Abstract

The present invention relates to a spirit level balancing apparatus used to see whether the vehicles such as armoured vehicles, cranes etc. are level during operation. The present invention particularly relates to a spirit level balancing apparatus that comprises spirit level (10), which allows to see the angle of the vehicle against the ground, which informs the operator when the vehicle is not on a suitable location for operation, which also ensures that the support legs (A) of the vehicle are properly mounted.

[0010] The present invention relates to a spirit level balancing apparatus that is developed to eliminate the aforementioned disadvantages and provide the relevant technical field with additional advantages, and that is used to see whether the vehicles such as cranes are level during operation. The most important purpose of the present invention is to reduce the use of gauges or fixtures during its production. It also allows production with more flexible tolerances.

[0027] For crane operations, the angle of the vehicle against the ground should be within specific tolerances. Spirit levels (10) are mounted outside the vehicle for allowing the operating personnel to see the angle of the vehicle against the ground before using the crane. It is considered that the spirit level on the vehicle can be at different angles according to the "x" and "y" coordinates of the vehicle due to the accumulated tolerances throughout the production of vehicle. Therefore, to overcome these tolerances, the apparatus, to which the spirit level (10) is connected, can be moved in "x" and "y" coordinates and fixed accordingly. Thanks to the movable apparatus, the spirit level can be mounted levelly against the vehicle.

[0028] Figure 1- 2 shows the spirit level balancing apparatus subject to the invention and its details. In the present invention, spirit level (10) is mounted on the vehicle's support leg (A). Here, the spirit level balancing apparatus is connected to the support leg (A) via the adjustment plate (30). The lower plate (20), to which the spirit level (10) is connected, is also connected to the adjustment plate. The slot (50) and rotation housing (60) on the adjustment plate (30), which is used for connection to the support leg (A) and lower plate (20), is also used for adjustment. This way, it is ensured that the spirit level (10) is level even if there is a production-induced deviation on the support leg (A). The spirit level (10) allows checking whether the vehicle is stable during operation, as well as mounting the support leg (A) to the vehicle evenly. The cover (40) in the present invention protects the spirit level (10) against external factors. The scope of protection for this application is defined by the claims and is not restricted to the illustrative description provided above. It is evident that a skilled person in the field can establish the novelty of the invention by employing similar embodiments. Furthermore, this embodiment can be applied to other fields with similar purposes within the relevant art. It is therefore obvious that such structures will lack the criterion of innovation and particularly the criterion of exceeding the prior art.

CLAIMS1- The present invention relates to a spirit level balancing apparatus used to see whether the vehicles such as armoured vehicles, cranes etc. are level during operation, characterized in that; it is a spirit level balancing apparatus that comprises spirit level (10), which allows to see the angle of the vehicle against the ground, which informs the operator when the vehicle is not on a suitable location for operation, which also ensures that the support legs (A) of the vehicle are properly mounted.2- The present invention is a spirit level balancing apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises a slot (50) and a rotation housing (60) that is located on the adjustment plate (30), that is used to connect to the support leg (A) and lower plate (20), and that ensures -with the option of adjustment- that the spirit level (10) is level, even if there is a deviation on the support leg (A) due to production defect.3- The present invention is a spirit level balancing apparatus according to Claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises a cover (40) that protects the spirit level against external factors.
