Abstract
Description
[0001] DEVICE FOR IN-SOIL FERTILIZER APPLICATION
[0002] The invention relates to agriculture, namely to devices for applying liquid fertilizers to the soil
[0003] A machine for subsurface application of fertilizers is known (MIC: A01C 23 / 02, patent for invention SU 1 824 058 A1, published: 1993.06.30), including a frame, rods, and also a hollow axle on which a dosing device with radial injection needles is mounted, characterized in that, in order to ensure dosing of liquid in a wide range, the dosing device is made in the form of a cassette and a drum coaxially mounted on a hollow axle, equipped with radial partitions, wherein the number of partitions in the cassette is equal to the number of partitions in the drum.
[0004] The disadvantage of the known device is the low efficiency of the process of application and dosing of fertilizers, low maintainability.
[0005] Also known is a device for injecting liquid ammonia into the soil (IPC: A01C 23 / 02, patent for invention SU 1 085 542 A1, published: 1984.04.15), comprising a housing with injection needles equipped with dosing chambers in which movable cups with inlet and outlet valves are installed, characterized in that, in order to increase the accuracy of dosing the liquid ammonia, cam-driven bushings are installed in the movable cups, and the inlet valves are connected to each other by rods, wherein the seats of the inlet valves are made in the bushings.
[0006] The disadvantage of the known device is the low efficiency of the process of application and dosing of fertilizers, low maintainability.
[0007] The invention is based on the task of increasing the efficiency of the process of introducing any liquids and fertilizers, dosing and maintainability.
[0008] The technical result of the proposed invention is to increase the maintainability of the device by dividing it into simple, easily manufactured parts, the size of the cup cavity determines the exact amount of fertilizer or other liquid introduced, and also due to the location of the pressure disk, preliminary tension and calculation of the spring, the device operates only in the desired position of the injection needles. The task is achieved as follows: a device for subsurface application of fertilizers including a housing with injection needles equipped with dosing chambers in which movable cups with rods, inlet and outlet valves are installed, characterized in that, at the base of the needles, pressure disks are located connected by levers to the cup through a rod connected to a pre-compressed spring.
[0009] The proposed device is shown in the following figures, where: Fig. 1 shows a device for subsurface application of fertilizers, side view; Fig. 2 shows section A-A; Fig. 3 shows section B-B.
[0010] The device consists of a housing 1 with injection needles 2, equipped with dosing chambers 3, in which movable cups 4 with rods 5, inlet 6 and outlet valves 7, pressure disks 8 connected by levers 9 with a spring 10 are installed.
[0011] The device operates as follows: when the injection needle 2 is driven into the soil, when the housing 1 is rolled, the surface of the earth contacts the pressure disk 8 connected by the lever 9 with the movable cup 4 through the rod 5 which squeezes out a portion of liquid fertilizers from the dosing chamber 3 through the outlet valve 7 into the soil from the radial holes of the injection needle 2. The housing 1, rolling further, presses the pressure disk 8 connected with the pre-compressed spring 10, lifts the movable cup 4, thereby collecting the next portion of liquid fertilizers into the dosing chamber 3 through the inlet valve 6.
