, wireless terminal in smart home, etc., or Internet of Things node in the Internet of Things, or vehicle-mounted communication device in the Internet of Vehicles, or entertainment, gaming equipment or system, or global positioning system equipment, etc. The embodiments of the present application do not limit the specific technology and specific device form adopted by the terminal device. In addition, the terminal device can be referred to as the terminal.

[0031] The access network device is an access device that the terminal device uses to access the wireless communication system wirelessly. It can be a base station, an evolved NodeB (eNB or eNodeB) in Long Term Evolution Advanced (LTEA), a transmission reception point (TRP), a base station in a 5G mobile communication system or the next generation Node B (gNB), a base station in a future mobile communication system, or an access node in a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) system. The base station may include various macro base stations, micro base stations, home base stations, wireless remote stations, routers, WIFI devices, or various network-side devices such as primary cells and secondary cells, and location management function (LMF) devices. It can also be a module or unit that completes part of the functions of the base station, for example, it can be a centralized unit (CU) or a distributed unit (DU). The embodiments of the present application do not limit the specific technology and specific device form adopted by the access network device. In addition, the access network device can be referred to as a base station.

[0032] The core network equipment may include an access and mobility management network element and a session management network element. For example, a terminal device may access the core network through the access network equipment to achieve data transmission.

[0033] In an embodiment of the present application, a beam training method, a communication node, and a storage medium that can be operated in the above-mentioned wireless communication system are provided, which can enable the transmitting UE to determine the correspondence between its own transmitting beam and the receiving UE, and provide technical support for subsequent beam-based SL communication between the transmitting UE and the receiving UE.

[0034] In the embodiment of the present application, the manner in which the communication node determines its own identifier for beam training is not limited. For example, it can be provided by the network side or written in the memory card of the communication node. In addition, the identifier of each communication node for beam training can also be the source identifier of the communication node (that is, the source identifier of the communication node is the identifier of the communication node for beam training), or the application layer identifier of the communication node. The present application does not limit the manner in which the first communication node obtains the identifier of the communication peer device. For example, the identifier of the communication peer device of a communication node can be the target identifier associated with the unicast link of the communication node (for example, it can be an existing or previous unicast link), or the identifier of the communication peer device provided by the upper layer of the communication node (for example, the application layer of the communication node, or the media access control (MAC) layer of the communication node, etc.), or the third identifier of the communication peer device obtained through beam measurement. The communication peer device of a communication node can be understood as other communication nodes other than the communication node, or the target communication node of the communication node.

[0035] In an embodiment of the present application, the first side link information may include first side link data. The present application does not limit the information included in the first side link data. For example, it may be a DCR, or a response to the first beam report sent by the second communication node, or a beam failure recovery response, or side link data from a higher layer (for example, a protocol data unit (PDU) of the MAC layer). The second side link information may also include second side link data. The present application does not limit the information included in the second side link data. For example, it may be side link data from a higher layer, or a response or feedback to the first side link data. For example, the response may be signaling related to direct link authentication, or signaling related to direct link security establishment, and the feedback may be confirmation (ACK / NACK) information of whether the first side link data is received correctly.

[0036] In an embodiment of the present application, the transmission method of the identification information of beam training is not limited. For example, it can be transmitted through one of the following or at least two of the following joint coding: the reference signal of beam training, the side link control information (SCI) corresponding to the reference signal of beam training, the MAC control element (CE) corresponding to the reference signal of beam training, and other channels transmitted together with the reference signal of beam training (for example, the physical side link broadcast channel (PSBCH)). Generally, there is a mapping relationship between the default target identifier used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link and the side link service type, which is provided by the network side or written in the storage card of the SL terminal device.

[0037] In the embodiments of the present application, the transmission method of the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the side link data is not limited. Generally, the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the side link data are transmitted together with the side link data, for example, through the SCI corresponding to the side link data, or through the MAC subheader corresponding to the side link data, or through the SCI and MAC subheader corresponding to the side link data.

[0038] In the embodiments of the present application, equivalent descriptions are not distinguished, that is, equivalent descriptions are considered to be interchangeable and do not affect the solution of the present application. For example, the X-th side link information contains the X-th side link data. Therefore, it can be understood that the transmission resources of the X-th side link data and the transmission resources of the X-th side link information are the same. The present application does not distinguish between the transmission resources of the X-th side link data and the transmission resources of the X-th side link information; the target identifier corresponding to the X-th side link data and the target identifier corresponding to the X-th side link information are the same. The present application does not distinguish between the target identifier corresponding to the X-th side link data and the target identifier corresponding to the X-th side link information; the transmission type of the X-th side link data and the transmission type of the X-th side link information are the same. The present application does not distinguish between the transmission type of the X-th side link data and the transmission type of the X-th side link information; the transmission beam of the X-th side link data and the transmission beam of the X-th side link information are the same. The present application does not distinguish between the transmission beam of the X-th side link data and the transmission beam of the X-th side link information. X is an ordinal number used to distinguish different data or information.

[0039] Through the solution of the present application, a first communication node can determine the identity of a second communication node and the transmit beam that can be used when sending data to the second communication node; further, it can also determine the receive beam when receiving data sent by the second communication node. A second communication node can determine the identity of a first communication node and the receive beam that the second communication node uses when receiving data sent by the first communication node; further, it can also determine the transmit beam that is used when sending data to the first communication node. The first and second communication nodes can subsequently communicate using the beams obtained through beam training.

[0040] The following describes the beam training method, communication nodes, and their technical effects.

[0041] Figure 2 is a schematic flow chart of a beam training method provided by one embodiment. As shown in Figure 2, the method provided by this embodiment is applicable to a first communication node (also referred to as a first communication node device, a first node, or a first device). In this embodiment, the second communication node is a target communication node or a communication peer device of the first communication node. The method includes S110-S120.

[0042] S110. Send a reference signal RS and identification information for beam training; the identification information includes at least one of a first identification, a second identification, and a third identification. The first identification includes at least one of the following identifications: a default target identification used for initial signaling to establish a unicast link, and an identification of a communication peer device. The second identification includes at least one of the following identifications: a source identification used for initial signaling to establish a unicast link, and a source identification associated with the unicast link. The third identification is an identification used for beam training.

[0043] As can be seen from the above S110, the identification information corresponds to the communication node that sent the identification information. For example, in the identification information sent by a communication node, the identification of the communication peer device refers to the identification of the communication peer device of the communication node, and the source identification associated with the unicast link refers to the source identification associated with the unicast link of the communication node.

[0044] S120. Receive a first beam report, send first side link information, and receive second side link information, where the first beam report is used to indicate a first transmit beam of the first communication node; or, receive third side link information and send fourth side link information; or, send first side link information and receive second side link information.

[0045] In one embodiment, the identification information includes at least one first identification and at least one second identification, and there is a corresponding relationship between the first identification and the second identification.

[0046] The first side link information includes at least one of the following: the first side link data, the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data, and the source identifier corresponding to the first side link data; the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data and the source identifier corresponding to the first side link data are respectively the first identifier and the second identifier having a corresponding relationship.

[0047] In one embodiment, the first side link information also includes at least one of the following: at least one of the first identifier and the second identifier of at least one first other communication node, and the transmit beam of at least one first other communication node, where the first other communication node is a communication node other than the first communication node. For example, if UE1 receives the reference signal and identifier information for beam training sent by UE2 and UE3 before sending the first side link information, UE1 can include the measurement results of the reference signals sent by UE2 and UE3 (i.e., the first beam report) in the first side link information, for example, the measurement results include: the second identifier of UE2, the transmit beam of UE2 determined by UE1, the second identifier of UE3, and the transmit beam of UE3 determined by UE1.

[0048] In one embodiment, the identification information includes at least a first identification and a third identification.

[0049] The first side link information includes at least one of the following: a third identifier of the first communication node, the first side link data, a target identifier corresponding to the first side link data, and a source identifier corresponding to the first side link data; the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data is the first identifier; the source identifier corresponding to the first side link data includes at least one of the following identifiers: an identifier assigned by the first communication node itself, an identifier configured or pre-configured through the network, and a source identifier of the same unicast link associated with the first identifier to the first communication node.

[0050] In one embodiment, the second side link information includes a second beam report, and the second beam report includes a second transmit beam of the first communication node; or, the transmission resource of the second side link information is associated with the transmission resource of the first side link information.

[0051] In one embodiment, the transmission resource of the first side link information is associated with at least one of the transmission resource of the first beam report and the RS.

[0052] In one embodiment, the first communication node receives the second side link information only when the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data is the default target identifier used in the initial signaling to establish the unicast link. Otherwise, the first communication node does not need to receive the second side link information (i.e., S120 does not include "receiving the second side link information").

[0053] In one embodiment, the identification information includes at least a first identification and a third identification; or, the identification information includes the third identification.

[0054] The first side link information includes a fifth beam report, and the fifth beam report includes at least one of the following: a third identifier of the first communication node, a third identifier of at least one first other communication node, and a transmission beam of at least one first other communication node, where the first other communication node is a communication node other than the first communication node.

[0055] The first beam report also includes at least one of the third identifier of the first communication node and the third identifier of the second communication node. For example, another communication node measures the reference signal for beam training sent by the first communication node and sends a first beam report to the first communication node, while including its own third identifier in the first beam report. In other words, the second communication node here refers to the communication node sending the first beam report.

[0056] The second side link information includes a second beam report, which includes at least one of the second transmit beam of the first communication node and the third identifier of the second communication node. For example, after receiving the first side link information sent by the first communication node, the other communication node sends the second side link information (including the second beam report) to the first communication node, and includes its own third identifier in the second beam report. That is, the second communication node here refers to the communication node that sent the second side link information.

[0057] In one embodiment, the third side link information includes a third beam report, and the third beam report includes at least one of the third identifier of the second communication node, the third identifier of at least one second other communication node, and the transmit beam of at least one second other communication node, where the second other communication node is a communication node other than the second communication node. For example, a communication node measures a reference signal for beam training sent by at least one other communication node, and determines the transmit beam of at least one other communication node. Then, the communication node sends the third side link information (including the third beam report), and includes its own third identifier, the third identifier of at least one other communication node, and the transmit beam in the third beam report. In one example, the at least one other communication node includes the first communication node. That is, the second communication node here refers to the communication node that sends the third side link information.

[0058] The fourth side link information includes a fourth beam report, the fourth beam report including a third identifier of the first communication node and at least one of a transmit beam of the second communication node. For example, the second communication node is a target communication node of the fourth side link information, or, if the fourth side link information includes a response to the third side link information, the communication node indicated by the second communication node that sent the third side link information.

[0059] Figure 3 is a schematic flow chart of another beam training method provided by one embodiment. As shown in Figure 3, the method provided by this embodiment is applicable to a second communication node (also referred to as a second communication node device, a second node, or a second device). In this embodiment, the first communication node is the target communication node or communication peer device of the second communication node. The method includes S210-S220.

[0060] S210. Receive the reference signal RS and identification information for beam training sent by the first communication node; the identification information includes at least one of a first identification, a second identification and a third identification, the first identification includes at least one of the following identifications: a default target identification used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link, an identification of the communication peer device, the second identification includes at least one of the following identifications: a source identification used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link, a source identification associated with the unicast link, and the third identification is an identification used for beam training.

[0061] As can be seen from the above S210, the identification information corresponds to the communication node that sent the identification information. For example, in the identification information sent by a communication node, the identification of the communication peer device refers to the identification of the communication peer device of the communication node, and the source identification associated with the unicast link refers to the source identification associated with the unicast link of the communication node.

[0062] In one embodiment, the second communication node determines whether to perform beam measurement based on the RS of beam training sent by the first communication node based on the identification information of beam training sent by the first communication node. For example, if the identification information of beam training includes an identifier related to the second communication node in at least one first identifier, or the identification information of beam training includes a first identifier and a second identifier that are equal to the source identifier and the target identifier associated with the unicast link of the second communication node in at least one first identifier and at least one second identifier, then the second communication node performs beam measurement based on the RS of beam training sent by the first communication node. The identifier related to the second communication node includes one of the following: an identifier of the side link service type to which the second communication node is interested, an identifier of the second communication node, and a source identifier of the unicast link of the second communication node.

[0063] In one embodiment, whether the second communication node performs beam measurement based on the beam training RS sent by the first communication node depends on the implementation of the second communication node.

[0064] In one embodiment, the second communication node receives a reference signal RS for beam training sent by at least one first communication node and identification information, and measures the reference signal RS for beam training sent by at least one first communication node.

[0065] S220. Send a first beam report, receive first side link information, and send second side link information, where the first beam report is used to indicate the first transmit beam of the first communication node; or, send third side link information and receive fourth side link information; or, receive first side link information and send second side link information.

[0066] In one embodiment, the identification information includes at least one first identification and at least one second identification, and there is a corresponding relationship between the first identification and the second identification.

[0067] The first side link information includes at least one of the following: the first side link data, the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data, and the source identifier corresponding to the first side link data; the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data and the source identifier corresponding to the first side link data are respectively the first identifier and the second identifier having a corresponding relationship.

[0068] In one embodiment, the first side link information also includes at least one of the following: at least one of the first identifier and the second identifier of at least one first other communication node, and a transmission beam of at least one first other communication node, where the first other communication node is a communication node other than the first communication node.

[0069] In one embodiment, the identification information includes at least a first identification and a third identification.

[0070] The first side link information includes at least one of the following: a third identifier of the first communication node, the first side link data, a target identifier corresponding to the first side link data, and a source identifier corresponding to the first side link data; the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data is the first identifier; the source identifier corresponding to the first side link data includes at least one of the following identifiers: an identifier assigned by the first communication node itself, an identifier configured or pre-configured through the network, and a source identifier of the same unicast link associated with the first identifier to the first communication node.

[0071] In one embodiment, the second side link information includes a second beam report, and the second beam report includes a second transmit beam of the first communication node; or, the transmission resource of the second side link information is associated with the transmission resource of the first side link information.

[0072] In one embodiment, the transmission resource of the first side link information is associated with at least one of the transmission resource of the first beam report and the RS.

[0073] In one embodiment, the second communication node sends the second side link information only when the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data is the default target identifier used in the initial signaling to establish the unicast link. Otherwise, the second communication node does not send the second side link information (i.e., S220 does not include "sending second side link information").

[0074] In one embodiment, the identification information includes at least a first identification and a third identification; or, the identification information includes the third identification.

[0075] The first side link information includes a fifth beam report, and the fifth beam report includes at least one of the following: a third identifier of the first communication node, a third identifier of at least one first other communication node, and a transmission beam of at least one first other communication node, where the first other communication node is a communication node other than the first communication node.

[0076] The first beam report also includes at least one of a third identifier of the first communication node and a third identifier of the second communication node.

[0077] The second side link information includes a second beam report including at least one of a second transmit beam of the first communication node and a third identifier of the second communication node.

[0078] In one embodiment, the third side link information includes a third beam report, and the third beam report includes at least one of the third identifier of the second communication node, the third identifier of at least one second other communication node, and the transmit beam of at least one second other communication node, where the second other communication node is a communication node other than the second communication node. For example, the second communication node measures the reference signal for beam training sent by at least one other communication node and determines the transmit beam of at least one other communication node. Then, the second communication node sends the third side link information (including the third beam report), and includes its own third identifier, the third identifier of at least one other communication node, and the transmit beam in the third beam report. In one example, the at least one other communication node includes at least one first communication node.

[0079] The fourth side link information includes a fourth beam report, and the fourth beam report includes at least one of the third identifier of the first communication node and the transmission beam of the second communication node.

[0080] The following provides some specific examples to describe the beam training method in detail.

[0081] Example 1: Assuming that the first communication node is UE1, and the two second communication nodes are UE21 and UE22, the identification information for beam training sent by UE1 includes the default target identifier (i.e., the first identifier) used in the initial signaling for establishing a unicast link and the source identifier (i.e., the identifier of UE1, or the second identifier) used in the initial signaling for establishing a unicast link. Figure 4 is an interactive schematic diagram of a beam training method shown in Example 1 provided by an embodiment. As shown in Figure 4, the beam training method is as follows:

[0082] 1.1. UE1 sends a reference signal for beam training and simultaneously sends identification information for beam training.

[0083] Different reference signals correspond to different transmit beams of UE1 (for example, UE1 has a total of 4 beam directions, corresponding to RS1 to RS4 respectively). UE1 usually sends reference signals periodically or semi-statically. This application does not limit the time domain characteristics of the reference signals. The identification information for beam training includes target identification 1 and source identification 1, where target identification 1 is the default target identification used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link, and source identification 1 is the source identification used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link.

[0084] 1.2. UEs (e.g., UE21 and UE22) interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1 perform beam measurement based on the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1, and determine beam information according to their respective measurement results.

[0085] The beam information includes the transmit beam of UE1, and may also include at least one of the following: its own receive beam, and its own transmit beam when sending information to UE1. When the device is implemented, it can be considered that the measurement result of the UE interested in the side link service type corresponding to the target identifier 1 is associated with the source identifier 1, or is associated with the target identifier 1 and the source identifier 1. For example, the measurement result includes the reference signal of UE1 and its corresponding measurement quantity (such as the reference signal received power (RSRP)). UE21 measures the reference signal sent by UE1, obtains the RSRP corresponding to the reference signal, selects the beam corresponding to the reference signal with the largest RSRP value as the transmit beam of UE1 (i.e., RS1), or selects a reference signal from the reference signals whose RSRP values exceed the threshold, and uses the beam corresponding to the selected reference signal as the transmit beam of UE1. UE22 uses a similar method to determine the transmit beam of UE1 (i.e., RS2). In addition, multiple UEs interested in the side link service type corresponding to the target identifier 1 may determine the same transmit beam of UE1. For example, the transmit beam of UE1 determined by UE23 is also RS1.

[0086] 1.3. UEs interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1 (i.e., UE21 and UE22) notify UE1 of the determined transmit beam of UE1, i.e., send a beam report to UE1. For example, UE21 and UE22 each send a beam report (i.e., a first beam report) to UE1.

[0087] The beam report is used to indicate the transmit beam of UE1 determined by itself. Usually, the beam report resource is associated with the transmit beam (or reference signal) of UE1. Different transmit beams of UE1 correspond to different beam report resources. UE21 sends a signal on the beam report resource corresponding to RS1. After receiving the signal, UE1 knows that there is a UE in the direction of RS1 that is interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1. Similarly, UE22 sends a signal sequence on the beam report resource corresponding to RS2. After receiving the signal sequence, UE1 knows that there is also a UE in the direction of RS2 that is interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1. In addition, the transmit beam of UE1 determined by UE23 is also RS1. UE23 also sends a beam report to UE1, and UE21 and UE23 may use the same beam report resource (i.e., the beam report resource corresponding to RS1) to send a beam report (for example, the same time-frequency resource, the same signal or sequence). When UE1 detects a beam report on the report resource corresponding to RS1, it believes that a UE in the beam direction of RS1 has sent a beam report, but UE1 does not know which UE or UEs sent the beam report. Similarly, when UE1 detects a beam report on the reporting resource corresponding to RS2, it assumes that a UE in the RS2 beam direction is sending a beam report, but UE1 does not know which UE or UEs are sending the beam report. The purpose of sending a beam report to UE1 is to enable UE1 to send the first side link data based on the transmit beams indicated by the beam report (i.e., RS1 and RS2), without having to send the first side link data in all four beam directions.

[0088] 1.4. UE1 sends the DCR (i.e., the first side link data), and at the same time sends the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the DCR.

[0089] For example, UE1 receives two beam reports, which indicate that UE1's transmit beams are RS1 and RS2 respectively. Therefore, UE1 sends DCR in the beam directions corresponding to RS1 and RS2 respectively, or uses a wide beam covering RS1 and RS2 to send DCR. UE1 sets the target identifier corresponding to DCR to target identifier 1, and UE1 allocates the source identifier corresponding to DCR by itself, or configures or pre-configures the source identifier corresponding to DCR through network configuration (when the identification information of beam training includes source identifier 1, the source identifier corresponding to DCR needs to be the same as source identifier 1, that is, the source identifier corresponding to DCR is set to source identifier 1). The target identifier and source identifier corresponding to DCR are sent together with DCR.

[0090] 1.5. After receiving the DCR, the UEs that want to establish a unicast link with UE1 (i.e., the UEs that are interested in the side link service type indicated by the DCR, such as UE21 and UE22) respectively send the second side link data to UE1, while indicating the destination identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data.

[0091] The second side link data at least includes the transmit beam information of UE1 (i.e., the second beam report). For example, the second side link data can be a direct link authentication request and the transmit beam information of UE1, wherein the transmit beam information of UE1 includes information about one or more transmit beams of UE1. For UE21, the associated measurement result is determined according to the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, or according to the source identifier and target identifier corresponding to the DCR, and then the transmit beam information of UE1 (for example, the index of RS1) is determined. UE21 sets the target identifier corresponding to the second side link data to the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, and automatically allocates the source identifier corresponding to the second side link data, and then transmits the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data together with the second side link data to UE1. Similarly, for UE22, based on the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, or based on the source identifier and target identifier corresponding to the DCR, the associated measurement result is determined, and then the transmit beam information of UE1 (for example, the index of RS2) is determined. UE22 sets the target identifier corresponding to the second side link data to the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, and automatically allocates the source identifier corresponding to the second side link data. Then, the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data are transmitted together with the second side link data to UE1. For UE23, the method is the same as that for UE21, and "UE21" in the above example can be replaced with "UE23".

[0092] If the second side link data includes other information instead of a "direct link authentication request", then "other information" is used to replace "direct link authentication request". For example, if the second side link data includes signaling related to direct link security establishment and UE1's transmit beam information, then "direct link authentication request" is replaced with "signaling related to direct link security establishment". This application will not elaborate on these details.

[0093] Typically, the first beam report does not indicate the identity of the UE sending the beam report, so UE1 does not know which UE or UEs correspond to the RS1 and RS2 beam directions. Therefore, after receiving the DCR, the UE sending the beam report retransmits UE1's transmit beam to UE1, allowing UE1 to associate its transmit beam with the corresponding UE (e.g., UE21, UE22).

[0094] In another example, the second communication node may not send the first beam report. The difference from Example 1 is that this example does not include operation 1.3, that is, UE21 and UE22 (possibly UE23) do not send the first beam report to UE1, and when UE1 sends the DCR in operation 1.4, the transmit beam used depends on the implementation of UE1. For example, the DCR may be sent multiple times (or repeatedly) in multiple beam directions, or may be sent in a wide beam. This example does not limit this. For other features of this example, please refer to Example 1, and this example will not be repeated one by one.

[0095] Example 2: Assuming that the first communication node is UE1, the second communication node is UE2, and a unicast link has been established between UE1 and UE2 (or UE1 wants to establish a unicast link with UE2), the identification information of the beam training sent by UE1 includes the identification of the communication peer UE2 (for example, the target identification associated with UE1's unicast link) and the source identification associated with UE1's unicast link (that is, the identification of UE1, or the second identification). In addition, this example is also applicable to the case where the identification of the communication peer UE2 is provided by the upper layer of UE1, and the "target identification associated with UE1's unicast link" in the following description can be replaced with "identity provided by the upper layer of UE1". Figure 5 is an interactive schematic diagram of a beam training method shown in Example 2 provided by an embodiment. As shown in Figure 5, the beam training method is as follows:

[0096] 2.1. UE1 sends a reference signal for beam training and simultaneously sends identification information for beam training.

[0097] For example, different reference signals correspond to different transmit beams of UE1. The identification information of beam training includes target identification 11 and source identification 11, wherein target identification 11 is the target identification associated with UE1's unicast link (i.e., the identification of UE2), and source identification 11 is the source identification associated with UE1's unicast link (i.e., the identification of UE1), wherein the unicast link is the unicast link between UE1 and UE2. The main difference from the previous example is that the target device for UE1 to perform beam training is only UE2. The beam training in this example can also be understood as beam maintenance or new beam discovery.

[0098] 2.2. UE2 determines that it is the target device for UE1 to perform beam training based on the target identifier 11 (or based on the target identifier 11 and the source identifier 11). Therefore, UE2 performs beam measurement based on the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1 and determines the beam information based on the measurement results.

[0099] For example, the beam information includes the transmit beam of UE1, and may also include at least one of the following: its own receive beam, and its own transmit beam when sending information to UE1.

[0100] 2.3. UE2 sends a beam report (i.e., a first beam report) to UE1. The beam report is used to indicate the transmit beam of UE1 determined by itself (i.e., RS3).

[0101] 2.4. UE1 sends the first side link data, and at the same time sends the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the first side link data.

[0102] For example, UE1 can use beam RS3 or a wide beam covering RS3 to send the first side link data, the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data is set to the target identifier 11, and the source identifier corresponding to the first side link data is set to the source identifier of the same unicast link associated with the target identifier 11 to UE1 (i.e., source identifier 11).

[0103] In this example, the first side link data may be a response of UE1 to the beam report of UE2.

[0104] For example, the transmission resources of the first side link information are associated with the transmission resources of the beam report of UE2. If UE2 correctly decodes the first side link data on the transmission resources of the first side link information associated with the transmission resources of the beam report, UE2 considers that it has received a response to the beam report of UE2.

[0105] For another example, the transmission resources of UE2's beam report are associated with the reference signal of UE1's beam training (i.e., UE1's transmit beam), and the transmission resources of the first side link information are also associated with the reference signal of UE1's beam training. If the transmission resources of the first side link information and the transmission resources of UE2's beam report are associated with the same reference signal of UE1, and the transmission resources of the first side link information are after the transmission resources of UE2's beam report (for example, the transmission resources of the first side link information are the earliest resources after the transmission resources of UE2's beam report), and UE2 correctly decodes the first side link data, then UE2 considers that it has received a response to UE2's beam report.

[0106] For another example, when UE1 transmits the first side link data, it indicates the transmit beam used when sending the first side link data. If UE2 correctly decodes the first side link data and the transmit beam used when sending the first side link data is the beam reported by UE2, UE2 considers that it has received a response to UE2's beam report.

[0107] Example 3: In combination with the above Example 1 and Example 2, the identification information of beam training includes a first identifier and a second identifier. The identification information of beam training may include one or more first identifiers and one or more second identifiers. In this case:

[0108] 1. The first communication node sends a reference signal for beam training and simultaneously sends identification information of the beam training, where the identification information of the beam training includes one or more first identifiers and one or more second identifiers.

[0109] 2. The second communication node performs beam measurement on the reference signal sent by the first communication node, and determines beam information based on the measurement result, where the beam information includes the transmit beam of UE1. For example, the second communication node determines whether to perform beam measurement based on the reference signal sent by UE1 based on the identification information of the beam training, and determines the beam information based on the measurement result. The beam information includes the transmit beam of UE1, and may also include at least one of the following: its own receive beam, and its own transmit beam when sending information to UE1. When the device is implemented, it can be considered that the measurement result of the second communication node is associated with the second identifier, or associated with the first identifier and the second identifier. For example, if one or more first identifiers included in the identification information of beam training include an identifier related to the second communication node, or if one or more first identifiers and one or more second identifiers included in the identification information of beam training include a first identifier and a second identifier with a corresponding relationship that are equal to the source identifier and the target identifier associated with the unicast link of the second communication node, then the second communication node performs beam measurement based on the reference signal sent by the first communication node, wherein the identifier related to the second communication node includes one of the following: an identifier of the side link service type to which the second communication node is interested, an identifier of the second communication node, and a source identifier of the unicast link of the second communication node.

[0110] 3. For a specific first identifier, the second communication node sends a beam report (i.e., a first beam report). For example, for each reference signal of the first communication node, each first identifier corresponds to one or more beam report resources, and the second communication node sends a beam report on the beam report resource corresponding to at least one specific first identifier. The specific first identifier includes at least one of the following: the first identifier in the identifier information of the beam training is also an identifier related to the second communication node, the first identifier in the identifier information of the beam training and the first identifier and its corresponding second identifier are respectively the source identifier and target identifier associated with the unicast link of the second communication node.

[0111] 4. If the specific first identifier is the default target identifier used in the initial signaling to establish a unicast link, the first communication node and the second communication node execute operations 1.4 and 1.5 in Example 1; if the specific first identifier is the identifier of the communication peer device, the first communication node and the second communication node continue to execute operation 2.4 in Example 2.

[0112] This example can be understood as: a combination of multiple examples 1, or a combination of multiple examples 2, or a combination of at least one example 1 and at least one example 2. For each second communication node, the beam measurement result based on the beam training reference signal sent by the first communication node applies to all specific first identifiers of the second communication node, or applies to all specific first identifiers of the second communication node and their corresponding second identifiers.

[0113] Below, the first communication node is UE1, and the two second communication nodes are UE21 and UE22 respectively, and a unicast link has been established between UE1 and UE21 (or UE1 wants to establish a unicast link with UE21). The identification information of the beam training sent by UE1 includes the default target identifier used in the initial signaling to establish the unicast link and the source identifier used in the initial signaling to establish the unicast link, the identifier of the communication peer UE21 (for example, the target identifier associated with UE1's unicast link) and the source identifier associated with UE1's unicast link (that is, the identifier of UE1) are used as an example for explanation. This example is also applicable to the case where the identifier of the communication peer UE21 is provided by the upper layer of UE1. Replace the "target identifier associated with UE1's unicast link" in the following description with "the identifier provided by the upper layer of UE1". Figure 6 is an interactive schematic diagram of the beam training method shown in Example 3 provided by an embodiment. As shown in Figure 6, the beam training method is as follows:

[0114] 3.1. UE1 sends a reference signal for beam training and simultaneously sends identification information for beam training.

[0115] For example, the identification information for beam training includes target identifier 1 and source identifier 1, as well as target identifier 2 and source identifier 2, where target identifier 1 is the default target identifier used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link, and source identifier 1 is the source identifier used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link. Target identifier 2 is the target identifier associated with UE1's unicast link (i.e., the identifier of UE21), and source identifier 2 is the source identifier associated with UE1's unicast link (i.e., the identifier of UE1), where the unicast link is the unicast link between UE1 and UE21.

[0116] 3.2. UEs that are interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1 (e.g., UE21 and UE22) or UEs whose target identifier 2 is their own identifier (e.g., UE21) can perform beam measurement based on the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1, and determine the beam information based on their respective measurement results.

[0117] For example, the beam information includes the transmit beam of UE1, and may also include at least one of the following: its own receive beam, and its own transmit beam when sending information to UE1. When the device is implemented, it can be considered that the measurement results of UE21 and UE22 are associated with the second identifier, or associated with the first identifier and the second identifier. Since the target identifier 2 is the identifier of UE21 (that is, the purpose of UE1 sending the reference signal for beam training is to allow UE21 to perform beam measurement), even if UE21 is not interested in the side link service type corresponding to the target identifier 1, UE21 will perform beam measurement based on the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1.

[0118] 3.3. UE21 and UE22 respectively send beam reports (i.e., first beam reports) to UE1. The beam reports are used to indicate the transmit beam of UE1 determined by themselves.

[0119] For example, for each transmit beam of UE1, different first identifiers (i.e., target identifier 1, target identifier 2) correspond to different beam reporting resources, that is, different transmit beams of UE1 and different first identifiers correspond to different beam reporting resources. UE21 and UE22 determine that UE1's transmit beams are RS1 and RS2, respectively. For RS1, UE21 sends a signal sequence on the beam reporting resource corresponding to target identifier 1 (i.e., resource 1) and the beam reporting resource corresponding to target identifier 2 (i.e., resource 2), respectively. After receiving the signal sequence, UE1 knows that there is a UE in the direction of RS1 that is interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1. In addition, when the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the SL information sent by UE1 are target identifier 2 and source identifier 2, respectively, the transmit beam corresponding to RS1 or the wide beam covering RS1 is used to send the SL information. Similarly, for RS2, UE22 sends a signal sequence on the beam reporting resource corresponding to target identifier 1 (i.e., resource 3). After receiving the signal sequence, UE1 knows that there is also a UE in the direction of RS2 that is interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1.

[0120] 3.4. For target identifier 1, UE1 sends DCR (i.e., first side link data), and simultaneously sends the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the DCR.

[0121] For example, UE1 receives two beam reports, which indicate that the transmit beams of UE1 are RS1 and RS2 respectively. Therefore, UE1 sends DCR in the beam directions corresponding to RS1 and RS2 respectively, or uses a wide beam covering RS1 and RS2 to send DCR. UE1 sets the target identifier corresponding to DCR to target identifier 1, and UE1 allocates the source identifier corresponding to DCR by itself, or configures or pre-configures the source identifier corresponding to DCR through the network (for example, when the identification information of beam training includes the source identifier used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link, the source identifier corresponding to DCR needs to be the same as the source identifier used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link included in the identification information of beam training, that is, the source identifier corresponding to DCR is set to source identifier 1).

[0122] For target identifier 2, UE1 sends the first side link data, and at the same time, the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the first side link data. For example, UE1 can use beam RS3 or a wide beam covering RS3 to send the first side link data, and the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data is set to the target identifier associated with the unicast link of UE1 contained in the identification information of beam training (i.e., target identifier 2), and the source identifier corresponding to the first side link data is set to the source identifier of the same unicast link associated with target identifier 2 to UE1 (i.e., source identifier 2). The first side link data can be regarded as UE1's response to UE21's beam report. The method in Example 2 can be used to determine whether UE21 has received UE1's response to UE21's beam report, and "UE2" in Example 2 can be replaced with "UE21".

[0123] 3.5. After receiving the DCR, the UEs that want to establish a unicast link with UE1 (i.e., the UEs that are interested in the side link service type indicated by the DCR, such as UE21 and UE22) respectively send the second side link data to UE1, while indicating the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data.

[0124] The second side link data at least includes the transmit beam information of UE1 (i.e., the second beam report). Similarly, for UE22, the associated measurement results are determined based on the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, or the source identifier and target identifier corresponding to the DCR, and then the transmission beam information of UE1 (for example, the index of RS2) is determined. UE22 sets the target identifier corresponding to the second side link data to the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, and allocates the source identifier corresponding to the second side link data by itself, and then transmits the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data together with the second side link data to UE1.

[0125] In another example, the second communication node may not send the first beam report. The difference from Example 3 is that this example does not include operation 3.3, that is, UE21 and UE22 do not send the first beam report to UE1, and when UE1 sends the DCR in operation 3.4, the transmit beam used depends on the implementation of UE1. For example, the DCR may be sent multiple times (or repeatedly) in multiple beam directions, or may be sent in a wide beam. This example does not limit this. For other features of this example, please refer to Example 3, and this example will not be repeated one by one.

[0126] Example 4: Assume that the first communication node is UE1, and the two second communication nodes are UE21 and UE22 respectively. The identification information of the beam training sent by UE1 includes the default target identifier (i.e., the first identifier) used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link and the identifier of UE1 used for beam training (i.e., the third identifier). Figure 7 is an interactive schematic diagram of a beam training method shown in Example 4 provided by an embodiment. As shown in Figure 7, a simple process of the beam training method shown in Example 4 is given. For a detailed description, please refer to Example 1, and replace the "source identifier 1" and "source identifier used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link" in Example 1 with the "third identifier" and "identifier of UE1 used for beam training" respectively:

[0127] 4.1. UE1 sends a reference signal for beam training and simultaneously sends identification information for beam training.

[0128] For example, different reference signals correspond to different transmit beams of UE1. The identification information of beam training includes target identification 1 and a third identification, where target identification 1 is the default target identification used in the initial signaling to establish a unicast link, and the third identification is the identification of UE1 used for beam training.

[0129] 4.2. UEs (e.g., UE21 and UE22) interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1 perform beam measurement based on the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1, and determine beam information according to their respective measurement results.

[0130] For example, the beam information includes UE1's transmit beam and may also include at least one of the following: its own receive beam, and its own transmit beam when sending information to UE1. During device implementation, the measurement result of a UE interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1 may be considered to be associated with UE1's third identifier, or associated with UE1's third identifier and target identifier 1. The transmit beams of UE1 determined by UE21 and UE22 are RS1 and RS2, respectively.

[0131] 4.3. The UEs (eg, UE21 and UE22) that are interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1 notify UE1 of the determined transmit beam of UE1, i.e., send a beam report (i.e., the first beam report) to UE1.

[0132] 4.4. UE1 sends the DCR (ie, the first side link data), and at the same time sends the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the DCR, as well as the third identifier of UE1.

[0133] For example, UE1 sets the target identifier corresponding to the DCR to target identifier 1, and UE1 allocates the source identifier corresponding to the DCR by itself, or through network configuration or pre-configuration.

[0134] 4.5. The UE that wants to establish a unicast link with UE1 (i.e., the UE that is interested in the side link service type indicated by the DCR, for example, UE21 and UE22) sends the second side link data to UE1 respectively after receiving the DCR, and indicates the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data. The second side link data includes at least the transmit beam information of UE1 (i.e., the second beam report), where the transmit beam information of UE1 includes information of one or more transmit beams of UE1.

[0135] For example, the second side link data may be a direct link authentication request and the transmit beam information of UE1. For UE21, based on the third identifier of UE1 received and sent together with the DCR, or based on the third identifier of UE1 received and sent together with the DCR and the target identifier corresponding to the DCR, its associated measurement result is determined, and then the transmit beam information of UE1 (for example, the index of RS1) is determined. UE21 sets the target identifier corresponding to the second side link data to the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, and allocates the source identifier corresponding to the second side link data by itself, and then transmits the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data together with the second side link data to UE1. Similarly, for UE22, based on the third identifier of UE1 received and sent together with the DCR, or based on the third identifier of UE1 received and sent together with the DCR and the target identifier corresponding to the DCR, the associated measurement result is determined, and then the transmit beam information of UE1 (for example, the index of RS2) is determined. UE22 sets the target identifier corresponding to the second side link data to the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, and automatically allocates the source identifier corresponding to the second side link data, and then transmits the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data together with the second side link data to UE1. For UE23, the method is the same as that for UE21, and "UE21" in the above example can be replaced with "UE23".

[0136] In another example, the second communication node may not send the first beam report. The difference from Example 4 is that this example does not include operation 4.3, that is, UE21 and UE22 do not send the first beam report to UE1, and when UE1 sends the DCR in operation 4.4, the transmit beam used depends on the implementation of UE1. For example, the DCR may be sent multiple times (or repeatedly) in multiple beam directions, or may be sent in a wide beam. This example does not limit this. For other features of this example, please refer to Example 4, and this example will not be repeated one by one.

[0137] Example 5: Assume that the first communication node is UE1, the second communication node is UE2, and a unicast link has been established between UE1 and UE2 (or UE1 wants to establish a unicast link with UE2), and the identification information of the beam training sent by UE1 includes the identification of the communication peer UE2 (for example, the target identification associated with the unicast link of UE1) and the identification of UE1 used for beam training (i.e., the third identification). In addition, this example is also applicable to the case where the identification of the communication peer UE2 is provided by the upper layer of UE1. Replace the "target identification associated with the unicast link of UE1" in the following description with "identity provided by the upper layer of UE1". Figure 8 is an interactive schematic diagram of a beam training method shown in Example 5 provided by an embodiment. As shown in Figure 8, a simple process of the beam training method shown in Example 5 is given. For a detailed description, please refer to Example 2. Replace the "source identification 11" and "source identification associated with the unicast link of UE1" in Example 2 with "third identification" and "identity of UE1 used for beam training" respectively:

[0138] 5.1. UE1 sends a reference signal for beam training and simultaneously sends identification information for beam training. For example, different reference signals correspond to different transmit beams of UE1. The identification information for beam training includes a target identifier 11 and a third identifier, wherein the target identifier 11 is the target identifier associated with the unicast link of UE1 (i.e., the identifier of UE2), and the third identifier is the identifier of UE1 used for beam training, wherein the unicast link is the unicast link between UE1 and UE2. The main difference from the previous example is that the target device for UE1 to perform beam training is only UE2. The beam training in this example can also be understood as beam maintenance or new beam discovery.

[0139] 5.2. UE2 determines, based on target identifier 11 (or based on target identifier 11 and a third identifier), that it is the target device for UE1's beam training. UE2 then performs beam measurement based on the beam training reference signal sent by UE1 and determines beam information based on the measurement results. For example, the beam information includes UE1's transmit beam (e.g., RS3) and may also include at least one of the following: its own receive beam and its own transmit beam when sending information to UE1.

[0140] 5.3. UE2 sends a beam report (i.e., a first beam report) to UE1. The beam report is used to indicate the transmit beam of UE1 determined by itself (i.e., RS3).

[0141] 5.4. UE1 sends the first side link data, along with the destination identifier and source identifier corresponding to the first side link data. Optionally, a third identifier of UE1 may also be sent simultaneously. For example, the destination identifier corresponding to the first side link data is set to identifier 11, and the source identifier corresponding to the first side link data is set to the source identifier of the same unicast link associated with destination identifier 11 and UE1.

[0142] In this example, the first side link data may be a response of UE1 to the beam report of UE2.

[0143] For example, if UE2 receives UE1's third identifier when receiving the first side link data, and the third identifier of UE1 transmitted together with the first side link data is the same as the third identifier of UE1 in the identification information of beam training, then the first side link data can be used as a response to UE2's beam report. Alternatively, UE1 may not send the third identifier. In this case, UE2 can use the method in Example 2 to determine whether UE2 has received UE1's response to UE2's beam report.

[0144] Example 6: In combination with the above Example 4 and Example 5, the identification information of beam training includes a first identifier and a third identifier as an example. The identification information of beam training may include one or more first identifiers and a third identifier. In this case:

[0145] 1. The first communication node sends a reference signal for beam training and simultaneously sends identification information of the beam training, where the identification information of the beam training includes one or more first identifiers and one third identifier.

[0146] 2. When the device is implemented, it can be considered that the measurement result of the second communication node is associated with the third identifier, or is associated with the first identifier and the third identifier.

[0147] 3. The second communication node sends a beam report (i.e., a first beam report) for a specific first identifier. For example, for each reference signal of the first communication node, each first identifier corresponds to one or more beam report resources, and the second communication node sends a beam report on the beam report resource corresponding to at least one specific first identifier. The specific first identifier includes both the first identifier in the identifier information for beam training and the identifier associated with the second communication node.

[0148] 4. If the specific first identifier is the default target identifier used in the initial signaling to establish a unicast link, the first communication node and the second communication node execute operations 4.4 and 4.5 in Example 4; if the specific first identifier is the identifier of the communication peer device, the first communication node and the second communication node continue to execute operation 5.4 in Example 5.

[0149] This example can be understood as: a combination of multiple examples 4, a combination of multiple examples 5, or a combination of at least one example 4 and at least one example 5. For each second communication node, the beam measurement result based on the beam training reference signal sent by the first communication node applies to all specific first identifiers of the second communication node.

[0150] The following example illustrates that the first communication node is UE1, the two second communication nodes are UE21 and UE22, and a unicast link has been established between UE1 and UE21 (or UE1 wants to establish a unicast link with UE21). The identification information of the beam training sent by UE1 includes the default target identifier used for the initial signaling to establish the unicast link, the identifier of the communication peer UE21 (for example, the target identifier associated with UE1's unicast link) and the identifier of UE1 used for beam training (i.e., the third identifier). This example is also applicable to the case where the identifier of the communication peer UE21 is provided by the upper layer of UE1. Replace the "target identifier associated with UE1's unicast link" in the following description with "the identifier provided by UE1's upper layer". Figure 9 is an interactive schematic diagram of a beam training method shown in Example 6 provided by an embodiment. As shown in Figure 9, the beam training method is as follows:

[0151] 6.1. UE1 transmits a reference signal for beam training and simultaneously transmits identification information for beam training. For example, the identification information for beam training includes target identification 1, target identification 2, and a third identification. Target identification 1 is the default target identification used in the initial signaling for establishing a unicast link, target identification 2 is the target identification associated with UE1's unicast link (i.e., the identification of UE21), and the third identification is the identification of UE1 used for beam training. The unicast link is the unicast link between UE1 and UE21.

[0152] 6.2. UEs (e.g., UE21 and UE22) that are interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1, or UEs whose target identifier 2 is their own identifier (e.g., UE21) can perform beam measurement based on the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1, and determine beam information based on their respective measurement results. For example, the beam information includes the transmit beam of UE1, and may also include at least one of the following: its own receive beam, and its own transmit beam when sending information to UE1. When the device is implemented, it can be considered that the measurement results of UE21 and UE22 are associated with the third identifier, or are associated with the first identifier and the third identifier. Since target identifier 2 is the identifier of UE21 (that is, the purpose of UE1 sending the reference signal for beam training is to allow UE21 to perform beam measurement), even if UE21 is not interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1, UE21 will perform beam measurement based on the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1.

[0153] 6.3. UE21 and UE22 respectively send a beam report (i.e., a first beam report) to UE1. The beam report is used to indicate the transmit beam of UE1 determined by themselves. For example, for each transmit beam of UE1, different first identifiers (i.e., target identifier 1, target identifier 2) correspond to different beam reporting resources, that is, different transmit beams of UE1 and different first identifiers correspond to different beam reporting resources. UE21 and UE22 determine that the transmit beams of UE1 are RS1 and RS2 respectively. For RS1, UE21 sends signal sequences on the beam reporting resource corresponding to target identifier 1 (i.e., resource 1) and the beam reporting resource corresponding to target identifier 2 (i.e., resource 2), respectively. After receiving the signal sequence, UE1 knows that there is a UE in the direction of RS1 that is interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1. In addition, when the target identifier corresponding to the SL information sent by UE1 is target identifier 2, the transmit beam corresponding to RS1 or the wide beam covering RS1 is used to send the SL information; or when the target identifier corresponding to the SL information sent by UE1 is target identifier 2 and the third identifier sent together with the SL information is the same as the third identifier of UE1 in the identifier information of beam training, the transmit beam corresponding to RS1 or the wide beam covering RS1 is used to send the SL information. Similarly, for RS2, UE22 sends a signal sequence on the beam report resource corresponding to target identifier 1 (i.e., resource 3). After receiving the signal sequence, UE1 knows that there is also a UE in the RS2 direction that is interested in the side link service type corresponding to target identifier 1.

[0154] 6.4. For target identifier 1, UE1 sends a DCR (i.e., first side link data), along with the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the DCR, and UE1's third identifier. For example, UE1 receives two beam reports, indicating that UE1's transmit beams are RS1 and RS2, respectively. Therefore, UE1 sends the DCR in the beam directions corresponding to RS1 and RS2, respectively, or sends the DCR using a wide beam covering RS1 and RS2. UE1 sets the target identifier corresponding to the DCR to target identifier 1, and UE1 allocates the source identifier corresponding to the DCR itself, or configures or pre-configures the source identifier corresponding to the DCR through the network.

[0155] For target identifier 2, UE1 sends the first side link data, and at the same time, the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the first side link data. Optionally, the third identifier of UE1 can also be sent at the same time. For example, the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data is set to the target identifier associated with the unicast link of UE1 contained in the identification information of beam training (i.e., target identifier 2), and the source identifier corresponding to the first side link data is set to the source identifier of the same unicast link associated with target identifier 2 to UE1. The first side link data can be regarded as UE1's response to UE21's beam report. The method in Example 5 can be used to determine whether UE21 has received UE1's response to UE21's beam report, and "UE2" in Example 5 can be replaced with "UE21".

[0156] 6.5. After receiving the DCR, the UEs that want to establish a unicast link with UE1 (i.e., the UEs that are interested in the side link service type indicated by the DCR, such as UE21 and UE22) respectively send second side link data to UE1, and indicate the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data. The second side link data at least includes the transmit beam information of UE1. For example, the second side link data can be a direct link authentication request and the transmit beam information of UE1 (i.e., a second beam report), where the transmit beam information of UE1 includes information about one or more transmit beams of UE1. For UE21, based on the third identifier of UE1 received and sent together with the DCR, or based on the third identifier of UE1 received and sent together with the DCR and the target identifier corresponding to the DCR, the associated measurement result is determined, and then the transmit beam information of UE1 (e.g., the index of RS1) is determined. UE21 sets the target identifier corresponding to the second side link data to the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, and automatically allocates the source identifier corresponding to the second side link data, and then transmits the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data together with the second side link data to UE1. Similarly, for UE22, based on the third identifier of UE1 received and sent together with the DCR, or based on the third identifier of UE1 received and sent together with the DCR and the target identifier corresponding to the DCR, its associated measurement result is determined, and then the transmit beam information of UE1 (for example, the index of RS2) is determined. UE22 sets the target identifier corresponding to the second side link data to the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, and allocates the source identifier corresponding to the second side link data by itself, and then transmits the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data together with the second side link data to UE1.

[0157] In another example, the second communication node may not send the first beam report. The difference from Example 6 is that this example does not include operation 6.3, that is, UE21 and UE22 do not send the first beam report to UE1, and when UE1 sends the DCR in operation 6.4, the transmit beam used depends on the implementation of UE1. For example, the DCR may be sent multiple times (or repeatedly) in multiple beam directions, or may be sent in a wide beam. This example does not limit this. For other features of this example, please refer to Example 6, and this example will not be repeated one by one.

[0158] Example 7: This example takes the first communication node as UE1, the two second communication nodes as UE21 and UE22, and the first side link data as DCR as an example. In this example, the identification information of the beam training includes the default target identifier used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link, and may also include at least one of the following: one or more second identifiers, a third identifier, and an identifier of the communication peer device (the identifier of UE21).

[0159] This example describes a method when the target identifier corresponding to the first-side link data is the default target identifier used in the initial signaling to establish a unicast link. If there is no conflict, the method in this example can be used to replace operation 1.5 in Example 1, operation 3.5 in Example 3, operation 4.5 in Example 4, or operation 6.5 in Example 6 to obtain a complete solution. The method in this example is as follows:

[0160] 5a. After receiving the DCR, UEs that wish to establish a unicast link with UE1 (i.e., UEs interested in the side link service type indicated by the DCR, such as UE21 and UE22) each send second side link information to UE1. The second side link information includes second side link data, a destination identifier, and a source identifier corresponding to the second side link data. The transmission resources of the second side link information are associated with the transmission resources of the first side link information.

[0161] The second side link data includes one of the following: a response to the first side link data, and feedback to the first side link data.

[0162] For example, the transmission resources of the second side link information are associated with the transmission resources of the DCR (i.e., the first side link data), and the transmission resources of the second side link information can be located in a time window or time slot after the transmission resources of the DCR. The relationship between the time window or time slot and the transmission resources of the DCR can be configured or pre-configured by the network, or predefined. The second side link data can be a direct link authentication request (i.e., a response to the first side link data), or direct link security establishment-related signaling (i.e., a response to the first side link data), or the first side link data is confirmation or non-confirmation information (e.g., ACK / NACK feedback information) (i.e., feedback on the first side link data), or other information. This application does not limit the information contained in the second side link data. UE21 sets the target identifier corresponding to the second side link data to the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, and automatically allocates the source identifier corresponding to the second side link data, and then transmits the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data together with the second side link data to UE1. Similarly, UE22 sets the target identifier corresponding to the second side link data to the source identifier corresponding to the DCR, and allocates the source identifier corresponding to the second side link data by itself, and then transmits the target identifier and source identifier corresponding to the second side link data together with the second side link data to UE1. In this example, the identification information corresponding to the beam training also includes the source identifier used for the initial signaling to establish the unicast link (i.e., the identifier of UE1, or the second identifier).

[0163] For another example, the transmission resources of the second side link information are associated with the transmission resources of the DCR, and the transmission resources of the second side link information can be located in a time window or time slot after the transmission resources of the DCR. The relationship between the time window or time slot and the transmission resources of the DCR can be configured or pre-configured by the network, or predefined. The second side link data can be a direct link authentication request (a response to the first side link data), or direct link security establishment-related signaling (a response to the first side link data), or the first side link data is confirmation or non-confirmation information (for example, ACK / NACK feedback information) (feedback on the first side link data), or other information. In this example, the identification information corresponding to beam training also includes the identification of UE1 used for beam training (i.e., the third identification).

[0164] Example 8: This example is described by taking the first communication node being UE1 and the second communication node being UE2 as an example. In this example, the transmission resource of the first side link information is associated with the transmission resource of the beam report.

[0165] UE1 selects a transmission beam for the first side link information based on the beam report received from UE2, and sends the first side link information on resources associated with the transmission resources of the beam report corresponding to the selected transmission beam.

[0166] For example, the resources associated with the transmission resources reported by the beam can be located within a time window or time slot after the transmission resources reported by the beam. Assuming that the first side link data is DCR, the transmit beam used is RS1, and the transmission resource reported by the beam corresponding to RS1 is resource 1, then the transmission resource of DCR can be located within a time window or time slot after resource 1. In addition, optionally, the first side link information may also include the transmit beam used when sending the first side link data. The relationship between the time window or time slot and the transmission resource of DCR can be configured or pre-configured by the network, or can be predefined.

[0167] Example 9: This example is described by taking the first communication node being UE1 and the second communication node being UE2 as an example. In this example, the transmission resource of the first side link information is associated with the used transmit beam.

[0168] UE1 selects a transmit beam for the first side link information based on the received beam report from UE2, and sends the first side link information on resources associated with the transmit beam.

[0169] For example, the resources associated with the transmit beam may be located within the first time window or time slot associated with the transmit beam following the transmission resources reported by the beam indicating the transmit beam. Assuming the first sidelink data is a DCR, the transmit beam used is RS1, and each RS1 is associated with a time window or time slot, the transmission resources of the DCR are located within the first time window or time slot associated with RS1 following the transmission resources reported by the beam. Optionally, the first sidelink information may also include the transmit beam used when sending the first sidelink data.

[0170] In this application, the transmit beam of UE1 may be indicated by an index of a reference signal of UE1, or by a beam index, or by a time resource index corresponding to the reference signal. The relationship between the time window or time slot and the transmission resource of the first side link information may be configured or preconfigured by the network, or may be predefined.

[0171] Example 10: In this example, the identification information includes a third identification, or the identification information includes at least a first identification and a third identification.

[0172] The first side link information includes a fifth beam report, which includes at least one of the following: a third identifier of the first communication node, a third identifier of at least one first other communication node, and a transmit beam of at least one first other communication node, where the first other communication node is a communication node other than the first communication node. For example, the first other communication node may be a transmitting node of a reference signal for beam training measured by the first communication node. For example, if the first communication node UE1 measures the reference signal for beam training sent by UE2 and UE3, the first other communication nodes in the fifth beam report sent by UE1 may be UE2 and UE3.

[0173] The first beam report also includes at least one of a third identifier of the first communication node and a third identifier of the second communication node.

[0174] The second side link information includes a second beam report including at least one of a second transmit beam of the first communication node and a third identifier of the second communication node.

[0175] In this example, the first side link information may also include other information, such as a DCR or any other side link information. The second side link information may also include other information, such as a response to a DCR or any other side link information.

[0176] In another example, the identification information includes the second identification, or the identification information includes the first identification and the second identification. In this case, the "third identification" in Example 10 is replaced with the "second identification", and this example will not be repeated one by one.

[0177] For example, the first communication node is UE1 and the second communication node is UE2.

[0178] UE1 transmits a reference signal for beam training and its identification information. UE2 performs measurements based on the beam training reference signal sent by UE1 and sends a first beam report to UE1. The first beam report indicates UE1's transmit beam. For example, if UE1's third identifier is ID3_1 and UE1 has four beams corresponding to four reference signals RS11 to RS14, the first beam report indicates that UE1's transmit beam is RS11.

[0179] After receiving the first beam report, UE1 sends the first side link information, where the first side link information includes the fifth beam report. The fifth beam report includes: UE1's third identifier, UE2's third identifier, and UE2's transmit beam information. For example, UE1 measures the reference signal for beam training sent by other UEs, such as the reference signal for beam training sent by UE2 (UE2, has 4 beams, corresponding to 4 reference signals RS21 to RS24), and obtains UE2's third identifier (for example, ID3_2). The fifth beam report includes: UE1's own third identifier ID3_1, UE2's third identifier ID3_2, and UE2's transmit beam information (for example, RS21, RS22).

[0180] After receiving the first sidelink information, UE2 sends second sidelink information to UE1, including a second beam report. The second beam report includes UE2's third identifier and, optionally, UE1's transmit beam information. In one example, UE1's transmit beam information included in the second beam report may include one or more transmit beams of UE1, such as RS11 and RS12.

[0181] For another example, the first communication node is UE1, and the second communication nodes are UE2 and UE3 (ie, two second communication nodes) as an example for description.

[0182] UE1 transmits a beam training reference signal and its identification information. UE2 performs measurements based on the beam training reference signal sent by UE1 and sends a first beam report to UE1. The first beam report indicates UE1's transmit beam. UE3 also measures the beam training reference signal sent by UE1 but has not yet sent a first beam report to UE1.

[0183] After receiving the first beam report, UE1 sends first side link information, where the first side link information includes a fifth beam report. The fifth beam report includes: UE1's third identifier, UE2's third identifier, UE2's transmit beam information, UE3's third identifier, and UE3's transmit beam information. For example, UE1 measures beam training reference signals sent by other UEs, such as beam training reference signals sent by UE2 and UE3, and obtains the third identifiers of UE2 and UE3.

[0184] The UE (for example, UE2 and UE3) that receives the first side link information of UE1 can send the second side link information to UE1, and the second side link information includes the second beam report. For example, UE2 sends the second side link information to UE1, and the second beam report includes: the third identifier of UE2, the transmit beam information of UE1; or the second beam report includes: the third identifier of UE2. Similarly, UE3 sends the second side link information to UE1, and the second beam report includes: the third identifier of UE3, the transmit beam information of UE1 (for example, RS12, RS13). Different UEs determine the transmit beam of UE1 based on the measurement results of the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1. For example, the transmit beam information of UE1 sent by UE2 is RS11 and RS12, and the transmit beam information of UE1 sent by UE3 is RS13. In one instance, if the UE receives the first side link information containing its own third identifier and its own transmit beam information, and has obtained the transmit beam of the transmitting device of the first side link information, the UE sends the second side link information.

[0185] For another example, the first communication node is UE1 and the second communication node is UE2.

[0186] UE1 transmits a reference signal for beam training and also transmits identification information for beam training. UE2 performs measurements based on the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1 and sends a first beam report to UE1. The first beam report includes: UE2's third identifier, UE1's third identifier, and UE1's transmit beam. For example, the first beam report may include one or more transmit beams of UE1.

[0187] After receiving the first beam report, UE1 sends first side link information, where the first side link information includes a fifth beam report, where the fifth beam report includes: the third identifier of UE1, the third identifier of UE2, and the transmit beam information of UE2.

[0188] After receiving the first side link information, UE2 sends second side link information to UE1, where the second side link information includes a second beam report. The second beam report includes: UE2's third identifier and UE1's transmit beam information; or the second beam report includes: UE2's third identifier.

[0189] For another example, it is assumed that the first communication node is UE1 and the second communication nodes are N UEs (ie, N second communication nodes), where N is a positive integer.

[0190] UE1 sends a reference signal for beam training and identification information for beam training. N UEs perform measurements based on the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1 and each sends a first beam report.

[0191] After receiving the first beam report sent by at least one UE, UE1 sends the first side link information, wherein the first side link information includes the fifth beam report. The fifth beam report includes: the third identifier of UE1, the third identifier of at least one other UE, and the transmit beam information of at least one other UE. In one example, after receiving the first beam report sent by N UEs, UE1 sends the first side link information, wherein the first side link information includes the fifth beam report. The fifth beam report includes: the third identifier of UE1, the third identifiers of N UEs, and the transmit beam information of N UEs.

[0192] After receiving the first side link information, the N UEs each send the second side link information to UE1. For each of the N UEs, the second beam report includes its own third identifier and, optionally, may also include UE1's transmit beam. In addition, for each of the N UEs, if the second beam report includes UE1's transmit beam, the transmit beams of UE1 included in the first beam report and the second beam report may be different. For example, for UE2, the transmit beam of UE1 included in the first beam report is RS11, and the transmit beams of UE1 included in the second beam report are RS11 and RS12.

[0193] For another example, the first communication node is UE1 and the second communication node is UE2.

[0194] UE1 transmits a reference signal for beam training and its identification information.

[0195] After receiving the first beam report, UE1 sends first side link information, where the first side link information includes a fifth beam report, and the fifth beam report includes: a third identifier of UE1.

[0196] After receiving the first side link information, UE2 sends second side link information to UE1, where the second side link information includes a second beam report, wherein the second beam report includes: a third identifier of UE2 and transmit beam information of UE1.

[0197] For another example, the second communication node may not send the first beam report, and UE1 is taken as the first device and UE2 as the second device as an example for explanation.

[0198] UE1 transmits a beam training reference signal and its identification information. UE2 performs measurements based on the beam training reference signal sent by UE1. For example, UE1's third identification is ID3_1. UE1 has four beams, corresponding to four reference signals RS11 to RS14.

[0199] UE1 sends first side link information, where the first side link information includes a fifth beam report. The fifth beam report includes: a third identifier of UE1. For example, UE1 sends a reference signal and identifier information for beam training. After sending for a certain period or a certain number of times, UE1 sends the first side link information multiple times (or repeatedly) along multiple beam directions, or sends the first side link information along a wide beam.

[0200] After receiving the first side link information, UE2 sends second side link information to UE1, where the second side link information includes a second beam report, wherein the second beam report includes: a third identifier of UE2 and transmit beam information of UE1.

[0201] For another example, the second communication node may not send the first beam report, and UE1 is taken as the first device and UE2 as the second device as an example for explanation.

[0202] UE1 transmits a beam training reference signal and its identification information. UE2 performs measurements based on the beam training reference signal sent by UE1. For example, UE1's third identification is ID3_1. UE1 has four beams, corresponding to four reference signals RS11 to RS14.

[0203] UE1 sends first side link information, wherein the first side link information includes a fifth beam report. The fifth beam report includes: UE1's third identifier, UE2's third identifier, and UE2's transmit beam. For example, UE1 sends a reference signal and identification information for beam training. After sending for several cycles or several times, UE1 sends the first side link information multiple times (or repeatedly) in multiple beam directions, or sends the first side link information in a wide beam. Before sending the first side link information, UE1 also receives the reference signal and identification information for beam training sent by UE2, and measures the reference signal for beam training sent by UE2.

[0204] After receiving the first side link information, UE2 sends second side link information to UE1, where the second side link information includes a second beam report, wherein the second beam report includes: a third identifier of UE2 and transmit beam information of UE1.

[0205] Example 11: In this example, the identification information includes a third identification, or the identification information includes at least a first identification and a third identification.

[0206] The third side link information includes a third beam report, which includes at least one of a third identifier of the second communication node, a third identifier of at least one second other communication node, and a transmit beam of at least one second other communication node, where the second other communication node is a communication node other than the second communication node. For example, the second other communication node may be a transmitting node of a reference signal for beam training measured by the second communication node. For example, if the second communication node UE2 measures the reference signal for beam training sent by UE1 and UE3, the second other communication nodes in the third beam report sent by UE2 may be UE1 and UE3.

[0207] The fourth side link information includes a fourth beam report, and the fourth beam report includes at least one of the third identifier of the first communication node and the transmission beam of the second communication node.

[0208] In this example, the third side link information may also include other information, such as the DCR or any other side link information. The fourth side link information may also include other information, such as a response to the DCR or any other side link information.

[0209] For example, the first communication node is UE1 and the second communication node is UE2.

[0210] UE1 sends a reference signal for beam training and identification information for beam training at the same time.

[0211] After measuring the beam training reference signal sent by UE1, UE2 sends third-side link information, where the third-side link information includes a third beam report. The third beam report includes: a third identifier of UE2, a third identifier of UE1, and transmit beam information of UE1.

[0212] After receiving the third side link information, UE1 sends fourth side link information to UE2. The fourth side link information includes a fourth beam report. The fourth beam report includes: UE1's third identifier and, optionally, UE2's transmit beam information. For example, UE1 determines whether the fourth beam report includes UE2's transmit beam information, or determines whether the fourth beam report includes UE2's transmit beam information based on whether UE1 has previously sent UE2's transmit beam information to UE2.

[0213] For another example, the first communication nodes are UE11 and UE12 (ie, two first communication nodes) and the second communication node is UE2.

[0214] UE11 sends a reference signal for beam training and identification information of the beam training at the same time; similarly, UE12 sends a reference signal for beam training and identification information of the beam training at the same time.

[0215] After measuring the beam training reference signals sent by UE11 and UE12, UE2 sends third-side link information, where the third-side link information includes a third beam report. The third beam report includes: UE2's third identifier, UE11's third identifier, UE11's transmit beam information, UE12's third identifier, and UE12's transmit beam information.

[0216] After receiving the third side link information, UE11 and UE12 respectively send the fourth side link information to UE2. The fourth side link information includes the fourth beam report. For UE11, the fourth beam report includes: the third identifier of UE11, the transmit beam information of UE2; for UE12, the fourth beam report includes: the third identifier of UE12, the transmit beam information of UE2. For example, UE11 and UE12 measure the reference signal for beam training sent by UE2 (UE2 has 4 beams, corresponding to 4 reference signals RS21 to RS24). The transmit beam information of UE2 sent by UE11 and UE12 depends on their own measurement results. For example, UE11 includes UE2's transmit beam RS21 in the fourth beam report, and UE12 includes UE2's transmit beam RS22 in the fourth beam report.

[0217] In this application, "if the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data is one of the first identifiers included in the identification information of the beam training and the transmission type of the first side link data is broadcast" is equivalent to "the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data is the default target identifier used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link". That is, if the target identifier corresponding to the first side link data is the first identifier in the identification information of the beam training, but is not the default target identifier used for the initial signaling to establish a unicast link, then the transmission type of the first side link data cannot be broadcast.
