[0062] It should be noted that when a component is referred to as being "fixed to" another component, it may be directly on the other component or there may be an intermediate component. When a component is referred to as being "connected to" another component, it may be directly connected to the other component or there may be an intermediate component.
[0063] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used in this application have the same meanings as those commonly understood by those skilled in the art to which this application belongs. The terms used in this specification are for the purpose of describing specific embodiments only and are not intended to limit this application. The term "and / or" as used in this application includes any and all combinations of one or more of the relevant listed items.
[0064] The following describes some embodiments of the present application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the absence of conflict, the following embodiments and features therein may be combined with each other.
[0065] In the related art, please refer to Figure 1. In the related art, the transparent window 2' of the lampshade 10' is usually arranged parallel to the lampshade body 1'. When the user looks at the lampshade 10', the user can intuitively see the component structure on the other side of the lampshade 10' through the transparent window 2', which affects the appearance of the car refrigerator.
[0066] Referring to Figures 2 and 3 , to address the aforementioned issues, the present application proposes a lampshade 100. The lampshade 100 includes a lampshade body 101 having a first side 1011 and a second side 1012 that oppose each other. The lampshade 100 includes a recessed structure 102 recessed toward the first side 1011. The recessed structure 102 includes a transparent portion 1021 that allows light from a sterilization lamp 400 located on the first side 1011 to pass through the second side 1012.
[0067] In the technical solution of the present application, the lampshade body 101 of the lampshade 100 has a first side 1011 facing the sterilization lamp 400 and a second side 1012 facing outward. The lampshade 100 is provided with a recessed structure 102 that is recessed toward the first side 1011. This creates a blind spot on the second side 1012 of the lampshade body 101, and the transparent portion 1021 is disposed within the blind spot. Light from the sterilization lamp 400 can pass through the transparent portion 1021 to exit the lampshade 100, but a user cannot clearly see the components located on the first side 1011 of the lampshade body 101 through the transparent portion 1021 from a normal viewing angle. This improves the aesthetics of the vehicle, vehicle refrigerator 10000 (see FIG. 10 ), or lamp assembly 1000 (see FIG. 6 ) including the lampshade 100, and enhances the user experience.
[0068] The lampshade 100 includes a lampshade body 101 , which is used to block the user's line of sight to prevent the user from seeing the component structure on the other side of the lampshade body 101 through the lampshade body 101 , thereby improving the overall aesthetics of the object provided with the lampshade 100 .
[0069] The lampshade body 101 is provided with a recessed structure 102 for creating a blind spot, and a transparent portion 1021 is disposed within the recessed structure 102. The recessed structure 102 also includes a support portion 1022, one end of which is connected to the lampshade body 101 and the other end to the transparent portion 1021. The support portion 1022 provides support for the transparent portion 1021, thereby enhancing the connection strength between the transparent portion 1021 and the lampshade body 101.
[0070] The support portion 1022 can be connected to any position of the transparent portion 1021 to provide support for the transparent portion 1021. In one embodiment of the present application, one end of the transparent portion 1021 is connected to the lampshade body 101, and the other end is connected to the support portion 1022. The support portion 1022 is connected to the very end of the transparent portion 1021 (the end of the transparent portion 1021 away from the lampshade body 101). This minimizes the obstruction of the transparent portion 1021 by the support portion 1022 and increases the light-transmitting area of the transparent portion 1021.
[0071] The lampshade body 101, the transparent portion 1021 and the support portion 1022 can be made of a variety of materials. For example, in one embodiment of the present application, the lampshade body 101 is made of a light-transmitting, opaque material to block the user's line of sight while ensuring that light can pass through. The light-transmitting, opaque material can be frosted glass, light-transmitting cloth, or dyed plastic that is injection-molded with dye and plastic, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. The support portion 1022 can be made of an opaque material or a light-transmitting, opaque material to provide support for the transparent portion 1021 while preventing the user from seeing clearly from the support portion 1022 the component structure of the first side 1011 of the lampshade body 101. The support portion 1022 can be made of metal or plastic, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. The support portion 1022 is preferably made of metal. Compared to plastic, metal has high hardness and stable molecular structure. Therefore, when the material of the support portion 1022 is metal, the support portion 1022 can not only better support the transparent portion 1021, but also avoid the degradation and aging of the support portion 1022 caused by the long-term exposure of the light of the sterilization lamp 400 to the support portion 1022. The material of the transparent portion 1021 is a colorless transparent material, which is conducive to the transmission of the light of the sterilization lamp 400. The colorless transparent material can be quartz glass, transparent plastic, or transparent resin, and this application is not limited to this. Considering that the light of the sterilization lamp 400 is mostly ultraviolet light, in one embodiment of the present application, the material of the transparent portion 1021 is cyclic block copolymer (CBC). Compared to other materials, the transparent portion 1021 made of cyclic block copolymer has a higher ultraviolet transmittance. In addition, compared with other materials, the molecular structure of cyclic block copolymers is more stable. Therefore, the transparent part is made of cyclic block copolymers, which can effectively reduce the degradation rate of the transparent part 1021 under the irradiation of the light of the sterilization lamp 400, extend the service life of the lampshade 100, and ensure the sterilization effect of the sterilization lamp 400.
[0072] The lampshade body 101, the transparent portion 1021 and the support portion 1022 can also be made of the same material. Specifically, in other embodiments of the present application, the materials of the lampshade body 101, the transparent portion 1021 and the support portion 1022 are all colorless and transparent materials. The colorless and transparent material can be quartz glass, transparent plastic, transparent resin, or acrylic, and the present application does not limit this. In one embodiment of the present application, the lampshade body 101, the transparent portion 1021 and the support portion 1022 are all made of cyclic block copolymers (CBC) with more stable molecular structures, thereby avoiding premature degradation and aging of the lampshade body 101, the transparent portion 1021 and the support portion 1022 under the irradiation of the light of the sterilization lamp 400. The surfaces of the lampshade body 101, the transparent portion 1021 and the support portion 1022 are also coated with a light-transmitting coating to block the user's line of sight and prevent the user from seeing the structure on the other side of the lampshade 100 through the lampshade body 101 and the support portion 1022. The material of the light-transmitting coating can be an anti-ultraviolet (UV) paint or a matte transparent paint, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. In one embodiment of the present application, the lampshade body 101 and the support portion 1022 are coated with an anti-ultraviolet (UV) paint, thereby further reducing the adverse effects of the light of the sterilization lamp 400 on the lampshade body 101 and the support portion 1022, thereby increasing the service life of the lampshade 100.
[0073] It is understood that when the lampshade body 101, the transparent portion 1021, and the support portion 1022 are all made of the same material, the lampshade body 101, the transparent portion 1021, and the support portion 1022 can be integrally formed or separately provided, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. In one embodiment of the present application, the lampshade body 101, the transparent portion 1021, and the support portion 1022 are integrally formed, thereby reducing the production cost of the lampshade 100.
[0074] The recessed structure 102 can have various shapes. Referring to FIG3 , FIG3 illustrates a first embodiment of the recessed structure 102. For ease of explanation, in this embodiment, the transparent portion 1021, the supporting portion 1022, and the lampshade body 101 are all considered to be plate structures with flat surfaces. The lampshade body 101 is constructed as a first plate, the transparent portion 1021 is constructed as a third plate, and the supporting portion 1022 is constructed as a second plate. Based on this, in this embodiment, the extended lines of the transparent portion 1021, the supporting portion 1022, and the lampshade body 101 are collectively arranged to form a triangular structure. Furthermore, the lampshade body 101, which is constructed as the first plate, and the transparent portion 1021, which is constructed as the third plate, form a second angle A. It is understandable that if the second angle A is too small, the light emitted by the sterilization lamp 400 will not easily pass through the transparent portion 1021 to the outside. If the second angle A is too large, the transparent portion 1021 can be seen by the user. Therefore, in one embodiment of the present application, the second angle A satisfies 60°≤A≤150°. When A=90°, it can not only ensure that the transparent portion 1021 is located in the user's blind spot, but also facilitate the transmission of light from the sterilization lamp 400. In this way, when the user's line of sight is directed from point S to the lampshade body 101, the user's line of sight can only see the support portion 1022 connected to the lampshade body 101, but cannot see the transparent portion 1021 located behind the lampshade body 101, thereby preventing the user from clearly seeing the component structure provided on the first side 1011 of the lampshade body 101 through the transparent portion 1021.
[0075] In one embodiment of the present application, the first plate formed by the lampshade body 101 and the second plate formed by the support portion 1022 form a first angle B. When 90°≤B≤160°, the support portion 1022 can not only better support the transparent portion 1021, but also ensure that the light of the sterilization lamp 400 can normally pass through the transparent portion 1021.
[0076] Please refer to Figure 4, which shows a second embodiment of the recessed structure 102. In this embodiment, the support portion 1022 includes a first support plate 10221 and a second support plate 10222. One end of the first support plate 10221 is connected to the lampshade body 101, and the other end is connected to one end of the second support plate 10222. The other end of the second support plate 10222 is connected to the transparent portion 1021. The transparent portion 1021, the support portion 1022, and the extension line of the lampshade body 101 together form a rectangular structure. Similarly, in this embodiment, the second angle A formed by the transparent portion 1021 and the lampshade body 101 satisfies 60°≤A≤150°. Thus, when a user's line of sight is directed from point S to the lampshade body 101, the user can only see the support portion 1022 connected to the lampshade body 101, and cannot see the transparent portion 1021 located behind the lampshade body 101.
[0077] Please refer to Figure 5, which shows a third embodiment of the recessed structure 102. In this embodiment, the support portion 1022 is an arc-shaped structure, and the transparent portion 1021, the support portion 1022, and the extension line of the lampshade body 101 together form an arc structure. In this embodiment, the second angle A formed by the transparent portion 1021 and the lampshade body 101 satisfies 60°≤A≤150°. Thus, when the user's line of sight is directed from point S to the lampshade body 101, the transparent portion 1021 located behind the lampshade body 101 is also invisible.
[0078] The lampshade 100 provided in the present application can have a variety of application scenarios. For example, referring to Figure 6, in one embodiment of the present application, the lampshade 100 can be used in a lamp assembly 1000. The lamp assembly 1000 includes: a base 200, a sterilization lamp 400 and a lampshade 100. The lampshade 100 is fixedly connected to the base 200, and the first side 1011 of the lampshade body 101 of the lampshade 100 is arranged corresponding to the base 200. The lampshade 100 and the base 200 are jointly arranged to form a cavity 300, and the sterilization lamp 400 is arranged in the cavity 300. The light of the sterilization lamp 400 is transmitted outward from the transparent part 1021 of the lampshade 100.
[0079] In this embodiment, the lampshade 100 is mounted on the base 200 of the lamp assembly 1000. The lampshade 100 and the base 200 together form a cavity 300. The sterilization lamp 400 is located within the cavity 300. Light from the sterilization lamp 400 is transmitted outward through the transparent portion 1021 of the lampshade 100. However, due to the presence of the recessed structure 102, the user cannot see other internal structures of the lamp assembly 1000 through the transparent portion 1021 from a normal viewing angle, thereby improving the aesthetics of the lamp assembly 1000.
[0080] The sterilization lamp 400 is used to emit sterilization light to kill external bacteria. The sterilization lamp 400 can be a straight tube hot cathode low-pressure mercury ultraviolet lamp, an ozone ultraviolet lamp, or a UV ultraviolet lamp, which is not limited in this application.
[0081] It is understandable that the lamp assembly 1000 may further include an illuminating lamp 500. The illuminating lamp 500 is used to emit illuminating light for daily lighting. The illuminating lamp may be an incandescent lamp or an LED lamp, and this application does not limit this.
[0082] The base 200 is used to form a space for installing the sterilization lamp 400. The base 200 has an installation opening, and the sterilization lamp 400 is installed in the base 200 through the installation opening. The base 200 can be made of metal or plastic, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. The lampshade 100 covers the base 200. There are many ways to connect the lampshade 100 and the base 200. For example, the lampshade 100 can be connected to the base 200 by screws or by magnets, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. Referring to Figure 7, in one embodiment of the present application, the lampshade 100 also includes a plurality of clips 103, which are arranged on the first side 1011 of the lampshade body 101 and are fixedly connected to the lampshade body 101. The base 200 includes a slot 201. The clips 103 of the lampshade 100 are snapped into the slot 201 of the base 200 to fix the lampshade 100 to the base 200. Compared with other connection methods, the lampshade 100 adopts the connection method of the buckle 103, which can reduce the manufacturing cost of the lampshade 100, improve the assembly efficiency of the lampshade 100 and the base 200, and is conducive to cost saving.
[0083] Please refer to Figures 6 and 8. The lamp assembly 1000 also includes a circuit board 600, which is connected to the base 200 by screws, magnets or other fixing methods. The circuit board 600 is connected to a power source, and the lighting lamp 500 and the sterilizing lamp 400 are electrically connected to the circuit board 600. The arrangement of the circuit board 600 can regularize the circuit routing of the lighting lamp 500 and the sterilizing lamp 400 in the cavity 300, reduce the number of wiring harnesses used to electrically connect the lighting lamp 500 and the sterilizing lamp 400, and reduce assembly costs. At the same time, the circuit board 600 can provide support for the arrangement of the sterilizing lamp 400. By changing the arrangement direction of the circuit board 600 in the cavity 300, the irradiation direction of the sterilizing lamp 400 can be changed.
[0084] It is understandable that if the inclination angle formed between the sterilization lamp 400 and the transparent portion 1021 is too large, the ultraviolet light emitted by the sterilization lamp 400 cannot irradiate the transparent portion 1021. If the angle is too small, the light from the light-transmitting transparent portion 1021 may be directly refracted on the support portion 1022 and cannot be emitted outside the recessed structure 102. Therefore, in one embodiment of the present application, the lampshade body 101 and the circuit board 600 form an angle. To facilitate the description of the beneficial effects of this embodiment, an example is given in which the outer contours of the lampshade body 101 and the circuit board 600 are both configured as a flat plate structure. In this structure, the lampshade body 101 is constructed as a first plate body, and the circuit board 600 forms a third angle C with the lampshade body 101. When 10°≤C≤60°, the transparent portion 1021 has the best refraction effect on the ultraviolet light emitted by the sterilization lamp 400, and the refraction range is the largest.
[0085] To prevent the light from the sterilizing lamp 400 from irradiating the support portion 1022 and causing degradation of the support portion 1022, in one embodiment of the present application, the lampshade body 101 and the support portion 1022 form an angle. To facilitate illustration of the beneficial effects of this embodiment, an example is given in which the outer contours of the lampshade body 101 and the support portion 1022 are both configured as a plate-like structure with a flat surface. In this structure, the lampshade body 101 is constructed as a first plate, the support portion 1022 is constructed as a second plate, and the circuit board 600 and the support portion 1022 form a fourth angle D. When 60°≤D≤120°, this ensures that the light from the sterilizing lamp 400 is emitted outward while also ensuring that the light emitted by the sterilizing lamp 400 does not irradiate the support portion 1022.
[0086] Referring to Figures 8 and 9 , the lamp assembly 1000 further includes a light baffle 700. The light baffle 700 is fixedly connected to the circuit board 600 and is positioned between the sterilization lamp 400 and the lampshade body 101 to block the light from the sterilization lamp 400 directed toward the lampshade body 101. This prevents the light from the sterilization lamp 400 from irradiating the lampshade body 101 and reacting with the lampshade body 101, causing degradation and yellowing of the lampshade body 101.
[0087] In one embodiment of the present application, one end of the light baffle 700 is in contact with the transparent portion 1021. It should be explained that the contact between one end of the light baffle 700 and the transparent portion 1021 means that the light baffle 700 is completely in contact with the transparent portion 1021 without transmitting any force to the transparent portion 1021. This prevents the light from the sterilization lamp 400 from leaking outward from the contact point between the light baffle 700 and the transparent portion 1021 without crushing the transparent portion 1021, thereby improving the light shielding effect of the light baffle 700 on the sterilization lamp 400.
[0088] There are many ways to fix the light baffle 700 to the circuit board 600. The light baffle 700 can be directly screwed to the circuit board 600 by thread, or it can be fixed to the circuit board 600 by magnetic attraction, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this. In one embodiment of the present application, the light baffle 700 includes a hook portion 702 and a blocking portion 701 connected to the hook portion 702, the blocking portion 701 is used to block the light from the sterilization lamp 400 to the lampshade body 101, and the hook portion 702 is used to hang the light baffle 700 on the circuit board 600. Compared with other installation methods, the method of installing the light baffle 700 on the circuit board 600 through the hook portion 702 is simpler and more efficient.
[0089] To block light, in one embodiment of the present application, the blocking portion 701 includes a first blocking portion 7011 and at least two second blocking portions 7022. The first blocking portion 7011 and the second blocking portion 7022 can be integrally formed or provided separately, and this application does not impose any restrictions. The first blocking portion 7011 and the second blocking portion 7022 together enclose at least one blocking space, and the sterilization lamp 400 is disposed within this blocking space, thereby blocking the light from the sterilization lamp 400 from irradiating the lampshade body 101.
[0090] Referring to Figures 10 and 11 , the lampshade 100 provided in this application can also be applied to a vehicle-mounted refrigerator 10000. In some embodiments of this application, the lampshade 100 can be disposed on the vehicle-mounted refrigerator 10000 via a lamp assembly 1000. Specifically, the vehicle-mounted refrigerator 10000 includes a refrigerator housing 11000 and a lamp assembly 1000. The refrigerator housing 11000 is formed with a refrigeration cavity 12000. The inner surface of the refrigeration cavity 12000 is formed with a mounting hole 13000 that penetrates the refrigerator housing 11000. The lampshade 100 of the lamp assembly 1000 is disposed over the mounting hole 13000.
[0091] It can be understood that the vehicle refrigerator 10000 should also include a refrigeration system, which is used to perform heat exchange in the refrigeration cavity 12000 and then generate cold air in the refrigeration cavity 12000. [0092] In this embodiment, the refrigeration cavity 12000 of the vehicle refrigerator 10000 is used to store food or other items requiring refrigeration, and the lamp assembly 1000 is used to kill bacteria on the food or items stored in the refrigeration cavity 12000. The sterilization lamp 400 of the lamp assembly 1000 can be transmitted through the transparent portion 1021 into the refrigeration cavity 12000. The recessed structure 102 on the lampshade 100 prevents the user from seeing through the transparent portion 1021 and clearly viewing the internal structure of the lamp assembly 1000, thereby enhancing the overall aesthetics of the vehicle refrigerator 10000.
[0093] It is understood that in some other possible embodiments of the present application, the lampshade 100 can also be directly installed on the vehicle refrigerator 10000, thereby facilitating the transmission of light from the interior of the vehicle refrigerator 10000 while preventing the user from viewing the internal structure of the vehicle refrigerator 10000, thereby improving the overall aesthetics of the vehicle refrigerator 10000. It should be noted that the light installed in the vehicle refrigerator 10000 can be an ultraviolet lamp, an infrared lamp, or other colored lights, and this application does not impose any restrictions on this.
[0094] The lampshade 100 provided in the present application can also be applied to vehicles. Specifically, in some embodiments of the present application, the present application provides a vehicle, which includes an on-board refrigerator 10000, and the on-board refrigerator 10000 includes the lampshade 100 or a lamp assembly 1000 with the lampshade 100.
[0095] In some embodiments of the present application, the vehicle provided herein may further include a lamp assembly 1000, which includes a lampshade 100. Light from a sterilizing lamp 400 in the lamp assembly 1000 can be directed outward from the lampshade 100 into the vehicle interior for sterilization and disinfection. Due to the presence of a recessed structure 102 in the lampshade 100, the user cannot clearly see the internal structure of the lamp assembly 1000 from outside, thereby improving the overall aesthetics of the vehicle.
[0096] In some embodiments of the present application, the lampshade 100 provided in the present application can also be directly set in the vehicle, which can facilitate the transmission of light inside the vehicle while preventing the internal structure of the vehicle from being seen by the user. It should be noted that the light set in the vehicle can be an ultraviolet lamp, an infrared lamp, or a colored lamp of other colors, and the present application does not impose any restrictions on this.
