Description

Electrocardiogram measuring device, electrocardiogram measuring system including same, and method thereof

[0001] The present invention relates to an electrocardiogram measurement system, and more particularly, to a differential compensation system and method thereof capable of improving the clarity of a measured electrocardiogram by comparing the measured electrocardiogram signal waveforms through an electrocardiogram measurement device capable of changing displacement to minimize noise by measuring the electrocardiogram measurement position by varying it to fit the body of the subject.

[0002] Electrocardiogram (ECG), one of the biometric data, is a record of the activity current generated when the heart muscle contracts and expands due to the heartbeat.

[0003] Through this, electrodes can be attached to the skin to measure the activity current according to the contraction of the heart muscle, and then the measured current data can be displayed.

[0004] More specifically, the action potential generated when the heart muscle contracts and relaxes due to a heartbeat causes an electric current to be transmitted from the heart to the entire body, and the transmitted electric current generates a potential difference depending on the location of the body, which can be detected and recorded through surface electrodes attached to the skin.

[0005] It is used to check for abnormalities in the heart and to diagnose cardiovascular diseases such as angina, myocardial infarction, and arrhythmia.

[0006] Recently, electrocardiogram measuring devices that can measure heart rate wirelessly by connecting electrodes to measure heart rate using wireless communication as well as wired communication are being developed.

[0007] However, these conventional electrocardiogram measuring devices have a problem in that the quality of the measured heartbeat signal may deteriorate depending on external factors such as the subject's body shape, posture, and behavior.

[0008] [The prior art that forms the background of the invention is as follows.]

[0012]

[0013] The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide an electrocardiogram measuring device capable of changing displacement by forming a rotational area in a base portion, thereby changing the position of one of a plurality of electrode portions based on the other.

[0014] In addition, the present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and the task is to provide an electrocardiogram measurement system that can improve the disease diagnosis rate by improving the clarity of the electrocardiogram signal waveform used as a key indicator in the diagnosis of heart disease.

[0015] The task is to provide an electrocardiogram measurement method that can improve the clarity of electrocardiogram waveforms that change due to external environmental factors (movement, pressure, etc.).

[0016] The tasks of the present invention are not limited to the tasks mentioned above, and other tasks not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0017] In order to solve the above problem, an electrocardiogram measuring device capable of changing displacement according to one embodiment of the present invention is a device attached to a body for measuring an electrocardiogram, comprising: a base part having a rotational area formed therein; a plurality of electrode parts provided at a lower portion of the base part and in contact with the body to form at least one signal channel; wherein the electrode parts can be provided such that the position of one of the plurality of electrode parts can be changed based on the rotational area.

[0018] An electrocardiogram measuring device capable of changing displacement according to one embodiment of the present invention having a configuration as described above may further include an extension portion that is rotatably connected to the base portion and forms an additional signal channel with the electrode portion.

[0019] Specifically, the extension part may include a body rotatably connected to the rotational area of the base part; and an additional electrode provided on a lower surface of the body so as to be in contact with the body and electrically connected to the electrode part to form an additional signal channel with the electrode part.

[0020] The above body may have a rotation axis that is inclined with respect to the rotation axis of the above rotational area.

[0021] Additionally, the body may be provided to have a preset rotation range and be fixed at at least one angle within the rotation range.

[0022] Here, the length of at least one of the base portion and the body of the extension portion may be made variable.

[0023] The above base portion may include a first pad formed long in one direction and having one side connected to one side of the rotational area; and a second pad having one side connected to the other side of the rotational area so as to be able to rotate relative to the first pad.

[0025] The above base portion may be provided with the first pad and the second pad having different lengths.

[0026] Meanwhile, the above rotational region may have an inclined rotational axis based on a virtual reference axis perpendicular to the lower surface of the base portion.

[0027] An electrocardiogram measurement system for solving the above-described problem is a system for improving the clarity of an electrocardiogram signal, comprising: a sensing unit electrically connected to the electrocardiogram measurement device capable of changing displacement as described above to detect the electrocardiogram signal, and electrically connected to an external sensor to detect a behavioral state change value of a subject corresponding to the electrocardiogram signal; and an operation control unit that performs a first correction for waveform shaking and noise of the electrocardiogram signal based on the behavioral state change value, derives a first correction value corresponding to the behavioral state change value, divides the first-corrected electrocardiogram signal and a standard electrocardiogram signal into preset feature sections of the electrocardiogram signal to derive feature values, compares the feature values, defines the behavioral state of the subject through the behavioral state change value, and derives a second correction value for differential correction according to the behavioral state of the subject through machine learning, wherein the behavioral state change value may be reflected in the first correction and may be reflected again in the second correction.

[0028] Here, the operation control unit can finally correct the electrocardiogram signal by applying the derived first correction value and the second correction value to the electrocardiogram signal.

[0029] Specifically, the above characteristic value may include a deviation between the maximum and minimum values of the first-corrected electrocardiogram signal waveform and the standard electrocardiogram signal waveform, and a deviation by preset interval.

[0030] And the above external sensor may be an acceleration sensor and a pressure sensor.

[0031] At this time, the above-mentioned behavioral state change value may include an acceleration sensor value when the subject is motionless, an acceleration sensor value when the subject is moving, and a pressure sensor value due to external pressure.

[0032] An electrocardiogram measurement system having a configuration as described above may further include an event signal recording and analysis unit that is linked to the operation control unit and compares the electrocardiogram signal with a preset event signal to detect a danger signal.

[0033] An electrocardiogram measurement method for solving the above-described problem is a measurement method for improving the clarity of an electrocardiogram signal performed by the electrocardiogram measurement system, comprising: a first correction step in which an operation control unit corrects shaking and noise of an electrocardiogram signal waveform based on a behavioral state change value received from a sensing unit; a division step in which the operation control unit divides the corrected electrocardiogram signal and a standard electrocardiogram signal into preset feature sections and derives feature values; a second correction step in which the operation control unit derives a second correction value for differential correction according to the behavioral state of a subject through machine learning; and a noise removal and clarity improvement step in which the operation control unit applies the derived first correction value and the second correction value to the electrocardiogram signal to finally correct the electrocardiogram signal, wherein in the second correction step, the operation control unit can re-reflect the behavioral state change value identified through an acceleration sensor and a pressure sensor in the second correction.

[0034] Specifically, the first correction step may include a process of first correcting the waveform shaking and noise of the electrocardiogram signal based on the behavioral state change value; and a process of deriving a first correction value corresponding to the behavioral state change value.

[0035] And the second correction step may include a process of comparing the feature values; a process of defining the behavioral state of the subject through the behavioral state change value; and a process of deriving a second correction value for differential correction according to the behavioral state of the subject through machine learning.

[0036] According to the electrocardiogram measuring device capable of changing displacement of the present invention, there is an effect that more accurate measurement is possible by measuring the electrocardiogram according to the body of the subject by changing the position of one of the plurality of electrode parts based on the other.

[0037] In addition, the electrocardiogram measuring device capable of changing displacement of the present invention has an extension section that is equipped with additional electrodes to generate additional signal channels, so that it can be more stably attached to the body of the subject, thereby minimizing interference from external factors such as the subject's posture and behavior.

[0060] As illustrated in FIG. 1, an electrocardiogram measurement system according to one embodiment of the present invention is a system for improving the clarity of an electrocardiogram signal, and may largely include a sensing unit (1) and an operation control unit (2).

[0061] First, the sensing unit (1) is electrically connected to an electrocardiogram measuring device (10) capable of changing displacement and including at least one electrode, so as to detect an electrocardiogram signal.

[0062] The electrocardiogram measuring device (10) capable of changing displacement described here will be described in detail after the configuration of the electrocardiogram measuring system is described.

[0063] And the sensing unit (1) is electrically connected to an external sensor and can detect the change in the subject's behavioral state corresponding to the electrocardiogram signal.

[0064] Here, the external sensor may be an acceleration sensor and a pressure sensor, and the above-described behavioral state change value may include a sensing value of at least one of a state of no movement, a state of movement, and a state in which pressure is measured by external pressing.

[0065] In other words, the sensing unit (1) can detect the electrocardiogram signal and detect the change in behavioral state in real time so that the operation control unit (2) can confirm the electrocardiogram signal or predict the behavioral state of the subject.

[0066] Next, the operation control unit (2) can first correct the waveform shaking and noise of the electrocardiogram signal based on the above-described behavioral state change value.

[0067] The operation control unit (2) can correct noise or unclear inflection points of the measured electrocardiogram signal waveform through the first correction described above.

[0068] For example, the operation control unit (2) can remove shaking and noise of the baseline of the electrocardiogram signal waveform described above.

[0069] For example, the operation control unit (2) can derive an electrocardiogram signal waveform with a final baseline aligned through estimated shaking and noise compensation from the sensing values measured by the external sensor of the sensing unit (1) described above.

[0070] That is, the operation control unit (2) derives a first correction value corresponding to the above-described behavioral state change value, and can derive an electrocardiogram signal waveform in which shaking and noise are corrected through the first correction.

[0071] However, even with the above-described first correction, in some cases, characteristic sections of the electrocardiogram signal waveform (e.g., the PQRST waveform, which is used as a key indicator for diagnosing heart diseases including angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, and arrhythmia) may not be clearly derived.

[0072] To solve this, the operation control unit (2) can divide the first corrected electrocardiogram signal and the pre-stored standard electrocardiogram signal into preset feature sections including the above-described feature sections and derive feature values.

[0073] For example, the operation control unit (2) can derive an electrocardiogram signal waveform with shaking and noise corrected through primary correction, then divide the waveform into the aforementioned characteristic sections, and derive characteristic values including deviation values for each section by utilizing a standard electrocardiogram signal including existing published data.

[0074] If the characteristic values described above can be derived, the characteristic range can be diverse, and it is obvious that the scope of the present invention is not limited due to this.

[0075] However, for a more detailed explanation, as an example, the characteristic interval could be the PQRST wave interval, which is used as a key indicator in the diagnosis of heart disease.

[0076] At this time, the above-described feature values may include deviation values.

[0077] For example, the feature values may include the deviation between the maximum and minimum values of the first-order corrected electrocardiogram signal waveform and the standard electrocardiogram signal waveform, and the deviation by preset intervals.

[0078] Through this, the operation control unit (2) can derive a differential compensation value for each behavioral state of the subject being measured.

[0079] Specifically, the operation control unit (2) compares the characteristic values of the above-described electrocardiogram signal waveform with the characteristic values of the standard electrocardiogram signal waveform, defines the behavioral state of the subject through the above-described behavioral state change value, and then performs machine learning for differential compensation according to the behavioral state of the subject to derive a secondary correction value.

[0080] Finally, the operation control unit (2) can apply the derived first and second correction values to the electrocardiogram signal to perform the final correction of the electrocardiogram signal.

[0081] Therefore, by applying behavioral state change values measured by an acceleration sensor, pressure sensor, etc. to an electrocardiogram signal that changes depending on the state, it is possible to secure the clarity of the electrocardiogram signal in a normal state (comfortable state) and to remove noise and improve the clarity of the electrocardiogram signal waveform according to changes in the external environment such as movement.

[0082] To summarize, the operation control unit (2) can reflect the behavioral state change values confirmed through the acceleration sensor and pressure sensor in the first and second corrections described above, respectively.

[0083] In other words, the operation control unit (2) can reflect the behavioral state change value confirmed through the acceleration sensor and pressure sensor in the first correction described above, and can also reflect the behavioral state change value confirmed through the acceleration sensor and pressure sensor again in the second correction described above.

[0084] Finally, by applying the first and second correction values derived by reflecting the behavioral state change values confirmed through the acceleration sensor and pressure sensor as described above to the ECG signal to perform the final correction of the ECG signal, the clarity of the ECG waveform, which may be reduced depending on the behavioral state of the subject, can be improved.

[0085] An electrocardiogram measurement system according to one embodiment of the present invention having the above-described configuration may further include an event signal recording and analysis unit (3).

[0086] The event signal recording and analysis unit (3) is linked to the operation control unit (2) and can detect a danger signal by comparing the electrocardiogram signal with a preset event signal.

[0087] For example, the event signal recording and analysis unit (3) can detect a risk signal for heart disease by comparing the electrocardiogram signal waveform, from which noise has been removed and clarity has been improved, with the previously stored heart disease event signal waveform.

[0088] Additionally, the event signal recording and analysis unit (3) can record and store these event signals and synchronize multiple bio-signals including electrocardiogram signals.

[0089] In addition, it will be understood that the electrocardiogram measurement system according to one embodiment of the present invention having the above-described configuration may further include a storage unit (4) for storing biosignals and a communication unit (5) for communicating externally.

[0090] In addition, the electrocardiogram measurement system according to one embodiment of the present invention having the above-described configuration may further include a power supply unit (6) for supplying power to the electrocardiogram measurement device (10) capable of changing displacement as described above, a sensing unit (1), an operation control unit (2), an event signal recording and analysis unit (3), a storage unit (4), and a communication unit (5).

[0091] Meanwhile, the electrocardiogram measuring device (10) to be described later will be described in more detail as follows.

[0092] In an electrocardiogram measurement system according to one embodiment of the present invention, an electrocardiogram measurement device (10) electrically connected to a sensing unit (1) may be a device attached to the body to measure an electrocardiogram.

[0093] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 2, the electrocardiogram measuring device (10) may largely include a base portion (100) and an electrode portion (200).

[0094] The base part (100) is provided with a rotational area (101) so that an electrode part (200) to be described later can be attached to the body of the subject to be measured, but the position of at least one of the electrode parts (200) can be varied.

[0095] Here, if the base part (100) is formed with a rotational area (101) and can perform the above-described function, the shape, length, and material may vary, and it is obvious that the scope of the present invention is not limited due to this.

[0096] However, for a more detailed explanation, as an example, it would be convenient to provide the base part (100) in the shape of a flat plate made of a flexible material so that the electrode part (200) described later is provided at the bottom so as to correspond to the body of the subject.

[0097] The electrode portion (200) is provided at the lower portion of the above-described base portion (100) and can be in contact with the body to form at least one signal channel.

[0098] At this time, the electrode part (200) can change the position of one of the plurality of electrode parts (200) based on the rotation area (101) of the base part (100) described above, as shown in FIG. 3.

[0099] For example, the base portion (100) may include a first pad (120) and a second pad (140).

[0100] The first pad (120) is formed to be long in one direction, and one side can be connected to one side of the rotation area (101).

[0101] At this time, one side of the second pad (140) is connected to the other side of the rotation area (101) so that it can rotate based on the first pad (120).

[0102] Therefore, it can be adjusted to fit closely at various angles depending on the shape of the subject's body.

[0103] At this time, the electrode unit (200) forming multiple signal channels may include, for example, a reference electrode (220), a first electrode (240), and a second electrode (260).

[0104] Specifically, the reference electrode (220) is provided on the lower surface of the rotation area (101) to form one channel with the first electrode (240) described later, and can form another channel with the second electrode (260).

[0105] In other words, the first electrode (240) can be provided on the other lower surface of the first pad (120) to form a first signal channel.

[0106] At this time, the second electrode (260) can be provided on the other lower surface of the second pad (140) to form a second signal channel.

[0107] Although the number of pads is limited to 2 and the number of electrodes is limited to 3 in the specification, the number of pads of the base portion (100) and the number of electrodes of the electrode portion (200) of the present invention are not limited to the number shown in the drawing and may be provided in excess of this number.

[0108] For example, if the base part (100) is provided with the first, second, and third pads, the number of electrodes is provided with the reference electrode (220) and the first, second, and third electrodes according to the number of pads to form three signal channels, and it can be said that all of them fall within the scope of the present invention.

[0109] It will be appreciated that the attachment location and voltage (ECG) measurement of the electrocardiogram measuring device capable of changing displacement according to one embodiment of the present invention described above may vary, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.

[0110] However, for a more detailed explanation, an example of the attachment location will be given. In order to attach an electrocardiogram measuring device capable of changing displacement according to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 4, a virtual reference line (A1) passing between the left and right clavicles of the subject is first set, and then another virtual reference line (A2) can be set from one end of the aforementioned virtual reference line (A1) to the subject's left nipple.

[0111] The electrocardiogram is measured by attaching the device so that its center is positioned on the center side of another virtual reference line (A2) set next.

[0112] Here, the above-described reference lines (A1, A2) may not be absolute because the body shape, including the location and shape of the heart, is different for each subject.

[0113] Even if the above-described reference lines (A1, A2) are absolute, the location and shape of the heart may vary for each subject, so the distance from the reference lines (A1, A2) to the desired measurement point of the heart may also vary.

[0114] At this time, unlike the present invention, if the length and electrode positions of the electrocardiogram measuring device are always fixed, the electrocardiogram signal at the measuring point is severely distorted due to noise, and if it is changed, there is a limit to changing the measuring point even if the device is reattached.

[0115] However, since the present invention has a structure capable of rotation as illustrated in FIG. 5, it is possible to measure electrocardiogram signals at various positions (Va, Vb, Vc) and select the signal with the least distortion among the measured signals.

[0116] In summary, as described above, the electrocardiogram measuring device capable of changing displacement according to one embodiment of the present invention can secure various measurement points for more accurate electrocardiogram measurement by changing the angle to various angles according to the shape of the body of the subject.

[0117] Furthermore, the rotation area (101) is provided so that a projection formed on the second pad (140) is inserted into a slot banded along the rotation radius as illustrated in FIG. 6, thereby enabling a preset rotation range to be set.

[0118] In addition, a plurality of grooves are arranged on the inner surface of the banded slot described above, into which a portion of the protrusion is inserted, so that it can be fixed at a preset angle.

[0119] Therefore, the measurer can set the angle in advance in response to the body of the subject and accurately attach it while maintaining it.

[0120] At this time, the electrocardiogram measuring device capable of changing displacement according to one embodiment of the present invention may further include a reference part that guides the above-described virtual reference lines (A1, A2), although not shown in the drawing.

[0121] If the measuring device can be guided to an attachment location of an electrocardiogram measuring device capable of changing displacement according to one embodiment of the present invention through a reference unit, the method may be varied.

[0122] However, for a more detailed explanation, as an example, the reference part may include an attachment member formed long enough to be attached to the left and right clavicles, a support member protruding from the center of the above-described attachment member in a direction toward the user's abdomen, and a rotation member protruding from the intersection of the attachment member and the support member toward the nipple and being designed to be able to rotate.

[0123] At this time, a settling line may be formed on one side of the rotating member, and the settling line may be provided in a form that protrudes from one side of the rotating member toward the skin of the subject, or may be provided so that the laser appears on the skin of the subject.

[0124] Furthermore, the rotation axis of the rotation area (101) may have an inclined rotation axis based on a virtual reference axis perpendicular to the lower surface of the base portion (100), as illustrated in FIG. 7.

[0125] For example, when the second pad (140) is rotated from the first position to the second position based on the first pad (120) described above, the lower surface of the second pad (140) is provided to have an upward slope as shown in FIG. 7 based on the lower surface of the first pad (120) at the second position, or, although not shown in the drawing, to have a downward slope conversely, so that it can be more firmly adhered to the curve of the body of the subject to be measured.

[0126] For example, if the first pad (120) is attached to the chest of the subject and the second pad (140) is attached near the pubic area of the subject, the lower surface of the second pad (140) is designed to have a downward slope based on the lower surface of the first pad (120), thereby enabling more secure adhesion in response to the height difference between the chest of the subject and the pubic area of the subject.

[0127] In addition, although the rotation area (101) is not shown in the drawing, it can be said that it falls within the scope of the present invention even if it is provided to have a rotation axis parallel to one side of the base portion (100) described above.

[0128] Meanwhile, the base part (100) described above can be provided in various length forms depending on the body of the subject being measured.

[0129] For example, as shown in FIG. 8, the first pad (120) and the second pad (140) may be provided with the same length, and in some cases, as shown in FIG. 9, the first pad (120) and the second pad (140) may be provided with different lengths.

[0130] For this purpose, it would be desirable for the first pad (120) and the second pad (140) to be manufactured in advance as a set having different lengths.

[0131] Furthermore, the above-described base portion (100) may further include a variable region (102).

[0132] For example, as illustrated in FIG. 10, the variable region (102) may be provided so that the length of at least one of the first pad (120) and the second pad (140) of the base portion (100) is variable.

[0133] Taking the first pad (120) as an example, the first pad (120) can be provided as a plurality of unit pads having different lengths, and at this time, the variable area (102) can be provided in the form of a soft connector.

[0134] One of the unit pads of the first pad (120) is introduced from one side of the variable area (102), and the other of the unit pads of the first pad (120) is introduced from the opposite side and electrically connected to each other, thereby allowing the unit pads to be combined to vary the length.

[0135] Furthermore, if a variable area (102) is formed in the rotation area (101), a plurality of electrocardiogram measuring devices (10) capable of changing displacement according to one embodiment of the present invention can be combined and used in various forms.

[0136] An electrocardiogram measuring device (10) capable of changing displacement according to one embodiment of the present invention having the above-described configuration may further include a fixed region (300).

[0137] At least one of the sensing unit (1), operation control unit (2), event signal recording and analysis unit (3), storage unit (4), communication unit (5), and power supply unit (6) described above can be fixed in the fixed area (300).

[0138] In addition, the fixed area (300) may include the functions of a sensing unit (1), an operation control unit (2), an event signal recording and analysis unit (3), a storage unit (4), a communication unit (5), and a power unit (6), and may be arranged to analyze and store signals of a signal channel, and detect preset risk signals and notify them to the outside. An integrated control module may also be installed.

[0139] Furthermore, the fixed area (300) may include a filter module that converts an analog signal into a digital signal, an electrocardiogram signal that can be expanded to multiple signal channels (e.g., 1 to 3 channels), and a measurement signal sensing module for detecting a sensor including a smartwatch and other communication functions.

[0140] The above-described fixed area (300) can be divided into a plurality of spaces on the upper side of the electrocardiogram measuring device (10) capable of changing displacement.

[0141] Here, if the fixed area (300) is divided into a plurality of spaces on the upper side of the electrocardiogram layer device (10) capable of changing displacement, the position at which at least one of the sensing unit (1), the operation control unit (2), the event signal recording and analysis unit (3), the storage unit (4), the communication unit (5), the power unit (6), the integrated control module, the filter module, and the measurement signal sensing module described above is fixed may vary, and it will be understood that the scope of the present invention is not limited due to this.

[0142] However, for a more detailed explanation, as an example, a fixed area (300) may be provided with a communication unit (5) for external communication at one location (360) as shown in FIG. 12, and a power unit (6) for supplying power at another location (320).

[0143] And, a sensing unit (1), an operation control unit (2), an event signal recording and analysis unit (3), and a storage unit (4) may be provided at another location (340) of the fixed area (300).

[0144] In addition, the filter module, measurement signal sensor module, etc. described above may also be provided in any one location among the fixed areas (300) divided into multiple spaces.

[0145] In summary, the fixed area (300) is provided as a single space protruding from the base portion (100) as shown in FIG. 11, so that electrocardiogram measurement systems can be densely arranged, and as shown in FIG. 12, the fixed area (300) is provided so as to protrude from at least one position on the upper surface of the base portion (100), so that electrocardiogram measurement systems can be distributedly arranged.

[0146] In other words, in the electrocardiogram measuring device (10) that applies the electrocardiogram measuring system according to one embodiment of the present invention, the sensing unit (1), the operation control unit (2), the event signal recording and analysis unit (3), the storage unit (4), the communication unit (5), and the power supply unit (6) described above may be densely arranged on one side of the upper surface of the electrocardiogram measuring device (10), and may be arranged to protrude in a dispersed manner at at least one position on the upper surface of the electrocardiogram measuring device (10).

[0147] Meanwhile, FIG. 13 is a drawing for explaining the overall appearance of an electrocardiogram measuring device (20) capable of changing displacement according to another embodiment of the present invention, with an extension part (400) added.

[0148] As illustrated in FIG. 13, an electrocardiogram measuring device (20) according to another embodiment of the present invention may include a base portion (100), an electrode portion (200), and an extension portion (400).

[0149] It will be obvious that the fixed area (300) can be further included, and since the base part (100), the electrode part (200), and the fixed area (300) are identical or similar to the base part (100), the electrode part (200), and the fixed area (300) described in one embodiment of the present invention, the description thereof will be omitted and only the other parts will be described.

[0150] The extension part (400) can be rotatably connected to the above-described base part (100) and electrically connected to the electrode part (200) to form an additional signal channel.

[0151] Specifically, the extension part (400) may include a body (420) and an additional electrode (440), and the body (420) may be rotatably connected to a rotational area (101) of the base part (100).

[0152] For example, as illustrated in FIG. 13, a connecting region (420a) that is axially coupled to the above-described rotation region (101) may be formed on one side of the body (420), and the connecting region (420a) is axially coupled to the rotation region (101) so that the extension portion (400) can rotate with respect to the base portion (100).

[0153] At this time, the additional electrode (440) may be provided on the lower surface of the body (420) described above so as to come into contact with the body of the subject being measured.

[0154] Here, if the extension (400) can rotate with respect to the base (100), the manner in which the connection area (420a) is axially coupled to the rotation area (101) can be varied, and it is obvious that the scope of the present invention is not limited due to this.

[0155] However, for a more detailed explanation, as an example, it is preferable that the connection area (420a) be formed protrudingly on the upper portion of the rotation area (101) and be fitted into the coupling shaft that is electrically connected to the reference electrode (220), thereby electrically connecting the additional electrode (440) to the control unit (300).

[0156] And the additional electrode (440) can be electrically connected to the electrode unit (200) to form an additional signal channel with the electrode unit (200).

[0157] For example, in a case where the first electrode (240) and the reference electrode (220) described above form one signal channel, and the second electrode (260) and the reference electrode (220) form another signal channel, the additional electrode (440) of the extension part (400) can form another signal channel with the reference electrode (220), thereby improving the inspection accuracy.

[0158] In addition, if other electrodes are not connected to the electrical path of the reference electrode (220) and the additional electrode (440) and can be independently connected to form a signal channel, even if they are rotatably connected to the upper surface of the base portion (100) of the body (420), like the electrocardiogram measuring device (30) capable of changing displacement of another embodiment of the present invention illustrated in FIG. 14, it can be said that all of them fall within the scope of the present invention.

[0159] As described above, since the extension part (400) that is provided to enable rotation is connected to the base part (100), the points that can be in close contact with the body of the subject are increased, enabling stable contact.

[0160] At this time, the connection area (420a) of the body (420) is connected with an inclined rotation axis based on the rotation axis of the rotation area (101), so that the lower surface of the body is inclined upward or downward based on the lower surface of the base portion, thereby further strengthening the adhesion.

[0161] In addition, the connection area (420a) of the body (420) has a preset rotation range through a ratchet structure, like the above-described rotation area (101), and can be provided so that it can be fixed at at least one angle within the rotation range.

[0162] In addition, the body (420) of the extension part (400), like the base part (100), can also be provided with unit bodies (420) of different lengths, and can be provided so that the length can be varied by providing a soft connector that electrically connects them.

[0163] The electrocardiogram measuring device of the present invention capable of changing displacement having the above-described configuration may further include a protective film portion (F) having at least one cutting line and a receiving area as illustrated in FIG. 15.

[0164] For example, the protective film portion (F) may include a protective area (Fc) that is in contact with the base portion (100) and the electrode portion (200).

[0165] At this time, at least one receiving area is formed on one side of the protection area (Fc), and a cutting line can be formed between the receiving area and the protection area.

[0166] The receiving area (Fa, Fb) can accommodate a razor for shaving before attachment or an alcohol swab for disinfection and cleaning, and the receiving area can be easily folded toward the protection area through the cut lines (F1, F2), thereby minimizing the volume of the device before removal.

[0167] Here, the number of acceptance areas and cutting lines is not limited to Fig. 14, and if it has at least one acceptance area and a corresponding cutting line depending on the purpose, it will be said to fall within the scope of the present invention.

[0168] The electrocardiogram measurement method performed by the electrocardiogram measurement system having the configuration described above is described as follows.

[0169] As illustrated in FIGS. 16 and 17, an electrocardiogram measurement method according to one embodiment of the present invention is a measurement method for improving the clarity of an electrocardiogram signal, and may largely include a first correction step (S10), a division step (S20), a second correction step (S30), and a noise removal and clarity improvement step (S40).

[0170] First, in the first correction step (S10), the operation control unit (2) can correct the shaking and noise of the electrocardiogram signal waveform based on the behavioral state change value.

[0171] Here, the behavioral state change value may be a measurement value measured by the sensing unit (1) using an acceleration sensor and a pressure sensor as described above.

[0172] That is, in the first correction step (S10), the operation control unit (2) can correct the shaking and noise of the electrocardiogram signal waveform by reflecting the behavioral state change value measured from the sensing unit (1).

[0173] For example, the first correction step (S10) can perform the first correction on the electrocardiogram signal waveform by correcting the shaking and noise of the baseline in the electrocardiogram signal waveform based on the behavioral state change value described above by the operation control unit (2).

[0174] In the first correction step (S10) described above, a first correction value corresponding to the behavioral state change value can be derived through the operation control unit (2).

[0175] In other words, in the first correction step (S10), the operation control unit (2) derives a first correction value corresponding to the change in behavioral state measured by an acceleration sensor, a pressure sensor, etc. for the electrocardiogram signal that changes according to the behavioral state, and applies this to the electrocardiogram signal measured by the sensing unit (1) through the electrocardiogram measurement device (10) capable of changing the displacement described above, thereby obtaining a first-corrected electrocardiogram signal waveform.

[0176] Next, in the division step (S20), the operation control unit (2) can divide the corrected electrocardiogram signal and the standard electrocardiogram signal into preset sections and derive feature values.

[0177] For example, in the division step (S20), the operation control unit (2) derives an electrocardiogram signal waveform with shaking and noise corrected through primary correction, and then divides the waveform into sections distinguished by PQRST waves, and can derive feature values including deviation values for each section by utilizing a standard electrocardiogram signal including existing published data.

[0178] At this time, the deviation value included in the above-described characteristic value may include, for example, the deviation between the maximum and minimum values of the first-corrected electrocardiogram signal waveform and the standard electrocardiogram signal waveform, and the deviation by preset interval.

[0179] Next, in the second correction step (S30), the operation control unit (2) can derive a second correction value for differential correction according to the behavioral state of the subject through machine learning.

[0180] In other words, in the second correction step (S30), the operation control unit (2) can derive a differential compensation value according to the behavioral state of the subject. Specifically, the second correction value can be derived by comparing the characteristic value of the electrocardiogram signal waveform described above with the characteristic value of the standard electrocardiogram signal waveform, defining the behavioral state of the subject through the behavioral state change value described above, and then performing machine learning for differential compensation according to the behavioral state of the subject.

[0181] To summarize, the second correction step (S30) may include a process in which the operation control unit (2) compares characteristic values, a process in which the behavioral state of the subject is defined through the behavioral state change value, and a process in which a second correction value is derived for differential correction according to the behavioral state of the subject through machine learning.

[0182] That is, even in the second correction step (S30), the operation control unit (2) can reflect the behavioral state change value measured by the sensing unit (1).

[0183] In other words, the operation control unit (2) can reflect the behavioral state change values confirmed through the acceleration sensor and pressure sensor in the first and second corrections described above, respectively.

[0184] Specifically, the operation control unit (2) can reflect the behavioral state change values confirmed through the acceleration sensor and the pressure sensor in the first correction described above, and can also reflect the behavioral state change values confirmed through the acceleration sensor and the pressure sensor again in the second correction described above.

[0185] In the noise removal and clarity enhancement step (S40), the operation control unit (2) can apply the first correction value and the second correction value derived in the above-described step to the ECG signal to perform the final correction of the ECG signal.

[0186] That is, in the noise removal and clarity improvement step (S40), the behavioral state change values confirmed through the acceleration sensor and pressure sensor as described above are reflected, respectively, and the first and second correction values derived are applied to the electrocardiogram signal to perform the final correction of the electrocardiogram signal, thereby improving the clarity of the electrocardiogram waveform that may be reduced depending on the behavioral state of the subject.

[0187] As described above, preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the present invention can be embodied in other specific forms, in addition to the embodiments described above, without departing from the spirit or scope thereof. Therefore, the above-described embodiments should be considered illustrative rather than restrictive, and accordingly, the present invention is not limited to the above description, but may be modified within the scope of the appended claims and their equivalents.
